Description

의류건조기
본 발명은 의류건조기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 열교환기의 청소구조를 개선한 의류건조기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 의류건조기는 열풍을 건조통 내로 강제 송풍시켜 건조통에 투입되어 있는 젖은 세탁물을 건조시키는 장치이다. 이러한 의류건조기는 기본적으로 드럼세탁기와 그 외형에 있어 서로 비슷하며, 히터와 송풍팬을 통해 가열된 열풍을 건조통내로 강제 순환시켜 세탁물을 건조한다.
의류건조기는 응축식 건조기와 배기식 건조기를 포함할 수 있다.
응축식 건조기는 건조통에서 세탁물과 열교환되어 다습한 상태가 된 공기가 건조기 외부로 배출되지 않고 순환되며, 별도의 응축기에서 외부 공기와 열교환시켜 응축수를 만들어 이를 외부로 배출한다.
배기식 건조기는 건조통에서 세탁물과 열교환되어 다습한 상태가 된 공기가 건조기 외부로 직접 배출된다.
이 중 응축식 건조기는 히트펌프를 사용함으로써, 에너지 소비가 적고 열효율이 높은 장점이 있어 최근 많이 사용된다.
그런데, 히트펌프는 냉매가 순환하는 증발기, 압축기 및 응축기로 구성되며, 증발기로 유입되는 공기 유로 입구 측에 건조통에서 발생된 린트 및 이물질이 축적될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 측면은 응축수를 이용하여 열교환기를 청소할 수 있는 구조의 의류건조기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 다른 측면은 분사부재를 열교환기에 직접 장착함으로써 분사 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 의류건조기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 측면은 열교환기 세척 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 의류건조기를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 의류건조기는 본체; 상기 본체에 회전 가능하게 마련되는 드럼; 상기 드럼 내부로 고온 건조한 공기를 공급하도록 증발기, 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브로 구성되는 히트펌프; 상기 히트펌프에서 발생되는 응축수를 수용하는 응축수 탱크; 상기 응축수 탱크의 응축수를 상기 증발기에 분사하도록 마련되는 분사부재;를 포함하고, 상기 분사부재는, 응축수가 유입되는 유입부와, 상기 유입부를 통해 유입되는 응축수가 상기 증발기의 표면에 균일하게 분사되도록 마련되는 가이드면을 가지는 분사부를 포함하며, 상기 가이드면은 그 내면의 적어도 일부는 곡률이 일정한 곡면을 포함한다.
또한, 상기 유입부와 분사부는 일체로 사출 성형된다.

본 실시예에서 제1덕트(20)는 드럼(12)의 후면에 결합되는 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들면 제1덕트는 드럼의 하부에 형성될 수도 있다.
제1덕트(20)의 내부에는 히터(23)가 설치될 수 있다. 제1덕트(20)를 통해 유입되는 공기는 히터(23)에 의해 가열되어 드럼(12)으로 유입되게 된다.
히터(23)는 공기를 가열하도록 마련된다. 히터(23)는 코일 히터를 포함할 수 있다. 히터(23)는 제1덕트(20)의 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 히터(23)는 제1덕트(20)에서 흡입구(21)를 통해 본체(10) 내부로 유입되는 공기를 가열하여 열풍으로 변환시킨 후 드럼(12) 내부로 안내하여 가열효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
드럼(12) 내의 젖은 건조 대상물은 제1덕트(20)를 통해 공급되는 열풍에 의해 건조되는 한편, 드럼(12)을 통과한 열풍은 제2덕트(30)를 통해 배출될 수 있다.
드럼(12)의 하측에는 드럼(12)의 내부와 연통되도록 마련되는 제2덕트(30)가 설치된다. 제2덕트(30)는 드럼(12) 내부로 유입된 공기의 배출을 안내하도록 마련된다. 제2덕트(30)는 내기를 본체(10) 외부로 배출하도록 마련되는 배기유로를 형성한다.
제2덕트(30)는 드럼(12) 전방 하부의 필터부재(60)와 드럼(12)의 하부에 설치되는 송풍장치(40), 그리고 본체(10)의 후면 외측과 연통될 수 있도록 마련되는 배출구(31)와 연결된다.
본체(10)의 후면 하부에는 배출구(31)가 형성된다. 제2덕트(30)는 본체(10)의 배출구(31)에 연결되어 내기를 배출하도록 마련된다.
제2덕트(30)에 설치된 송풍장치(40)는 드럼(12)을 거친 공기가 외부로 배출되기 위한 공기 유동을 발생시킨다. 송풍장치(40)는 송풍장치 하우징(41)과, 송풍장치 하우징(41)의 내측에 마련되는 송풍팬(42)을 포함할 수 있다. 송풍팬(42)에 의해 드럼(12)을 거친 저온다습의 공기를 배출시킬 수 있다.
