Description

一种形态可变的支撑结构及具有该结构的电子设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑结构,尤其涉及一种形态可变的支撑结构,以及将该形态可变的支撑结构应用于具有柔性显示屏的电子设备。
背景技术
目前,具有显示功能的电子设备基于显示屏的刚性显示特性,固束于平板结构,无论从产品的便携设计还是显示效果来说,改进空间都非常有限。
随着显示技术的发展,柔性显示的优势日益突出,由于其轻薄、可弯曲,具有便于携带的优点,因此,将其在电子设备上的应用研究越来越多,已成为目前显示技术发展的重要方向。
其中,“可穿戴设备”的概念逐步成为产品设计的热点方向,而如何承载柔性显示屏充分发挥其轻薄、可弯曲的特质,则是产品设计的一大问题。现有技术中,已有应用柔性显示屏于可折叠的电子设备,但是,仅限于固定的弯折部位、角度,并没能充分实现柔性显示屏的形态可塑性。
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种形态可变的支撑结构及具有该结构的电子设备,充分发挥了柔性显示屏的形态可塑性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种形态可变的支撑结构及具有该结构的电子设备,通过相邻链节单元驱动部之间的相互作用力、维持依次铰接相连的支撑面之间构建不同的形态,形成形态可灵活改变的支撑结构。
本发明提供了一种形态可变的支撑结构,包括固定模块、尾端模组、及用于连接所述固定模块、尾端模组的柔性模组;所述柔性模组包括多个链节单元,所述链节单元包括具有相背的支撑面及下表面的支撑片、及自所述支撑片一侧向其下表面方向延伸的驱动部,所述链节单元通过所述支撑片一对侧的连接部依次铰接相连,相邻链节单元通过所述驱动部的相互作用力带动所述支撑面改变所述柔性模组的形态。
本发明还提供了一种电子设备,包括上述任一种的支撑结构、及柔性显示屏;
所述柔性显示屏置于所述支撑结构上。
本发明提供的支撑结构包括固定模块、尾端模组、及用于连接所述固定模块、尾端模组的柔性模组,通过相邻链节单元驱动部之间的相互作用力、维持依次铰接相连的支撑面之间构建不同的形态,形成形态可灵活改变的支撑结构。

图9是本发明又一实施例提供的一种形态可变的支撑结构示意图。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实 施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下述较优实施例中对于同一部件采用统一的标识进行具体阐述。
请参照图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图,包括柔性显示屏5及支撑结构1;其中,支撑结构1包括:固定模块2、尾端模组4、及用于连接固定模块2与尾端模组4的柔性模组3;柔性模组3包括多个链节单元31,如图2所示,链节单元31包括具有相背的支撑面310A及下表面310B的支撑片310,及自支撑片310一侧向其下表面310B方向延伸的驱动部311,链节单元31通过支撑片310一对侧的连接部3101依次铰接相连,相邻的链节单元31通过驱动部311的相互作用力带动支撑面310A改变柔性模组3的形态;柔性显示屏5置于该支撑结构1上。
该柔性显示屏5可经过封装后以粘贴的形式固定于支撑结构1上。
本发明第一实施例提供的一种形态可变的支撑结构,如图3、图4所示,还包括置于支撑片310背对支撑面310A的下表面310B的第一磁铁311a及置于驱动部311的第二磁铁311b、第三磁铁311c、第四磁铁311d,相邻的链节单元31通过驱动部311的相互作用力改变柔性模组3的形态包括:当第二磁铁311b和相邻链节单元的第一磁铁311a产生吸合作用力,相邻的链节单元31的两个支撑面310A构成弯曲形态,如图4所示;当第三磁铁311c与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁311d产生吸合作用力,相邻的链节单元的两个支撑面310A构成展平形态,如图3所示。
请结合图2至图4,该实施例中,驱动部311包括带动部3113及连接带动部3113与支撑片310的接合部3114,其中,带动部3113包括:用于承载第二磁铁311b和第三磁铁311c的第一承载片3113A、用于承载第四磁铁311d的第二承载片3113B,及连接接合部3114、第一承载片3113A与第二承载片3113B的连接部3113C,其中,第一磁铁311a置于支撑片310的下表面310B,第四磁铁311d置于第二承载片3113B的上表面(即面向支撑片310的表面),第 二磁铁311b位于第一承载片3113A的上表面(即面向支撑片310的表面)对应于相邻链节单元第一磁铁311a的可吸合位置,第三磁铁311c位于第一承载片3113A的下表面(即背离支撑片310的表面)对应于相邻链节单元第四磁铁311d的可吸合位置。
