본 발명은 스텐트 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
신체 내 각종 기관들의 직경 확장을 통해 협착 부위의 추가 진행을 방지하고 체내 물질들의 흐름을 원활하게 하기 위해 제조되는 스텐트는 형상기억합금 등으로 마련되는 와이어를 일정한 방식으로 엮어서 교차하여 특정한 성질을 나타낸다.
스텐트가 설치되는 각종 기관 및 내강의 크기 및 성질, 환경에 따라 스텐트는 그 용도에 맞게 형성되어야하며, 이를 위해 와이어의 교차에 의해 마련되는 스텐트 제조 방법은 다양한 셀의 형태 및 엮기 구조를 제시할 수 있다.
특히 와이어의 교차 방식 중 일반적인 스텐트 제조 방법은 스텐트의 길이방향 또는 원주 방향을 따라 일정한 패턴을 형성하도록 엮어지는 와이어 교차 방식이 일반적으로 수행되고 있으며, 이와 같이 길이방향을 따라 일정한 교차형태 또는 고리형태를 형성하기 위해 마련된 종래기술에 대한 선행문헌에는 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-0457629호의 "형상기억합금을 이용한 가변상태 유지형 확장기구의제조방법과 이에 의해 제조된 확장기구"(이하, '종래기술'이라고 함)이 있다.
이러한 종래기술의 경우, 일정한 방식으로 와이어를 엮어 스텐트를 제조해 나감으로써, 결과적으로 길이방향을 따라 와이어가 교차된 형태가 배치된 부분과 길이방향을 따라 와이어가 소정의 공간을 형성하는 고리 형태가 배치된 부분이 번갈아 형성된 스텐트가 제조되어 진다.
하지만 종래기술을 통해 제조된 스텐트의 경우. 협착 부위의 회복을 위해 설치된 후, 설치된 스텐트에 가해지는 외력 또는 설치 부위의 움직임에 의해 스텐트 양 단부측에서 스텐트 중간측으로 힘이 가해지는 경우 이에 대응하여 충분한 응력 및 반발력을 제공해주지 못하여 접힘이 발생하거나 설치 위치를 이탈하는 문제점이 있었다.
아울러, 종래기술을 통해 제조된 스텐트는 스텐트의 접힘에 의한 와이어 구조 간의 접촉 및 틀어짐에 의해 스텐트의 와이어에 가해지는 금속피로도가 증가하여 결과적으로 와이어 수명을 단축하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로써, 본 발명의 목적은 스텐트의 설치 부위의 움직임에 따라 지속적으로 스텐트 양 단부에 가해지는 외력에 대응하여 이를 극복함과 동시에 충분한 구조적 유연성을 갖춘 스텐트를 제조할 수 있는 기술을 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법은, 제조되는 스텐트와 동일한 지름(R)과 길이(L)를 가지는 원통체의 원주(W)와 길이(L)를 등간격으로 분배하여 설정한 원주분할선과 길이분할선이 교차하는 모든 위치점에 각각 탈착 가능한 돌출핀이 설치된 지그를 사용하되, 어느 하나의 기준이 되는 위치점을 시작점으로 하여 출발한 뒤, 대각선 방향으로 위치한 돌출핀을 경유하도록 와이어를 상, 하로 절곡 이동하면서 와이어간의 교차에 의해 셀을 형성하는 스텐트 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 지그 일단의 제1시작점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제1지점까지 제1와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제1몸체의 일부를 형성하는 A단계; 상기 제1지점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제1전환점까지 상기 제1와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제1헤드를 형성하는 B단계; 상기 제1전환점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제2지점까지 상기 제1와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제1몸체의 일부를 형성하는 C단계; 및 상기 제2지점으로부터 상기 제1시작점까지 상기 제1와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 상부 제1헤드를 형성하는 D단계; 를 포함하며, 상기 A단계는, 상기 제1시작점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시키는 A-1단계; 및 상기 A-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 A-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 A-2단계;를 포함하며, 상기 C단계는, 상기 제1전환점에서 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 C-1단계; 및 상기 C-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 C-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 C-2단계;를 포함하며, 상기 A단계는 상기 A-1단계 및 상기 A-2단계의 패턴을 번갈아 진행하며, 상기 C단계는 상기 C-1단계 및 상기 C-2단계의 패턴을 번갈아 진행한다.
여기서, 상기 원주분할선의 개수는 6+4x(x: 0 또는 자연수)개이며, 상기 길이분할선의 개수는 11+5y(y: 0 또는 자연수)개이다.
아울러, 상기 제1지점은 상기 A-1단계 및 상기 A-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 A-1단계의 마감점 중에서 상기 제1시작점이 위치한 길이분할선과 대칭되는 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점에 해당하며, 상기 제2지점은 상기 C-1단계 및 상기 C-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 C-1단계의 마감점 중에서 상기 제1시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점에 해당한다.
또한, 상기 B단계는, 상기 제1지점에서 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시키는 B-1단계; 상기 B-1단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제1와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 B-2단계; 및 상기 B-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제1와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제1전환점에 위치시키는 B-3단계;를 포함하며, 상기 B-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제1지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치한다.
