콤팩트 용기
본 발명은 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더 상세하게는 밀폐부재가 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄시 중간케이스의 내주면 상부에 일정 간격 이격 형성되는 다수의 씰링돌기가 밀폐부재의 외주면에 형성되는 씰링홈에 결합되어 내용물 수용부의 내부 기밀성을 향상시키는 것이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 밀폐부재의 저면에 구비되는 제1,2누액방지돌기 구조를 통해 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄함으로써 감압테스트 과정에서 내용물의 누액을 차단하는 것이 가능한 콤팩트 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 콤팩트 용기는 여성들이 휴대하면서 얼굴화장에 사용되는 색조화장품이나 백분을 수납하여 간편하게 휴대할 수 있는 것을 말한다.
이러한 콤팩트 용기는 다양한 형상으로 제공되고 있는데, 어떤 형상과도 무관하게 내용물 저장부에 색조화장품이나 백분의 내용물을 수납 보관하고 있으며, 사용시에는 용기본체의 전면부에 구비된 버튼을 가압하여 외부뚜껑을 용기본체에서 힌지 회동에 의해 열고 내부에 수용된 퍼프나 솔 등의 화장용구를 이용하여 화장품을 묻혀 얼굴화장에 사용하는 것은 공통점이다.
상기와 같은 종래의 콤팩트 용기는 내캡을 통해 내용물 저장부의 상단부를 덮어 내부 기밀성을 유지하도록 구성되는데, 공기가 유입되는 것을 어느 정도 차단하는 것은 가능하나, 구조적인 한계로 인하여 완벽하게 내부 기밀성을 유지할 수 없는 문제점이 있었다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 내용물 저장부의 내부 기밀성을 향상시키는 것이 가능하도록 구성된 "콤팩트 용기"가 등록특허 제10-1333044호(이하, '등록특허'라 함.)에 개시되어 있다.
상기 등록특허는 내용물이 저장되는 내용물 저장부를 수용하며, 내용물 저장부를 승하강 시키도록 내측 하단에 가이드돌기가 형성되는 하부케이스; 상기 하부케이스의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 중간케이스; 내용물이 저장되며 상기 하부케이스에 수용되되, 상기 가이드돌기를 따라 이동하는 회전돌기가 형성되는 내용물 저장부; 상기 중간케이스의 상부에 안착되며, 중간케이스의 회전시에 맞물리며 함께 회전하되, 상기 내용물 저장부의 수직이동을 가이드하는 회전체; 상기 회전체의 상단을 개폐하도록 회전체의 일측에 힌지결합되는 밀폐부재; 상기 중간케이스의 일측에 힌지 결합되며, 사용자 가압에 의해 일측 또는 타측 방향으로 회전하며 상기 중간케이스를 함께 회전시키는 상부케이스;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 등록특허는 회전체의 회전시 회전체의 가이드홈에 삽입된 내용물 저장부의 승하강돌기에 의해 내용물 저장부가 함께 회전하게 되고, 내용물 저장부가 회전하게 되면, 내용물 저장부의 하단에 형성된 회전돌기가 하부케이스의 가이드돌기의 경사면을 따라 이동하게 되며, 이로 인하여, 내용물 저장부가 상승하여 내용물 저장부의 상단부가 밀폐부재의 씰링부에 의해 밀폐가 이루어지도록 구성된다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 구조로 이루어진 등록특허는 내용물 저장부의 내부 기밀성을 향상시키기 위한 구조가 매우 복잡하여 제조시간의 증가는 물론, 용기 자체의 단가상승을 초래하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 최근 들어, 상기와 같은 콤팩트 용기 내부에 액상의 내용물이 저장되거나, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 발포우레탄 폼을 수용하는 경우가 증가하고 있는 가운데, 밀폐구조에 따른 내부 기밀성 문제로 인하여 감압테스트 과정에서 내용물 저장부에 저장된 내용물의 누액이 발생하는 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 다양한 밀폐구조가 개발되고 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은 밀폐부재가 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄시 중간케이스의 내주면 상부에 일정 간격 이격 형성되는 다수의 씰링돌기가 밀폐부재의 외주면에 형성되는 씰링홈에 결합되어 내용물 수용부의 내부 기밀성을 향상시키는 것이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 밀폐부재의 저면에 구비되는 제1,2누액방지돌기 구조를 통해 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄함으로써 감압테스트 과정에서 내용물의 누액을 차단하는 것이 가능한 콤팩트 용기를 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 콤팩트 용기는, 하부케이스; 상기 하부케이스의 내측에 위치하며, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재가 수용되도록 내용물 수용부가 구비되는 중간케이스; 상기 내용물 수용부의 상부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스에 힌지결합되되, 그 상부에 내용물 도포부재가 수납되는 것이 가능하도록 수납홈이 형성되는 밀폐부재; 및 상기 내용물 도포부재를 감싸며 상기 하부케이스에 상하로 회동 가능하도록 힌지결합되는 상부케이스;를 포함하되,
