下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式进行描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的各种方式可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本文中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
研究过程中发现:如果用户手里的移动终端丢失,就意味着移动终端中的重要信息都丢失了,即使加密过本机数据,也不能保证移动终端不被破解,另外,有些重要的数据,如照片,电话本等,如果之前没有备份过,也将会随着移动终端一起丢失。针对移动终端支付,还存在有木马通过截获发送的数据来窃取支付账号和密码的风险。此外,有些用户还会对自己使用的移动终端进行获取最高权限或者越狱的操作,如为了使用游戏外挂等,这样以来,又增加了信息安全的风险。
在本实施例中提供了一种远程控制方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的一种远程控制方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,第一移动终端将第一移动终端的第一用户界面共享给第二移动终端,以在第二移动终端上呈现第二用户界面,其中,第二用户界面包含第一用户界面的内容;
步骤S104,第一移动终端接收第二移动终端的操作指令,其中,操作指令是根据对第二用户界面的操作生成的,操作指令用于指示第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;
步骤S106,第一移动终端执行操作指令指示的无线通讯功能。
通过上述步骤,用户在第二移动终端上通过共享到的用户界面对第一移动终端进行远程控制操作,在第二移动终端上可以不保存任何第一移动终端的用户数据,即使第二移动终端存在安全风险,例如第二移动终端中存在木马病毒或者第二移动终端遗失被盗等,由于第二移动终端中并不实际保存任何第一移动终端的短信、账户、通话记录等用户数据,因此,第一移动终端 中的数据安全得到了保证。可见,通过上述步骤,解决了移动终端中数据安全性低的问题,提高了移动终端中数据的安全性。
另外,为了保证第一移动终端处于更高的安全等级,还可以对第一移动终端的操作系统权限进行严格限制,避免在第一移动终端上安装的应用程序获取系统更高权限乃至最高权限;又例如,还可以对第一移动终端上可以安装的应用程序进行限制,例如,可以设置为只能安装用于无线通讯功能的应用程序。这些限制的目的在于避免第一移动终端受到恶意应用程序或者木马程序的入侵而导致第一移动终端上的数据泄漏。然而,由于第二移动终端上可以不保存用户敏感数据,因此,在第二移动终端上可以有较为宽松的权限限制,甚至可以不进行任何权限设置。
在共享用户界面时,第一移动终端可以将第一移动终端的全部用户界面共享给第二移动终端呈现;也可以仅共享一部分用户界面给第二移动终端,以在第二移动终端上呈现第一移动终端的部分用户界面。
在本发明实施例中,第二移动终端可以是一台移动电话,也可以是具有部分移动电话功能的便携式设备,例如平板电脑。第二移动终端可具有显示屏、用户输入模块(可包括但不限于以下至少之一:文本输入、手势输入、音频输入)、音频输出模块以及无线接口。第二移动终端可以不具备接入移动通信网络的移动通信功能;而接入移动通信网络的移动通信功能可以由第一移动终端执行。相应的,第一移动终端可以不具备显示屏、音频输入模块、文本输入模块、手势输入模块、音频输出模块等。
通过上述的描述可知,第一移动终端上执行除了人机交互功能之外的通讯功能,而第二移动终端承担了第一移动终端的人机交互功能,第一移动终端和第二移动终端可以通过有线或者无线接口实现数据交互。同时,由于用户不再实际操作第一移动终端,且第一移动终端上可以将人机交互功能所使用的显示屏等部件移除,因此,第一移动终端的体积形状可以任意设计。通过对第一移动终端的设计,例如伪装成一个钥匙挂件、一个桌面摆件等,不仅美观,还提高了安全性,不容易被盗或者丢失。
