Abstract
一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头及其使用方法,该笔式注射器针头包括:至少一个针头本体(9)和至少一个用于包装针头本体(9)的包装体,针头本体(9)包括依次连接的针座、针管(7)和内护帽(6),包装体包括包装杯(10)和密封纸(13),包装杯(10)设有至少一个与针头本体(9)相配合的腔体,针座的外圆周围伤设有至少一个轴向凸起(11),腔体的内壁上设有至少一个与轴向凸起(11)相配合连接的凹槽(12),腔体的上部边缘处设置成平面,密封纸(13)与平面相配合连接。该针头的密封纸与包装杯之间的粘合面积增加,使得密封工艺更加容易,提高了无菌密封的可靠度,同时由于无需生产外护帽,降低了产品成本,特别适用于批量生产。
Description
本发明涉及医用笔式注射器针头的无菌包装领域,特别是涉及一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头及其使用方法。
现有的笔式注射器针头如图1-图3所示,由外护帽1与医用密封纸2将针头密封于其中。使用时需要将密封纸2撕离粘合点3和外护帽1、露出其中的无菌针头5、旋拧到笔式注射器4上面、拔出外护帽1、拔出内护帽6、露出针管7,注射完成后至少要盖上外护帽1、将整个笔式注射器针头旋下。这种采用外护帽1和单独的密封纸2的初包装结构对自动化生产过程要求很高,特别是水滴状密封纸2的冲裁必须精确以保证其表面印刷的产品信息在正确位置,并且密封纸与外护帽热合时相对位置要求很高。此外,密封纸2与外护帽1的粘合点3也需要一道工序,并且多个产品还要包装入袋和/或盒,其精确计数过程也非常复杂,因而,这种高精度的工艺要求和复杂的装配工序使得笔式注射器针头的造价很高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头及其使用方法,无需采用传统的外护帽,只需将一个含有针座、针管和内护帽的针头装入一个包装杯中,用密封纸与包装杯密封而成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头及其使用方法,包括:至少一个针头本体和至少一个用于包装针头本体的包装体,所述针头本体包括依次连接的针座、针管和内护帽,所述包装体包括包装杯和密封纸,所述包装杯设有至少一个与所述针头本体相配合的腔体,所述针座的外
圆周面上设有至少一个轴向凸起,所述腔体的内壁上设有至少一个与轴向凸起相配合连接的凹槽,所述腔体的上部边缘处设置成平面,所述密封纸与所述平面相配合连接。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述凹槽的外径及宽度在凹槽的上部大于轴向凸起的外径和宽度。
在本发明一个较佳实施倒中,所述凹槽的外径及宽度在凹槽的下部小于轴向凸起的外径和宽度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述包装杯设有至少两个腔体,相邻腔体之间的平面上设有用于分离腔体的分割线。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述包装体的平面与密封纸的连接处设有一个边角,所述边角上设有一个多边形区域,所述多边形区域内包装体与密封纸不粘合。
本发明还提供一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头的使用方法,所述简易包装的笔式注射器针头为权利要求1-5中任一所述的笔式注射器针头,包括以下步骤:
(1)将一个针头本体的包装体与其它包装体沿分割线拆下,
(2)在多边形区域处撕开密封纸,
(3)手持包装杯的凹陷部分将针头本体旋拧到注射笔上,拔出包装杯,
(4)拔出针头本体上的内护帽,露出针管,
(5)注射完成后盖上包装杯,
(6)将针头本体从注射笔上旋下,放入包装体的腔体中。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明简易包装的笔式注射器针头及其使用方法具
有如下优点:
(1)无需生产外护帽,降低了针头整体上的加工成本和装配成本,
(2)密封纸与包装杯之间的粘合面积大大增加,使得密封工艺变得更容易,显著增加了无菌密封的可靠度,保证针头的无菌化生产和包装,
(3)与现有的水滴状密封纸的冲裁相比,本发明中的密封纸的切割变得非常容易,只需沿包装杯上面的分割线直线切割即可,并且包装杯上面的分割线保证多个针头的包装之间即相互联在一起又很容易用手撕开,
(4)多个包装杯包装的联装可以自成包装,不用包装盒,省去了复杂的计数装盒工序,降低针头整体的生产成本和使用成本,
(5)可以很方便地在线印刷部分或全部说明书及产品信息到密封纸的外表面上,省却了单独说明书的成本,
(6)使用者在使用方式上基本未变,易于被使用者接受。