较优的,接合部3114沿支撑片310一侧的连接部3101b向下表面310B所在一侧延伸、并接合至连接部3113C。
支撑片310一对侧的连接部3101分别沿支撑面310A部分延伸且设有轴孔3102,其中,第二侧连接部3101b的部分延伸区域相对第一侧连接部3101a的部分延伸区域可嵌合设置,使得第二侧连接部3101b与相邻链节单元的第一侧连接部3101a可通过销轴3103贯穿部分延伸区域的轴孔3102而铰接相连,如图5所示。
固定模块2的一对侧分别包括可与链节单元31相铰接的第一侧连接部、或第二侧连接部,如图5所示,即固定模组通过设置可与链接单元31配合铰接的连接部即可,如,柔性模组3连接固定模块2的链节单元31为第一侧连接部3101a,则固定模块2与该链节单元连接的一侧设有第二侧连接部3101b进行铰接相连,进一步的还可以包括用于与该链节单元31可吸合的部分驱动部311,如图5示意,包括与该链节单元31铰接侧第一磁铁311a配合的第二磁铁311b部分、与该链节单元31第四磁铁311d配合的第三磁铁311c部分。
尾端模组4的内侧包括可与链节单元相铰接的第一侧连接部、或第二侧连接部,如图6所示,原理同上,此处不再赘述。
该较优实施例中,沿第二侧连接部3101b分别垂直延伸构成接合部3114,并垂直接合带动部3113的第二承载片3113B,该带动部3113为直角Z形态,即第一承载片3113A与第二承载片3113B分别垂直于接合部3113C、并分别向远离接合部3113C平面的两侧水平延伸。当通过外力致使第三磁铁311c与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁311d相吸合时,第一承载片3113A与相邻链节单元的第二承载片3113B平行吸合,致使两支撑面构成同一水平面的展平形态;当通 过外力致使第二磁铁311b与相邻链节单元的第一磁铁311a相吸合,相邻链节单元的支撑面随第一侧连接部铰接的销轴转动至第二磁铁311b与第一磁铁311a贴合,致使相邻两支撑面夹设一个角度进而导致链节单元31呈弯曲状态。因此,该支撑结构1可通过外力改变柔性模组3的不同形态,如图7a、7b、7c、7d所示,但本发明并不仅限于此,即可通过对链节单元31之间吸合状态的改变,塑造柔性模组3的任意形态。
可以理解的是,本发明所述的磁铁包括但不限于永磁体、电磁铁或永磁体与电磁铁的组合,本领域技术人员可以获知,当为永磁体时,可参照图3,第三磁铁311c(N极)与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁(S极)吸合时,第二磁铁311b(N极)与相邻链节单元的第一磁铁(S极)分离,两支撑面310A保持展平状态。而在外力作用下,第二磁铁311b(N极)与相邻链节单元的第一磁铁(S极)吸合时,第三磁铁311c(N极)与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁311d(S极)分离,两支撑面310A形成相对角度变为弯曲状态,同时,磁铁的吸力使得柔性模组状态保持不变。当为电磁铁时,所述外力即为连接电路给出的控制信号,控制第一磁铁311a与相邻链节单元31的第二磁铁311b或第三磁铁311c与相邻链节单元31的第四磁铁311d的吸合。可参照图4,当第二磁铁311b与相邻链节单元的第一磁铁上电路断开,第三磁铁311c与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁上电路导通,第三磁铁311c与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁吸合,两支撑面保持展平状态;当第二磁铁311b与相邻链节单元的第一磁铁上电路导通,第三磁铁311c与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁上电路断开,第二磁铁311b与相邻链链节单元的第一磁铁吸合,两支撑面形成相对角度变为弯曲状态。
如图8所示,该实施例中,固定模块2、尾端模组4可用于容置各种所需的零部件,包括电子元件,如可以包括用来给该电子设备供电的电池6,以及PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板)7,进一步的还可以用FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit board,柔性电路板)8通过柔性模组3电连接固定模块2、尾端模组4的元件及柔性显示屏5的电连接接口。