또한, 상기 D단계는, 상기 제2지점에서 상기 제1와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시키는 D-1단계; 상기 D-1단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 D-2단계; 및 상기 D-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제1시작점에 위치시키는 D-3단계;를 포함하며, 상기 D-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제2지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치한다.
그리고, 본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법은, 상기 지그 타단의 제2시작점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제3지점까지 제2와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 E단계; 상기 제3지점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제2전환점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 상부 제2헤드를 형성하는 F단계; 상기 제2전환점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제4지점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 G단계; 및 상기 제4지점으로부터 상기 제2시작점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제2헤드를 형성하는 H단계; 를 더 포함하며, 상기 E단계는, 상기 제2시작점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 E-1단계; 및 상기 E-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 E-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 E-2단계;를 포함하며, 상기 G단계는, 상기 제2전환점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 G-1단계; 및 상기 G-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 G-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 G-2단계;를 포함하며, 상기 E단계는 상기 E-1단계 및 상기 E-2단계의 패턴을 번갈아 진행하며, 상기 G단계는 상기 G-1단계 및 상기 G-2단계의 패턴을 번갈아 진행하며, 상기 E-2단계에서는 상기 제2와이어를 이동시키는 과정에서 상기 지그 상에 기 엮어진 상기 제1와이어와 상기 제2와이어가 교차되는 2개의 지점 중 하나의 지점에서는 상기 제2와이어가 상기 제1와이어의 위에 위치하고, 나머지 지점에서는 상기 제2와이어가 상기 제1와이어의 아래에 위치하도록 상기 제2와이어를 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 상기 제2시작점은 상기 제1시작점이 위치한 길이분할선과 대칭되는 길이분할선 상에서 원주방향으로 원주분할선을 홀수 칸만큼 이동한 위치에 해당한다.
또한, 상기 제3지점은 상기 E-1단계 및 상기 E-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 E-1단계의 마감점 중에서 상기 제2시작점이 위치한 길이분할선과 대칭되는 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점에 해당하며, 상기 제4지점은 상기 G-1단계 및 상기 G-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 G-1단계의 마감점 중에서 상기 제2시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점에 해당한다.
상기 F단계는, 상기 제3지점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시키는 F-1단계; 상기 B-1단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 F-2단계; 및 상기 F-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제2전환점에 위치시키는 F-3단계;를 포함하며, 상기 F-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제3지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치한다.
아울러, 상기 H단계는, 상기 제4지점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시키는 H-1단계; 상기 H-1단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 H-2단계; 및 상기 H-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제2시작점에 위치시키는 H-3단계;를 포함하며, 상기 H-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제4지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치한다.
본 발명에 의해 일정 방식으로 절곡시켜 엮음으로써 소정의 셀 구조로 형성하는 스텐트는,
첫째, 제1와이어를 통해 형성된 스텐트의 전체 구조 상에 교차부가 원주방향을 따라 대각선 방향으로 길이분할선 상에 각각 하나씩 형성되어 나선형 배치구조를 마련함으로써, 스텐트의 협착 부위 상의 설치 후 협착 부위의 움직임 및 외력에 의해 스텐트 양 단부에 가해지는 힘에 대응하여 반발력의 형태로 충분한 응력을 제공할 수 있다.
둘째, 나선형 교차부 배치구조를 갖추어 스텐트 양 단부에 가해지는 힘에 대한 충분한 응력을 제공함으로써, 스텐트의 접힘 또는 설치 부위로 부터의 이탈을 방지할 수 있다.
셋째, 높은 수준의 구조적 유연성을 가지고 신체 내 다양한 형태로 굴곡된 내강의 종류에 무관하게 내강 벽에 밀착하여 협착 부위를 밀어낼 수 있다.
넷째, 제1와이어를 통해 형성된 스텐트의 외측에 제2와이어를 일정 방식으로 절곡시켜 엮음으로써 외측 구조로 형성하는 과정에서 제2와이어가 제1와이어에 의해 형성된 구조 상에 걸리도록 이동시켜 추가적인 스텐트 구조를 보강함으로써, 제1와이어를 통해 형성된 스텐트의 구조적 특성을 개선하여 스텐트 와이어 간의 틀어짐을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 좀 더 높은 수준의 유연성 및 내구성을 갖춘 스텐트를 제공할 수 있다.

본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 더 구체적으로 설명하되, 이미 주지된 기술적 부분에 대해서는 설명의 간결함을 위해 생략하거나 압축하기로 한다.
1. <스텐트 제조방법에 관한 설명>
본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법이 어떠한 과정으로 이루어지는지에 대해 이하에서 도17의 흐름도 및 도1 내지 도16의 전개도를 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
먼저, 도1 내지 도3는 지그를 이용하여 본 발명의 실시에 따라 스텐트를 제조하는 방법 중 제1와이어(10)에 의해 만들어지는 구조 및 방법을 나타내고 있으며, 도9 내지 도16은 지그를 이용하여 본 발명의 실시에 따라 스텐트를 제조하는 방법 중 제1와이어(10)의 진행 완료 후 완성된 스텐트 구조상의 보강을 위해 제2와이어를 통해 만들어지는 구조 및 방법을 나타내고 있다.
