进一步地,第一连接件还包括设置在第一活动部上的锁定装置,锁定装置包括锁定销和第二弹性件,第二弹性件对锁定销的作用力朝向第二连接部,第一连接部具有避让锁定销的第二避让通孔,第二避让通孔的孔壁具有允许锁定销移动的滑槽,滑槽位于第二避让通孔和第一避让通孔之间,滑槽的槽底背离第二连接部,第二连接部上设置有朝向第二避让通孔延伸的抵顶凸起,锁定销具有伸入第二避让通孔并被该第二避让通孔的孔壁止挡的第一锁定状态以及与抵顶凸起接触而移入滑槽并被该滑槽的槽壁止挡的第二锁定状态,当锁定销处于第一锁定状态时,第一活动部处于分离状态;当锁定销处于第二锁定状态时,第一活动部处于连接状态。
进一步地,第一连接部具有在第二方向上延伸的导向槽,第一活动部具有伸入导向槽的受导部。
应用本发明的技术方案,将第一固定部与第一零件固定连接,将第二连接件与第二零件固定连接,然后使第二连接件处于伸入状态,并使第一活动部仅在第一弹性部的作用下,因此,第一活动部在第一弹性部的作用力处于连接状态,此时,安装通孔的孔壁伸入容纳凹槽,第一零件和第二零件实现固定。通过对第一活动部施加克服第一弹性部的作用力以使第一活动部处于分离状态,安装通孔的孔壁移出容纳凹槽,此时,第一连接件与第二连接件不再连接,即可实现第一零件与第二零件的分离。在安装过程中,第一活动部无需人为驱动即可处于连接状态,不仅降低了劳动量,而且提高了安装效率。由上述分析可知,本发明的连接装置降低了劳动量并且提高了安装效率。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例的连接装置包括第一连接件10和与第一连接件10配合的第二连接件20。第一连接件10包括第一固定部11、在第一方向上可移动设置的第一活动部12以及位于第一固定部11和第一活动部12之间的第一弹性部13,第一固定部11具有第一零件连接部11a,第一活动部12具有在垂直于第一方向的第二方向上贯通的安装通孔14。第二连接件20具有第二零件连接部20a和容纳安装通孔14的孔壁的容纳凹槽20b,第二连接件20具有伸入安装通孔14的伸入状态和移出安装通孔14的移出状态,第一活动部12具有使安装通孔14的孔壁伸入容纳凹槽20b的连接状态以及使安装通孔14的孔壁移出容纳凹槽20b的分离状态,第一活动部12仅在第一弹性部13的作用下处于连接状态。
应用本实施例的连接装置,将第一固定部11与第一零件固定连接,将第二连接件20与第二零件固定连接,然后使第二连接件20处于伸入状态,并使第一活动部12仅在第一弹性部13的作用下,因此,第一活动部12在第一弹性部13的作用力处于连接状态,此时,安装通孔14的孔壁伸入容纳凹槽20b,第一零件和第二零件实现固定。通过对第一活动部12施加克服第一弹性部13的作用力以使第一活动部12处于分离状态,安装通孔14的孔壁移出容纳凹槽20b,此时,第一连接件10与第二连接件20不再连接,即可实现第一零件与第二零件的分离。在安装过程中,第一活动部12无需人为驱动即可处于连接状态,不仅降低了劳动量,而且提高了安装效率。由上述分析可知,本实施例的连接装置降低了劳动量并且提高了安装效率。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,第二连接件20包括第二固定部21和在第二方向上可移动地设置在第二固定部21上的第二活动部22,第二零件连接部20a形成在第二固定部21上,容纳凹槽20b形成在第二活动部22上,第二活动部22具有伸入状态和移出状态。采用上述结构,当第一活动部12处于连接状态时,通过移动第二活动部22即可将第一零件和第二零件连接的更牢固。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,容纳凹槽20b为环形凹槽,第二固定部21具有在第二方向上贯通的螺纹孔,第二活动部22包括吊杆23,容纳凹槽20b形成在吊杆23上,吊杆23具有与螺纹孔配合的外螺纹段。采用上述结构,通过旋拧吊杆23即可实现第二活动部22在第二方向上可移动地设置,并且移动的精度更高。此外,作为可行的其他实施方式,第二活动部22具有齿条,第二固定部21具有与齿条配合的齿轮,通过驱动齿轮转动,同样可以实现第二活动部22在第二方向上可移动地设置。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,安装通孔14包括在第一方向上分布的穿设孔区14a和锁定孔区14b,锁定孔区14b的面积小于穿设孔区14a的面积,当第一活动部12处于连接状态时, 第二活动部22位于锁定孔区14b并且锁定孔区14b的孔壁伸入容纳凹槽20b;当第一活动部12处于分离状态时,第二活动部22位于穿设孔区14a。