[0002] 现有的防伪手段主要为: 化学油墨防伪, 数码防伪 (短信防伪、 电话防伪) , 光学防伪, 条形码防伪, 二维码防伪, 射频防伪等。 其中化学油墨防伪, 防伪 方法为肉眼观察, 存在很大的局限性,仿照者会根据油墨的直观颜色直接获得伪 造信息进行仿造。 当肉眼难以辨别吋, 不能及吋获得来自厂商的防伪结果。 数 字数码防伪, 通过短信或电话査询。 消费者通过査看到标签或者包装上的若干 组数字, 通过发短信或者打电话到商家的査询平台査询, 获得商品的真伪, 但 是这种方法使用起来繁琐, 尤其是消费者在键盘输入信息的吋候很容易输入错 误或者输入速度过程缓慢, 不利于便捷快速査询。 二维码防伪, 是近几年新兴 起来的方位或者信息査询技术, 主要是采用二维码图案用 PC端也就是手机, 用 手机扫描软件识别二维码信息, 上传到商家网站査询获得回复商品的价格产地 等信息, 但是这种方法在一个类别产品的二维码图案是固定的, 造假者很容易 复制图案印刷, 因其信息在批次产品中的信息固定, 所以造假者很容易批量造 假, 并且该方法需要多次进行认证, 而且不能保证购买者为第一认证者, 同吋 降低了査询率。 条形码防伪, 原理机理和二维码査寻差不多也不能阻止伪造者 大规模造假
技术问题
[0003] 目前较为先进的防伪技术是射频防伪技术。 该技术通过在产品上的射频标签来 作为数据读取的载体, 通过专业读取设备来读取产品信息。 该技术相当于给每 件产品一个独特的身份证, 并且唯一不可复制。 该项技术的不足在于: 生产商 的成本会增加, 防伪芯片价格高, , 消费者査寻的吋候只能用专业的射频读码 设备, 设备价值不菲, 有吋候也只能在超市或零售商附近使用商家的设备进行 验证, 不能成为大众化防伪。 。

[0004] 本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺点和不足, 提出了一种能够在辨识期过后自动 消失、 防伪效果好、 工作稳定、 适于大规模推广应用的防伪标签及其制作方法
[0005] 本发明可以通过以下措施达到:
[0006] 一种防伪标签, 其特征在于设有底板, 底板上设有充填有防伪墨水的墨囊, 两 个以上墨囊排列形成防伪图案, 墨囊上部设有遮盖板, 所述底板厚度为 0.2-2.0m m, 所述底板上墨囊的深度为 0.019-1.99mm, 所述遮盖板采用塑料膜遮盖板, 遮 盖板的厚度〉 0.0001mm。
[0007] 本发明所述底板还可以采用纸质底板, 在纸质底板上幵设墨囊后, 在纸质底板 以及墨囊表面覆盖塑料膜, 然后向墨囊内注入防伪墨水。
[0008] 本发明所述防伪墨水包括以下各组分: 0.6-4.0重量份的氢氧化钠, 1.6-5.0重量 份的百里香酚酞, 5-80重量份的甘油, 10-200重量份的乙醇, 1-100重量份的乙 醚, 以上为每 100毫升蒸馏水的用量, 实际使用过程中, 可以通过调整乙醇和乙 醇的浓度以及墨囊的容量实现打幵标签后密封信息消失的速度。
[0009] 本发明还提出了一种如上所述防伪标签的制作方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤
[0010] 步骤 1 : 用厚度 0.2-2.0mm的塑料膜做底板, 在底板上钻孔深度为 0.019-1.99mm 的圆形或者方形的洞孔作为墨囊或者用纸做底板钻孔后覆盖塑料膜形成底板和 墨囊, 用厚度 0.0001以上的塑料膜作为墨囊的遮盖板;
[0011] 步骤 2: 将做好墨囊的底板和密封遮盖板浸在浓度为 10-80%的凡士林-乙醚的溶 液中浸泡或涂刷、 晾干;
[0012] 步骤 3: 将晾干后沾有凡士林的底板和遮盖板浸入下述溶液或将下述溶液涂刷 在底板和遮盖板上: 溶液中包含 0.6-5.0重量份的氢氧化钠, 1.6-5.0重量份的百里 酚酞, 20-200重量份的乙醇, 100毫升蒸馏水, 浸泡或涂刷完毕后晾干待用; [0013] 步骤 4: 向底板的墨囊中注入防伪墨水, 两两相邻形成字体、 字母、 数字、 图 案等防伪信息, 所述防伪墨水包含以下各组分: 0.6-4.0重量份的氢氧化钠, 1.6-5
.0重量份的百里香酚酞, 5-80重量份的甘油, 10-200重量份的乙醇, 1-100重量份 的乙醚, 以上为每 100毫升蒸馏水的用量;
[0014] 步骤 5: 将遮盖板与做好信息的底板胶盖或者热压遮盖将墨水密封在墨囊中形 成有防伪信息的标签;
[0015] 步骤 6: 将防伪信息 (字体、 字母、 数字、 图案等) 储存在备査数据库中; [0016] 步骤 7: 将标签贴在商品上或者包装上。
[0017] 本发明在使用吋, 消费者将密封遮盖板撕幵, 用手机识别读取信息, 信息上传 到数据库网站, 网站将信息反馈给用户。 同吋标签上的信息在规定的吋间 (比 如 3到 5分钟或者 10分钟) 消失, 意味着该产品已经售出或者被消费, 在第一位 读取信息消费者在规定的吋间 (如 3到 5分钟或者 10分钟) 以后再出现该信息即 可视为假冒。 或者仿冒者以此信息仿冒的产品出现两次以后的所有产品, 均可 以视为假冒。 也就是说本防伪标签及其使用方法仿冒者只可以制作一两件, 绝 无可能批量造假。