도면 상에 나타난 점선은 기 진행된 와이어의 이동 경로를, 실선은 각 도면의 해당 단계에서 진행되어 지는 와이어의 이동 경로를 도시하고 있으며, 도9 내지 도16에서는 제1와이어(10)에 의한 구조를 제2와이어(20)에 의해 형성되고 있는 구조와 구분하기 위해 더 얇은 실선으로 표시하였다. 이를 설명의 편의를 위해 임의적으로 설정한 부분이며, 이는 실제 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 스텐트에 사용되는 와이어의 성질 및 직경과는 무관하다.
여기서, 지그는 제조되는 스텐트와 동일한 지름(R)과 길이(L)를 가지는 원통체의 원주(W)와 길이(L)를 등간격으로 분배하여 설정한 원주분할선(a1, a2, a3, …, a14)과 길이분할선(b1, b2, b3,…, b21)이 교차하는 모든 위치점에 각각 탈착 가능한 돌출핀(P)이 설치되어 있으며, 이러한 지그를 이용하여 어느 하나의 위치점을 시작점으로 설정하여, 그로부터 대각선 방향으로 위치한 돌출핀(20)을 경유하도록 와이어(10)를 상, 하로 절곡 이동시켜 교차가 일어나게 하여 셀을 형성함으로써 스텐트를 제조한다.
또한, 지그의 원주분할선 개수는 6+4x(x: 0 또는 자연수)개로 정의 되며, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하기 설명의 기준이 되는 지그의 원주분할선 개수는 x=2인 경우의 14개이다.
아울러, 지그의 길이분할선 개수는 11+5y(y: 0 또는 자연수)개로 정의 되며, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하기 설명의 기준이 되는 지그의 길이분할선 개수는 y=2인 경우의 21개이다.
(1) 제1와이어 하강 단계<S100>
본 단계(A단계)에서는 도1 내지 도에 도시된 바와 같이 지그 일단의 제1시작점(S1, a4/b3)으로부터 지그 타단의 제1지점(F18, a14/b19까지 제1와이어(10)를 지그재그로 절곡 이동시켜 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 스텐트의 제1몸체 일부를 형성한다.
이 과정은 도1에 도시된 바와 같이 제1시작점(S1)에서 제1와이어(10)를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시키는 이동단계(A-1단계); 및 도1에 도시된 바와 같이 이동단계의 마감점(F1, a5/b2)에서 제1와이어(10)를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 제1이동단계에서 형성된 부분(F1)으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 제1이격단계;(A-2단계)를 포함한다.
이동단계와 제1이격단계의 패턴은 번갈아가며 진행되어 첫 번째 제1이격단계 진행 후 다시 진행되는 이동단계는 앞서 수행한 제1이격단계를 통해 제1와이어(10)가 이격되어 이동한 위치점(a7/b4)으로부터 시작하게 된다. 이와 같은 두 단계의 패턴이 도2에 도시된 바와 같이 계속 진행되어 특정 이동단계의 마감점(F18)에서 제1와이어 하강 단계(S100)를 마친다.
결과적으로 제1와이어 하강 단계(S100)의 마지막 위치이자 하부 제1헤드 형성단계(S200)의 시작 위치가 되는 제1지점은 이동단계와 제1이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 복수의 마감점(F1, F2, F3,…,F18) 중에서 마지막 마감점(F18)에 해당하며, 이러한 제1지점(F18)은 이동단계와 제1이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 복수의 마감점(F1, F2, F3,…,F18) 중에서 제1시작점(S1)이 위치한 길이분할선(b3)과 대칭되는 길이분할선(b19) 상에 위치하는 마감점을 의미한다.
(2) 하부 헤드 형성 단계<S200>
본 단계(B단계)에서는 도3에 도시된 바와 같이 S100단계(A단계)를 통해 하강하며 스텐트 제1몸체의 일부를 형성한 뒤 위치하는 제1지점(F18)으로부터 지그 타단의 제1전환점(C1, a2/b19)까지 와이어(10)를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제1헤드를 형성하는 과정이 이루어진다.
여기서, 제1와이어(10)는 도3에 도시된 바와 같이 제1지점(F18)으로부터 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시킨다.(B-1단계)
그 후, 그 위치점(a2/b21)으로부터 제1와이어(10)를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점(a3/b20)에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 제1와이어(10)가 제1지점(F18)과 동일한 원주분할선(a14) 상에 위치할 때까지 반복한다.(B-2단계)
마지막으로, 그 결과 이동된 위치점(a14/b21)으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 제1와이어(10)를 제1전환점(C1)에 위치시킨다.(B-3단계)
(3) 제1와이어 상승 단계<S300>
본 단계(C단계)에서는 도4 내지 도5에 도시된 바와 같이 지그 타단의 제1전환점(C1)으로부터 지그 일단의 제2지점(F'17, a2/b3)까지 제1와이어(10)를 지그재그로 절곡 이동시켜 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 스텐트의 제1몸체 일부를 형성한다.
