[0035] 当然, 本发明并不限于上述举例, 所应用的产品包括但不限于干衣机、 , 还包括带干衣功能的滚筒洗衣机、 带干衣功能的波轮洗衣机, 对于本领域技术 人员来说显而易见的技术方案, 在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下, 对本 发明做各种修改和改变在本发明权利要求及其等同替换的范围内, 本发明涵盖 这样的修改和改变。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 带自清理功能的过滤系统, 包括带有进风口和出风口的壳体、 过滤网、 清理单元、 驱动 装置、 线屑收集抽屉, 其特征在于: 驱动装置包括装在壳体外壁的驱动电机和壳体内部的螺 杆, 驱动电机输出轴穿过壳体上的小孔 I并延伸到壳体内, 螺杆的一端与驱动电机输出轴配 合, 其另一端安装在与电机输出轴相对壳体壁面的小孔 II 中, 清理单元通过螺纹连接方式 安装在螺杆上并由螺杆驱动往返移动, 清理单元的下端与过滤网接触。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述小孔 II 中装有轴 承, 所述螺杆安装在所述小孔 II的所述轴承中。
3. 根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述螺杆邻近所述 壳体的前壁, 所述壳体的后壁设有滑轨, 所述清理单元上部前端与螺杆螺纹配合, 所述清理 单元上部后端安装在滑轨中。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述清理单元上部后端 装有轴承, 所述轴承与所述滑轨之间形成滚动摩擦。
5. 根据权利要求 1 或 2所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述螺杆位于所述 壳体内腔中央, 所述壳体的前壁、 后壁均设有滑轨, 所述清理单元上部中间与所述螺杆螺纹 配合, 所述清理单元上部前端、 后端安装有轴承并装在所述滑轨中。
6. 根据权利要求 4所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述清理单元与所述过 滤网接触的部位采用毛刷或者硅胶或者橡胶刷。
7. 根据权利要求 4 所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述线屑收集抽屉的上 方设有线屑堆积板, 所述壳体外壁还安装有控制线屑堆积板开闭的步进电机。
8. 根据权利要求 4 所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述线屑收集抽屉的上 方设有线屑堆积板, 所述线屑堆积板装有复位弹簧, 线屑堆积板在线屑的重力作用下开启, 在所述复位弹簧作用下关闭。
9. 根据权利要求 7 所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统, 其特征在于: 所述线屑收集抽屉内安 装有光电传感器, 所述光电传感器的发射端和接收端分别安装在所述线屑收集抽屉的左侧 壁、 右侧壁, 当接收端无信号接收时, 通过闪烁信号或者语音形式提醒用户清空所述线屑收 集抽屉。
10. —种干衣机, 包括滚筒、 容纳滚筒的外壳、 过滤系统、 风道、 加热部件、 控制系统, 其 特征在于: 过滤系统采用根据权利要求 1 -9任一项所述的带自清理功能的过滤系统。