한편, 히트펌프(70)는 증발기(71), 압축기(73), 응축기(72), 팽창밸브(74)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 히트펌프(70)는 증발기(71), 압축기(73), 응축기(72) 및 팽창밸브(74)가 냉매가 흐르는 배관에 의해 연결되어 구성된다. 증발기(71)는 드럼(12)으로부터 나온 저온다습한 공기를 냉각 제습 하도록 마련된다. 응축기(72)는 냉매를 응축시켜 공기를 가열하도록 하도록 마련된다.
또한, 압축기(73)는 냉매를 압축하며, 냉매의 압력 차이를 유지하도록 마련되는 팽창밸브(74)를 포함할 수 있다.
히트펌프(70)의 증발기(71)와 응축기(72)는 본체(10) 내부로 유입되는 공기와 직접적으로 열교환을 하도록 마련된다. 증발기(71) 및 응축기(72)를 통해 공기와 냉매의 열교환이 일어나 고온 건조한 공기가 형성되므로, 증발기(71)와 응축기(72)는 열교환기라 지칭할 수 있다.
이하, 응축기(72)는 제1열교환기라 하고, 증발기(71)는 제2열교환기라 지칭한다.
제1열교환기는 제1덕트(20)에 배치될 수 있다. 제1열교환기는 제1덕트(20)에서 본체(10)의 외부로부터 유입되는 공기를 가열하여 가열된 상태의 열풍으로 변화시킨다.
따라서, 제1덕트(20)내의 공기는 제1열교환기와 히터(23)에 의해 가열되어 드럼(12) 내부에 고온의 공기를 공급하게 된다.
증발기(71) 즉, 제2열교환기는 제2덕트(30)에 배치될 수 있다. 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기는 압축기(73)와 팽창밸브(74)를 포함하여 증기압축사이클을 형성한다. 이때, 압축기(73)와 팽창밸브(74)는 드럼(12)의 하부 또는 드럼(12) 보다 낮게 배치되어 설치될 수 있다. 제1열교환기와 제2열교환기는 배관(75)에 의해 연결되어 하나의 폐루프를 형성한다. 이러한 증기압축사이클은 본체(10) 내부를 흐르는 공기에 대하여 히트 펌프 원리를 적용한다. 제1열교환기와 압축기(73)는 발열을 제1덕트(20)의 유입 공기에 제공하여 유입 공기의 히터(23) 가열을 보조할 수 있어, 유입 공기의 가열 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
한편, 냉매는 제2열교환기에서 드럼(12)을 통해 나온 다습한 공기로부터 열기를 흡수하여 증발된다. 그에 따라 공기는 냉각되며, 공기중에 함유된 수분은 응축되어 중력에 의해 본체(10)의 하측으로 낙하한다.
제2열교환기와 열교환을 통해 형성되는 응축수는 본체(10)의 외부로 배수되거나 후술하게 되는 응축수 탱크(80)에 저장되거나, 제2열교환기의 청소에 사용될 수 있다.
응축수와 제2열교환기의 청소에 사용된 응축수는 응축수 탱크(80)에 구분없이 수용되었다가 본체(10)의 외부로 배수될 수 있다.
히트펌프(70)의 증발기(71)와 응축기(72)의 하부에는 증발기(71)와 응축기(72)를 지지하도록 베이스 프레임(70a)이 마련된다.
히트펌프(70)의 냉매는 증발기(71)에서 증발된 후 압축기(73)에서 고온 고압으로 압축된 후 응축기(72)에서 냉각된 공기에 열을 전달하여 응축된다. 또한, 송풍장치(40)는 제2열교환기와 일직선상에 배치되는 것이 바람직하다. 제2덕트(30)의 송풍장치(40)에 의한 공기 유동은 제2열교환기를 통과하면서 온도가 낮아지게 된다. 이러한 송풍장치(40)에 의한 공기 유동은 제2열교환기의 표면에 발생되는 응축수를 용이하게 제거하는 기능을 할 수 있다.
제2열교환기에 의해 발생되는 공기의 냉각과정에서 고온 다습한 공기중에 포함된 수분은 응축되어 제2열교환기의 표면에 맺히거나 제2열교환기의 하부로 낙하되어 응축수를 형성한다. 이렇게 형성되는 응축수는 제2열교환기의 하부에 위치하는 베이스 프레임(70a)에 의해 응축수 탱크(80)로 전달될 수 있다.
응축수 탱크(80)는 베이스 프레임(70a)과 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 응축수 탱크(80)는 베이스 프레임(70a) 보다 낮은 위치에 위치되어 베이스 프레임(70a)의 응축수가 중력에 의해 응축수 탱크(80)로 용이하게 전달되도록 배치된다.
