物流架及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种物流设备及其使用方法,特别是一种物流架及其使用方法。
背景技术
现有的物流柜主要沿用传统信箱模式,每一个人在物流柜中独占一个抽屉或箱子。当快递员要送快递时,快递员打开收件人的箱子,将快递放置于箱子内,关好箱子,等收件人回来取。现在随着社会的发展,物流交接有了一些进步,一是通过现代通信技术,能将放置快递的信息及时告知收件人;二是打开箱子的方式采用电子方式。这样,在物流柜中独占一个抽屉或箱子,使用率不高;而对于大多数没有申请到或拥有箱子的人,与快递员脱节很严重,如收件人不在收件位置,快递员投送快递时,需要反复与收件人相约,等待收件人亲自接取,这严重浪费了快递员的时间,延长了物流时间,影响了物流效率,增加物流成本,因此物流中最后100米快件交接的问题是一个急需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可解决物流中最后100米快件交接难题的物流架及其使用方法,以解决现有技术存在的上述使用率不高、物流时间长、物流效率低的不足之处。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种物流架,包括柜架,所述的柜架内划分有若干个存放区域,在柜架的顶部设有若干个编码牌A,编码牌A下面连接有挂件,挂件底部连接有快件固定装置。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述的柜架上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门;所述的柜架内安装有控制系统,该控制系统包括中控机,中控机的输入端与密码识别装置的输出端连接,中控机的输出端与柜门锁连接。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的控制系统还包括快件固定装置使用状态识别器,该快件固定装置使用状态识别器安装在快件固定装置上,用于识别快件固定装置的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开,该快件固定装置使用状态识别器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的快件固定装置使用状态识别器包括压力传感器或光传感器,该压力传感器或光传感器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的控制系统还包括挂件使用状态识别器,该挂件使用状态识别器安装在挂件上,用于判别挂件的使用状态和判别挂件是否被非法剪断,该挂件使用状态识别器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的挂件为弹性挂件;所述的挂件使用状态识别器为弹力传感器,该弹力传感器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:每个柜架上还安装有一个键盘,该键盘与中控机连接,用以实现输入收件人的电话号码,使中控机将该电话号码自动生成发件信息发给收件人。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的柜架内安装有用于记录快件存放画面的摄像头,该摄像头与中控机连接,实现监控图像由控制系统保存。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的快件固定装置上设有与编码牌A相同编号的编码牌B;所述的快件固定装置和编号牌A上还设有指示灯,该指示灯的输入端与中控机的输出端连接,实现收件人取件时,快件固定装置和编号牌A上有指示灯闪烁。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述柜架的存放区域中包括有用于放置生鲜快件的冷冻区域,该冷冻区域内安装有温控仪,且温控仪与中控机连接,实现由中控机监控冷冻区域的温度。
本发明的更进一步技术方案是:所述的中控机还与互联网连接,互联网和物联网相连;所述的物流架设有APP应用平台,每个物流架上还设有便于APP应用平台管理的具有唯一编码的柜号牌;所述的物流架上还设有Wifi。
本发明的另一技术方案是:一种物流架的使用方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
A.快递员在物流架上选择一个空闲的快件固定装置,夹好快件;
B.将快件固定装置所对应编码牌A上的编号告知收件人;