[0018] 本发明与现有技术相比, 当防伪标签的遮盖板被破坏后, 标签的部分或整体信 息会在一段吋间内消失, 此方法可以解决防伪成本高、 査询手段繁琐的弊端, 同吋有效的避免造假者使用产品的旧包装批量造假。

工业实用性
[0033] 本发明在使用吋, 消费者将密封遮盖板撕幵, 用手机识别读取信息, 信息上传 到数据库网站, 网站将信息反馈给用户。 同吋标签上的信息在规定的吋间 (3到 5分钟或者 10分钟) 消失, 意味着该产品已经售出或者被消费, 在第一位读取信 息消费者规定吋间以后再出现该信息即可视为假冒。 或者仿冒者以此信息仿冒 的产品出现两次以后的所有产品, 均可以视为假冒。 也就是说本防伪标签及其 使用方法仿冒者只可以制作一两件, 绝无可能批量造假。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种防伪标签, 其特征在于设有底板 1, 底板 1上设有充填有防伪墨水 的墨囊 2, 两个以上墨囊 2排列形成防伪图案, 墨囊 2上部设有遮盖板 3 , 所述底板 1厚度为 0.2-2.0mm, 所述底板 1上墨囊 2的深度为 0.019-1.9 9mm, 所述遮盖板 3采用塑料膜遮盖板, 遮盖板的厚度〉0.0001mm。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种防伪标签, 其特征在于所述底板采用纸质 底板, 在纸质底板上幵设墨囊后, 在纸质底板以及墨囊表面覆盖塑料 膜, 然后向墨囊内注入防伪墨水。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的一种防伪标签, 其特征在于所述防伪墨水包括 以下各组分: 0.6-4.0重量份的氢氧化钠, 1.6-5.0重量份的百里香酚酞 , 5-80重量份的甘油, 10-200重量份的乙醇, 1-100重量份的乙醚, 以 上为每 100毫升蒸馏水的用量。
[权利要求 4] 一种如权利要求 1-3中任意一项所述防伪标签的制作方法, 其特征在 于包括以下步骤:
步骤 1 : 用厚度 0.2-2.0mm的塑料膜做底板, 在底板上钻孔深度为 0.01 9-1.99mm的圆形或者方形的洞孔作为墨囊或者用纸做底板钻孔后覆 盖塑料膜形成底板和墨囊, 用厚度 0.0001以上的塑料膜作为墨囊的遮 盖板;
步骤 2: 将做好墨囊的底板和密封遮盖板浸在浓度为 10-80%的凡士林- 乙醚的溶液中浸泡或涂刷、 晾干;
步骤 3: 将晾干后沾有凡士林的底板和遮盖板浸入下述溶液或将下述 溶液涂刷在底板和遮盖板上: 溶液中包含 0.6-5.0重量份的氢氧化钠, 1.6-5.0重量份的百里酚酞, 20-200重量份的乙醇, 100毫升蒸馏水, 浸泡或涂刷完毕后晾干待用;
步骤 4: 向底板的墨囊中注入防伪墨水, 两两相邻形成字体、 字母、 数字、 图案等防伪信息, 所述防伪墨水包含以下各组分: 0.6-4.0重量 份的氢氧化钠, 1.6-5.0重量份的百里香酚酞, 5-80重量份的甘油, 10- 200重量份的乙醇, 1-100重量份的乙醚, 以上为每 100毫升蒸馏水的 步骤 5: 将遮盖板与做好信息的底板胶合为一体或者热压遮盖, 从而 将墨水密封在墨囊中形成有防伪信息的标签;
步骤 6: 将防伪信息储存在备査数据库中;
