背景技术
目前市场上现有的电子烟普遍存在漏液问题,其原因包括多个方面,其中主要原因是烟液极易从储液腔经雾化组件漏出。烟液泄漏后,一方面,使用者在吸烟时可能会吸到,影响使用者的吸烟体验;另一方面,烟液还可能漏至电池和/或控制板,影响电子烟的正常工作。

一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括雾化组件及设置在所述雾化组件上端的调节组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化头及进气管道,所述调节组件包括与外界连通的进气孔,所述进气管道的一端与所述雾化头的底部连通,所述进气管道的另一端与所述进气孔连通。
在其中一实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括底座,所述底座上设置有连接管以及与所述连接管相通的通孔,所述雾化头底部开设有与所述通孔相通的通气孔,所述进气管道的一端嵌套于所述连接管内,且所述进气管道通过所述通孔与所述通气孔相通,通过所述进气孔进入所述进气管道的空气经所述连接管、所述通孔及所述通气孔进入所述雾化头。
在其中一实施例中,所述调气组件还包括衬底,所述衬底上开设有安装孔以及所述进气孔,所述安装孔与所述进气孔相通,所述进气管道的另一端安装在所述安装孔内。
在其中一实施例中,所述调气组件还包括与所述衬底可转动地相对设置的调节件,所述调节件上开设有调节窗,转动所述调节件,所述调节件遮蔽住所述进气孔或通过所述调节窗使所述进气孔暴露。
在其中一实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括用于容置气溶胶形成基质的容置腔,所述衬底上还开设有与所述进气孔相对设置的注液孔,所述注液孔与所述容置腔相通,转动所述调节件,所述调节件遮蔽住所述注液孔或通过所述调节窗使所述注液孔暴露。
在其中一实施例中,所述衬底包括本体、内管、分隔体及隔板,所述内管设置在所述本体内,所述分隔体层叠固设在所述隔板上,所述分隔体、所述隔板均设置在所述本体和所述内管之间,且所述分隔体、所述隔板均分别与所述本体、所述内管固定连接,所述进气孔开设在本体上,所述安装孔开设在所述隔板上,所述本体、所述内管、所述分隔体及所述隔板之间形成进气通道,所述进气通道连通于所述进气孔与所述安装孔之间,所述注液孔依次贯 穿所述本体、所述分隔体与所述隔板部分层叠区域以及所述内管。
在其中一实施例中,所述雾化组件还包括连接环,所述连接环的内侧与所述雾化头连接,所述连接环的外侧与所述底座连接。
在其中一实施例中,所述雾化器还包括底盖及收集装置,所述底盖设置在所述雾化装置下端,所述收集装置设置在所述底盖上,且所述收集装置位于所述底盖与所述雾化装置之间,所述收集装置包括止流部、管体及收集槽,该管体的一端向管体内部延伸形成所述止流部,所述止流部与所述管体固定连接形成所述收集槽,所述管体与所述止流部之间形成的夹角介于0到90度之间。
在其中一实施例中,所述止流部呈碗状或漏斗状。
一种气溶胶发生装置,包括上述任一所述的雾化器。
所雾化器、气溶胶发生装置具有如下优点:
1.所述调节组件170集调节进气、注液及进气量等功能于一体,使所述雾化器200的结构简化,同时也缩短了雾化器200的长度。
2.所述调节组件170位于所述雾化器200的上端,甚至是靠近吸入器的位置,即,本实用新型所述雾化器200为上进气,而非现有的下进气,如此,在雾化器200的下端无需设置进气孔,雾化器200的下端被封死,如此可避免气溶胶形成基质往外泄露。
3.所述雾化器200是采用上注液的方式,进一步避免因雾化组件130与底盖110之间的可拆卸式地连接导致的漏液问题的产生。
4.所述雾化器200结构简单,无需设置复杂的防漏装置即可解决漏液的问题。
5.所述雾化器200同时具有上进气与上进液的功能。
6.所述收集装置210可进一步避免雾化器200发生漏液。

为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新 型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参见图1-2,本实用新型提供一种雾化器200,其包括底盖110、雾化组件130、导电组件150及调节组件170。
所述雾化组件130设置在所述底盖110上,所述导电组件150安装在所述雾化组件130内。所述调节组件170设置在所述雾化组件130上,且与所述雾化组件130相通。所述调节组件170与所述雾化组件130配合,用于调节进气、注液及进气量。