응축수 탱크(80)의 응축수는 펌프(81)에 의해 본체(10) 외부로 배수되거나 후술하는 분사부재(100)로 공급될 수 있다.
펌프(81)는 응축수 탱크(80)에 마련된다. 펌프(81)는 응축수 탱크(80)의 응축수를 펌핑하도록 마련된다. 펌프(81)는 밸브(82)에 연결된다. 밸브(82)는 응축수 탱크 연결관(84)에 의해 펌프(81)와 연결된다. 밸브(82)는 배수관(83)과 연결관(84)에 연결된다. 배수관(83)은 본체(10) 외부로 연결되고, 연결관(84)은 분사부재(100)로 연결될 수 있다.
펌프(81)는 응축수의 분사 속도 및 분사 양을 조절하도록 제어하는 제어부(88)를 포함할 수 있다.
따라서, 밸브(82)는 응축수 탱크(80)의 응축수를 배수관(83)을 통해 본체(10)의 외부로 배수시키거나 연결관(84)을 통해 분사부재(100)로 공급할 수 있다.
한편, 제2덕트(30)의 선단에는 드럼(12)으로부터 배출되는 열풍에 포함되어 있는 먼지 또는 보푸라기 등의 이물질을 거를 수 있도록 필터부재(60)가 설치될 수 있다. 필터부재(60)는 드럼(12)의 하면에 함몰되어 마련될 수 있다.
필터부재(60)는 드럼(12) 내부로 공급되는 고온 건조한 공기가 젖은 세탁물을 거친 후 배출되면서, 제1덕트(20) 내부로 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 마련된다.
제2덕트(30) 내부로 유입되는 공기의 이물질은 필터부재(60)에 의해 1차 걸러지지만, 필터부재(60)에 의해 걸러지지 않는 린트 등의 이물질은 히트펌프(70)의 제2열교환기 측으로 유입되어 공기의 유로를 막을 수 있다.
따라서, 제2열교환기의 공기 유로 막힘을 방지하기 위해 제2열교환기의 이물질을 청소하는 분사부재(100)가 마련된다.
분사부재(100)는 응축수 탱크(80)의 응축수를 제2열교환기에 균일하게 분사하도록 설치된다. 분사부재(100)는 제2열교환기의 상측에 마련된다. 분사부재(100)는 제2열교환기의 공기 유입 측에 설치될 수 있다.
도 4 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 증발기에 결합되는 분사부재를 나타내는 분해 사시도이고, 도 5 는 도 4 의 A-A'부분의 단면도이며, 도 6 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분사부재를 나타내는 저면도이고, 도 7 은 도 6 의 B-B' 부분의 단면도이다.
분사부재(100)는 응축수가 유입되도록 마련되는 유입부(110)와, 유입부(110)를 통해 유입되는 응축수가 제2열교환기의 표면에 균일하게 분사되도록 형성되는 분사부(120)를 포함할 수 있다.
분사부(120)는 응축수가 가이드 되도록 그 내면의 적어도 일부는 곡률(R)이 일정한 곡면(133)으로 형성되는 가이드면(130)을 포함할 수 있다.
분사부재(100)는 사출 성형될 수 있다. 분사부재(100)의 유입부(110)와 분사부(120)는 일체로 사출 성형될 수 있다.
유입부(110)는 응축수 탱크(80)의 펌프(81) 및 밸브(82)와 연결을 위해 마련되는 연결관(84)이 결합되는 관으로 형성된다. 유입부(110)는 응축수가 유입되는 유입구(111)를 포함한다.
분사부(120)는 가이드면(130)을 포함한다. 가이드면(130)은 가이드지지면(131)과, 상면(132)과, 곡면(133)과, 분사면(134) 그리고 양 측면(135)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131)은 분사부(120)의 후면을 형성할 수 있으며, 가이드지지면(131)의 중심 상측에는 유입부(110)가 연결될 수 있다.
가이드지지면(131)의 상단에는 상면(132)이 연결된다. 상면(132)과 분사면(134) 사이에는 곡률(R)을 갖는 곡면(133)이 형성될 수 있다. 분사면(134)은 가이드지지면(131)과 마주하게 배치된다.
그리고, 가이드지지면(131)과 상면(132), 그리고 곡면(133), 분사면(134)은 양 단부의 양 측면(135)에 의해 연결될 수 있다.
한편, 가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134)은 서로 이격되어 배치될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134)의 이격된 간격(G)은 상면(132)과 대응되게 형성될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134) 사이 간격(G)은 가이드면(130)에 의해 안내되는 응축수가 토출되는 토출구(137)를 형성한다.
가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134)의 이격된 간격(G)은 제2열교환기의 상단 대응되게 위치될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134)의 이격된 간격(G)은 제2열교환기의 상단에 인접하여 배치될 수 있다.
