节目录制方法及装置、机顶盒 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于通信领域,尤其涉及一种节目录制方法及装置、机顶盒。
背景技术
相关技术中,随着数字电视技术的不断发展,为满足多种多样的用户需求新业务也层出不穷,个人视频录像(Personal Video Recorder,简称为PVR)技术也随之产生。在DVB(数字视频广播)和网络双模机顶盒环境下,节目源融合了网络电视节目以及数字视频广播(Digital Video Broadcast,DVB)的直播电视节目,无疑地,用户希望无论是网络电视节目还是DVB直播电视节目,都可以进行录制。
相关技术中,双模机顶盒工作模式在业务上是完全分开的,即数字视频广播模式和网络模式的业务是不相干的;这样用户只能分开录制节目,即在广播模式下录制直播电视,在网络模式下录制网络电视,相关技术中也对在广播模式下实现的本地录制实现方法,以及在网络模式下的网络录制实现方法进行了公开。
在相关技术中,无论具备那一种录制方法的机顶盒,对于用户来说,只能在某一种模式下录制节目,这样可以选择录制的节目源就相对少了,而且被录制的节目也是分开存储管理,增加了用户使用的复杂度。
针对相关技术中,机顶盒录制节目方式过于单一的问题,尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种节目录制方法及装置、机顶盒。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种节目录制方法,包括:机顶盒获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南(Electronic Program Guide,简称为EPG)信息和OTT(over the top,互联网应用服务)的第二EPG信息;在融合了所述第一EPG信息和所述第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目,并判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;根据所述判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目。
可选地,根据所述判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目,包括:在判断出所述待录制节目所属于DVB电视节目时,采用本地个人视频录制LPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;在判断出所述待录制节目所属于OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;在判断出所述待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目。
可选地,根据所述判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目之后,还包括:在待录制节目为采用LPVR方式录制的情况下,所述机顶盒在该机顶盒或该机顶盒的外接存储设备保存录制的所述待录制节目;或,在待录制节目为采用NPVR方式录制的情况下,所述机顶盒在该机顶盒对应的网络服务器设备上,保存录制的所述待录制节目。
可选地,判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型之前,还包括:针对所述节目单上的每一个节目,在节目描述信息中均携带类型标识,可选地,所述类型标识设置为指示以下信息之一:当前节目属于DVB电视节目、当前节目属于OTT网路视频电视节目、或当前节目同时属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目。
可选地,根据所述判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目之后,还包括:生成回看页面,可选地,所述回看页面包括所有录制完成的节目。
根据本发明实施例的另一个方面,还提供了一种机顶盒,所述机顶盒设置为执行以上任一项所述的方法。
根据本发明实施例的另一个方面,还提供了一种节目录制装置,应用于机顶盒,包括:获取模块,设置为获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南EPG信息和OTT的第二EPG信息;选择模块,设置为在融合了所述第一 EPG信息和所述第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目;判断模块,设置为判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;录制模块,设置为根据所述判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目。
可选地,所述录制模块包括:第一录制单元,设置为在判断出所述待录制节目所属于DVB电视节目时,采用本地个人视频录制LPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;第二录制单元,设置为在判断出所述待录制节目所属于OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;在判断出所述待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目。
可选地,所述装置还包括:第一保存模块,设置为在待录制节目为采用LPVR方式录制的情况下,在该机顶盒或该机顶盒的外接存储设备保存录制的所述待录制节目;或第二保存模块,设置为在待录制节目为采用NPVR方式录制的情况下,在该机顶盒对应的网络服务器设备上,保存录制的所述待录制节目。。
可选地,所述装置还包括:携带模块,设置为针对所述节目单上的每一个节目,在节目描述信息中均携带类型标识,可选地,所述类型标识设置为指示以下信息之一:当前节目属于DVB电视节目、当前节目属于OTT网路视频电视节目、或当前节目同时属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目。

在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种节目录制方法,图1为根据本发明实施例的节目录制方法的流程图,如图1所示,包括以下步骤S102~S106:
