最初に、図1~図3を用いて、電子制御装置1の構成を説明する。図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態による電子制御装置1の斜視図である。図2は、図1に示す電子制御装置1の断面図である。図3は、図2に示す電子制御装置1の要部(A部)の拡大断面図である。
図4は、本発明の第2の実施形態による電子制御装置1の要部(A部)の拡大断面図である。
図5は、本発明の第3の実施形態による電子制御装置1の要部(A部)の拡大断面図である。
図6は、本発明の第4の実施形態による電子制御装置1の要部(A部)の拡大断面図である。
図7は、本発明の第5の実施形態による電子制御装置1の断面図である。
図8は、本発明の第6の実施形態による電子制御装置1の断面図である。

- 電子部品が搭載される基板と、
前記基板の第1の面を覆うベースと、
前記基板の第2の面を覆うカバーと、
前記第2の面に搭載され、車載変速機に固定されたコネクタに接続する第1のコネクタと、
前記第2の面に搭載され、ハーネスのコネクタに接続する第2のコネクタと、
前記第2の面側の前記第1のコネクタの端面と対向する前記ベースの内側面に設けられ、前記第1のコネクタの振動を抑制する第1の振動抑制部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記第1のコネクタは、
前記第2の面側の前記第1のコネクタの端面に柱状部を備え、
前記基板は、
前記柱状部が貫通する第1の穴を備え、
前記第1の振動抑制部は、
前記ベースの内側面に設けられ、前記柱状部の先端が挿入される凹部と、
前記凹部に充填される第1の制振部材と、から構成される
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記柱状部は、
前記第1のコネクタと一体成型されるピンである
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記柱状部は、
前記第1のコネクタに固定される金属製のピンである
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記柱状部は、
前記第1のコネクタを前記基板に固定するネジであり、
前記ネジの頭は、
前記第1の面上にある
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記第1の振動抑制部は、
前記ベースの内側面に設けられるボスと、
前記ボスの先端に配置される第1の制振部材と、から構成される
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記基板と前記ベースを固定する締結部材をさらに備え、
前記基板は、
前記第1のコネクタが搭載される位置と前記第2のコネクタが搭載される位置の間に、前記締結部材が貫通する第2の穴を備える
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記第1のコネクタは、
その外周面に前記ケースに対向する溝と、
前記溝に充填される第2の制振部材を備え、
前記ケースは、
前記第1のコネクタが貫通する第3の穴と、
前記第3の穴の周りに前記ベースの前記凹部に対向し、前記第1のコネクタの前記溝と嵌合する凸部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記ベースの前記凹部は、
その内周面に前記凹部の軸に平行な2以上の溝を備える
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項8に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記溝は、
前記凹部の内周面に沿って等間隔に配置される
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記ベースの凹部は、
前記凹部の先端の内周面に前記第1のコネクタの前記柱状部をガイドするテーパを備える
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記第2の面側の前記第2のコネクタの外側面と対向する前記ベースの内側面に設けられ、前記第2のコネクタの振動を抑制する第2の振動抑制部をさらに備える
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電子制御装置であって、
前記第1のコネクタの軸は、
前記基板に垂直であり、
前記第2のコネクタの軸は、
前記基板に平行である
ことを特徴とする電子制御装置。