请进一步参见图3-5,所述雾化组件130包括容置管131、雾化管133、容置腔135、底座137、进气管道139、连接环141、雾化腔143、雾化头145及外管147。所述雾化管133设置在所述容置管131内,所述雾化管133一端与所述雾化头145紧配合,其相对的另一端设置在所述调节组件170上。所述雾化头145通过连接环141螺纹安装在所述底座137上,即,所述连接环141的内侧与所述雾化头145螺纹连接,其外侧与所述底座137螺纹连接。所述容置管131、雾化管133、底座137之间形成所述容置腔135。所述进气管道139设置在所述容置腔135内。
所述外管147套设在所述容置管131外。所述外管147一端设置在所述底座137上,其相对的另一端设置在所述调节组件170上。本实施例中,所述容置管131为透明或半透明材质制成。所述外管147上开设有视窗1471,用以便于用户观察容置腔135内的气溶胶形成基质的余量。
所述容置管131的一端与所述调节组件170抵持,其相对的另一端与所述底座137抵持,如此将容置管131设置在底座137与调节组件170之间。本实施例中,所述容置管131 与调节组件170之间,以及容置管131与底座137之间均设置有密封圈149,所述密封圈149用于提高所述容置腔135的密封性,避免气溶胶形成基质外漏。
所述底座137包括一肩部1371、分别与肩部1371相对两端连接的第一连接部1373及第二连接部1375。所述第一连接部1373与所述底盖110连接,所述第二连接部1375与所述连接环141连接,本实施例中,上述两者之间是螺纹连接。
进一步地,所述容置管131靠近所述底座137的一端与所述肩部1371抵持。所述容置管131、第二连接部1375、雾化头145、雾化管133之间形成所述容置腔135。所述雾化头145上开设有进液孔1451,容置腔135内的气溶胶形成基质可经所述进液孔1451进入所述雾化头145内。
所述底座137上开设有二连接管1377,每一所述连接管1377分别与其中一进气管道139嵌套并连通。所述第一连接部1375上开设有二通孔1379,每一所述通孔1379与所述连接管1377相通。所述雾化头145上开设有与所述通孔1379相通的通气孔1453。在使用者的抽吸作用下,入进气管道139的空气可经所述连接管1377、通孔1379及通气孔1453进入所述雾化头145,所述空气将带走经雾化头145雾化形成的气溶胶。
所述底盖110上开设有一连接孔111,所述导电组件150穿过所述连接孔111分别与雾化头145、电源(未图示)电接触。具体地,所述导电组件150包括正极接触件151及绝缘件153。所述绝缘件153套设在所述正极接触件151上。所述正极接触151的一端与所述雾化头145电性连接,其相对的另一端穿过所述连接孔111与所述电源电接触,用以向雾化组件130提供电能。
所述调节组件170用于调节所述雾化器100的进气、注液操作及进气量等。所述调节组件170包括一衬底171及调节件173,所述调节件173可转动地套设在所述衬底171外,且所述衬底171限制调节件173在衬底171轴向上的移动。本实施例中,所述调节件173为可转动地套设在所述衬底171上的调节环。
所述衬底171包括一本体1711、一内管1713、分隔体1715及隔板1716。所述分隔体1715与隔板1716连接,该两者都设置在本体1711、内管1713之间,且均分别与所述本体1711、内管1713固定连接。
该本体1711大致呈一管体状,其上开设有至少一进气孔1717。该内管1713设置在该本体1711内,且套设在所述雾化管133外。
所述本体1711上还开设有注液孔1721,该注液孔1721贯穿所述内管1713,并与所述 容置腔135相通。气溶胶形成基质可从该注液孔1721被导入进入容置腔135内。本实施例中,所述注液孔1721、进气孔1717设置在所述衬底171的同一横切面的圆周上。
所述分隔体1715层叠固设在隔板1716上。所述分隔体1715设置本体1711与内管1713之间,并使本体1711与内管1713连接在一起。本实施例中,所述分隔体1715为一扇环体。
所述隔板1716大致呈一圆环状。所述注液孔1721贯穿所述隔板1716。该隔板1716上开设有与进气孔1717相通的二安装孔1719,每一所述进气管道139靠近所述调节组件170的一端安装在其中一安装孔1719中。
所述本体1711未与隔板1716及分隔体1715固定连接的区域开设所述进气孔1717。所述进气孔1717与所述隔板1716、本体1711、内管1713及分隔体1715之间形成的进气通道1718相通。所述安装孔1719与所述进气通道1718相通,亦使安装其内的进气管道139与所述进气孔1717相通。所述注液孔1721依次贯穿所述本体1711、分隔体1715与隔板1716部分层叠区域、以及内管1713。所述内管1713将所述进气孔1717与所述注液孔1721分隔开来。