采用上述结构,能够使第一连接件10和第二连接件20连接地更牢固。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,第一弹性部13为第一压缩弹簧。当然,作为可行的其他实施方式,第一弹性部13也可以是拉簧或者弹性套筒。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,第二活动部22还包括与吊杆23固定连接的旋拧手柄24,第二固定部21位于旋拧手柄24和第一连接件10之间,旋拧手柄24的周向上具有多个间隔设置的手持凹槽24a。采用上述结构,便于旋拧吊杆23。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,第一零件连接部11a和第二零件连接部20a均为螺丝穿设通孔。
本申请还提供了一种显示屏,如图3和图4所示,本实施例的显示屏包括第一显示单元型材30、第二显示单元型材40和上述实施例的连接装置。第一显示单元型材30具有第一连接部31。第二显示单元型材40具有第二连接部41。第一固定部11与第一连接部31固定连接,第二固定部21与第二连接部41固定连接,第一连接部31位于第二连接部41和第一活动部12之间,第一连接部31具有避让第二活动部22的第一避让通孔32。本实施例的显示屏降低了劳动量并且提高了安装效率。
如图4和图5所示,在本实施例中,第一连接件10还包括设置在第一活动部12上的锁定装置15,锁定装置15包括锁定销16和第二弹性件17,第二弹性件17对锁定销16的作用力朝向第二连接部41,第一连接部31具有避让锁定销16的第二避让通孔33,第二避让通孔33的孔壁具有允许锁定销16移动的滑槽34,滑槽34位于第二避让通孔33和第一避让通孔32之间,滑槽34的槽底背离第二连接部41,第二连接部41上设置有朝向第二避让通孔33延伸的抵顶凸起42,锁定销16具有伸入第二避让通孔33并被该第二避让通孔33的孔壁止挡的第一锁定状态以及与抵顶凸起42接触而移入滑槽34并被该滑槽34的槽壁止挡的第二锁定状态,当锁定销16处于第一锁定状态时,第一活动部12处于分离状态;当锁定销16处于第二锁定状态时,第一活动部12处于连接状态。
采用上述结构,在安装第一显示单元型材30和第二显示单元型材40之前,锁定销16处于第一锁定状态,并且第一活动部12处于分离状态,将第一连接部31和第二连接部41相向移动,第二活动部22穿过第一避让通孔32并伸入穿设孔区14a,与此同时,抵顶凸起42与锁定销16接触,并且对锁定销16施加克服第二弹性件17的作用力,锁定销16移出第二避让通孔33并移入滑槽34以致最终处于第二锁定状态,此时,第二活动部22位于锁定孔区14b并且第一活动部12处于连接状态,实现了第一显示单元型材30与第二显示单元型材40的连接,通过旋拧第二活动部22,能够实现第一显示单元型材30与第二显示单元型材40的稳定连接。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,第一连接部31具有在第二方向上延伸的导向槽35,第一活动部12具有伸入导向槽35的受导部。采用上述结构,便于将第一活动部12按照预定轨迹移动。如图5所示,在本实施例中,锁定装置15还包括持握手柄18,持握手柄18固定在第一 活动部12上,便于驱动第一活动部12克服第一弹性部13的弹力。如图4所示,在本实施例中,第二连接部41位于第二固定部21和第一连接部31之间,避免第二固定部21影响第二连接部41与第一连接部31实现无缝对接,第二连接部41具有避让第二活动部22的第三避让通孔43。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一连接件(10),包括第一固定部(11)、在第一方向上可移动设置的第一活动部(12)以及位于所述第一固定部(11)和所述第一活动部(12)之间的第一弹性部(13),所述第一固定部(11)具有第一零件连接部(11a),所述第一活动部(12)具有在垂直于所述第一方向的第二方向上贯通的安装通孔(14);