本发明提供的该形态可变的支撑结构1结合柔性显示屏构建的电子设备,可以为一种腕带的手机,但本发明电子设备并不限于此。
进一步,支撑结构1可以包括多个固定模块2,分别通过柔性模组3连接,如图9所示,即各固定模块2可根据需要进行元件的布置,相关元件间可用FPC进行连接,例如,固定模块2a可用来放置PCB板,固定模块2b可用来放置电池,固定模块2c可用来放置相机、传感器等,尾端模组4a可用来放置听筒,尾端模组4b可用来放置话筒。即本发明提供的电子设备可以根据布局需求而自由选择固定模块2与柔性模组3的数量、大小、组合方式、各元件的放置位置等,从而满足不同的客户需求。
本发明上述实施例提供的一种形态可变的支撑结构1,通过多个链节单元31铰接相连构成的柔性模组3接合于固定模块2与尾端模组4之间,并通过链节单元31设置的驱动部311改变柔性模组3的形态,从而构建了形态可变的支撑结构1。上述较优实施例中,柔性模组3由铰链连接,且销轴连接处于支撑结构的上方,即支撑面的连接,则当各链节单元31相互运动时,所有链节单元31的支撑面310A构建的表面积几乎不发生变化,则可以保证支撑结构1上的柔性显示屏5的长度在柔性模组3展开、弯曲状态下均不发生变化。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种形态可变的支撑结构,其特征在于,包括固定模块、尾端模组、及用于连接所述固定模块、尾端模组的柔性模组;所述柔性模组包括多个链节单元,所述链节单元包括具有相背的支撑面及下表面的支撑片、及自所述支撑片一侧向其下表面方向延伸的驱动部,所述链节单元通过所述支撑片一对侧的连接部依次铰接相连,相邻链节单元通过所述驱动部的相互作用力带动所述支撑面改变所述柔性模组的形态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,还包括置于所述支撑片的第一磁铁及置于所述驱动部的第二磁铁、第三磁铁、第四磁铁;
    所述相邻的链节单元通过所述驱动部的相互作用力改变所述柔性模组的形态包括:
    当所述第二磁铁和相邻链节单元的第一磁铁产生吸合作用力,所述相邻的链节单元的两个支撑面构成弯曲形态;
    当所述第三磁铁与相邻链节单元的第四磁铁产生吸合作用力,所述相邻的链节单元的两个支撑面构成展平形态。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述驱动部包括带动部及连接所述带动部与所述支撑片的接合部;
    所述带动部包括:用于承载第二磁铁和第三磁铁的第一承载片、用于承载第四磁铁的第二承载片,及连接第一承载片与第二承载片的连接部。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述接合部沿支撑片一侧的连接部向下表面所在一侧延伸、并接合至连接部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,支撑片一对侧的连接部分别沿支撑面部分延伸且设有轴孔,其中,第二侧连接部的部分延伸区域相对第一侧连接部的部分延伸区域可嵌合设置,使得第二侧连接部与相邻链节单元的第一侧连接部可通过销轴贯穿部分延伸区域的轴孔而铰接相连。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,固定模块的一对侧分别包 括可与链节单元相铰接的第一侧连接部、或第二侧连接部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,尾端模组的内侧包括可与链节单元相铰接的第一侧连接部、或第二侧连接部。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的支撑结构,其特征在于,所述固定模块至少为一个,所述固定模块之间通过所述柔性模组连接。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-8任一项所述的支撑结构、及柔性显示屏;
    所述柔性显示屏置于所述支撑结构上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述固定模块和/或尾端模组内用于容置零部件。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述零部件、及柔性显示屏之间通过FPC电连接。