C.收件人根据快递员告知的快件固定装置所对应的编号,取出快件。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述物流架上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门,在步骤A中快递员预先向物流架所有者申请一个密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;在步骤C中收件人也预先向物流架所有者申请一个密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门。
本发明的进一步技术方案是:所述物流架上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门,以及柜架内安装有控制系统,
在步骤A中快递员预先申请一个密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;
在步骤B中,快递员通过键盘将收件人的信息及快件固定装置对应的编号发短信给控制系统,控制系统收到信息后,自动生成一条密钥和快递信息发给收件人;
在步骤C中,收件人根据控制系统发来的密钥,打开柜门,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位;
在步骤C之后,还包括有步骤D:控制系统将取件后的信息发送给快递员;
在步骤A至步骤C的过程中,中控机还通过快件固定装置使用状态识别器识别快件固定装置的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开;通过挂件使用状态识别器识别挂件的使用状态和判别挂件是否被非法剪断;通过摄像头记录快件存放至收取之间的全部过程画面;一旦有异常情况,中控机则发出报警信息。
本发明的再进一步技术方案是:所述的物流架还设有APP应用平台,
在步骤A中,快递员预先通过网页或APP应用平台注册申请物流架的开柜门密钥;
在步骤C中,收件人也预先向通过网页或APP应用平台注册,当有快件时,可查询到或即时收到开柜门的密钥,收件人通过该密钥打开柜门,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位;
上述物流架APP应用平台的用户注册与手机绑定,并发短信校验码验证;
上述步骤A至步骤D过程中,快递员、收件人均可通过网页或APP注册后查询物流架内快件的状态。
本发明的更进一步技术方案是::当所述的物流架设有Wifi功能时,在步骤C中,收件人登录物流架的APP平台后,收件人走到物流架Wifi区域,柜门自动打开,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位。
由于采用上述结构,本发明之物流架及其使用方法与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1.使用率高:
由于本发明的物流架包括柜架,该柜架内划分有若干个存放区域,在柜架的顶部设有若干个编码牌A,编码牌A下面连接有挂件,挂件底部连接有快件固定装置。快递员到本物流架投递快件时,用一个空闲的快件固定装置固定住快件,然后将编号告诉收件人,收 件人根据编号很快在物流架上找到自己的快件。因此,本物流架是公众均能使用的,使用人无需申请,也不是某个人独享的,无需每一个人独占一个抽屉或箱子,其使用率非常高。
2.可节约物流时间,解决了物流中最后100米快件交接难题:
由于本发明可使快递员到本物流架投递快件时,用一个空闲的快件固定装置固定住快件,然后将编号告诉收件人,收件人根据编号信息利用空闲时间收取,很快在物流架上取到自己的快件。因此,快递员投快递时无需等待收件人亲自接取,不仅节省了快递员的时间,节约了物流时间,也提高了物流效率,减少了物流成本,真正解决了物流中最后100米快件交接难题。
3.使用方便:
由于现有技术专享使用的物流柜受空间的限制,放置快件的种类有限。而本发明能够让公众同时使用,并且除了快递业务使用外,私人的快件存放也可以使用,收件人只要向物流柜申请一个开柜密钥,发给送件人,送件人就可以开启物流柜,放置物品等待收件人取件,使用起来非常方便,大大方便了公众的生活。而且由于本发明的使用,可使快件可堆叠,能够充分利用和节省占地空间。
4.安全可靠:
本发明在使用时,快递员先放置快件到物流架,物流架自动将信息发给收件人,收件人下班回到小区,根据物流架发给的信息,开启物流架,收到自己的快件。同时,物流架也将收件信息发回给快递员,物流架全程监控收件情况,当有非法取件时,发出报警,快件在物流架内非常安全。
5.安装范围广泛:
本发明的物流架可以放置于小区、学校、工厂、写字楼、机关的门口或人行通道,方便每一个人能拿到自己的快递,其安装范围比较广泛,易于推广应用。

实施例一:
一种物流架,包括柜架1,所述的柜架1内划分有若三个存放区域2,在柜架1的顶部设有若干个编码牌A3,编码牌A3下面连接有挂件6,该挂件6为绳索,挂件6的底部连接有快件固定装置5,该快件固定装置5为夹子,快件固定装置5上设有与编码牌A3相同编号的编码牌B4(参见图1)。
本实施例一所述物流架的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