可选地,上述的无线通讯功能可以是系统默认设置的,或者是用户预先设置的无线通讯功能;通过预先设置这些无线通讯功能,使得第一移动终端 上仅允许特定的应用或者进程,进一步保障了第一移动终端的安全性。例如,无线通讯功能可包括但不限于以下至少之一:短信功能、彩信功能、通话功能。
可选地,在步骤S102中,第一移动终端可监控事件,其中,事件包括以下至少之一:接收到第二移动终端的通讯请求、接收到短信或者彩信、接收到通话呼入请求;在监控到事件的情况下,第一移动终端可将第一用户界面推送给第二移动终端,以在第二移动终端上呈现第二用户界面。通过上述事件触发的方式,使得第一移动终端与第二移动终端不必一直保持连接,而只要保持监听状态即可;一旦事件到来,即可触发第一移动终端与第二移动终端之间的信息交互。另外,可选的方案是第一移动终端主动将第一用户界面推送给第二移动终端,当然,第二移动终端请求第一用户界面的共享而第一移动终端作为响应进行第一用户界面的推送也是可以被构想的。
以通讯功能包括短信功能或者彩信功能为例,在步骤S106中,第一移动终端可获取操作指令中携带的信息内容和目的地址;第一移动终端可根据信息内容和目的地址,生成短信或者彩信;第一移动终端可发送生成的短信或者彩信。
而当第一移动终端接收到短信或者彩信时,可以直接触发将第一用户界面共享给第二移动终端,并在共享的用户界面上弹出短信相关的信息,以供用户阅读。需要说明的是,第一移动终端可以不将短信或者彩信以短信格式或者彩信格式转发给第二移动终端,而仅仅是在第二移动终端所共享的用户界面上显示这些短信或者彩信,从而避免了保存在第二移动终端中信息被泄露的风险。
以通讯功能包括通话主叫功能为例,在步骤S106中,第一移动终端可获取操作指令中携带的被叫方的被叫号码;第一移动终端可根据被叫号码拨出通话,并与被叫方建立通话;其中,第一移动终端可接收第二移动终端采集的通话音频或者通话视频,以及第一移动终端可发送从被叫方接收的通话音频或者通话视频至第二移动终端,以实现第二移动终端与被叫方的音频通话或者视频通话。
以通讯功能包括通话被叫功能为例,在步骤S106中,第一移动终端可根 据操作指示接受或者拒绝主叫方的通话请求;其中,在第一移动终端接受主叫方的通话请求的情况下,第一移动终端可接收第二移动终端采集的通话音频或者通话视频,以及第一移动终端可发送从主叫方接收的通话音频或者通话视频至第二移动终端,以实现第二移动终端与主叫方的音频通话或者视频通话。
可选地,第一移动终端和第二移动终端可通过无线接口进行通信。
在上述方式中,可见,通讯功能是由第一移动终端实现的,而在第二移动终端上进行的是人机交互功能。
可选地,在第一移动终端将用户界面共享给第二移动终端之前,第一移动终端可与第二移动终端进行鉴权配对,并通过无线接口在第一移动终端与第二移动终端之间建立无线连接。
一般而言,在两个设备进行鉴权配对之后,第二移动终端就可拥有对第一移动终端的控制权限。那么,为了在第二移动终端遗失的情况下取消第二移动终端对第一移动终端的控制权限,可以对第一移动终端发送取消配对请求;第一移动终端可接收取消配对请求;第一移动终端可根据取消配对请求,删除第一移动终端与第二移动终端的鉴权配对关系。
其中,发送取消配对请求的方式可以是:通过另一个移动终端向第一移动终端发送预定的控制指令;或者,触发第一移动终端上的一个重置按钮。
可选地,为了保护第二移动终端上拍摄的照片、编辑的文件的安全,可以将第二移动终端中的预定数据存储在第一移动终端中。例如,第一移动终端可通过无线接口接收第二移动终端的预定数据,其中,预定数据可包括以下至少之一:文本数据、图片数据、音频数据、视频数据、第二移动终端的系统配置文件等;第一移动终端可将预定数据存储在第一移动终端的非易失性存储器中。而在第二移动终端上的预定数据可以删除,也可以根据安全性要求保留一部分或者全部。