가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134) 사이의 간격은 중심에서 양측으로 갈수록 좁아지는 형상으로 형성된다. 즉 가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134) 사이의 간격은 중심부의 제1간격(L1)이 양측 단부의 제2간격(L2) 보다 넓게 형성될 수 있다.
이를 위해 분사면(134)은 소정의 곡률을 포함하여 곡면으로 형성될 수 있다. 분사면(134)은 중심에서 양측 단부로 갈수록 가이드지지면(131)과 근접하게 형성되는 곡면으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이러한 가이드지지면(131)과 분사면(134) 사이에서 형성되는 제1간격(L1)과 제2간격(L2)의 차이는 유입구(111)를 통해 유입되는 응축수의 유속 차이를 고려하여 응축수가 제2열교환기에 균일하게 분사될 수 있도록 한다.
가이드면(130)의 상면(132)과 분사면(134) 사이를 연결하는 곡면(133)은 곡률이 일정하게 형성될 수 있다. 가이드면(130)은 응축수가 유입되는 제1방향(A)과 하측으로 수직한 제2방향(B)으로 절곡 형성되는 형상을 포함할 수 있다. 가이드면(130)은 'ㄱ'자 형상을 포함하여 형성될 수 있다.
가이드면(130)의 상면(132)에는 유입부(110)를 통해 공급되는 응축수를 가이드 하기 위한 가이드 리브(160)가 형성된다. 가이드 리브(160)는 가이드면(130)의 양 단부까지 응축수가 공급될 수 있도록 응축수를 가이드 한다. 가이드 리브(160)는 응축수가 중심에서 양 단부로 가이드 될 수 있도록 중심에서 양측을 향해 방사형으로 배치될 수 있다. 가이드 리브(160)는 상면(132) 내측에 돌출되어 형성될 수 있다.
가이드면(130)의 분사면(134)에는 복수의 돌기(152)와 홈(151)이 형성될 수 잇다. 복수의 돌기(152)와 홈(151)은 응축수의 분사 시 제2열교환기의 표면에 충격력을 증가시킬 수 있도록 형성된다.
복수의 돌기(152)는 일정 간격으로 이격되어 배치될 수도 있다. 복수개의 홈(151)은 일정 간격으로 이격되어 배치될 수 있다. 복수개의 돌기(152)와 홈(151)은 서로 교번하여 배치될 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에서 복수개의 홈(151)은 복수개의 돌기(152)에 의해 형성되는 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들어 복수개의 홈(151)은 반원 형으로 내측으로 함몰되어 형성될 수도 있다.
한편, 분사부재(100)는 분사부(120)의 둘레에 마련되는 프레임(140)과, 프레임(140)에 마련되는 체결부(200)를 포함할 수 있다.
프레임(140)은 분사부(120)의 하단 테두리에 연장되어 형성될 수 있다. 프레임(140)은 직사각형 형상으로 형성된다. 본 발명의 실시예에서 분사부재(100)의 프레임(140)은 직사각인 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들어, 프레임은 제2열교환기의 크기 및 형상에 대응되게 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 제2열교환기는 냉매가 흐르도록 마련되는 냉각 튜브(71a)와, 냉각 튜브(71a)에 설치되는 냉각핀(71b)을 포함할 수 있다. 냉각 튜브(71a)는 그 내부에 열교환을 위한 냉매가 흐르도록 소정 두께(t1)로 형성된다.
제2열교환기는 냉각 튜브(71a)와 냉각핀(71b)을 고정하기 위해 마련되는 지지 브라켓(71c)을 포함할 수 있다. 지지 브라켓(71c)은 제2열교환기의 양측 단부에 배치될 수 있다.
제2열교환기는 대략 사각 형상의 육면체로 형성될 수 있다. 분사부재(100)는 제2열교환기의 상측에 배치될 수 있다. 분사부재(100)는 제2열교환기에 직접 설치될 수 있다.
분사부재(100)는 체결부(200)를 포함한다. 체결부(200)는 연결 브라켓(210)과, 연결 브라켓(210)에 형성되는 결합홈(220)과, 결합홈(220)에 형성되는 고정돌기(230)를 포함할 수 있다.
체결부(200)는 분사부재(100)의 프레임(140)에 일체로 사출 성형될 수 있다.