이 과정은 도4에 도시된 바와 같이 전환점(C1)에서 제1와이어(10)를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점(a3/b20)에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 제1지그재그 이동단계(C-1단계); 및 제1지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(F'1, a11/b20)에서 제1와이어(10)를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 지그재그 이동단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 제2이격단계(C-2단계);를 포함한다.
제1지그재그 이동단계와 제2이격단계의 패턴은 번갈아가며 진행되어 첫 번째 제2이격단계 진행 후 다시 진행되는 제1지그재그 이동단계는 앞서 수행한 제2이격단계를 통해 제1와이어(10)가 이격되어 이동한 위치점(a13/b18)으로부터 시작하게 된다. 이와 같은 두 단계의 패턴이 도5에 도시된 바와 같이 계속 진행되어 특정 제1지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(F'17, a2/b3)에서 제1와이어 상승 단계(S300)를 마친다.
결과적으로 제1와이어 상승 단계(S300)의 마지막 위치이자 상부 제1헤드 형성단계(S400)의 시작 위치가 되는 제2지점은 제1지그재그 이동단계와 제2이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 많은 마감점(F'1, F'2, F'3,…,F'17) 중에서 마지막 마감점(F'17)에 해당하며, 이러한 제2지점(F'17)은 제1지그재그 이동단계와 제2이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 많은 마감점(F'1, F'2, F'3,…,F'17) 중에서 제1시작점(S1)과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점을 의미한다.
(4) 상부 제1헤드 형성 단계<S400>
본 단계(D단계)에서는 도6에 도시된 바와 같이 S300단계(C단계)를 통해 상승하며 스텐트 제1몸체의 일부를 형성하는 제1와이어(10) 교차 구조를 완성한 뒤 위치하는 제2지점(F'17)으로부터 지그 일단의 제1시작점(S1)까지 제1와이어(10)를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 상부 제1헤드를 형성하는 과정이 이루어진다.
여기서, 제1와이어(10)는 도6에 도시된 바와 같이 제2지점(F'17)으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시킨다.(D-1단계)
그 후, 그 위치점(a4/b1)으로부터 제1와이어(10)를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점(a5/b2)에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 제1와이어(10)가 제2지점(F'17)과 동일한 원주분할선(a2) 상에 위치할 때까지 반복한다.(D-2단계)
마지막으로, 그 결과 이동된 위치점(a2/b1)으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 제1와이어(10)를 제1시작점(S1)에 위치시킨다..(D-3단계)
이와 같이 다시 제1시작점(S1)에 도착한 제1와이어(10)는 도7 내지 도8에 도시된 바와 같이 용접 등을 통해 마무리 연결되어 일정한 구조적 특성을 갖춘 제1스텐트를 형성한다.
즉, 상기 단계(S100 내지 S400)를 통해 제조된 제1스텐트의 구조는 도8에 도시된 바와 같이 와이어가 끼워지듯이 교차되어 두 겹으로 겹쳐지고, 중앙에는 돌출핀(P)에 의해 가운데가 빈 원형의 공간이 마련된 고리부(A)와 와이거가 서로 엇갈린 형태의 교차부(B)가 일정한 배치형태를 갖추어 형성되어 있고, 이에 대해 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면, 교차부(B)가 대각선 방향을 따라 나선형으로 각각의 길이분할선 상 하나씩 형성되어 있고, 나머지 부분에는 고리부(A)가 형성되어 있다.
다시 말해, 상기 단계(S100 내지 S400)를 통해 제조된 제1스텐트는 도7 내지 도8에 도시된 바와 같이 두 번째 길이분할선(b2)상의 특정 위치점(a3/b2)에 형성된 교차부(B1)을 시작으로 일정 기울기를 가지는 대각선을 따라 일정 간격으로 복수의 교차부(B2, B3, B4,…,B19)가 형성된다.
이와 같이 제조된 제1스텐트의 구조적 보강을 위해 설계자는 제2와이어(20)를 통해 아래 단계(S500 내지 S800)를 추가적으로 선택하여 진행함으로써, 제1스텐트의 외측에 보강부재로써, 제2스텐트를 제조하여 상호 연결시킴으로써, 각각의 와이어 구조를 가진 두 개의 스텐트로 이루어진 또 하나의 스텐트를 제조할 수 있다.
(5) 제2와이어 상승 단계<S500>
본 단계(E단계)에서는 도9 내지 도10에 도시된 바와 같이 지그 타단의 제2시작점(S2, a9/b19)으로부터 지그 일단의 제3지점(f18, a11/b3)까지 제2와이어(20)를 지그재그로 절곡 이동시켜 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 스텐트의 제2몸체 일부를 형성한다.
본 단계(E단계)는 제1와이어(10)를 통한 상기 단계(S100 내지 S400)가 전부 수행되고 난 뒤, 제1와이어(10)가 제조된 지그 상에 이어 진행하는 것이 바람직하다.
