优选地,所述烟弹管与所述雾化装置对应的一端外圈上沿周向设有至少一个卡台,所述雾化装置上设有与所述至少一个卡台相配合的至少一个卡槽,所述卡槽沿周向延伸设置,为所述烟弹管提供转动空间,并对所述烟弹管转动的所述第一位置和所述第二位置进行限位。
优选地,所述卡台包括两个,并对称设置在所述烟弹管的两相对侧,所述卡槽包括两个,并对称设置在所述雾化装置的两相对侧,
实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:本发明通过在烟弹管上设置出液口,在雾化装置上设置进液口,烟弹管可相对雾化装置在第一位置和第二位置之间转动,以使得出液口和进液口相对应或相错位,起到将烟弹管内的烟液向雾化装置内注液或隔断的目的,方便注液过程,可在注液时调节注液量的大小,同时,可防止在运输和存储过程中漏液,提升了烟液的利用率。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图6所示,本发明一个优选实施例中的电子烟包括烟弹管10、雾化装置20以及供电装置30。烟弹管10与雾化装置20共轴地安装在一起,并可相对于雾化装置20绕轴线在一个第一位置A和一个第二位置B之间转动,以实现烟弹管10与雾化装置20之间的导通或关闭。雾化装置20与供电装置30相连接,以在供电装置30的电能的供应下对烟液进行雾化。
在一些实施例中,烟弹管10包括烟弹管本体11和设置在烟弹管本体11的与雾化装置20相对的端部的第一盖体12,该第一盖体12形成该烟弹管10的第一壁部。烟弹管本体11包括纵向设置的第一通气管111、围绕第一通气管111设置的储液腔112,第一通气管111的中部形成第一气流通道1111。在其他实施例中,烟弹管本体11和第一盖体12也可为一体结构。第一盖体12的中部设有套孔121,套孔121套设在第一通气管111外。第一盖体12与烟弹管本体11过盈配合,以达到好的密封效果。在第一盖体12上形成有将储液腔112内部与外部连通的两个出液口122,两个出液口122优选地为对称设置在第一盖体12上。
雾化装置20在一些实施例中可包括座体21、第二通气管22、第二盖体23、套筒24、吸液体25以及缠绕在吸液体25上的发热元件26。座体21呈筒状,第二通气管22纵向嵌设在座体21的底部,使得座体21和第二通气管22之间形成一个储液室211。优选地,座体21和第二通气管22通过嵌入成型制成一体结构。第二通气管22的中部形成第二气流通道221,以供空气通过。第二盖体23与座体21的开口端相配合,形成封盖该储液室211的第二壁部。且当烟弹管10安装于雾化装置20上时,第一盖体12可绕轴线转动地与第二盖体23贴合,以在转动过程中保持两者贴合面之间的密封性。第二盖体23上形成有将储液室211内部和外部相连通的两个进液口232、以及分别与第一气流通道1111和第二气流通道221连通的通气口233,两进液口232优选地对称设置在第二盖体23上。
烟弹管10在第一位置A时,出液口122与进液口232位置相对应,将储液腔112与储液室211相连通,使得储液腔112内的烟液流向储液室211。烟弹管10在第二位置B时,出液口122与进液口232相互错位,使得储液腔112与储液室211相隔断,让储液腔112内的烟液不再流向储液室211。在其他实施例中,出液口122、进液口232的数量也可分别为一个或多个,以能保证转动过程中两者的位置相互对应即可。
优选地,出液口122、进液口232均呈扇环形,两出液口122相对轴线中心旋转对称,且出液口122的扇环角度不大于90°;两进液口232相对轴线中心旋转对称,且出液口122的扇环角度不大于90°。在烟弹管10转动90°范围可实现出液口122、进液口232的正对和错位之间的位置转换。同时,不同的转动角度,出液口122与进液口232之间的连通口的大小不同,可调节注液量的大小。
在其他实施例中,烟弹管10和雾化装置20之间的配合面也可为弧面,出液口122、进液口232分别设置在两相对的弧面配合面上,烟弹管10可相对雾化装置20侧向来回转动实现出液口122、进液口232的对应或错位,达到向储液室211注液或停止注液的目的。
如图7所示,在一些实施例中,第二盖体23包括一体成型形成的塑胶密封座234和软胶密封垫235,密封垫235夹设在密封座234和第一盖体12之间,以利用软胶的软质特性起到密封的目的,进液口232贯穿密封座234和密封垫235。