可选地,上述的无线接口可包括以下之一:近场通讯(Near Field Communication,简称为NFC)模块、蓝牙模块、无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity,简称为WIFI)模块、移动通信模块。对于近场通讯模块、蓝牙模块、WIFI 模块而言,由于其无线通信距离有限,因此,需要保持第一移动终端与第二移动终端的距离不能超出其无线通信的有效距离。而对于无线接口包括移动通信模块的第一移动终端和第二移动终端而言,则只需要第一移动终端和第二移动终端都在相同的(或者支持二者之间进行交互的)移动通信网络覆盖下即可;例如,用户可以将第二移动终端放置在安全的地方(例如办公室、家里)而不必随身携带。此外,由于第一移动终端的通话位置可以固定在办公室或者家里,也避免了用户被移动通信网络所定位,保障了用户行踪的私密性。另外,第一移动终端和第二移动终端上可以同时具有多个无线接口,在存在多种网络(例如蓝牙网络、WIFI网络、移动通信网络)可用的情况下,可根据预先设定的网络选择策略选择网络进行通信。
本实施例还提供了一种远程控制方法,图2是根据本发明实施例的另一种远程控制方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S202,第二移动终端呈现第二用户界面,其中,第二用户界面包含第一用户界面,第一用户界面是由第一移动终端共享的;
步骤S204,第二移动终端根据用户在第二用户界面上的操作,生成操作指令,其中,操作指令用于指示第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;
步骤S206,第二移动终端将操作指令发送至第一移动终端,以供第一移动终端执行操作指令指示的无线通讯功能。

为了使本发明实施例的描述更加清楚,下面结合可选实施例进行描述和说明。
本发明可选实施例通过远程控制的方法,在远端的安全手机(相当于上述第一移动终端)上运行手机的各种操作,如打电话,发短信,网上支付等,将重要的操作与当前的手机(相当于上述的第二移动终端)进行隔离,这样即使后台有木马程序也无法通过截取系统状态来获得用户的密码等信息;另外,安全手机本身保存的数据不会因为控制端手机(相当于上述的第二移动终端)的丢失而丢失,还可以将控制端手机上的数据保存在远端的安全手机上,同时,即使控制端手机丢失,保存在安全手机上的数据仍然存在,并且,也不用担心控制端手机被破解对于自己的重要信息的安全所产生的影响。
本发明可选实施例中的安全手机支持蓝牙(或者NFC)、WIFI和移动网络(如,第四代移动通信系统(4G)/第三代移动通信系统(3G)等),可以没有显示屏,可以没有语音输入。安全手机可以通过蓝牙、WIFI和移动网络访问网络,可以呼出电话和收发短信。由于没有显示屏等硬件,可以将安全手机的外观伪装成除手机以外的其他形态。
本发明可选实施例还可包含可以运行在普通手机上的控制端和运行在本 发明可选实施例的安全手机上的被控端。被控端可设置为:将本发明可选实施例中的安全手机上的屏幕画面发送到控制端,并接收和处理控制端发来的数据和指令,同时可以对来自控制端的数据和指令进行鉴权,以防止非法的数据和指令被处理。控制端可设置为:发送用户的数据和指令,并且显示来自被控端手机的屏幕画面。
本发明可选实施例还提供了一个设置为将内外网互连的服务器。该服务器可以将不同网段的两台设备连接起来。
本发明可选实施例还提供了一种保护用户数据安全的方法。用户在使用前可将本发明可选实施例的安全手机开机,然后可将控制端安装到其他的普通手机上,然后可按下面的步骤执行:
第一步:用户在首次使用本系统时,安全手机和装有控制端的手机将进行配对,可以采用蓝牙或者NFC完成;
第二步:完成配对后,在装有控制端的手机上可以看到安全手机的画面,此时在控制端上就可以完成安全手机上的各种操作,包括打电话等,这些操作都是通过远程控制在远端的安全手机上完成具体的执行的,相当于将安全手机的屏幕映射到控制端,然后可在这个映射的屏幕上完成实际的操作;
第三步:当用户处于WIFI或者移动网络下,用户的控制端手机上的照片等信息可以通过用户的设置来实现是否自动拷贝到安全手机上;
第四步:用户可以在各种网络环境下远程控制安全手机,当安全手机和控制端手机处于同一网络环境下时,如wifi,则两个设备可直连;如果一个在公网,一个在内网,则可通过公网的服务器完成连接;并且可以在不同的网络下自由切换。