步骤S102,机顶盒获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南EPG信息和OTT的第二EPG信息;
步骤S104,在融合了第一EPG信息和第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目,并判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;
步骤S106,根据所判断的节目类型录制待录制节目。
通过上述步骤,采用机顶盒获取数字视频广播DVB的第一EPG信息和OTT的第二EPG信息;在融合了所述第一EPG信息和所述第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目,并判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;根据所判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目的技术手段,改善了相关技术中,机顶盒录制节目方式过于单一的问题,进而降低了混模机顶盒用户操作复杂度,用户无需切换模块进行录制,用户可选择的录制的节目源更多,是融合了广 播电视节目和网络电视节目,用户无需关心节目来源。
上述步骤S106可以有多种实现方式,在一个可选的示例中,可以通过以下方案实现:在判断出待录制节目所属于DVB电视节目时,采用本地个人视频录制LPVR方式录制待录制节目;在判断出待录制节目所属于OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制待录制节目;在判断出待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制待录制节目。
可选地,在执行步骤S106之后,还可以执行以下技术方案:在待录制节目为采用LPVR方式录制的情况下,所述机顶盒在该机顶盒或该机顶盒的外接存储设备保存录制的所述待录制节目;在待录制节目为采用NPVR方式录制的情况下,所述机顶盒在该机顶盒对应的网络服务器设备上,保存录制的所述待录制节目。
可选地,在实际应用过程中,判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型之前,还可以执行以下过程:针对节目单上的每一个节目,在节目描述信息中均携带类型标识,可选地,类型标识设置为指示以下信息之一:当前节目属于DVB电视节目、当前节目属于OTT网路视频电视节目、当前节目同时属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目。
根据判断结果录制待录制节目之后,还可以执行以下技术方案:生成回看页面,可选地,回看页面包括所有录制完成的节目。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种机顶盒,机顶盒设置为执行以上任一项的方法。
需要说明的是,对于前述的每个方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于可选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明实施例所必需的。
以下结合一示例说明上述实施例中的节目录制方法,但不用于限定本发 明实施例。
上述方法可以通过本示例的以下步骤A~E理解:
步骤A.机顶盒接收来自广播电视和网络电视的节目,并进行融合得到一份融合之后的节目单,在EPG中看到的节目信息也是融合之后的。
步骤B.在EPG中选择待录制节目后,对待录制节目进行分析判断,根据节目的相关信息,判断将要录制的节目是属于广播电视或者网络电视,或者是广播电视和网络电视均存在此节目。
步骤C.对于分析的结果做分支处理,如果属于网络电视节目,则采用NPVR网络录制,如果是广播电视节目则采用LPVR本地录制。如果某一节目在广播电视和网络电视都存在,对其录制可以采用NPVR网络录制。
步骤D.对于录制的节目信息统一管理,在统一页面展示。保存的录制节目信息包含节目的存储位置,是本地或者网络。
步骤E.对于用户选择已经完成录制的节目进行回看,同样根据存储的位置不同,去相应位置获取数据进行回看。
采用本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案:降低了混模机顶盒用户操作复杂度,用户无需切换模块进行录制,用户可选择的录制的节目源更多,是融合了广播电视节目和网络电视节目,用户无需关心节目来源;节目录制统一管理,不再保存多份,录制管理界面中用户可以查看到网络录制和本地录制的所有录制信息,无需进入多个应用浏览操作,简化了整个系统的用户界面(User Interface,简称为UI)拓扑结构。整个的PVR融合录制设计方案会让用户有更好的使用体验。
在本实施例中还提供了一种节目录制装置,应用于机顶盒,用于实现上述实施例及可选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述,下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置普遍地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。图2为根据本发明实施例的节目录制装置的结构框图。如图2所示,该装置包括:
获取模块20,设置为获取数字视频广播DVB的第一EPG信息和OTT 的第二EPG信息;
选择模块22,与获取模块20连接,设置为在融合了第一EPG信息和第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目;
判断模块24,与选择模块22连接,设置为判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;
录制模块26,与判断模块24,设置为根据所判断的节目类型录制待录制节目。
通过上述每个模块的综合作用,采用机顶盒获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南EPG信息和OTT的第二EPG信息;在融合了第一EPG信息和第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目,并判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;根据判断结果录制待录制节目的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,机顶盒录制节目方式过于单一的问题,进而降低了混模机顶盒用户操作复杂度,用户无需切换模块进行录制,用户可选择的录制的节目源更多,是融合了广播电视节目和网络电视节目,用户无需关心节目来源。
