一种带有查看功能的灭火器,包括灭火器主体,在所述灭火器主体侧面上部开有通孔,在此通孔处安装有固定座,所述固定座内部设有查看器件;所述固定座内部加工有空腔,在所述空腔前端开有凹槽,所述凹槽内安装有用于固定所述查看器件的橡胶圈,所述固定座内部加工有与所述查看器件相适配的弧面;所述查看器件为透明的玻璃弹珠。其有益效果为:通过在灭火器主体上安装固定座,固定座上在安装有固定套,在固定座与固定套的内部空腔处安装玻璃弹珠,在灭火器主体上开有通孔,固定座焊固在通孔上即可,具有结构简单,可查看灭火器内部灭火药剂,或远距检查(网络传照和传最新的识别码)液位和液重量,和利用行程控制器发送液量不足警报,方便快捷等诸多优点。

本发明涉及一种带有查看功能的灭火器。
背景技术
灭火器是一种轻便的灭火工具,它可以用于扑救初起火灾,控制蔓延。不同种类的灭火器,适用于不同物质的火灾,其结构和使用方法也各不相同。现有灭火器在使用时,在不了解内部干粉情况或溶液多少,无法根据火势分散使用灭火器,造成控制火势不够合理,容易造成严重后果。灭火器需要定期检测,主要检测其内部干粉是否己凝结,但有永久性压力灭火器是不能拆开来看干粉,除非把压力释放,再把阀门取出,查后再装回再加压,所以这是传统的无可补救的缺点,而且只能看到一小部分,不能全面检查,或者检查液态灭火剂的重是否减少或检测重量需称量,耗费人力物力等诸多缺点。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种带有查看功能的灭火器。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种带有查看功能的灭火器,包括灭火器主体,在所述灭火器主体侧面上部开有通孔,在此通孔处安装有固定座,所述固定座内部设有查看器件;
所述固定座内部加工有空腔,在所述空腔前端开有凹槽,所述凹槽内安装有用于固定所述查看器件的橡胶圈,所述固定座内部加工有与所述查看器件相适配的弧面;
所述查看器件为透明的玻璃弹珠。
作为本发明进一步改进,在所述固定座外部安装有用于固定所述查看器件的固定套,所述固定套前端加工有固定孔,在此固定孔内部加工有与所述查看器件相适配的弧面。
作为本发明优选的,所述固定座与所述固定套为螺纹连接。
作为本发明优选的,所述固定座与所述固定套为圆柱形。
作为本发明优选的,所述查看器件为圆形玻璃弹珠。
作为本发明优选的,所述固定座与所述通孔边缘为焊接。
其次,提供一种带有查看功能的灭火器的检查方法,该方法为远距检查。
本发明的有益效果为:通过在灭火器主体上安装固定座,固定座上在安装有固定套,在固定座与固定套的内部空腔处安装玻璃弹珠,在灭火器主体上开有通孔,固定座焊固在通孔上即可,其结构简单,查看灭火器内部灭火药剂,或液位和液重量,方便快捷等诸多优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1,如图1-2所示,本发明实施例所述的一种带有查看功能的灭火器,图1中显示观液位,装在瓶子竖立时液位的位置,观查干粉流动性,装在瓶体下部,瓶子倒置时,干粉全掉到另一端面的位置。包括灭火器主体1,在灭火器主体1侧面上部开有通孔,在此通孔处安装有固定座2,固定座2内部设有查看器件5;固定座2内部加工有空腔,在空腔前端开有凹槽4,凹槽4内安装有用于固定查看器件5的橡胶圈3,固定座2内部加工有与查看器件5 相适配的弧面;查看器件5为透明的玻璃弹珠。
如图3所示,在固定座2外部安装有用于固定查看器件5的固定套6,固定套6前端加工有固定孔,在此固定孔内部加工有与查看器件5相适配的弧面,固定座2与固定套6为螺纹连接,固定座2与固定套6为圆柱形,查看器件5为圆形玻璃片,固定座2与通孔边缘为焊接。