여기서, 제2시작점(S2)은 제1시작점(S1)이 위치한 길이분할선(b3)과 대칭되는 길이분할선(b19) 상에서 원주방향으로 원주분할선을 홀수 칸만큼 이동한 위치이며, 좀 더 구체적으로 설명하면 제1시작점(S1)이 위치한 길이분할선(b3)과 대칭되는 길이분할선(b19)을 기준으로 제2시작점(S2)이 위치한 원주분할선은 도9에 도시된 바와 같이 제1시작점(S1)이 위치한 원주분할선(b4)으로부터 다섯 칸 이동하여 위치한 원주분할선에 해당하며, 이는 한 칸 또는 세 칸과 같이 홀수 칸만큼 이동하여 위치하는 원주분할선 상에서 시작하도록 마련될 수도 있다.
또한, 제2시작점(S2)은 제1시작점(S1)이 위치한 지그 일단측의 길이분할선(b3)과 대칭되는 지그 타단측의 길이분할선(b19) 상에서 위치함으로써, 추후 와이어의 전체 이동을 마무리한 뒤 마무리 연결을 수행하는 과정에서 발생하는 매듭의 발생 위치를 양단부 측으로 배치시켜 한쪽 단부측에만 몰려서 형성되어 스텐트 전체 부피의 불균형을 방지한다. 아울러, 설계자는 설계 상의 편의를 위해 지그를 아래로 돌려 제2시작점을 상측에 두고 와이어를 이동시켜 스텐트를 제조하는 것이 바람직하다.
이 과정은 도9에 도시된 바와 같이 제2시작점(S2)에서 제2와이어(20)를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점(a8/b20)에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 제2지그재그 이동단계(E-1단계); 및 도9에 도시된 바와 같이 제2지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(f1, a4/b20)에서 제2와이어(20)를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 지그재그 이동단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 제3이격단계(E-2단계);를 포함한다.
제2지그재그 이동단계와 제3이격단계의 패턴은 번갈아가며 진행되며 첫 번째 제3이격단계 진행 후 다시 진행되는 제2지그재그 이동단계는 앞서 수행한 제3이격단계를 통해 제2와이어(20)가 이격되어 이동한 위치점(a2/b18)으로부터 시작하게 된다. 이와 같은 두 단계의 패턴이 도10에 도시된 바와 같이 계속 진행되어 특정 제3지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(f18)에서 제2와이어 상승 단계(S500)를 마친다.
여기서, 제3이격단계를 통해 제2지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(f1)에서 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동하는 제2와이어(20)는 도9에 도시된 바와 같이 두 개의 교차지점을 형성하는데, 이중 하나의 지점(a3과 a4사이 및 b19와 b20사이 공간에 형성된 교차지점)에서는 제1와이어(10)의 위에 위치(도10 상에 작은 원으로 표시, X1)하고, 나머지 지점(a2과 a3사이 및 b18와 b19사이 공간에 형성된 교차지점)에서는 제1와이어(10)의 아래에 위치(도10 상에 작은 삼각형으로 표시, X2)하고 있다.
이러한 이동 방식은 도10에 도시된 바와 같이 제3이격단계가 반복 수행되는 제2지그재그 이동단계의 복수의 마감점(f1, f2, f3,…,f17) 모두에서 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 제2와이어(20)가 이동하는 모든 과정에서 동일하게 적용된다.
즉. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 형성되는 제1와이어(10)와 제2와이어(20)의 연결 형태는 도10에 도시된 바와 a2의 원주분할선과 a3의 원주분할선 사이 및 a9의 원주분할선과 a10의 원주분할선 사이 공간에서만 제2와이어(20)가 제1와이어(10)의 아래로 이동하여 걸림(X2)으로써, 기 제조되었던 제1스텐트의 와이어 구조 상의 틀어짐을 방지할 수 있는 구조적 특성을 갖추게 된다.
결과적으로 제2와이어 상승 단계(S500)의 마지막 위치이자 상부 제2헤드 형성단계(S600)의 시작 위치가 되는 제3지점은 제2지그재그 이동단계와 제3이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 많은 마감점(f1, f2, f3,…,f18) 중에서 마지막 마감점(f18)에 해당하며, 이러한 제3지점(f18)은 제1지그재그 이동단계와 제1이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 많은 마감점(f1, f2, f3,…,f18) 중에서 제2시작점(S2)이 위치한 길이분할선(b19)과 대칭되는 길이분할선(b3) 상에 위치하는 마감점을 의미한다.
(6) 상부 제2헤드 형성 단계<S600>
본 단계(F단계)에서는 도11에 도시된 바와 같이 S500단계(E단계)를 통해 상승하며 스텐트 제2몸체의 일부를 형성한 뒤 위치하는 제3지점(f18)으로부터 지그 일단의 제2전환점(c1, a9/b3)까지 제2와이어(20)를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 상부 제2헤드를 형성함으로써, 결과적으로 전체적인 상부 헤드의 와이어(10, 20) 교차 구조를 완성하는 과정이 이루어진다.