图3为根据本发明实施例的节目录制装置的可选方案中,录制模块26的结构框图,如图3所示,录制模块26包括:第一录制单元260,设置为在判断出待录制节目所属于DVB电视节目时,采用本地个人视频录制LPVR方式录制待录制节目;第二录制单元262,设置为在判断出待录制节目所属于OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制待录制节目;第三录制单元264,设置为在判断出待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制待录制节目。
可选地,图4为根据本发明实施例的节目录制装置的另一结构框图,上述装置还包括:第一保存模块28,与录制模块26连接,设置为在该机顶盒或该机顶盒的外接存储设备保存采用LPVR方式录制的待录制节目;第二保存模块30,与录制模块26连接,设置为在该机顶盒对应的网络服务器设备上,保存采用NPVR方式录制的待录制节目。
可选地,如图4所示,上述装置还包括:携带模块32,设置为针对节目 单上的每一个节目,在节目描述信息中均携带类型标识,可选地,类型标识设置为指示以下信息之一:当前节目属于DVB电视节目、当前节目OTT网路视频电视节目、当前节目同时属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目。
以下结合一示例说明上述节目录制装置的执行过程,如下所示:
本示例提供了一种机顶盒,包括:网络电视接收模块(相当于上述获取模块20)、数字视频广播接收模块(相当于上述获取模块20)、节目单融合模块,本地录制模块(相当于录制模块26)、网络录制模块(相当于录制模块26),录制管理模块,录制回看模块。
网络电视接收模块设置为接收IP网络电视下发的电视节目信息;
数字视频广播接收模块设置为接收数字视频广播系统下发的电视节目;
本地录制模块设置为在本地复制机顶盒播放的节目内容并保存在本地硬盘或其他外接存储设备;
网络录制模块设置为通过网络发送指令给前端系统,通知录制某个节目某时段并保存在前端服务器;
节目录制管理模块,设置为统一管理本地录制和网络录制的节目信息,包括预约录制,正在录制,和已完成录制分类,并通过UI展示给用户。
录制回看模块,设置为用户选择已经完成的录制节目,获取到录制存储的数据进行回看播放。数据来源于网络或者本地。
为了提高机顶盒在混合网络的适应性,降低用户使用混模机顶盒PVR录制使用复杂度,提高双模机顶盒的用户体验,让用户在录制的时候可以选择更多的节目源,无需切换工作模式。上述示例提供了一种在融合的节目单下进行统一录制的方法及装置,实现在机顶盒上直播和网络节目录制融合。在录制管理方面,把网络录制和本地录制统一管理,使得录制管理更便捷,用户无需浏览多个应用页面去管理所有录制。对于节目回看功能,用户也可以更快捷的找到所有可回放的节目。
本发明实施例提供一种机顶盒,所述机顶盒包括本发明实施例提供的任一节目录制装置。
为了更好的理解上述节目录制方法和装置的执行流程,以下再结合可选实施例一至可选实施例五详细说明。
可选实施例一
图5为根据本发明可选实施例一的机顶盒融合录制的流程示意图,如图5所示,机顶盒对网络节目和广播电视节目融合录制方案包括如下步骤S502~S510:
步骤S502:把网络电视节目单和广播电视节目单在EPG中融合,并对节目信息描述中增加节目源类型一项描述,设置为标示其属于网络电视还是广播电视。
步骤S504:用户在融合了网络电视节目和广播电视节目的EPG节目信息表中选择需要录制的节目;
步骤S506:对待录制的节目根据节目源类型标示进行判断,当前节目是属于网络电视节目还是属于广播电视节目,或者同时从属于两者;
步骤S508:如果节目属于网络电视节目,则启动网络录制(NPVR方式录制),对于同时从属于两个系统的节目,可以采用网络录制;
步骤S510:如果节目属于广播电视节目,则启动本地录制(LPVR)。
如果所述待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目。
可选实施例二
图6为根据本发明可选实施例二的机顶盒网路录制模块的流程图,网络录制采用的策略如图2所示,包括以下步骤S602~S618:
步骤S602:机顶盒向前端服务器发送节目录制请求;
步骤S604:服务器判断被请求的节目是否支持录制;如果支持,执行步骤S606,如果不支持,执行步骤S610;步骤S606:启动录制,并且发送录制成功的消息给机顶盒;
步骤S608:机顶盒接收到前端回复,已经启动远程网络录制,则记录录制信息(节目名称,录制时间段等信息),以及该节目存储的数据统一资源 定位符(Uniform Resource Locator,简称为URL)地址;
步骤S610:如果机顶盒接收到前端录制失败的消息,则启动本地录制模块;
步骤S612:判断本地录制条件是否允许录制;如果允许,执行步骤S614,如果不允许,执行步骤S618;
步骤S614:采用Inject的方式启动本地录制,数据保存在外部存储设备;
步骤S616:保存录制的基本信息,包含节目名称,录制开始结束时间,录制类型等,并且记录本地存储路径。
步骤S618:录制失败。
可选实施例三
图7为根据本发明可选实施例三的机顶盒本地录制模块的流程图,如图7所示,包括以下步骤S702~S718:
步骤S702:启动本地录制;
步骤S704:检查机顶盒的USB外部存储设备是否存在;如果存在,执行步骤S706,如果不存在,执行步骤S708;
步骤S706:继续判断是否有足够的存储空间,剩余的存储空间必须大于阀值;如果剩余空间不大于阀值则执行步骤S708;如果大于阀值则确定外部存储设备检测符合条件,执行步骤S710;
步骤S708:本地录制失败;
步骤S710:判断待录制的节目类型;如果属于广播电视节目,则执行步骤S712;如果属于网络电视节目,则执行步骤S714;
步骤S712:采用live方式进行录制,数据来源于tuner,通过设置过滤通道得到TS流数据;继续执行步骤S716;
步骤S714:采用inject方式进行录制,数据来源于IP网络传输;
步骤S716:把得到的数据写入外部存储设备,存储为特定格式的文件;
步骤S718:保存节目录制信息,节目名称,录制开始结束时间,录制类型等,并且记录存储的文件路径。

图8为根据本发明可选实施例四的机顶盒融合录制管理的界面展示方法的流程图,如图8所示,包括以下步骤S802~S816:
步骤S802:读取网络录制信息记录,包含节目名称,节目ID,录制起始时间,录制状态,录制类型中的至少一项;
