Abstract

本発明の作業機械の圧油エネルギ再生装置の第2の実施の形態において、再生装置の概略システムは、第1の実施の形態と同じであるが、再生弁8を切換電磁弁21に置換した点が第1の実施の形態と異なる。具体的には、図4に示すように連通管路37に3ポート2位置の電磁切換弁である切換弁21が設けられている。切換弁21の入口ポートには、ブーム用上部制御弁5に一端側が接続された連通管路37の他端側が接続され、切換弁21の第1出口ポートには、ブーム用下部制御弁4に一端側が接続された連通管路37の他端側が接続されている。切換弁21の第2の出口ポートには、再生管路38の一端側が接続されていて、再生管路38の他端側は、再生管路38からの流出のみを許可するチェック弁15を介して第1主管路31に接続されている。

前記第2油圧アクチュエータの被駆動物が自重落下するときに、前記第2油圧アクチュエータから圧油が排出される排出側に接続され、前記第2油圧アクチュエータから排出された圧油の流量を調整可能な上部制御弁と、
前記上部制御弁と前記作動油タンクとを接続する連通油路と、
前記連通油路に設けられ、前記上部制御弁から前記作動油タンクへ排出される圧油の流量を調整可能な下部制御弁と、
前記連通油路の前記上部制御弁と前記下部制御弁との間の分岐点に一端側を接続し、他端側を前記第1油路に接続した再生油路とを備え、
前記第2油圧アクチュエータから排出された圧油を前記第1油圧アクチュエータに再生可能とした