所述雾化器200还包括一烟嘴底座190,该烟嘴底座190套设在所述调节件170上。该烟嘴底座190包括一出烟管191及由出烟管191向外延伸形成的盖体193。该出烟管191与所述雾化管133紧配合并连通,所述内管1713套设在所述出烟管191及雾化管133外。该盖体193盖设在调节组件170远离雾化组件130的一端外,且与所述本体1711紧配合。如此,在所述分隔体1715与烟嘴底座190的配合下,将进气通道1718与所述注液通道(未标号,形成于本体1711、出烟管191及所述雾化管133之间)分隔开来,气体经进气孔1717直接进入进气管道139,而不会进入容置腔135。
所述调节件173上开设有能与所述进气孔1717相通的调节窗1731。
通过转动调节件173(带动固定开设在其上的调节窗1731转动)即可调节进气时进气孔1717的实际的大小。调节件173转动过程中,遮蔽住进气孔1717或通过调节窗1731使进气孔1717暴露。进气孔1717暴露部分越大,则进气孔1717的实际供进气的大小越大;进气孔1717暴露部分越小,则进气孔1717的实际供进气的大小越小。
可以理解的,所述进气孔1717可以为1个、2个或2个以上。当所述进气孔1717为2个或2个以上时,每一所述进气孔1717的大小可相同或不同。
可以理解的,只需要保证在转动调节件173的过程中,实现进气孔1717与调节窗1731 的全部或部分重叠,即可使所述雾化头200具有可调进气的功能。在其他实施方式中,进气孔1717与调节窗1731的个数、形状大小等都根据实际需要设定,此处不做具体限定。
在其他实施例中,所述调节件173可以为卡于衬底171边缘上的调节片,且该调节片可沿衬底171边缘转动。在调节片转动过程中,能够遮蔽住注液孔1721/进气孔1717、或使注液孔1721/进气孔1717暴露。
可以理解的,根据雾化器200的实际形状,调节件173为可运动地设置在衬底171上,而不限于可转动地、可滑动地设置在衬底171上,其中所述“可滑动”为围绕衬底171做上下、左右等运动。
进一步地,所述雾化器200还包括一收集装置210,该收集装置210设置在底盖110中,用于收集从雾化头145及容置腔135泄漏的气溶胶形成基质或冷凝后的气溶胶等液体。该收集装置210开设有一配合孔211,所述导电组件150可依次穿过所述配合孔211、连接孔111与电源电接触。所述配合孔211与所述导电组件150之间形成有间隙,用于气溶胶形成基质或冷凝后的气溶胶等液体流进所述收集装置210及所述底盖110之间形成的空间。如此,可以防止雾化器200发生漏液。
所述收集装置210包括止流部213、管体215及收集槽217。所述止流部213是管体215的上端向管体215的内部延伸形成的类碗状体或类漏斗体,即,该止流部213大致呈一碗状或漏斗状。所述配合孔211开设在止流部213的中心。所述止流部213与管体215固定连接形成所述收集槽217,所述止流部213、管体215的内壁构成该收集槽217的槽壁。当所述雾化器200倒置时,液体将流动至该收集槽217的底部,如此可避免液体再次回流至雾化头145或容置腔135。
本实用新型中,所述管体215与止流部213之间形成的夹角介于0到90度之间。
所述雾化器200具有如下优点:
1.所述调节组件170集调节进气、注液及进气量等功能于一体,使所述雾化器200的结构简化,同时也缩短了雾化器200的长度。
2.所述调节组件170位于所述雾化器200的上端,甚至是靠近吸入器的位置,即,本实用新型所述雾化器200为上进气,而非现有的下进气,如此,在雾化器200的下端无需设置进气孔,雾化器200的下端被封死,如此可避免气溶胶形成基质往外泄露。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种雾化器,其包括雾化组件、设置在雾化组件上的调节组件、底盖及收集装置,所述雾化组件设置在所述底盖上,该收集装置设置在底盖与雾化组件之间;所述调节组件包括一衬底及与衬底可运动地相对设置的调节件,所述衬底上开设有注液孔,所述调节件在运动过程中会改变所述进液孔与外界相通的面积。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调节件上开设有能与所述注液孔相通的调节窗,所述调节件转动过程中遮蔽住所述进液孔或通过所述调节窗使所述进液孔暴露。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括进气通道、与进气通道相通的雾化腔,所述衬底上还开设有至少一与所述调节窗相对设置的进气孔,所述进气孔与所述进气通道相通,所述调节件转动过程中遮蔽住所述进气孔或通过所述调节窗使所述进气孔暴露。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调节件为可转动地套设在所述衬底上的调节环。