本发明提供了一种基于通信设备的室外显示屏及通信设备,该室外显示屏直接利用通信设备内具有的通电线路以及通信光纤等资源,从而能够降低室外显示屏设置时的施工难度。
第一方面,提供一种室外显示屏,包括壳体、显示屏、控制模块、散热模块、电源组件;其中:
所述壳体安装于通信设备的外壳上、且设有第一腔室和第二腔室,所述显示屏、控制模块以及电源组件安装于所述第一腔室内,且所述壳体上设有与所述显示屏出光面相对的显示窗口,且所述显示窗口处设有防护玻璃;所述散热模块安装于所述第二腔室内以在第二腔室内形成相互隔离的内循环通路和外循环通路;所述壳体上设有用于电源线和通信线缆穿过以使所述显示屏、控制模块以及电源组件与通信机柜外壳内的电源接口及通信接口连接的过线孔;其中:
所述第一腔室设有与所述内循环通路的入风口连通的出风口和与所述内循环通路的出风口连通的入风口以形成内循环散热风道;所述第二腔室设有连通所述外循环通路与外部环境的进风口和出风口以形成与内循环散热风道相互隔离的外循环散热风道。
结合上述第一方面,在第一种可能的实现方式中,还包括安装于所述内循环散热风道 内的内循环风扇组、和安装于所述外循环散热风道内的外循环风扇组。
结合上述第一方面,在第二种可能的实现方式中,所述显示屏与所述防护玻璃之间具有通风间隙,且所述显示屏背离所述防护玻璃的侧面与相对的第一腔室的腔壁之间具有通风间隙。
结合上述第一方面,在第三种可能的实现方式中,所述壳体包括前壳、底板以及隔板,其中:
所述前壳和底板相互配合形成内部腔室;
所述隔板位于所述内部腔室内以将所述内部腔室内的空间分隔为所述第一腔室和第二腔室;所述散热模块与所述底板以及所述隔板配合形成所述内循环通路和所述外循环通路。
结合上述第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式,在第四种可能的实现方式中,所述底板可绕其一个侧边翻转地安装于所述前壳。
结合上述第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式,在第五种可能的实现方式中,所述隔板包括安装于所述前壳的第一子隔板和安装于所述底板的第二子隔板,所述显示屏安装于所述第一子隔板,所述控制模块安装于所述显示屏朝向所述底板的侧面,所述电源组件安装于所述底板;其中,当所述底板绕其一个侧边翻转打开时露出所述显示屏、控制模块以及电源组件,当所述底板与所述前壳盖合时,所述第一子隔板和所述第二子隔板配合以将所述前壳和底板盖合形成的内部腔室的空间分隔形成所述第一腔室和第二腔室。
结合上述第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式,在第六种可能的实现方式中,所述第一腔室位于所述散热模块背离所述底板的一侧,且所述第二腔室中:
所述散热模块朝向所述底板的一侧为所述外循环通道,所述散热模块背离所述底板的一侧为内循环通道。
结合上述第一方面的第六种可能的实现方式,在第七种可能的实现方式中,所述第一腔室由所述第一子隔板、第二子隔板、前壳以及底板围成,所述第二腔室由所述第一子隔板、第二子隔板、前壳以及底板围成。
结合上述第一方面的第七种可能的实现方式,在第八种可能的实现方式中,所述第二腔室设置的出风口位于所述前壳,且所述第二腔室设置的进风口位于所述底板。
结合上述第一方面的第八种可能的实现方式,在第九种可能的实现方式中,所述前壳的周边形成探出所述底板以使所述底板与所述通信设备外壳之间形成通风间隙的边缘部,且所述边缘部设有贯穿其钣金厚度以连通底板与通信设备外壳之间通风间隙与外部环境的通风孔。
结合上述第一方面的第九种可能的实现方式,在第十种可能的实现方式中,所述底板背离所述显示屏的一侧设有隔风组件,所述隔风组件用于隔离所述通信设备外壳设置的进 风口和出风口,且所述底板设置的进风口与通信设备外壳设置的进风口位于隔风组件的同一侧。
结合上述第一方面、第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第六种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第七种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第八种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第九种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第十种可能的实现方式,在第十一种可能的实现方式中,所述散热模块为换热片,所述换热片的周边与所述第二腔室的腔壁密封配合以将所述第二腔室的内部空间分隔为内循环通路和外循环通路。