密封垫235包括在与第一盖体12相对的表面设置的第一凸起部2351、第二凸起部2352,以及由通气口233的外圈朝向第二通气管22内侧设置的环状第三凸起部2353、由通气口233的外圈朝向第一通气管111内侧设置的环状第四凸起部2354。第一凸起部2351包括若干以轴线为中心的环状的凸起,凸起与第一盖体12相抵配合,第一盖体12与密封垫235相配合的主要受力点在该环状的凸起上,而非密封垫235的整个表面上,从而可以降低第一盖体12转动时受到密封垫235的的摩擦力。如此,在烟弹管10来回转动时,该软胶材质的密封垫235既能降低第一盖体12转动时的摩擦力,又能保证与第一盖体12之间密封效果。
在一些实施例中,第二凸起部2352环绕在进液口232的边缘,第二凸起部2352与第一盖体12相抵配合。在烟弹管10转动至第二位置B时,保证进液口232边缘和第一盖体12之间的密封效果。同时,即便第一盖体12和第二盖体23之间产生轴向细微偏移时,压缩的第二凸起部2352仍能恢复形状与第一盖体12贴合,达到较佳的密封效果。
第三凸起部2353与第二通气管22内壁面相配合,以保证通气口233和第二气流通道221之间的密封性。第四凸起部2354与第一通气管111的内壁面相配合,以保证通气口233和第一气流通道1111之间的密封性。可以理解地,在一些实施例中,第二凸起部2352也可以省略。
第二通气管22的侧壁上开设有两相对设置的通孔222,吸液体25安装在两通孔222上,以吸附储液室211内的烟液。发热元件26对吸液体25上的烟液。
再如图2至图7所示,烟弹管10与所述雾化装置20对应的一端外圈上沿周向设有两个卡台113,密封座234的外圈朝向烟弹管10一侧延伸设置有筒状的卡合部2341,卡合部2341上设有与卡台113相配合的两个卡槽2342,卡槽2342沿周向延伸设置,为烟弹管10提供定位空间,并对烟弹管10转动的第一位置A和第二位置B进行限位。卡槽2342对称设置在卡合部2341的两相对侧,且卡槽2342的弧度不大于90°,以限定转动角度,并与出液口122和进液口232相配合。在其他实施例中,卡合部2341也可形成在座体21上。套筒24套设在座体21和第二盖体23的外围,对座体21和第二盖体23进行固定和保护。
在一些实施例中,座体21包括与供电装置30相连接的连接端212,供电装置30与发热元件26电性连接并向发热元件26提供电能,发热将吸液体25上的烟液加热成烟雾状。连接端212上设有和第二通气管22连通的进气口2121,供电装置30上设有与进气口2121相连通的通风口31。使用者抽烟时,空气经由通风口31、进气口2121进入第二通气管22,雾化后的烟液随着空气经由第二气流通道221、通气口233、第一气流通道1111进入使用者的口中。
可以理解地,上述各技术特征可以任意组合使用而不受限制。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,包括:
    烟弹管(10),包括 储液腔( 112 )以及 将该 储液腔( 112 ) 内部与外部相连通的至少一个出液口(122);
    雾化装置(20),包括储液室(211)以及将该储液室(211)内部与外部相连通的至少一个进液口(232);
    所述烟弹管(10)安装于所述雾化装置(20)上,并可相对于所述雾化装置(20)在一个第一位置(A)和一个第二位置(B)之间转动;所述烟弹管(10)在所述第一位置(A)时,所述至少一个出液口(122)与所述至少一个进液口(232)位置相对应,将所述储液腔(112)与所述储液室(211)相连通;所述烟弹管(10)在所述第二位置(B)时,所述至少一出液口(122)与所述至少一个进液口(232)相互错位,使得所述储液腔(112)与所述储液室(211)相隔断。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管(10)与所述雾化装置(20)共轴地安装在一起,并能相对所述雾化装置(20)绕其轴线在所述第一位置(A)和所述第二位置(B)之间来回转动;所述至少一个进液口(232)形成于所述雾化装置(20)与所述烟弹管(10)相对的端部上,所述至少一个出液口(122)形成于所述烟弹管(10)与所述雾化装置(20)相对的端部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管(10)包括纵向设置的第一气流通道(1111),所述储液腔(112)围绕该第一气流通道(1111);所述雾化装置(20)包括沿纵向设置的第二气流通道(221),所述储液室(211)围绕该第二气流通道(221);所述第一气流通道(1111)与所述第二气流通道(221