至此,用户的所有操作和数据都可在安全手机上运行,控制端手机可只提供一个载体,这样的话,在控制端手机上运行的一些手机后台信息截取的恶意程序将无法通过截取后台数据(如短信劫持代码等)来盗窃用户的重要数据。
另外,当用户的控制端手机丢失的时候,可只需要用另外一个手机使用短信给安全手机发送指令,即可以关闭之前的配对,从而保证存储在安全手 机上的数据不丢失。如果需要开启远程控制,则需要重新用蓝牙或者NFC配对。
同时,本发明可选实施例中提到的保护用户数据安全的方法,还可以运用于无屏幕或者小屏幕MiFi(Mobile WiFi,移动的WiFi,一种便携式热点)类产品,用来克服相关技术中的利用超文本传输协议(HyperText Transfer Protocol,简称为Http)请求进行操作,协议包可被抓取而导致的安全性比较低的问题,并且让用户方便快捷地操作MiFi。首先,运行在MiFi上的被控端启动,等待运行在普通手机上的控制端接入;当控制端发起接入请求的时候,先进行身份认证,认证通过后,接收MiFi被控端发送过来的界面信息以及分辨率信息,然后控制端根据分辨率信息适配当前MiFi被控端发送过来的画面,在普通手机上以合适的分辨率显示MiFi的画面。在用户操作时,控制端再将控制信息发送给MiFi的被控端,完成对MiFi设备的操作。具体步骤可以如下:
第一步:用户在首次使用本系统时,先在普通手机中安装控制端,再按照MiFi使用说明书中的认证初始密码进行身份认证,也可以进行密码修改操作。
第二步:用户通过控制端登录到MiFi中后,可以按照显示在控制端上的MiFi的画面进行业务操作;
第三步:完成操作后,用户可以执行断开操作,结束控制端和被控端之间的通信。
下面采用实例对本发明可选实施例进行进一步的描述和说明。
本发明可选实施例提供了一种安全手机和控制端手机初始化的方法。参考图5,图5为本实施例提供的方法的流程示意图,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S501:安全手机通过无线通信方式与普通手机建立通信,将控制端程序发送给普通手机;本实施例中的无线通信方式可以是蓝牙或者NFC等其他无线通信方式。
步骤S502:普通手机通过控制端程序利用步骤S501建立的通信链路加密并发送当前手机的关键信息(如IMEI号、用户名、密码等唯一信息,用于 鉴权)并配置安全手机的网络参数(如WIFI参数等),同时由用户在普通手机上的控制端上编写一个用来关闭配对的指令,发送给安全手机的被控端,用于关闭掉之前的配对。
步骤S503:在完成初始配对后,安全手机被控端将画面发送到普通手机的控制端,同时开始接收来自控制端的指令。此时,可以通过普通手机上的控制端程序远程控制安全手机。
本发明可选实施例提供了一种保护用户数据和操作信息的方法,参见图6,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S601,安全手机的被控端启动读取信息并根据读取的信息判断是否已经和控制端配对,如果没有,则停留在等待配对阶段。如果已经完成配对,则在后台启动连接服务,监听控制端的连接。
步骤S602,运行在普通手机上的控制端发起连接请求,将之前配置过的用户名、密码和本机的移动设备国际身份码(International Mobile Equipment Identity,简称为IMEI)号等关键信息发送给安全手机的被控端。安全手机的被控端,针对接收的信息进行鉴权分析,如果鉴权失败,则直接发送鉴权失败的消息给控制端,否则,执行步骤S603。
步骤S603,将当前的画面发送到控制端上,并开启指令接收服务以等待来自控制端的指令。