    与所述第一连接件(10)配合的第二连接件(20),具有第二零件连接部(20a)和容纳所述安装通孔(14)的孔壁的容纳凹槽(20b),所述第二连接件(20)具有伸入所述安装通孔(14)的伸入状态和移出所述安装通孔(14)的移出状态,所述第一活动部(12)具有使所述安装通孔(14)的孔壁伸入所述容纳凹槽(20b)的连接状态以及使所述安装通孔(14)的孔壁移出所述容纳凹槽(20b)的分离状态,所述第一活动部(12)仅在所述第一弹性部(13)的作用下处于所述连接状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(20)包括第二固定部(21)和在所述第二方向上可移动地设置在所述第二固定部(21)上的第二活动部(22),所述第二零件连接部(20a)形成在所述第二固定部(21)上,所述容纳凹槽(20b)形成在所述第二活动部(22)上,所述第二活动部(22)具有所述伸入状态和所述移出状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述容纳凹槽(20b)为环形凹槽,所述第二固定部(21)具有在所述第二方向上贯通的螺纹孔,所述第二活动部(22)包括吊杆(23),所述容纳凹槽(20b)形成在所述吊杆(23)上,所述吊杆(23)具有与所述螺纹孔配合的外螺纹段。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述安装通孔(14)包括在所述第一方向上分布的穿设孔区(14a)和锁定孔区(14b),所述锁定孔区(14b)的面积小于所述穿设孔区(14a)的面积,当所述第一活动部(12)处于所述连接状态时,所述第二活动部(22)位于所述锁定孔区(14b)并且所述锁定孔区(14b)的孔壁伸入所述容纳凹槽(20b);当所述第一活动部(12)处于所述分离状态时,所述第二活动部(22)位于所述穿设孔区(14a)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹性部(13)为第一压缩弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第二活动部(22)还包括与所述吊杆(23)固定连接的旋拧手柄(24),所述第二固定部(21)位于所述旋拧手柄(24)和所述第一连接件(10)之间,所述旋拧手柄(24)的周向上具有多个间隔设置的手持凹槽(24a)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的连接装置,其特征在于,所述第一零件连接部(11a)和所述第二零件连接部(20a)均为螺丝穿设通孔。
  8. 一种显示屏,包括:
    第一显示单元型材(30),具有第一连接部(31);
    第二显示单元型材(40),具有第二连接部(41),其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括:
    权利要求1至7中任一项所述的连接装置,所述第一固定部(11)与所述第一连接部(31)固定连接,所述第二连接件(20)与所述第二连接部(41)固定连接,所述第一连接部(31)位于所述第二连接部(41)和所述第一活动部(12)之间,所述第一连接部(31)具有避让所述第二连接件(20)的第一避让通孔(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(10)还包括设置在所述第一活动部(12)上的锁定装置(15),所述锁定装置(15)包括锁定销(16)和第二弹性件(17),所述第二弹性件(17)对所述锁定销(16)的作用力朝向所述第二连接部(41),所述第一连接部(31)具有避让所述锁定销(16)的第二避让通孔(33),所述第二避让通孔(33)的孔壁具有允许所述锁定销(16)移动的滑槽(34),所述滑槽(34)位于所述第二避让通孔(33)和所述第一避让通孔(32)之间,所述滑槽(34)的槽底背离所述第二连接部(41),所述第二连接部(41)上设置有朝向所述第二避让通孔(33)延伸的抵顶凸起(42),所述锁定销(16)具有伸入所述第二避让通孔(33)并被该第二避让通孔(33)的孔壁止挡的第一锁定状态以及与所述抵顶凸起(42)接触而移入所述滑槽(34)并被该滑槽(34)的槽壁止挡的第二锁定状态,当所述锁定销(16)处于所述第一锁定状态时,所述第一活动部(12)处于所述分离状态;当所述锁定销(16)处于所述第二锁定状态时,所述第一活动部(12)处于所述连接状态。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一连接部(31)具有在所述第二方向上延伸的导向槽(35),所述第一活动部(12)具有伸入所述导向槽(35)的受导部。