)相连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管(10)包括与所述雾化装置(20)相对的第一壁部,所述至少一个出液口(122)形成于该第一壁部上;所述雾化装置(20)包括与所述烟弹管(10)相对的第二壁部,所述第一壁部可绕所述轴线转动地与所述第二壁部贴合,所述至少一个进液口(232)形成于该第二壁部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述至少一个进液口(232)包括两个,并对称设置在所述第二壁部上;所述至少一个出液口(122)包括两个,并对称设置在所述第一壁部上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述出液口(122)、进液口(232)均呈扇环形,两所述出液口(122)相对所述轴线中心旋转对称;两所述进液口(232)相对所述轴线中心旋转对称。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管(10)包括烟弹管本体(11)和设置在所述烟弹管本体(11)端部的第一盖体(12),所述烟弹管本体(11)包括形成所述第一气流通道(1111)的第一通气管(111),所述第一壁部形成于所述第一盖体(12)上,所述第一盖体(12)与所述烟弹管本体(11)过盈配合;所述第一盖体(12)的中部设有套孔(121),所述套孔(121)套设在所述第一通气管(111)外。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置(20)包括与所述烟弹管(10)配合的第二盖体(23),所述第二壁部形成于所述第二盖体(23)上;
    所述第二盖体(23)包括一体成型形成的塑胶密封座(234)和软胶密封垫(235),所述密封垫(235)夹设在所述密封座(234)和所述第一盖体(12)之间,所述进液口(232)贯穿所述密封座(234)和密封垫(235)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封垫(235)与所述第一壁部相对的表面设置有降低摩擦用的第一凸起部(2351),所述第一凸起部(2351)包括若干以所述轴线为中心的环状的凸起,所述凸起与所述第一壁部相抵配合。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封垫(235)与所述第一壁部相对一侧的表面设有环绕在所述进液口(232)边缘的第二凸起部(2352),所述第二凸起部(2352)与所述第一壁部相抵配合。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化装置(20)还包括座体(21)、第二通气管(22),所述第二盖体(23)与所述座体(21)相配合,所述第二通气管(22)嵌设在所述座体(21)上,所述第二气流通道(221)形成于所述第二通气管(22)内,所述第二盖体(23)上设有分别与所述第一气流通道(1111)和所述第二气流通道(221)连通的通气口(233);
    所述密封垫(235)还包括由所述通气口(233)的外圈朝向所述第二通气管(22)内侧设置的环状第三凸起部(2353),所述第三凸起部(2353)与所述通气管内壁面相配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述密封垫(235)还包括由所述通气口(233)的外圈朝向所述第一通气管(111)内侧设置的环状第四凸起部(2354),所述第四凸起部(2354)与所述第一通气管(111)的内壁面相配合。
  13. 根据权利要求2至9任一项所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述烟弹管(10)与所述雾化装置(20)对应的一端外圈上沿周向设有至少一个卡台(113),所述雾化装置(20)上设有与所述至少一个卡台(113)相配合的至少一个卡槽(2342),所述卡槽(2342)沿周向延伸设置,为所述烟弹管(10)提供转动空间,并对所述烟弹管(10)转动的所述第一位置(A)和所述第二位置(B)进行限位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述卡台(113)包括两个,并对称设置在所述烟弹管(10)的两相对侧,所述卡槽(2342)包括两个,并对称设置在所述雾化装置(20)的两相对侧。