结合上述第一方面、第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第六种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第七种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第八种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第九种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第十种可能的实现方式,在第十二种可能的实现方式中,所述壳体相对且平行的两个侧边中,一个侧边设有用于与通信设备的外壳铰接的铰链,另一个侧边设有用于与通信设备的外壳锁止的锁止机构。
结合上述第一方面、第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第六种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第七种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第八种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第九种可能的实现方式、第一方面的第十种可能的实现方式,在第十三种可能的实现方式中,所述壳体固定于所述通信设备的外壳上。
第二方面,提供一种通信设备,包括外壳、电源配电组件、通信组件以及散热系统,所述电源配电组件、通信组件以及散热系统位于所述外壳内,还包括位于所述外壳外侧、且集成于所述外壳上的、如上述技术方案中提供的任意一种室外显示屏。
结合上述第一方面提供的室外显示屏和第二方面提供的通信设备,上述室外显示屏中,壳体内部形成第一腔室和第二腔室,并且第一腔室设有出风口和入风口以与第二腔室与散热模块配合形成的内循环通路形成内循环散热风道,并且第二腔室设有连通外循环通路与外部环境的进风口和出风口以形成与内循环散热风道相互隔离的外循环散热风道;内循环散热风道和外循环散热风道相互隔离,进而可以实现内循环散热风道的防水,防尘、防异物等隔离,上述室外显示屏内形成了独立的散热系统,其集成到通信设备外壳上时不会与通信设备原有的散热系统混用,进而使室外显示屏对通信设备造成的不良影响较小。并且,上述室外显示屏中,壳体上设有过线孔,以使上述室外显示屏集成在通信设备的外 壳上时能够通过线缆利用通信设备外壳内设有的电源接口以及通信接口实现供电和信号传输而无需另外设置线路,或者,直接利用通信设备内部的走线管道以及通信设备安装时设置的水泥基础的管道走线实现信号传输,安装操作简单,降低室外显示屏设置时的施工难度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1、图2和图3,图1为本发明一种实施例提供的室外显示屏的结构示意图;图2为图1所示结构的室外显示屏内的内循环散热风道以及外循环散热风道的原理示意图;图3为本发明一种实施例提供的室外显示屏集成在通信设备外壳上的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的室外显示屏包括壳体1、显示屏2、控制模块3、散热模块4、电源组件5;其中:
壳体1安装于通信设备的外壳10上、且设有第一腔室和第二腔室,显示屏2、控制模块3以及电源组件5安装于第一腔室内,且壳体1上设有与显示屏2出光面相对的显示窗口,且显示窗口处设有防护玻璃11;散热模块4安装于第二腔室内以在第二腔室内形成相互隔离的内循环通路和外循环通路;如图3所示,壳体1上设有用于电源线和通信线缆穿过以使显示屏2、控制模块3以及电源组件5与通信设备外壳10内的电源接口及通信接口 连接的过线孔131;其中:
第一腔室设有与内循环通路的入风口连通的出风口和与内循环通路的出风口连通的入风口以形成内循环散热风道,如图2中所示的A;第二腔室设有连通外循环通路与外部环境的进风口b和出风口a以形成外循环散热风道B,内循环散热风道A和外循环散热风道B之间相互隔离。
上述室外显示屏中,壳体1内部形成第一腔室和第二腔室,并且出风口和入风口以与第二腔室与散热模块配合形成的内循环通路形成内循环散热风道A,并且第二腔室设有外循环通路连通的进风口b和出风口a以形成与内循环散热风道相互隔离的外循环散热风道B;内循环散热风道A和外循环散热风道B相互隔离,进而可以实现内循环散热风道的防水,防尘、防异物等隔离;上述室外显示屏内形成了独立的散热系统,其集成到通信设备外壳10上时不会与通信设备原有的散热系统混用,进而使室外显示屏对通信设备造成的不良影响较小。并且,上述室外显示屏中,壳体1上设有过线孔131,以使上述室外显示屏集成在通信设备的外壳10上时能够通过线缆利用通信设备内设有的电源接口以及通信接口实现供电和信号传输,无需另外设置线路,安装操作简单,降低室外显示屏设置时的施工难度。
一种优选实施方式中,为了便于限定内循环散热风道A内气流的方向和外循环散热风道B内气流的方向,上述室外显示屏还包括安装于内循环散热风道A内的内循环风扇组6、和安装于所述外循环散热风道B内的外循环风扇组7。