여기서, 제2와이어(20)는 도11에 도시된 바와 같이 제3지점(f18)으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시킨다.(F-1단계)
그 후, 그 위치점(a9/b1)으로부터 제2와이어(20)를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점(a8/b2)에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 제2와이어(20)가 제3지점(f18)과 동일한 원주분할선(a11) 상에 위치할 때까지 반복한다.(F-2단계)
마지막으로, 그 결과 이동된 위치점(a11/b1)으로부터 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 제2와이어(20)를 제2전환점(c1)에 위치시킨다.(F-3단계)
(7) 제2와이어 하강 단계<S700>
본 단계(G단계)에서는 도12 내지 13에 도시된 바와 같이 지그 일단의 제2전환점(c1)으로부터 지그 타단의 제4지점(f'18, a11/b19)까지 제2와이어(20)를 지그재그로 절곡시켜 이동시킨다.
이 과정은 도12에 도시된 바와 같이 제2전환점(c1)에서 제2와이어(20)를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ(원주분할선 1칸 당 길이분할선 1칸 이동한 대각선 거리)만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점(a8/b2)에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 제3지그재그 이동단계(G-1단계); 및 제3지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(f'1, a4/b2)에서 제2와이어(20)를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 지그재그 이동단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 제4이격단계(G-2단계);를 포함한다.
제3지그재그 이동단계와 제4이격단계의 패턴은 번갈아가며 진행되며 첫 번째 제4이격단계 진행 후 다시 진행되는 제3지그재그 이동단계는 앞서 수행한 제4이격단계를 통해 제2와이어(20)가 이격되어 이동한 위치점(a2/b4)으로부터 시작하게 된다. 이와 같은 두 단계의 패턴이 도13에 도시된 바와 같이 계속 진행되어 특정 제3지그재그 이동단계의 마감점(f'18)에서 제2와이어 하강 단계(S700)를 마친다.
결과적으로 제2와이어 하강 단계(S700)의 마지막 위치이자 하부 제2헤드 형성단계(S800)의 시작 위치가 되는 제4지점은 제3지그재그 이동단계와 제4이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 복수의 마감점(f'1, f'2, f'3,…,f'18) 중에서 마지막 마감점(f'18)에 해당하며, 이러한 제4지점(f'15)은 제3지그재그 이동단계와 제4이격단계가 번갈아가며 진행되는 과정에서 형성된 복수의 마감점(f'1, f'2, f'3,…,f'18) 중에서 제2시작점(S2)과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점을 의미한다.
(8)하부 제2헤드 형성 단계<S800>
본 단계(H단계)에서는 도14에 도시된 바와 같이 S700단계(G단계)를 통해 하강하며 스텐트 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 제2와이어(20) 교차 구조를 형성함으로써, 결과적으로 전체적인 몸체의 와이어(10, 20) 교차 구조를 완성한 뒤 위치하는 제4지점(f'18)으로부터 지그 타단의 제2시작점(S2)까지 제2와이어(20)를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제2헤드를 형성함으로써, 결과적으로 전체적인 하부 헤드의 와이어(10, 20) 교차 구조를 완성하는 과정이 이루어진다.
여기서, 제2와이어(20)는 도14에 도시된 바와 같이 제4지점(f'18)으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시킨다.(H-1단계)
그 후, 그 위치점(a9/b21)으로부터 제2와이어(20)를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점(a8/b20)에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 절곡된 패턴을 반복하여 제2와이어(20)가 제4지점(f'18)과 동일한 원주분할선(a11) 상에 위치할 때까지 반복한다.(H-2단계)
마지막으로, 그 결과 이동된 위치점(a11/b21)으로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 제2와이어(20)를 제2시작점(S2)에 위치시킨다.(H-3단계)
이와 같이 다시 제2시작점(S2)에 도착한 제2와이어(20)는 도15에 도시된 바와 같이 용접 등을 통해 마무리 연결되어 일정한 구조적 특성을 갖춘 제2스텐트를 형성한다. 또한, 이렇게 제1와이어(10)에 의해 완성된 내측 제1스텐트 구조와 제2와이어(20)에 의해 완성된 외측 제2스텐트 구조는 결과적으로 도16에 도시된 바와 같이 연결되어 하나의 스텐트로 마련될 수 있다.
2. <본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법으로 제조된 스텐트의 특징에 관한 설명>
먼저, 본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법(S100 내지 S400)에 따라 제조된 제1스텐트의 경우, 도7 및 도8에 도시된 것과 같이 교차부(B1 내지 B19)가 대각선 방향을 따라 나선형으로 각각의 길이분할선 상 하나씩 형성되어 있고, 나머지 부분에는 고리부(A)가 형성되어 있다.
여기서, 각각의 길이분할선 상 하나씩 형성되어 있는 각각의 교차부(B1 내지 B19)를 제외한 나머지 부분에는 도8에 도시된 바와 같이 두 개의 교차점에서 와이어가 끼워지듯이 연결되어 두 겹으로 겹쳐지고, 중앙에는 돌출핀(P)에 의해 가운데가 빈 원형의 공간이 마련된 고리부(A)가 형성되는데, 이러한 고리부(A)는 스텐트의 전체 구조 변화 시 셀 형태 변화를 위한 충분한 공간을 마련해 줄뿐만 아니라, 스텐트의 전체 구조가 쉽게 휘어질 수 있도록 교차된 와이어 형태가 변형되어 위치 될 수 있는 공간을 제공해 줌으로써, 높은 수준의 구조적 유연성을 제1스텐트가 갖출 수 있도록 해 준다.