연결 브라켓(210)은 프레임(140)의 양측 단부에 하측으로 돌출되게 형성된다. 연결 브라켓(210)은 제2열교환기의 양 단부에 돌출되는 냉각 튜브(71a)에 직접 설치될 수 있도록 마련된다. 연결 브라켓(210)은 프레임(140)의 양측 단부에 판 형상으로 형성된다. 결합홈(220)은 연결 브라켓(210)의 하단에서 상측으로 일정 길이로 형성된다. 결합홈(220)은 제2열교환기의 냉각 튜브(71a)가 삽입될 수 있도록 형성된다. 결합홈(220)은 냉각 튜브(71a)의 두께(t1)와 동일한 간격(t2)으로 형성될 수 있다. 결합홈(220)은 냉각 튜브(71a)가 삽입되어 고정되도록 형성된다. 결합홈(220)에는 냉각 튜브(71a)가 삽입되어 고정되도록 고정돌기(230)가 형성된다. 고정돌기(230)는 결합홈(220)의 내측 방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 냉각 튜브(71a)를 고정할 수 있도록 형성된다. 이때, 고정돌기(230) 사이의 간격(t3)은 냉각 튜브(71a)의 두께(t1)보다 작게 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 프레임(140)의 저면에는 제2열교환기의 지지 브라켓(71c)이 지지되도록 가이드(161)가 형성될 수 있다. 가이드(161)는 분사부재(100)를 제2열교환기에 설치시 조립 위치를 가이드 할 수 있도록 형성된다. 가이드(161)는 분사부재(100)의 설치 위치를 명확하게 하여 응축수의 분사 위치를 정확하게 할 수 있다.
도 8 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분사부재의 분사 동작을 나타내는 도면이고, 도 9 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 분사부재의 분사 동작을 나타내는 단면도이다.
도 8 내지 도 9 에 도시된 바와 같이, 분사부재(100)의 유입부(110)를 통해 유입되는 응축수는 분사부(120)의 가이드면(130)을 통해 가이드되어 제2열교환기의 표면에 분사된다. 응축수는 제2열교환기의 공기 유로 입구측에 분사된다.
제2열교환기의 공기 유로 입구측에 분사되는 응축수에 의해 린트 등의 이물질이 섞인 응축수는 베이스 프레임(70a)을 통해 응축수 탱크(80)로 회수된다.
그리고 응축수 탱크(80)의 린트 등의 이물질이 섞인 응축수는 일반 응축수와 함께 응축수 탱크(80)에 저장되었다가 펌프(81)와 밸브(82)에 의해 배수관(83)을 통해 본체(10) 외부로 배수될 수 있다.
도 10 은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 11은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재와 덕트 커버를 나타내는 분해 사시도이며, 도 12는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재에 의한 응축수의 흐름과 덕트 커버에 의한 공기의 흐름을 나타내는 도면이다. 미도시된 도면 부호는 도 1 내지 도 9 를 참조한다.
도 10 내지 도 12 에 도시된 바와 같기, 분사부재(100A)는 제2열교환기의 덕트 커버(300)에 설치될 수 있다.
제2열교환기는 베이스 프레임(70a)에 설치된다. 제2열교환기는 드럼(12) 내부의 저온 다습해진 공기를 열교환하도록 제2덕트(30)에 마련된다.
이때, 제2열교환기는 본체(10) 외부로 배출시키도록 가이드 하는 덕트 커버(300)를 포함할 수 있다. 덕트 커버(300)는 제2열교환기를 감싸도록 형성되며, 제2덕트(30)와 연통되어 본체(10)의 배출구(31)와 연통되도록 형성된다.
덕트 커버(300)는 제2열교환기의 상측을 감싸도록 마련되는 제1덕트커버(310)와 제1덕트커버(310)와 결합하여 제2열교환기의 하측을 감싸도록 마련되는 베이스 프레임(70a)을 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에서 제2열교환기는 베이스 플레임에 설치되어 제2열교환기의 하측을 베이스 프레임이 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들면 제2열교환기의 하측을 감싸도록 마련되는 별도의 제2덕트커버를 포함할 수 있다.
제1덕트커버(310)의 상면에는 드럼(12)의 하부를 지지할 수 있도록 마련되는 지지 리브(311)가 형성될 수 있다.
한편, 덕트 커버(300)는 제2열교환기의 주면을 감싸도록 마련되어 제2열교환기를 통과하는 공기의 유로(S)를 형성한다.
제1덕트커버(310)의 상면에는 제2열교환기의 공기 입구측에 대응되는 위치에 분사부재(100A)를 설치하기 위한 설치구(330)가 형성될 수 있다. 설치구(330)는 제2열교환기의 폭에 대응되는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
제1덕트커버(310)의 설치구(330) 테두리에는 분사부재(100A)가 지지될 수 있도록 지지면(331)이 형성될 수 있다.
분사부재(100A)는 연결부(110A)와, 연결부(110A)를 통해 유입되는 응축수가 가이드되는 가이드면(130)을 갖는 분사부(120A)와, 분사부(120A)의 테두리에 형성되는 프레임(140A)을 포함할 수 있다.
프레임(140A)의 저면에는 지지부(141A)가 형성되어, 제1덕트커버(310)의 지지면(331)에 결합될 수 있다.