实施例2,如图4-7所示,在灭火器主体1上部与下部侧面之间安装有一根软管7,灭火器主体1侧面印刷有刻度标尺,软管7与灭火器主体1上部通过灌充装置连接,灌充装置包括一个与灭火器主体1相连通的连接阀A8,连接阀A8前端通过螺纹安装有一个与软管7连通的灌充阀10,在连接阀A8中部安装有针阀9。软管7与灭火器主体1下部侧面通过连接阀B11连通,连接阀B11与灭火器主体1为焊接,在连接阀B11前端通过下螺帽安装固定座2在外部通过螺栓安装有固定套6,在固定座2与固定套6中部的空腔处安装有圆形玻璃珠,软管7下端与固定座2侧面连通。可浮动的固定座贯穿在软管7上,固定座2上通过螺纹安装固定套6,固定座2与固定套6的空腔上安装有用于观察的玻璃弹珠,空腔后部设有带有颜色的浮球16或故意把液体染色。
实施例3,如图8-11所述,在灭火器主体1上部侧面安装有与其连通的连接阀C13,灭火器主体1下面中部安装有与其相连通的连接阀D14,连接阀C13与连接阀D14上安装有一个金属管15,金属管15上部加工成弹簧形状,在弹簧形状中部按住有可升降的固定座2,固定座2的外部通过螺纹安装有固定套6,在固定座2与固定套6中部的空腔内安装有玻璃弹珠12,空腔后部设有带有颜色的浮球16或浮物或故意把液压染色12,固定座2的下部还可安装行程探测器17与磁铁18。
本发明中的灭火器还能够进行远距检查,意为远距离检查,如网络传照和传最新的识别码,具体为:使用者可以将灭火器的显示查看器件的部分拍成照片,然后与该灭火器上最新的识别码一同通过网络传送给远端的工程师,工程师接收到照片以及识别码后,便可知道该灭火器的所有信息,如:1.灭火器的外观情况和喷管是否无阻。2.灭火剂的情况,如果是液态灭火器,准确告诉液位位置,以及重量是否足够;如果是干粉灭火器,判断出干粉的流动性好坏,将这些信息准确无误的告诉客户,便于进行确认。同时,工程师能够及时掌握售出灭火器的使用情况,能够对及时了解产品的使用动态,并能够清楚及时的解答使用者的问题,付费后得密码接收,客户得到合格的检验报 告,为客户装在远洋航行中的船或普通建筑物的大小灭火器提供检查便利、放心使用的售后服务。

  1. 一种带有查看功能的灭火器,包括灭火器主体(1),其特征在于:在所述灭火器主体(1)侧面上部开有通孔,在此通孔处安装有固定座(2),所述固定座(2)内部设有查看器件(5);
    所述固定座(2)内部加工有空腔,在所述空腔前端开有凹槽(4),所述凹槽(4)内安装有用于固定所述查看器件(5)的橡胶圈(3),所述固定座(2)内部加工有与所述查看器件(5)相适配的弧面;
    所述查看器件(5)为透明材质。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述带有查看功能的灭火器,其特征在于:在所述固定座(2)外部安装有用于固定所述查看器件(5)的固定套(6),所述固定套(6)前端加工有固定孔,在此固定孔内部加工有与所述查看器件(5)相适配的弧面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述带有查看功能的灭火器,其特征在于:所述固定座(2)与所述固定套(6)为螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述带有查看功能的灭火器,其特征在于:所述固定座(2)与所述固定套(6)为圆柱形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述带有查看功能的灭火器,其特征在于:所述查看器件(5)为圆形玻璃弹珠。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述带有查看功能的灭火器,其特征在于:所述固定座(2)与所述通孔边缘为焊接。
  7. 一种对权利要求1-6任一所述的带有查看功能的灭火器的检查方法,其特征在于,所述检查方法为远距检查。