또한, 각각의 길이분할선 상에는 두 번째 길이분할선(b2)상의 특정 위치점(a3/b2)에 형성된 교차부(B1)을 시작으로 일정 기울기를 가지는 대각선을 따라 일정 간격으로 복수의 교차부(B2, B3, B4,…,B19)가 순차적으로 각각의 길이분할선 상에 하나씩 형성되는데, 이러한 교차부(B1 내지 B19)는 스텐트가 환자의 협착부위에 설치된 후 지속적으로 협착부위에서 발생하는 움직임에 의해 스텐의 양측 단부에 가해지는 외력을 비롯한 스텐트 설치후 스텐트의 중심방향으로 가해지는 힘들에 반해 스텐트의 구조 및 위치를 일정하게 유지하기 위한 반발력 형태의 응력을 제공한다.
하지만, 종래의 스텐트의 경우, 일정한 교차방식의 유형이 스텐트의 길이방향을 따라 일정하게 형성되어 왔는데, 특히 교차부가 스텐트의 길이방향을 따라 일정하게 특정 원주분할선 상에 마련되는 형식으로 스텐트가 형성되어 교차부에서 발생하는 반발력 형태의 응력이 교차부가 형성된 원주분할선을 기준으로 양측에 원주분할선 상에 교차부와 상이한 형태의 교차방식으로 형성된 부분에 의해 힘이 상쇄되어 스텐트에 가해지는 외력에 대응하여 충분한 응력을 제공하지 못하고 쉽게 와이어 구조가 접히거나, 설치된 협착부위로부터 이탈되어지는 문제점이 있었다.
이에 반해, 본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법(S100 내지 S400)에 따라 제조된 제1스텐트는 교차부(B1 내지 B19)가 각각의 길이분할선 상 하나씩 상호 대각선 방향으로 이격되어 나선형 배치 구조를 형성함으로써, 제1스텐트가 구조적 유연성을 가짐과 동시에 스텐트의 양 단부에서 가해지는 외력에 대응하여 스텐트의 구조 및 위치를 유지시킬수 있는 충분한 반발력을 갖추게 된다.
아울러, 제1스텐트의 제조 후 제조에 사용된 지그 상에 추가적으로 본 발명의 스텐트 제조방법(S500 내지 S800)에 따라 제조된 제2스텐트의 경우, 도15 및 도16에 도시된 것과 같이 특정 원주분할선(a3, a10) 상에 위치한 와이어의 교차 방식은 서로 엇갈린 형태의 교차부(B)를 형성하고, 나머지 원주분할선 상의 와어어 교차 방식은 돌출핀(P)의 양쪽을 각각 감싸는 형태로 진행되어 원형의 공간부가 마련된 고리부(A)가 형성된다.
여기서, 도15에 도시된 전개도의 양끝 원주분할선(a1)을 연결하여 중공의 원통형 스텐트를 구현해 보았을 때, 제2스텐트는 마주보는 두 쌍의 원주분할선(a3과 a10)상의 와이어 교차 형태만이 교차부(B)를 형성하고, 나머지 원주분할선상의 와이어 교차 형태는 고리부(A)를 형성하여, 쉽게 구조적 변화를 일으킬 수 있는 높은 수준의 유연성을 지닌다.
이와 같은 제2스텐트는 상기 제2와이어 상승 단계(S500)내 제3이격단계를 통해 제2지그재그 이동단계의 마감점들로부터 상부 방향의 대각선으로 제2와이어(20)를 이동시키는 과정에서 형성되는 두 개의 교차지점 중 하나의 지점(a3과 a4 사이 및 b19와 b20 사이 공간에 형성된 교차지점)에서는 제1와이어(10)의 위에 제2와이어(20)가 위치(도10 상에 작은 원으로 표시, X1)하고, 나머지 지점(a2와 a3 사이 및 b18과 b19 사이 공간에 형성된 교차지점)에서는 제1와이어(10)의 아래에 제2와이어(20)가 위치(도10 상에 작은 삼각형으로 표시, X2)하도록 제2몸체의 일부를 형성함으로써, a2와 a3 사이 및 b18과 b19 사이 공간에서 제1스텐트와 결합되어 제1스텐트의 구조적 특성을 보강해준다.
다시 말해, 제2스텐트는 길이방향을 따라 a2와 a3 사이 및 b18과 b19 사이 공간에서 제1스텐트와 걸림 구조를 형성하도록 연결되어 제1스텐트의 틀어짐을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 전체 스텐트 구조 상에 좀 더 개선된 구조적 유연성을 제공한다.
즉, 본 발명의 제조방법을 통해 완성된 스텐트는 높은 수준의 유연성을 기반으로 협착이 발생한 내강의 형태에 적합하게 위치하여, 0에 가까운 수준의 스텐트 축 방향으로 작용하는 축력(Axial force) 및 높은 수준의 스텐트 외측으로 팽창하려는 작용력(Radial force)을 가지고 있어 와이어의 피로도가 낮은 우수한 내구성을 마련할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 스텐트의 설치 후 설치 부위에서 발생하는 움직임에 의해 스테트의 양 단부측으로부터 중심측 방향으로 가해지는 외력에 대한 충분한 반발력을 갖추어 스텐트의 접힘 및 이탈을 방지할 수 있다.