상기 밀폐부재가 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄시 내용물 수용부의 내부 기밀성이 유지되도록 상기 중간케이스의 내주면 상부에는 일정 간격 이격된 다수의 씰링돌기가 형성되며, 상기 밀폐부재의 외주면 하부에는 상기 다수의 씰링돌기와 결합되는 다수의 씰링홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐부재에는 상기 내용물 수용부의 상단에 접촉되어 내용물 수용부에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 차단하도록 상기 밀폐부재의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되는 링 형상의 제1누액방지돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐부재에는 상기 제1누액방지돌기의 외측에서 상기 내용물 수용부의 외주면을 감싸며 밀착 형성되어 상기 내용물 수용부에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 차단하도록 상기 밀폐부재의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되는 링 형상의 제2누액방지돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 씰링돌기는 상기 중간케이스의 내주면에 120도 간격으로 3개가 이격 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르면 밀폐부재가 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄시 중간케이스의 내주면 상부에 일정 간격 이격 형성되는 다수의 씰링돌기가 밀폐부재의 외주면에 형성되는 씰링홈에 결합되어 내용물 수용부의 내부 기밀성을 향상시키는 것이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 밀폐부재의 저면에 구비되는 제1,2누액방지돌기 구조를 통해 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄함으로써 감압테스트 과정에서 내용물의 누액을 차단하는 것이 가능한 장점이 있다.

도 1 내지 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 콤팩트 용기는 하부케이스(100), 중간케이스(200), 밀폐부재(300), 상부케이스(400)가 포함된다.
상기 하부케이스(100)는 내용물 수용부(210)가 구비된 중간케이스(200)를 수용하는 것으로서, 그 전면부에는 상부케이스(400)의 개폐를 위한 버튼부(110)가 결합된다.
상기 버튼부(110)는 하부케이스(100)의 전면부에 결합되어 평상시에는 상부케이스(400)가 개방되는 것을 방지하다가, 사용자가 버튼부(110)를 가압시 내측 방향으로 이동하며 상부케이스(400)의 개방을 가능하게 하는데, 버튼부(110)의 상부에는 상부케이스(400)의 폐쇄시에 상부케이스(400)의 걸림돌기를 지지하여 상부케이스(400)가 개방되는 것을 방지하기 위한 걸림턱이 형성된다.
상기 중간케이스(200)는 상기 하부케이스(100)의 내측에 위치하며, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재(211)가 수용되도록 그 내부에 내용물 수용부(210)가 구비되는 것으로서, 상기 내용물 흡수부재(211)는 액상의 내용물이 함침될 수 있는 퍼프, 스펀지, 폼(foam), 브러쉬 등 다양한 종류로 구성될 수 있으며, 바람직하게는 내용물의 흡수가 용이한 다공성 제품으로 이루어지는 것이 좋다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 중간케이스(200)에는 후술할 밀폐부재(300)가 내용물 수용부(210)의 상단을 폐쇄시 내용물 수용부(210)의 내부 기밀성이 유지되도록 그 내주면 상부에 일정 간격 이격된 다수의 씰링돌기(220)가 형성되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 씰링돌기(220)는 밀폐부재(300)의 씰링홈(361)과 결합되어 내용물 수용부(210)의 내부 기밀성을 유지하게 되는데, 밀폐부재(300)와의 안정적인 결합이 가능하도록 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 중간케이스의 내주면에 120도 간격으로 3개가 이격 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 내용물 수용부(210)의 내측에는 내용물 흡수부재(211)를 고정시키도록 내용물 흡수부재(211)를 감싸는 고정관(230)이 결합되는데, 상기 고정관(230)의 상부에는 내용물 흡수부재(211)의 상단을 지지하여 내용물 흡수부재(211)가 내용물 수용부(210)로부터 이탈되는 것을 방지하도록 내측방향으로 고정턱(231)이 형성된다.
상기 밀폐부재(300)는 상기 내용물 수용부(210)의 상부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스(200)에 힌지결합되는 것으로서, 힌지결합에 따른 상하 회동시 조작이 용이하도록 그 전면부에 손잡이부(310)가 형성된다.
또한, 상기 밀폐부재(300)의 상부에는 퍼프와 같은 내용물 도포부재(330)가 수납되는 것이 가능하도록 수납홈(320)이 형성된다.