한편, 분사부재(100A)는 제1덕트커버(310)에 결합되기 위한 체결부(400A)가 마련된다. 체결부(400A)는 분사부재(100A)의 프레임(140A)에 일체로 형성되는 체결홀(410A)과, 체결홀(410A)에 대응되도록 제1덕트커버(310)에 형성되는 체결돌기(420A)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 체결부(400A)는 체결돌기(420A)와 체결홀(410A)인 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들면 체결부는 후크 등 분사부재(100A)를 제1덕트커버(310)에 결합할 수 있는 구조를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에서 분사부재()는 제1덕트커버(310)에 체결부(400A)에 의해 결합되는 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들면 분사부재는 덕트 커버에 일체로 사출 성형될 수도 있다.
도 13 은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재를 나타내는 사시도이고, 도 14 내지 도 15 는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재에 의한 응축수 분사 동작을 나타내는 도면이다. 미도시된 도면 부호는 도 1 내지 도 12 를 참조한다.
도 13 내지 도 15 에 도시된 바와 같이, 분사부재(100B)는 덕트 커버(300B)에 이동 가능하게 설치된다. 분사부재(100B)는 제2열교환기 상측 단부에서 회전 가능하게 설치된다. 분사부재(100B)는 제2열교환기의 공기 입구측에 배치된다.
분사부재(100B)는 응축수가 유입되는 유입부(110B)와, 유입된 응축수를 가이드하는 가이드면(130B)을 포함하는 분사부(120B)를 포함할 수 있다.
유입부(110B)는 응축수 탱크(80)의 펌프(81) 및 밸브(82)와 연결을 위해 마련되는 연결관(84)이 결합되는 관으로 형성된다.
분사부(120B)는 가이드면(130B)을 포함한다. 가이드면(130B)은 가이드지지면(131B)과, 상면(132B)과, 곡면(133B)과, 분사면(134B) 그리고 양 측면(135B)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131B)은 분사부(120B)의 후면을 형성할 수 있으며, 가이드지지면(131B)의 중심 상측에는 유입부(110)가 연결되도록 이동 슬롯(136B)이 형성된다. 이동 슬롯(136B)은 상하 길이 방향으로 형성되어 분사부(120B)의 회전시 유입부(110B)의 간섭을 방지한다.
분사부(120B)는 덕트 커버(300B)에 힌지부재(500B)에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 힌지부재(500B)는 덕트 커버(300B)의 설치구(330B)의 양측 단부에 설치된다. 힌지부재(500B)는 힌지 브라켓(510B)과, 힌지 브라켓(510B)에 결합하도록 분사부(120B)에 형성되는 회전축(511B)을 포함한다.
회전축(511B)은 분사부(120B)의 양측면(135B)에 각각 형성될 수 있다.
힌지부재(500B)에 의해 분사부(120B)는 덕트 커버(300B)에 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 한편, 본 발명의 실시예에서 분사부(120B)는 힌지부재(500B)에 의해 회전 이동 하는 것을 예를 들어 도시하였으나, 본 발명의 사상은 이에 한정되지 않는다. 예를 들면, 분사부(120B)는 덕트 커버(300B)에 전후 좌우로 슬라이딩 이동되도록 형성할 수도 있다.
한편, 도 14에 도시된 바와 같이, 유입부(110B)를 통해 소량의 응축수가 공급시에는 분사부(120B)는 회전하지 않고 가이드면(130B)의 곡면(133B)의해 분사되어 제2열교환기의 상측 제1위치(P1)에 응축수가 분사될 수 있다.
또, 도 15 에 도시된 바와 같이, 유입부(110B)를 통해 다량의 응축수가 공급시에는 분사부(120B)는 회전축(511B)을 중심으로 회전한다. 회전축(511B)을 중심으로 회전된 분사부(120B)에 유입되는 다량의 응축수는 분사부(120B)의 가이드면(130B)의 분사면(134B)에 의해 분사되어 제2열교환기의 하측 제2위치(P2)에 응축수가 분사될 수 있다.
따라서, 분사부(120B)의 회전에 의해 제2열교환기의 상측과 하측 중 선택적으로 다양한 부위에 응축수를 분사할 수 있다. 즉, 응축수를 열교환기의 표면에 고르게 분포할 수 있어, 열교환기의 세척 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
한편, 분사부(120B)의 회전 각도는 펌프(81) 제어를 통해 응축수 수압을 조절하여 조절할 수 있다.
또한, 분사부(120B)의 회전 각도는 별도의 모터(미도시)를 설치하여 구동력으로 제어할 수도 있다.
도 16 내지 도 17 은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재에 의한 응축수 분사 동작을 나타내는 도면이다. 미도시된 도면 부호는 도 13 내지 도 15 를 참조한다.