步骤S804:读取本地录制信息记录,包含节目名称,节目ID,录制起始时间,录制状态,录制类型中的至少一项;
步骤S806:把S802和S804得到的信息记录内容叠加在一起,得到融合后的录制信息记录单;
步骤S808:对S806叠加之后的录制信息记录单按照节目ID号升序排序;
步骤S810:根据录制信息记录的录制状态做录制分类;

上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例的方案,采用机顶盒获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南EPG信息和OTT的第二EPG信息;在融合了所述第一EPG信息和所述第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目,并判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;根据所述判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,机顶盒录制节目方式过于单一的问题,进而降低了混模机顶盒用户操作复杂度,用户无需切换模块进行录制,用户可选择的录制的节目源更多,是融合了广播电视节目和网络电视节目,用户无需关心节目来源。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种节目录制方法,包括:
    机顶盒获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南EPG信息和互联网应用服务OTT的第二EPG信息;
    在融合了所述第一EPG信息和所述第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目,并判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;
    根据所判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的节目录制方法,其中,所述根据所判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目包括:
    在判断出所述待录制节目所属于DVB电视节目时,采用本地个人视频录制LPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;
    在判断出所述待录制节目所属于OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;
    在判断出所述待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的节目录制方法,其中,根据所判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目之后,还包括:
    在所述待录制节目采用LPVR方式录制时,所述机顶盒在该机顶盒或该机顶盒的外接存储设备保存录制的所述待录制节目;或
    在所述待录制节目采用NPVR方式录制时,所述机顶盒在该机顶盒对应的网络服务器设备上,保存录制的所述待录制节目。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的节目录制方法,其中,所述判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型之前,还包括:
    针对所述节目单上的每一个节目,在节目描述信息中携带类型标识,其中,所述类型标识用于指示以下信息之一:当前节目属于DVB电视节目、当前节目属于OTT网路视频电视节目、或当前节目同时属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的节目录制方法,其中,根据所判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目之后,还包括:
    生成回看页面,其中,所述回看页面包括所有录制完成的节目。
  6. 一种节目录制装置,应用于机顶盒,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取数字视频广播DVB的第一电子节目指南EPG信息和互联网应用服务OTT的第二EPG信息;
    选择模块,设置为在融合了所述第一EPG信息和所述第二EPG信息的节目单上,选择待录制节目;
    判断模块,设置为判断该待录制节目所属的节目类型;
    录制模块,设置为根据所判断的节目类型录制所述待录制节目。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的节目录制装置,其中,所述录制模块包括:
    第一录制单元,设置为在判断出所述待录制节目所属于DVB电视节目时,采用本地个人视频录制LPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;
    第二录制单元,设置为在判断出所述待录制节目所属于OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目;
    第三录制单元,设置为在判断出所述待录制节目同时所属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目时,采用网络个人视频录制NPVR方式录制所述待录制节目。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的节目录制装置,还包括:
    第一保存模块,设置为在所述待录制节目采用LPVR方式录制时,在该机顶盒或该机顶盒的外接存储设备保存录制的所述待录制节目;或
    第二保存模块,设置为在所述待录制节目采用NPVR方式录制时,在该机顶盒对应的网络服务器设备上,保存录制的所述待录制节目。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的节目录制装置,还包括:
    携带模块,设置为针对所述节目单上的每一个节目,在节目描述信息中携带类型标识,其中,所述类型标识设置为指示以下信息之一:当前节目属于DVB电视节目、当前节目属于OTT网路视频电视节目、或当前节目同时 属于DVB电视节目和OTT网路视频电视节目。
  10. 一种机顶盒,所述机顶盒包括如权利要求6-9任一项所述的节目录制装置。