一种优选实施方式中,显示屏2与防护玻璃11之间具有通风间隙,且显示屏2背离防护玻璃11的侧面与相对的第一腔室的腔壁之间具有通风间隙。
如图2所示,上述结构的室外显示屏中,内循环散热风道A可以对显示屏2的两个侧面同时进行冷却,提高了对显示屏2的散热效果。
一种优选实施方式中,如图3所示,壳体1包括前壳12、底板13以及隔板,其中:
前壳12和底板13相互配合形成内部腔室;
隔板位于前壳12和底板13形成的内部腔室内,进而将内部腔室内的空间分隔为上述第一腔室和第二腔室;散热模块4与底板13以及隔板配合形成上述内循环通路和外循环通路。
具体地,如图4所示,上述壳体1中,底板13可绕其一个侧边翻转地安装于前壳13,当底板13绕其侧边翻转打开时,可以将室外显示屏中的一些功能模块露出,便于对室外显示屏内的功能组件进行维护和更换。
更具体地,上述壳体1中,隔板包括安装于前壳12的第一子隔板和安装于底板13的第二子隔板,如图4所示,显示屏2安装于第一子隔板,控制模块3安装于显示屏2朝向底板13的侧面,电源组件5安装于底板13上;其中,当底板13绕其一个侧边翻转打开 时露出显示屏2、控制模块3以及电源组件5;当底板13与前壳12盖合时,第一子隔板和第二子隔板配合以将前壳12和底板13盖合形成的内部腔室的空间分隔形成上述实施例中提到的第一腔室和第二腔室。
具体地,如图1和图3所示,第一腔室位于散热模块4背离底板13的一侧,且第二腔室中:
散热模块4朝向底板13的一侧为外循环通道,散热模块4背离底板13的一侧为内循环通道。
更具体地,上述第一腔室由第一子隔板、第二子隔板、前壳12以及底板13围成,且第二腔室由第一子隔板、第二子隔板、前壳12以及底板13围成。
并且,第二腔室设置的外循环散热风道B的进风口b可位于底板13、且出风口a位于前壳12上。上述结构的室外显示屏能够使室外显示屏集成到通信设备的外壳10上时,冷风自底板13与通信设备的外壳10之间的间隙进入外循环散热风道B内,热风从壳体1背离通信设备的外壳10的一侧吹出,进而进一步减小室外显示屏散热时对通信设备的影响。
具体地,上述室外显示屏中,前壳12的周边形成探出底板13以使底板13与通信设备外壳10之间形成通风间隙的边缘部,且边缘部设有贯穿其钣金厚度以连通底板13与通信设备外壳10之间通风间隙与外部环境的通风孔123。通风孔123的设置能够使外部环境中的冷空气能够进入到底板13与通信设备外壳10之间的通风间隙内,进而通过进风口a进入室外显示屏的外循环散热风道B中,边缘部的设置能够减少外部环境中的赃物进入到底板13与通信设备外壳10之间的通风间隙内的可能,进而提高室外显示屏外循环散热风道B内的清洁性。
另外,上述底板13背离显示屏2的一侧设有隔风组件14,隔风组件14用于隔离通信设备外壳10设置的进风口104和出风口103,且底板13设置的进风口a与通信设备外壳10设置的进风口104位于隔风组件14的同一侧。
隔风组件14的设置,能够防止通信设备外壳10设置的出风口103吹出的热气回到通信设备外壳10设置的进风口104和室外显示屏底板13设置的进风口b处;同时,前壳12设置的通风孔123能够使通信设备外壳10的出风口103吹出的热气及时散出,并且能够使冷空气及时进入通信设备外壳10设置的进风口104和室外显示屏底板13设置的进风口b处,从而能够进一步减小室外显示屏的安装对通信设备的散热系统造成的影响。
具体的,散热模块4为换热片,上述换热片的周边与第二腔室的腔壁密封配合以将第二腔室的内部空间分隔为内循环通路和外循环通路。
具体地,如图5所示,上述换热片具有迂回结构,进而能够增大换热片与外循环通路内空气之间的换热面积和换热片与内循环通路内空气之间的换热面积。
在上述各实施例的基础上,如图3所示,一种实施例中,壳体1相对且平行的两个侧 边中,一个侧边设有用于与通信设备的外壳10铰接的铰链121,另一个侧边设有用于与通信设备的外壳10锁止的锁止机构122。同理,通信设备的外壳10上同样设有相应的结构,如图3中所示的锁101。
当室外显示屏通过上述结构集成于通信设备的外壳10上时,只需要将锁101与锁止机构122之间的锁止关系打开即可对室外显示屏进行维护等操作。
另外,上述室外显示屏还包括开门维护支撑杆102,当室外显示屏的壳体1打开时,所述开门维护支撑杆102的一端支撑在通信设备的外壳10上,另一端支撑在室外显示屏的壳体1上,以使室外显示屏保持打开状态。
另一种实施例中,壳体1固定于通信设备的外壳10上。具体地,室外显示屏固定在通信设备的柜门上。
另外,本发明实施例还提供了一种通信设备,包括外壳10、电源配电组件、通信组件以及散热系统,上述电源配电组件、通信组件以及散热系统位于所述外壳内,还包括位于外壳10外侧、且集成于外壳10上的如上述实施例提供的任意一种室外显示屏。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种室外显示屏,其特征在于,包括壳体、显示屏、控制模块、散热模块、电源组件;其中:
    所述壳体安装于通信设备的外壳上、且设有第一腔室和第二腔室,所述显示屏、控制模块以及电源组件安装于所述第一腔室内,且所述壳体上设有与所述显示屏出光面相对的显示窗口,且所述显示窗口处设有防护玻璃;所述散热模块安装于所述第二腔室内以在第二腔室内形成相互隔离的内循环通路和外循环通路;所述壳体上设有用于电源线和通信线缆穿过以使所述显示屏、控制模块以及电源组件与通信机柜外壳内的电源接口及通信接口连接的过线孔;其中:
    所述第一腔室设有与所述内循环通路的入风口连通的出风口和与所述内循环通路的出风口连通的入风口以形成内循环散热风道;所述第二腔室设有连通所述外循环通路与外部环境的进风口和出风口以形成与内循环散热风道相互隔离的外循环散热风道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述内循环散热风道内的内循环风扇组、和安装于所述外循环散热风道内的外循环风扇组。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示屏与所述防护玻璃之间具有通风间隙,且所述显示屏背离所述防护玻璃的侧面与相对的第一腔室的腔壁之间具有通风间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述壳体包括前壳、底板以及隔板,其中:
    所述前壳和底板相互配合形成内部腔室;
    所述隔板位于所述内部腔室内以将所述内部腔室内的空间分隔为所述第一腔室和第二腔室;所述散热模块与所述底板以及所述隔板配合形成所述内循环通路和所述外循环通路。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述底板可绕其一个侧边翻转地安装于所述前壳。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述隔板包括安装于所述前壳的第一子隔板和安装于所述底板的第二子隔板,所述显示屏安装于所述第一子隔板,所述控制模块安装于所述显示屏朝向所述底板的侧面,所述电源组件安装于所述底板;其中,当所述底板绕其一个侧边翻转打开时露出所述显示屏、控制模块以及电源组件,当所述底板与所述前壳盖合时,所述第一子隔板和所述第二子隔板配合以将所述前壳和底板盖合形成的内部腔室的空间分隔形成所述第一腔室和第二腔室。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一腔室位于所述散热模 块背离所述底板的一侧,且所述第二腔室中:
    所述散热模块朝向所述底板的一侧为所述外循环通道,所述散热模块背离所述底板的一侧为内循环通道。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一腔室由所述第一子隔板、第二子隔板、前壳以及底板围成,所述第二腔室由所述第一子隔板、第二子隔板、前壳以及底板围成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述第二腔室设置的出风口位于所述前壳,且所述第二腔室设置的进风口位于所述底板。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述前壳的周边形成探出所述底板以使所述底板与所述通信设备外壳之间形成通风间隙的边缘部,且所述边缘部设有贯穿其钣金厚度以连通底板与通信设备外壳之间通风间隙与外部环境的通风孔。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述底板背离所述显示屏的一侧设有隔风组件,所述隔风组件用于隔离所述通信设备外壳设置的进风口和出风口,且所述底板设置的进风口与通信设备外壳设置的进风口位于隔风组件的同一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1~11任一项所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述散热模块为换热片,所述换热片的周边与所述第二腔室的腔壁密封配合以将所述第二腔室的内部空间分隔为内循环通路和外循环通路。
  13. 根据权利要求1~11任一项所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述壳体相对的两个侧边中,一个侧边设有用于与通信设备的外壳铰接的铰链,另一个侧边设有用于与通信设备的外壳锁止的锁止机构。
  14. 根据权利要求1~11任一项所述的室外显示屏,其特征在于,所述壳体固定于所述通信设备的外壳上。
  15. 一种通信设备,包括外壳、电源配电组件、通信组件以及散热系统,所述电源配电组件、通信组件以及散热系统位于所述外壳内,其特征在于,还包括位于所述外壳外侧、且集成于所述外壳上的如权利要求1~14任意一项所述的室外显示屏。