도 16 내지 도 17 에 도시된 바와 같이, 분사부재(100C)는 덕트 커버(300C)에 이동 가능하게 설치된다. 분사부재(100C)는 제2열교환기 상측 단부에서 회전 가능하게 설치된다. 분사부재(100C)는 제2열교환기의 공기 입구 측에 배치된다.
분사부재(100C)는 응축수가 유입되는 유입부(110C)와, 유입된 응축수를 가이드하는 가이드면(130C)을 포함하는 분사부(120C)를 포함할 수 있다.
분사부(120C)는 가이드면(130C)을 포함한다. 가이드면(130C)은 가이드지지면(131C)과, 상면(132C)과, 곡면(133C)과, 분사면(134C) 그리고 양 측면(135C)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131C)은 분사부(120C)의 후면을 형성할 수 있으며, 가이드지지면(131C)의 중심 상측에는 유입부(110C)가 연결되도록 이동 슬롯(136C)이 형성된다. 이동 슬롯(13C)은 상하 길이 방향으로 형성되어 분사부(120C)의 회전시 유입부(110C)가 간섭되는 것을 방지한다.
분사부(120C)는 덕트 커버(300C)에 힌지부재(500B)에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 힌지부재(500B)는 덕트 커버(300C)의 설치구(330C)의 양측 단부에 설치된다. 힌지부재(500B)는 힌지 브라켓(510B)과, 힌지 브라켓(510B)에 결합하도록 분사부(120B)에 형성되는 회전축(511B)을 포함한다.
회전축(511B)은 분사부(120C)의 양측면(135B)에 각각 형성될 수 있다.
힌지부재(500B)에 의해 분사부(120C)는 덕트 커버(300C)에 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 분사부(120C)는 탄성부재(500C)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 분사부(120C)는 응축수의 유입방향인 제1방향(A)에 반대 방향으로 분사부(120C)를 가압하는 탄성부재(500C)를 포함할 수 있다. 탄성부재(500C)에 의해 회전된 상태의 분사부(120C)는 유입부(110C)를 통해 소량의 응축수가 공급시에는 분사부(120C)는 탄성부재(500C)의 힘에 의해 회전하지 않고 가이드면(130C)의 곡면(133C)에 의해 가이드되어 제2열교환기의 상측 제1위치(P1)로 응축수가 분사될 수 있다.
또한, 유입부(100C)를 통해 다량의 응축수가 공급시에는 도 17 에 도시된 바와 같이, 분사부(120C)는 탄성부재(500C)를 가압하여 회전축(511B)을 중심으로 회전한다. 회전축(511B)을 중심으로 회전된 분사부(120C)에 유입되는 다량의 응축수는 분사부(120C)의 가이드면(130C)의 분사면(134C)에 의해 가이드되어 제2열교환기의 하측 제2위치(P2)에 응축수가 분사될 수 있다.
따라서, 분사부(120C)의 회전에 의해 제2열교환기의 상측과 하측 중 선택적으로 다양한 부위에 응축수를 분사할 수 있다. 즉, 응축수를 열교환기의 표면에 고르게 분포할 수 있어, 열교환기의 세척 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
도 18 내지 도 19 는 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 분사부재에 의한 응축수 분사동작을 나타내는 도면이다. 미도시된 도면 부호는 도 13 내지 도 15 를 참조한다.
분사부재(100D)는 덕트 커버(300D)에 이동 가능하게 설치된다. 분사부재(100D)는 제2열교환기 상측 단부에서 회전 가능하게 설치된다. 분사부재(100D)는 제2열교환기의 공기 입구 측에 배치된다.
분사부재(100D)는 응축수가 유입되는 유입부(110D)와, 유입된 응축수를 가이드하는 가이드면(130D)을 포함하는 분사부(120D)를 포함할 수 있다.
분사부(120D)는 가이드면(130D)을 포함한다. 가이드면(130D)은 가이드지지면(131D)과, 상면(132D)과, 곡면(133D)과, 분사면(134D) 그리고 양 측면(135D)을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 가이드지지면(131D)은 분사부(120D)의 후면을 형성할 수 있으며, 가이드지지면(131D)의 중심 상측에는 유입부(110D)가 연결되도록 이동 슬롯(136D)이 형성된다. 이동 슬롯(136D)은 상하 길이 방향으로 형성되어 분사부(120D)의 회전시 유입부(110D)가 간섭되는 것을 방지한다.
한편, 분사부(120D)는 덕트 커버(300D)에 힌지부재(500B)에 의해 회전 가능하게 결합된다. 힌지부재(500B)는 덕트 커버(300D)의 설치구(330D)의 양측 단부에 설치된다. 힌지부재(500B)는 힌지 브라켓(510B)과, 힌지 브라켓(510B)에 결합하도록 분사부(120B)에 형성되는 회전축(511B)을 포함한다.