이는 결과적으로, 암 환자의 평균 수명이 증가함에 따라 스텐트의 내구성 및 설치 유지 기간에 대한 개선 방안이 필요시 되고 있는 최근 스텐트의 구조적 유연성을 일정하게 유지하되, 충분한 설치 기간을 제공할 수 있는 스텐트의 제조 방법을 본 발명은 반영하고 있다.
본 발명에 개시된 실시예는 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의해서 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 보호범위는 아래 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

  1. 제조되는 스텐트와 동일한 지름(R)과 길이(L)를 가지는 원통체의 원주(W)와 길이(L)를 등간격으로 분배하여 설정한 원주분할선과 길이분할선이 교차하는 모든 위치점에 각각 탈착 가능한 돌출핀이 설치된 지그를 사용하되, 어느 하나의 기준이 되는 위치점을 시작점으로 하여 출발한 뒤, 대각선 방향으로 위치한 돌출핀을 경유하도록 와이어를 상, 하로 절곡 이동하면서 와이어간의 교차에 의해 셀을 형성하는 스텐트 제조방법에 있어서,
    상기 지그 일단의 제1시작점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제1지점까지 제1와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제1몸체의 일부를 형성하는 A단계;
    상기 제1지점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제1전환점까지 상기 제1와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제1헤드를 형성하는 B단계;
    상기 제1전환점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제2지점까지 상기 제1와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제1몸체의 일부를 형성하는 C단계; 및

    상기 D-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제1와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제1시작점에 위치시키는 D-3단계;를 포함하며,
    상기 D-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제2지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는
    스텐트 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스텐트 제조방법은,
    상기 지그 타단의 제2시작점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제3지점까지 제2와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 E단계;
    상기 제3지점으로부터 상기 지그 일단의 제2전환점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 상부 제2헤드를 형성하는 F단계;
    상기 제2전환점으로부터 상기 지그 타단의 제4지점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그 절곡 이동시켜 제2몸체의 일부를 형성하는 G단계; 및
    상기 제4지점으로부터 상기 제2시작점까지 상기 제2와이어를 지그재그로 절곡시키는 패턴을 반복하여 하부 제2헤드를 형성하는 H단계; 를 더 포함하며,
    상기 E단계는,
    상기 제2시작점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 E-1단계; 및
    상기 E-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 E-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 E-2단계;를 포함하며,
    상기 G단계는,
    상기 제2전환점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤. 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 G-1단계; 및
    상기 G-1단계의 마감점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 G-1단계에서 형성된 부분으로부터 위치점을 이격시키는 G-2단계;를 포함하며,
    상기 E단계는 상기 E-1단계 및 상기 E-2단계의 패턴을 번갈아 진행하며,
    상기 G단계는 상기 G-1단계 및 상기 G-2단계의 패턴을 번갈아 진행하며,
    상기 E-2단계에서는 상기 제2와이어를 이동시키는 과정에서 상기 지그 상에 기 엮어진 상기 제1와이어와 상기 제2와이어가 교차되는 2개의 지점 중 하나의 지점에서는 상기 제2와이어가 상기 제1와이어의 위에 위치하고, 나머지 지점에서는 상기 제2와이어가 상기 제1와이어의 아래에 위치하도록 상기 제2와이어를 이동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는
    스텐트 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서.
    상기 제2시작점은 상기 제1시작점이 위치한 길이분할선과 대칭되는 길이분할선 상에서 원주방향으로 원주분할선을 홀수 칸만큼 이동한 위치에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는
    스텐트 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 제3지점은 상기 E-1단계 및 상기 E-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 E-1단계의 마감점 중에서 상기 제2시작점이 위치한 길이분할선과 대칭되는 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점에 해당하며,
    상기 제4지점은 상기 G-1단계 및 상기 G-2단계가 번갈아 진행되어 형성된 복수의 상기 G-1단계의 마감점 중에서 상기 제2시작점과 동일한 길이분할선 상에 위치하는 마감점에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는
    스텐트 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 F단계는,
    상기 제3지점에서 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시키는 F-1단계;
    상기 B-1단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 F-2단계; 및
    상기 F-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제2전환점에 위치시키는 F-3단계;를 포함하며,
    상기 F-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제3지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는
    스텐트 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 H단계는,
    상기 제4지점에서 상기 제2와이어를 하부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시키는 H-1단계;
    상기 H-1단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시킨 뒤, 그 위치점에서 다시 하부 방향의 대각선으로 ℓ만큼 이동시켜 형성된 지그재그 절곡된 패턴을 반복하는 H-2단계; 및
    상기 H-2단계에서 이동된 위치점으로부터 상기 제2와이어를 상부 방향의 대각선으로 2ℓ만큼 이동시켜 상기 제2시작점에 위치시키는 H-3단계;를 포함하며,
    상기 H-2단계에서 이동된 위치점은 상기 제4지점과 동일한 원주분할선 상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는
