- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述UE按照接收到的所述通知消息获取第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息,包括:所述UE按照接收到的所述通知消息读取所述第二小区广播的所述第二小区的系统信息;或若所述UE处于空闲态时,则所述UE与所述第一小区建立连接,并在建立的所述连接上获取所述第二小区的系统信息。

- 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示消息中还包含指示UE获得第二小区的系统信息的方式的信息;所述第一基站通过管辖的第一小区向所述UE发送的所述通知消息中还包含指示UE获得第二小区的系统信息的方式的信息;其中,所述UE获得第二小区的系统信息的方式为:UE读取所述第二小区广播的所述第二小区的系统信息;或UE接收所述第一小区发送的所述第二小区的系统信息。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一基站通过管辖的第一小区向所述UE发送所述通知消息,包括:所述第一基站获取处于设备到设备D2D通信模式的UE;所述第一基站通过管辖的第一小区向获取的所述UE发送所述通知消息。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一基站至少按照下述方式中的一种获取处于D2D通信模式的UE:所述第一基站在MME中获取处于D2D通信模式的UE;所述第一基站在所述第二基站中获取处于D2D通信模式的UE;所述第一基站获取存储的处于D2D通信模式的UE。
- 如权利要求13或14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述处于D2D通信模式的UE至少包括下述中的一种:使用所述第二小区提供的资源配置进行D2D通信模式的UE;在所述第二小区所在的频率上,处于D2D通信模式的UE。
- 一种信息通知方法,其特征在于,包括:第二基站确定是否需要用户设备UE获得所述第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息;在确定出需要所述UE获得所述第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息时,所述第二基站向第一基站发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于通知所述第一基站通过管辖的第一小区向所述UE发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述UE获得所述第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息。
- 如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二基站向第一基站发送指示消息,包括:所述第二基站直接向所述第一基站发送指示消息;或所述第二基站将所述指示消息通过移动管理实体MME转发给所述第一基站。
- 如权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述指示消息中包含第二小区的小区标识;所述第二基站向第一基站发送的指示消息中还包含第二小区的小区标识。

- 如权利要求22所述的用户终端,其特征在于,所述获取模块,具体用于按照接收到的所述通知消息读取所述第二小区广播的所述第二小区的系统信息;或若UE处于空闲态时,则与所述第一小区建立连接,并在建立的所述连接上获取所述第二小区的系统信息。
- 一种第一基站,其特征在于,包括:接收模块,用于接收第二基站发送的指示消息,所述指示消息用于通知所述第一基站向用户设备UE发送通知消息;发送模块,用于通过管辖的第一小区向所述UE发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述UE获得所述第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息。

- 一种第二基站,其特征在于,包括:确定模块,用于确定是否需要用户设备UE获得第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息;发送模块,用于在确定出需要所述UE获得所述第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息时,向第一基站发送指示消息,所述指示消息用于通知所述第一基站通过管辖的第一小区向所述UE发送通知消息,所述通知消息用于通知所述UE获得所述第二基站管辖的第二小区的系统信息。