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调节件为卡于衬底边缘或内部上的调节片,且该调节片可沿衬底边缘或内部上转动,在调节片转动过程中,能够遮蔽住注液孔/进气孔、或使注液孔/进气孔暴露。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述收集装置包括止流部、管体及收集槽,该管体的一端向管体内部延伸形成所述止流部,所述止流部与管体固定连接形成所述收集槽,所述管体与止流部之间形成的夹角介于0到90度之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述止流部大致呈一碗状体或漏斗状。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述衬底包括体、内管、分隔体及隔板,所述分隔体层叠固接在该隔板上,该分隔体、隔板都设置在本体、内管之间,且均分别与所述本体、内管固定连接,所述注液孔依次贯穿所述本体、分隔体与隔板部分层叠区域、以及内管。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述进气孔开设在所述本体上,所述内管将所述进气孔与所述注液孔分隔开来。
  10. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的雾化器。
  11. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括雾化组件及设置在所述雾化组件上端的调节组件,所述雾化组件包括雾化头及进气管道,所述调节组件包括与外界连通的进气孔,所述进气管道的一端与所述雾化头的底部连通,所述进气管道的另一端与所述进气孔连通。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括底座,所述底座上 设置有连接管以及与所述连接管相通的通孔,所述雾化头底部开设有与所述通孔相通的通气孔,所述进气管道的一端嵌套于所述连接管内,且所述进气管道通过所述通孔与所述通气孔相通,通过所述进气孔进入所述进气管道的空气经所述连接管、所述通孔及所述通气孔进入所述雾化头。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调气组件还包括衬底,所述衬底上开设有安装孔以及所述进气孔,所述安装孔与所述进气孔相通,所述进气管道的另一端安装在所述安装孔内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调气组件还包括与所述衬底可转动地相对设置的调节件,所述调节件上开设有调节窗,转动所述调节件,所述调节件遮蔽住所述进气孔或通过所述调节窗使所述进气孔暴露。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括用于容置气溶胶形成基质的容置腔,所述衬底上还开设有与所述进气孔相对设置的注液孔,所述注液孔与所述容置腔相通,转动所述调节件,所述调节件遮蔽住所述注液孔或通过所述调节窗使所述注液孔暴露。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述衬底包括本体、内管、分隔体及隔板,所述内管设置在所述本体内,所述分隔体层叠固设在所述隔板上,所述分隔体、所述隔板均设置在所述本体和所述内管之间,且所述分隔体、所述隔板均分别与所述本体、所述内管固定连接,所述进气孔开设在本体上,所述安装孔开设在所述隔板上,所述本体、所述内管、所述分隔体及所述隔板之间形成进气通道,所述进气通道连通于所述进气孔与所述安装孔之间,所述注液孔依次贯穿所述本体、所述分隔体与所述隔板部分层叠区域以及所述内管。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化组件还包括连接环,所述连接环的内侧与所述雾化头连接,所述连接环的外侧与所述底座连接。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括底盖及收集装置,所述底盖设置在所述雾化装置下端,所述收集装置设置在所述底盖上,且所述收集装置位于所述底盖与所述雾化装置之间,所述收集装置包括止流部、管体及收集槽,该管体的一端向管体内部延伸形成所述止流部,所述止流部与所述管体固定连接形成所述收集槽,所述管体与所述止流部之间形成的夹角介于0到90度之间。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述止流部呈碗状或漏斗状。
  20. 一种气溶胶发生装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求11-19中任一项所述的雾化器。