A.快递员在物流架上选择一个空闲的快件固定装置——夹子,夹好快件14;
B.将快件固定装置所对应编码牌A上的编号告知收件人;
C.收件人根据快递员告知的快件固定装置所对应的编号,取出快件14。
实施例二:
一种物流架,其基本结构同实施例一,均包括柜架1,所述的柜架1内划分有若三个存放区域2,在柜架1的顶部设有若干个编码牌A3,编码牌A3下面连接有挂件6,挂件6的底部连接有快件固定装置5,快件固定装置5上设有与编码牌A3相同编号的编码牌B4(参见图1)。所不同之处在于:所述的挂件6为弹性的可伸缩绳,所述的快件固定装置5为钩子,钩子可折叠,钩子头打开时是使用状态,闭合时是非使用状态,钩子插入快件包装物后的应用并不伤及物件。所述的柜架1上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门,柜门是栅栏式或是密封式,柜门锁是密码锁;所述的密码识别装置为安装在柜架1上的键盘8,该键盘用于输入密码,密钥为快递员、收件人预先申请好的。
本实施例二所述物流架的使用方法,包括如下步骤:
A.快递员预先向物流架所有者申请一个密钥,并通过在键盘上输入该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;快递员在物流架上选择一个空闲的快件固定装置——钩子,固定好快件;
B.将快件固定装置的编号告知收件人;
C.收件人也预先向物流架所有者申请一个密钥,并通过在输入键盘上输入该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;收件人根据快递员告诉的快件固定装置所对应的编号,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位。
实施例三:
一种物流架(参见图2),包括柜架1,柜架1上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门,柜门是栅栏式或是密封式,柜门锁是密码锁;所述的密码识别装置为安装在柜架1上的键盘8,该键盘8用于输入密码,密钥为用于收件人的动态密码。
所述的柜架1内划分有四干个存放区域2,在柜架1的顶部设有若干个编码牌A3,编码牌A3下面连接有挂件6,该挂件6为弹性的可伸缩绳,挂件6的底部连接有快件固定装置5,该快件固定装置5为夹子,快件固定装置5上设有与编码牌A3相同编号的编码牌B4。
所述的柜架内安装有控制系统,该控制系统包括中控机9、快件固定装置使用状态识别器、挂件使用状态识别器,中控机的输入端与密码识别装置的输出端连接,中控机的输出端与柜门锁连接;
所述的快件固定装置使用状态识别器为压力传感器12,该压力传感器12安装在快件固定装置5上,用于识别快件固定装置5的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开,该压力传感器12的输出端与中控机的输入端连接,当压力传感器12检测到的数据变小时,说明快件固定装置5已处于空闲状态或被非法打开状态;
所述的挂件使用状态识别器为弹力传感器13,该弹力传感器13安装在挂件6上,用于判别挂件的使用状态和判别挂件是否被非法剪断,该弹力传感器13的输出端与中控机的输入端连接,当弹力传感器13检测到的数据变小时,说明挂件6处于空闲状态,或是挂件6已被非法剪断;
安装在柜架1上的键盘8还与中控机9连接,用以实现输入收件人的电话号码,使中控机将该电话号码自动生成发件信息发给收件人。
因此,上述的快件固定装置使用状态识别器、弹性挂件使用状态识别器组成报警输入装置,当有非法入侵柜内、打开夹子及弄断挂件,中控机均发出报警信息。
所述的柜架内还安装有用于记录快件存放画面的摄像头7,该摄像头7与中控机9连接,实现监控图像由控制系统保存。
所述的快件固定装置5和编号牌A3上还设有指示灯11,该指示灯11的输入端与中控 机9的输出端连接,实现收件人取件时,快件固定装置和编号牌A上有指示灯闪烁。
所述柜架1的存放区域中包括有用于放置生鲜快件的冷冻区域201,该冷冻区域201内安装有温控仪,且温控仪与中控机连接,实现由中控机监控冷冻区域的温度。
本实施例三所述物流架的使用方法,包括如下步骤:

C.收件人根据控制系统发来的密钥,打开柜门,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位;
D.控制系统将取件后的信息发送给快递员。
在上述步骤A至步骤C的过程中,中控机通过快件固定装置使用状态识别器识别快件固定装置5的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开,通过挂件使用状态识别器识别挂件的使用状态和判别挂件是否被非法剪断;通过摄像头7记录快件存放至收取之间的全部过程画面;一旦有异常情况,中控机则发出报警信息。其中:快件固定装置使用状态识别器的识别过程如下:
