Claims (19)
- 휴대용 기기 및 상기 휴대용 기기의 일면에 고정되며 고리를 구비한 휴대용 기기 액세서리를 대상체 상에 장착하는 마운팅 부재에 있어서,몸체;상기 몸체의 일부에 형성되며, 상기 고리를 수용하는 수용홈이 형성된 슬롯부; 및상기 수용홈의 내부에 배치되며, 상기 수용홈에 위치한 고리를 탄성적으로 가압하는 가압부를 포함하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬롯부 및 상기 가압부는 서로 평행하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압부는 고분자 수지를 이용하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 측벽에서 수평 방향으로 관통하도록 배치되며, 상기 가압부를 눌러 상기 가압부가 상기 고리를 고정할 수 있도록 구비된 프레스부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 프레스부는 스크류 구조 또는 레버 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압부는 상기 수용홈의 일 측벽 또는 양 측벽들에 배치되며,상기 몸체의 수평 방향을 따라 상기 몸체 및 가압부를 관통하도록 배치되며, 상기 수용홈의 일 측벽 또는 양 측벽들에 배치된 가압부를 눌러 상기 가압부가 상기 고리를 고정하는 프레스부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프레스부는,상기 수평 방향을 따라 상기 몸체 및 가압부를 관통하는 볼트; 및상기 볼트에 체결되어 상기 볼트와 같이 상기 가압부는 누르는 너트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프레스부는,상기 수평 방향을 따라 상기 몸체 및 가압부를 관통하며 일단부가 상기 몸체에 고정되는 축; 및상기 축의 일단부와 반대되는 타단부에 힌지 결합되며, 상기 축의 타단부를 기준으로 회전하여 상기 가압부를 누르거나 누름을 해제하는 레버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 측벽에서 수평 방향으로 관통하도록 배치되며, 상기 수용홈에 수용된 고리를 고정하여 상기 고리가 상기 수용홈으로부터 이탈되는 것을 억제하는 이탈 억제부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이탈 억제부는 상기 가압부를 관통하며 상기 고리의 내측과 컨택하거나 또는 상기 고리의 내측으로부터 이격하도록 수평 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비된 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 이탈 억제부는,상기 슬롯부를 둘러싸도록 상기 몸체의 내부에 구비되고, 일 단부에 외부로부터 가압되는 힘에 의하여 수평 방향으로 이동 가능한 버튼이 형성된 푸시부;상기 푸시부의 타 단부에 형성되며, 상기 고리가 수용됨에 따라 상기 수용홈의 내부에 상기 고리를 고정할 수 있도록 구비된 후크; 및상기 후크에 인접하며 상기 푸시부와 탄성적으로 연결되며 상기 후크를 상기 수용홈에 고정시키는 탄성 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 하면에는 상기 대상체와 체결될 수 있도록 나사 체결부 또는 슬라이드 체결부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 하면을 상기 대상체에 부착시키는 부착부를 더 포함하는 것을 마운팅 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 부착부는,상기 몸체의 하면에 결합되는 베이스 하우징; 및상기 베이스 하부징의 하면 및 상기 대상체 사이에 개재되어 부착력을 제공하는 접착 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 부착부는상기 몸체의 하면에 결합되는 베이스 하우징;상기 베이스 하우징의 하부에 형성되는 베이스 하판; 및상기 베이스 하판을 통하여 베이스 하우징에 체결되며, 상기 대상체에 흡착되는 흡착판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 부착부는상기 몸체의 하면에 결합되며, 수평 방향으로 관통홈이 형성되며 상기 관통홈을 따라 상기 대상체가 고정되는 클램프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 휴대용 기기 및 상기 휴대용 기기의 일면에 고정되며 고리를 구비한 휴대용 기기 액세서리를 대상체 상에 장착하는 마운팅 부재에 있어서,몸체;상기 몸체의 일부에 형성되며, 상기 고리를 수용하는 수용홈이 형성된 슬롯부; 및상기 몸체의 측벽에서 수평 방향으로 관통하도록 배치되며, 상기 수용홈에 수용된 고리를 고정하여 상기 고리가 상기 수용홈으로부터 이탈되는 것을 억제하는 이탈 억제부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 이탈 억제부는 상기 고리의 내측과 컨택하거나 또는 상기 고리의 내측으로부터 이격하도록 수평 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비된 돌출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 이탈 억제부는,상기 슬롯부를 둘러싸도록 상기 몸체의 내부에 구비되고, 일 단부에 외부로부터 가압되는 힘에 의하여 수평 방향으로 이동 가능한 버튼이 형성된 푸시부;상기 푸시부의 타 단부에 형성되며, 상기 고리가 수용됨에 따라 상기 수용홈의 내부에 상기 고리를 고정할 수 있도록 구비된 후크; 및상기 후크에 인접하며 상기 푸시부와 탄성적으로 연결되며 상기 후크를 상기 수용홈에 고정시키는 탄성 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운팅 부재.