综上可知,整个生产过程大大降低了产品成本,特别适用于批量生产,具有很大的经济价值。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头,包括:至少一个针头本体9和至少一个用于包装针头本体9的包装体,所述针头本体9包括依次连接的针座、针管7和内护帽6,所述包装体包括包装杯10和密封纸13,所述包装杯10设有多个与针头本体9相配合的腔体,所述针座的外圆周面上设有四个轴向凸起11,所述腔体的内壁上设有四个与轴向凸起11相配合连接的凹槽12,所述腔体的上部边缘处设置成平面,所述密封纸13与所述平面相配合连接,即在包装杯10的顶部平面部分粘合密封纸13,实现笔式注射器针头的封装。所述凹槽12的外径及宽度在凹槽12的上部略大于轴向凸起11的外径和宽度,以利于针头本体9装入,包装杯10的凹槽12的外径及宽度在下部略小于轴向凸起11的外径和宽度,以保证针头本体9在包装杯10内的固定。现有的笔式注射器针头的针座上面有多个凹槽8,用来与外护帽1配合,使得针头与外护帽一起旋转。本发明中的针头本体9无需外护帽,在针座的外圆周面上设有四个轴向凸起11,既能增加针座的刚度又能与包装杯10的凹槽12相匹配,并且在将针头本体9安装到
笔式注射器上面时只需旋拧包装杯10的凹陷部分即可,上述凹陷部分是由相邻的两个凹槽12的外表面之间所构成的一个凹面。
这种包装体无需生产外护帽,降低了针头整体上的加工成本和装配成本,并且密封纸13的切割变得非常容易,只需沿分割线16直线切割即可,密封纸13与包装杯10之间的粘合面积大大增加,使得密封工艺变得更容易,显著增加了无菌密封的可靠度,保证针头的无菌化生产和包装。
另外,所述包装体的平面与密封纸13的连接处设有一个边角,所述边角设有一个多边形区域14,所述多边形区域14内包装体与密封纸13不粘合,在不影响密封性的前提下,在包装杯10与密封纸13结合的一个边角上设有一个多边形区域14,以最简单的三角形区域为例,在此区域中密封纸13与包装杯10不粘合,不粘合简单的方法之一是在此区域内没有包装体的平面材料,从此多边形区域14内,使用笔式注射器针头时能方便地揭下密封纸13。
另外,所述包装杯10设有至少两个腔体,相邻腔体之间的平面上设有用于分离腔体的分割线16,当然,如图6所示,为便于批量生产、运输和使用,可以将多个针头本体9按一定形状分布联装在一起,形成联包装15,本例中显示的是14只双排联装,可以是任意分布形状。针头本体9之间有分割线16,使用时可先将一个针头的包装与其它包装沿分割线16拆下,为了保证包装体之间能够方便分离开,针头本体9之间的分割线16包括两部分:(1)包装杯10上面的分割线16可以在包装杯10成型时完成,使得包装杯10之间即连在一起又很容易用手分离,(2)密封纸13上面的分割线16可以完全割开,也可以有一些连接,但要很容易分离。当然还可以很方便地在密封纸13的外表面上印刷部分或全部说明书及产品信息,以便于使用者使用。
上述笔式注射器针头的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将一个针头本体9的包装体与其它包装体沿分割线16拆下,
(2)在多边形区域14处撕开密封纸13,
(3)手持包装杯10的凹陷部分将针头本体9旋拧到注射笔上,拔出包装杯10,
(4)拔出针头本体9上的内护帽6,露出针管,
(5)注射完成后盖上包装杯10,
(6)将针头本体9从注射笔上旋下,放入包装体10的腔体中。
区别于现有技术,本发明简易包装的笔式注射器针头及其使用方法具有如下优点:
(1)无需生产外护帽,降低了针头整体上的加工成本和装配成本,
(2)密封纸与包装杯之间的粘合面积大大增加,使得密封工艺变得更容易,显著增加了无菌密封的可靠度,保证针头的无菌化生产和包装,
(3)与现有的水滴状密封纸的冲裁相比,本发明中的密封纸的切割变得非常容易,只需沿包装杯上面的分割线直线切割即可,并且包装杯上面的分割线保证多个针头的包装之间即相互联在一起又很容易用手撕开,
(4)多个包装杯包装的联装可以自成包装,不用包装盒,省去了复杂的计数装盒工序,降低针头整体的生产成本和使用成本,

综上可知,整个生产过程大大降低了产品成本,特别适用于批量生产,具有很大的经济价值。

- 一种简易包装的笔式注射器针头,其特征在于,包括:至少一个针头本体和至少一个用于包装针头本体的包装体,所述针头本体包括依次连接的针座、针管和内护帽,所述包装体包括包装杯和密封纸,所述包装杯设有至少一个与所述针头本体相配合的腔体,所述针座的外圆周面上设有至少一个轴向凸起,所述腔体的内壁上设有至少一个与轴向凸起相配合连接的凹槽,所述腔体的上部边缘处设置成平面,所述密封纸与所述平面相配合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的简易包装的笔式注射器针头,其特征在于,所述凹槽的外径及宽度在凹槽的上部大于轴向凸起的外径和宽度。