当快件固定装置——夹子上有快件时,快件固定装置使用状态识别器——压力传感器检测到快件重量的数据,中控机判定为快件固定装置处于使用状态;否则为空闲状态。当未经密码识别装置的正确输入,快件固定装置就由使用状态变为空闲状态,中控机判断为非法取件,快件固定装置被非法打开,发出报警信息:
同理,挂件使用状态识别器的识别过程如下:
当挂件——弹性的可伸缩绳上有快件时,挂件使用状态识别器——弹力传感器13检测到可伸缩绳的弹力数据,中控机判定为挂件处于使用状态;否则为空闲状态。当未经密码识别装置的正确输入,挂件就由使用状态变为空闲状态,中控机判断为非法取件,挂件被非法剪断,发出报警信息。
实施例四:
一种物流架,该物流架基本同实施例三,所不同之处在于:
(1)所述的快件固定装置使用状态识别器为光传感器15,该光传感器15安装在快件 固定装置5上(参见图5),用于识别快件固定装置5的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开,光传感器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接,当识别快件固定装置5上有快件时,光传感器没有感受到光,中控机记录即为使用状态,否则为空闲状态。
(2)所述的中控机9还与互联网连接,互联网和物联网相连;所述的物流架设有APP应用平台,每个物流架上还设有便于APP应用平台管理的具有唯一编码的柜号牌16(参见图4)。
本实施例四所述的物流架的使用方法如下:
A.快递员预先通过网页或APP注册申请物流架的开柜门密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;快递员在物流架上选择一个空闲的快件固定装置,夹好快件;
B.快递员通过键盘将收件人的信息及快件固定装置对应的编号发短信给控制系统,控制系统收到信息后,自动生成一条动态密钥和快递信息(如某公司某快递员于某时间将您的快件放置于某物流柜,开柜密码是XXXXXX)发给收件人;
C.收件人也预先向通过网页或APP应用平台注册,当有快件时,查询到或即时收到开柜门的密钥,收件人通过该密钥打开柜门,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位;

上述物流架APP用户注册与手机绑定,并发短信校验码验证;
上述步骤A至步骤D过程中,快递员、收件人均可通过网页或APP注册后查询物流架内快件的状态。
实施例五:
一种物流架,该物流架基本同实施例四,所不同之处在于:所述的物流架上还设有Wifi。
该物流架的使用方法也基本同实施例四,所不同之处在于:在步骤C中,收件人登录物流架的APP平台后,收件人走到物流架Wifi区域,柜门自动打开,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位。
作为实施例一至五的一种变换,所述的快件固定装置5可以是夹子或钩子,夹子和钩子的使用状态在中控机有记录,钩子插入快件包装物后的应用并不伤及物件,并可启动钩子上光传感器使用状态变化。
作为实施例一至五的一种变换,所述的密码识别装置还可以是条形码或二维码扫描或指纹识别或人脸识别。
作为实施例一至五的一种变换,所述的快件固定装置上也可以不设有编码牌B。

  1. 一种物流架,包括柜架(1),其特征在于:所述的柜架内划分有若干个存放区域(2),在柜架的顶部设有若干个编码牌A(3),编码牌A(3)下面连接有挂件(6),挂件(6)底部连接有快件固定装置(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的柜架(I)上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门;所述的柜架内安装有控制系统,该控制系统包括中控机(9),中控机的输入端与密码识别装置的输出端连接,中控机(9)的输出端与柜门锁连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的控制系统还包括快件固定装置使用状态识别器,该快件固定装置使用状态识别器安装在快件固定装置(5)上,用于识别快件固定装置(5)的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开,该快件固定装置使用状态识别器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的快件固定装置使用状态识别器包括压力传感器(12)或光传感器(15),该压力传感器(12)或光传感器(15)的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的控制系统还包括挂件使用状态识别器,该挂件使用状态识别器安装在挂件上,用于判别挂件的使用状态和判别挂件是否被非法剪断,该挂件使用状态识别器的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的挂件(6)为弹性挂件;所述的挂件使用状态识别器为弹力传感器(13),该弹力传感器(13)的输出端与中控机的输入端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的物流架,其特征在于:每个柜架上还安装有一个键盘(8),该键盘(8)与中控机(9)连接,用以实现输入收件人的电话号码,使中控机将该电话号码自动生成发件信息发给收件人。