한편, 본 발명에 있어서, 상기 밀폐부재(300)의 저면에는 내용물 수용부(210)에 액상의 내용물을 수용한 상태에서 감압 테스트시 내용물의 누액이 발생하는 것을 방지하도록 제1누액방지돌기(340) 및 제2누액방지돌기(350)가 구비되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 제1누액방지돌기(340)는 상기 내용물 수용부(210)의 상단에 접촉되어 내용물 수용부(210)에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 차단하도록 상기 밀폐부재(300)의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되는 링 형상으로 이루어지며, 상기 제2누액방지돌기(350)는 상기 제1누액방지돌기(340)의 외측에서 상기 내용물 수용부(210)의 외주면을 감싸며 밀착 형성되어 상기 내용물 수용부(210)에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 차단하도록 상기 밀폐부재(300)의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되는 링 형상으로 이루어진다.
상기 제1누액방지돌기(340) 및 제2누액방지돌기(350)는 링 형상으로 이루어져 내용물 수용부(210)의 상단 및 외주면을 각각 씰링처리하도록 구성되는데, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2누액방지돌기(350)가 내용물 수용부(210)의 외주면을 지지함으로써, 감압 테스트시 내용물 수용부(210)가 내부 압력에 의해 외측 방향으로 벌어지는 것을 차단하는 것이 가능하게 되므로, 내용물 수용부(210)에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
한편, 상기 밀폐부재(300)의 저면에는 상기 제2누액방지돌기(350)를 감싸며 이격형성되며, 상기 중간케이스(200)의 씰링돌기(220)와 결합되도록 다수의 씰링홈(361)이 형성되는 결합돌기(360)가 구비되는 것이 특징으로서, 상기 밀폐부재(300)가 내용물 수용부(210)의 상단을 폐쇄시 상기 씰링홈(361)과 씰링돌기(220)의 결합을 통해 내용물 수용부(210)의 내부 기밀성을 유지할 수 있게 된다.
즉, 상기 제2누액방지돌기(350)는 내용물 수용부(210)의 외주면을 지지함으로써, 감압 테스트시 내용물 수용부(210)에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그 외측에 구비되는 씰링홈(361)이 형성된 결합돌기(360)를 통해 중간케이스의 씰링돌기(220)와 결합됨으로써, 내용물 수용부(210)의 내부 기밀성을 유지하는 것을 가능하게 한다.
상기 상부케이스(400)는 상기 내용물 도포부재(330)를 감싸며 상기 하부케이스(100)에 상하로 회동 가능하도록 힌지결합되는 것으로서, 상방향으로 회동하여 개방시에는 내용물 도포부재(330)의 사용을 가능하게 하며, 하방향으로 회동하여 폐쇄시에는 외부 충격으로부터 내용물 도포부재(330)를 보호함과 동시에 수납홈(320)에 이물질이 유입되는 것을 차단한다.
상기 상부케이스(400)의 내측에는 사용자가 화장시 화장부위를 확인하는 것이 가능하도록 거울(410)이 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하부케이스;
    상기 하부케이스의 내측에 위치하며, 액상의 내용물이 함침된 내용물 흡수부재가 수용되도록 내용물 수용부가 구비되는 중간케이스;
    상기 내용물 수용부의 상부를 개폐하도록 상기 중간케이스에 힌지결합되되, 그 상부에 내용물 도포부재가 수납되는 것이 가능하도록 수납홈이 형성되는 밀폐부재; 및
    상기 내용물 도포부재를 감싸며 상기 하부케이스에 상하로 회동 가능하도록 힌지결합되는 상부케이스;를 포함하되,
    상기 밀폐부재에는 상기 내용물 수용부의 상단에 접촉되어 내용물 수용부에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 차단하도록 상기 밀폐부재의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되는 링 형상의 제1누액방지돌기와, 상기 제1누액방지돌기의 외측에서 상기 내용물 수용부의 외주면을 감싸며 밀착 형성되어 상기 내용물 수용부에 저장된 내용물의 누액을 차단하도록 상기 밀폐부재의 저면으로부터 하방향으로 연장되는 링 형상의 제2누액방지돌기가 구비되며,
    상기 밀폐부재가 내용물 수용부의 상단을 폐쇄시 내용물 수용부의 내부 기밀성이 유지되도록 상기 중간케이스의 내주면 상부에는 일정 간격 이격된 다수의 씰링돌기가 형성되고, 상기 밀폐부재의 저면에는 상기 제2누액방지돌기를 감싸며 이격형성되되 상기 다수의 씰링돌기와 결합되도록 다수의 씰링홈이 형성된 결합돌기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 용기.