회전축(511B)은 분사부(120D)의 양측면(135D)에 각각 형성될 수 있다.
힌지부재(500B)에 의해 분사부(120C)는 덕트 커버(300C)에 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있다.
힌지부재(500B)의 회전축(511B)을 중심으로 회전하는 분사부(120D)는 자중에 의해 회전된 상태로 응축수를 가이드 한다.
즉, 소량의 응축수가 유입 시에 분사부(120D)는 회전되지 않고 분사부(120D)의 가이드면(130D)의 곡면(133D)에 의해 응축수가 가이드 되어 제2열교환기의 상측 제1위치(P1)에 분사되도록 마련된다.
또한, 다량의 응축수가 유입 시에 분사부(120D)는 회전축(511B)을 중심으로 회전한다. 회전된 분사부(120D)는 가이드면(130D)의 분사면(134D)을 통해 응축수를 가이드하여 제2열교환기의 하측 제2위치(P2)에 응축수가 분사되도록 한다.
이때, 분사부(120D)는 회전을 제한하기 위한 스토퍼(500D)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 스토퍼(500D)는 분사부(120D) 자중에 의해 회전하지 않는 위치를 지지하도록 분사부(120D)의 상측에 배치되는 제1스토퍼(501D)와, 응축수의 수압에 의해 분사부(120D)가 회전될 때 회전을 제한하도록 분사부(120D)의 하측에 배치되는 제2스토퍼(502D)를 포함할 수 있다.
한편, 분사부(120D)의 회전을 제어하기 위한 응축수의 수압은 펌프(81)의 온/오프를 통해 제어할 수도 있다.
이러한, 분사부(120D)의 회전 및 이동에 의해 응축수를 제2열교환기의 상측과 하측 중 선택적으로 다양한 부위에 고르게 분포할 수 있어, 열교환기의 세척 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이상에서는 특정의 실시예에 대하여 도시하고 설명하였다. 그러나, 상기한 실시예에만 한정되지 않으며, 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이하의 청구범위에 기재된 발명의 기술적 사상의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 얼마든지 다양하게 변경 실시할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 본체;
    상기 본체에 회전 가능하게 마련되는 드럼;
    상기 드럼 내부로 고온 건조한 공기를 공급하도록 증발기, 압축기, 응축기, 팽창밸브로 구성되는 히트펌프;
    상기 히트펌프에서 발생되는 응축수를 수용하는 응축수 탱크;
    상기 응축수 탱크의 응축수를 상기 증발기에 분사하도록 마련되는 분사부재;를 포함하고,
    상기 분사부재는,
    응축수가 유입되는 유입부와,
    상기 유입부를 통해 유입되는 응축수가 상기 증발기의 표면에 균일하게 분사되도록 마련되는 가이드면을 가지는 분사부를 포함하며,
    상기 가이드면은 그 내면의 적어도 일부는 곡률이 일정한 곡면을 포함하는 의류건조기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 유입부와 분사부는 일체로 사출 성형되는 의류건조기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드면은 수직으로 절곡되어 형성되는 의류건조기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가이드면은 응축수를 분산시키도록 형성되는 복수의 돌기와 홈을 포함하는 의류건조기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 분사부재는,
    상기 증발기의 냉각튜브에 체결되도록 마련되는 체결부를 포함하는 의류건조기.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 분사부의 둘레에 마련되는 프레임을 포함하고,
    상기 체결부는 상기 프레임에 형성되는 의류건조기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부는,
    상기 프레임에 마련되는 연결 브라켓과,
    상기 증발기와 결합되기 위한 결합홈과,
    상기 결합홈에 형성되는 고정돌기를 포함하는 의류건조기.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 분사부는, 응축수를 가이드 하도록 형성되는 적어도 하나의 가이드 리브를 포함하는 의류건조기.
  9. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 분사부는, 이동 가능하게 설치되는 의류건조기.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서,
    상기 분사부는 힌지부를 더 포함하는 의류건조기.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 응축수 탱크로부터 응축수를 펌핑하는 펌프를 더 포함하는 의류건조기.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 응축수 탱크는,
    응축수 중 일부는 상기 분사부재로 공급하고 나머지 일부는 상기 본체의 외부로 배출하도록 마련되는 밸브를 포함하는 의류건조기.
  13. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 분사부재는, 사출 성형되는 의류건조기.
  14. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 드럼에 연결되어 외기를 공급하는 제1덕트와,
    상기 드럼의 내기를 배출하는 제2덕트와,
    상기 제2덕트에 마련되는 송풍장치;를 포함하는 의류건조기.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2덕트를 형성하는 덕트 커버를 더 포함하고,
    상기 분사부재는, 상기 덕트 커버에 연결되는 의류건조기.