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的柜架内安装有用于记录快件存放画面的摄像头(7),该摄像头(7)与中控机(9)连接,实现监控图像由控制系统保存。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的快件固定装置(5)上设有与编码牌A相同编号的编码牌B(4);所述的快件固定装置(5)和编号牌A(3)上还设有指示灯(11),该指示灯(11)的输入端与中控机的输出端连接,实现收件人取件时,快 件固定装置和编号牌A上有指示灯闪烁。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述柜架的存放区域(2)中包括有用于放置生鲜快件的冷冻区域(201),该冷冻区域内安装有温控仪,且温控仪与中控机连接,实现由中控机监控冷冻区域的温度。
  11. 根据权利要求2至10任一权利要求所述的物流架,其特征在于:所述的中控机(9)还与互联网连接,互联网和物联网相连;所述的物流架设有APP应用平台,每个物流架上还设有便于APP应用平台管理的具有唯一编码的柜号牌(16);所述的物流架上还设有Wifi。
  12. 一种物流架的使用方法,其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:
    A.快递员在物流架上选择一个空闲的快件固定装置,夹好快件;
    B.将快件固定装置所对应编码牌A上的编号告知收件人;
    C.收件人根据快递员告知的快件固定装置所对应的编号,取出快件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述物流架的使用方法,其特征在于:
    所述物流架上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门,在步骤A中快递员预先向物流架所有者申请一个密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;在步骤C中收件人也预先向物流架所有者申请一个密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述物流架的使用方法,其特征在于:
    所述物流架上安装有带密码识别装置的柜门,以及柜架内安装有控制系统,
    在步骤A中快递员预先申请一个密钥,并通过该密钥打开物流架上的柜门;
    在步骤B中,快递员通过键盘将收件人的信息及快件固定装置对应的编号发短信给控制系统,控制系统收到信息后,自动生成一条密钥和快递信息发给收件人;
    在步骤C中,收件人根据控制系统发来的密钥,打开柜门,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位;
    在步骤C之后,还包括有步骤D:控制系统将取件后的信息发送给快递员;
    在步骤A至步骤C的过程中,中控机还通过快件固定装置使用状态识别器识别快件固定装置(5)的使用状态和判别快件固定装置是否被非法打开;通过挂件使用状态识别器识别挂件的使用状态和判别挂件是否被非法剪断;通过摄像头(7)记录快件存放至收取之间的全部过程画面;一旦有异常情况,中控机则发出报警信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述物流架的使用方法,其特征在于:
    所述的物流架还设有APP应用平台,
    在步骤A中,快递员预先通过网页或APP应用平台注册申请物流架的开柜门密钥;
    在步骤C中,收件人也预先向通过网页或APP应用平台注册,当有快件时,可查询到或即时收到开柜门的密钥,收件人通过该密钥打开柜门,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位;
    上述物流架APP应用平台的用户注册与手机绑定,并发短信校验码验证;
    上述步骤A至步骤D过程中,快递员、收件人均可通过网页或APP注册后查询物流架内快件的状态。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述物流架的使用方法,其特征在于:当所述的物流架设有Wifi功能时,在步骤C中,收件人登录物流架的APP平台后,收件人走到物流架Wifi区域,柜门自动打开,物流架上属于收件人的快件固定装置和编号牌A自动闪烁,收件人与控制系统发来的编号相对应后,取出快件,弹性挂件自动复位。