步骤S604,用户通过显示在控制端上的安全手机画面来实现对安全手机的操作。在控制端上显示的安全手机的画面和正常的手机画面没有区别,并且在这个画面上可以实现用户的触控输入(如,单击,滑动等事件),以及实现基本的控制。当用户需要使用安全手机打电话的时候,只需要在控制端上显示的安全手机的画面上直接拨号,然后,控制端可将用户通过普通手机的语音输入发送到安全手机上,同时,安全手机的被控端可将被叫方的语音数据发送到控制端,再由用户通过普通手机听到语音,而实际上用户是通过安全手机在打电话。同样,当用户使用网上支付等功能时,可在控制端上显示的安全手机的画面上进行操作,相当于直接操作安全手机来完成该功能。
步骤S606,当用户不需要操作安全手机时,只需要退出控制端,同时控 制端退出时发出“退出指令”,被控端收到“退出指令”后,关闭被控端画面的输出和指令的接收,重新进入到等待连接的状态,如步骤S605。
通过这样的一种操作隔离,即使用户普通手机上有木马之类的恶意程序(这类恶意程序通常在后台监听当前手机系统的各种状态以及通过其他手段截获应用程序的数据,如截获短信等),这些恶意程序也无法从控制端发送给被控端的一些触控位置等信息中获取出有价值的信息。
为了更好地说明本实施例的效果,结合特定使用场景对其进行进一步的说明,以用户在使用手机网上支付为例,同样采用图6的步骤来说明:
首先,用户在普通手机上运行控制端,向安全手机发起连接请求,如步骤S602,安全手机通过鉴权后,和控制端建立连接,安全手机开始向控制端发送画面并等待来自控制端的指令,如步骤S603,此时,用户可以通过控制端来操作安全手机,如同直接在安全手机的屏幕上进行操作。
其次,用户在控制端上显示的安全手机的画面上登陆类似支付宝等网络支付工具,控制端将用户点击的当前手机的具体操作参数发送给安全手机,安全手机收到来自控制端的操作数据后,将操作数据解析成可以模拟的用户输入操作,然后具体执行这个操作,并将当前画面发送给控制端,此时,用户看到的就是刚才一次输入操作执行完成的画面,和普通手机的触屏操作类似,类似地,依次输入支付的金额,然后完成在线支付交易,这个过程如步骤S604。此时,最终是在安全手机上执行,具体地类似支付宝等网络支付工具的登陆支付等功能,在控制端上,只是将用户输入的与点击屏幕和滑动屏幕的操作相关的数据发送给安全手机,即使在控制端上运行有木马之类的后台信息窃取软件,最多只能截取到一些点击操作相关的数据,并不知道这些操作之后对应的系统具体执行了些什么,除此之外,同时还可以安全地查询银行账户等信息。
最后,当用户完成支付后,不需要再操作安全手机,只需要退出控制端,同时控制端退出时发出“退出指令”,如步骤S606,被控端收到“退出指令”后,关闭被控端画面的输出和指令的接收,重新进入到等待连接的状态,如步骤S605。
利用本实施例中的方法,用户就可以进行安全支付了。
本发明可选实施例提供了一种用户普通手机丢失时的处理方法。参见图6,被控端和控制端的连接和上一实施例一样,只是当用户的控制端手机丢失的时候,用户只需要立即找一台手机发送一条包含了之前用户设定的关闭配对的指令的短信,如步骤S608所示;此时被控端将关闭当前的配对,同时关闭被控端画面的输出和指令的接收,安全手机重新进入到配对模式,如步骤S607所示。
本发明可选实施例还提供了一种MiFi的控制方法,如图7所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S701,MiFi设备开启后,如果是首次启动,以默认参数开启无线访问节点(Access Point,简称为AP)以提供热点(Hotspot),此时,接入设备如手机等,通过Wifi接入到MiFi提供的热点中;当用户通过手机上的控制端对MiFi进行操作的时候,如修改MiFi的AP参数等,启动手机上的控制端,向MiFi设备中的被控端发起连接请求。
步骤S702,MiFi设备的被控端收到控制端发来的连接请求后,需要对控制端进行鉴权,当MiFi设备的被控端以默认鉴权参数(如用户名和密码等参数)运行时,用户只需要按照MiFi的使用说明书中的默认用户名和密码通过手机上的控制端登陆到MiFi设备;对这些鉴权参数用户可以通过控制端进行修改。
步骤S703,MiFi设备上的被控端通过了手机上的控制端认证后,被控端将MiFi设备上的界面信息和分辨率信息,加密发送给控制端;如果没有通过认证,则返回给控制端鉴权失败的消息,并进入到等待控制端接入的状态,如步骤S706。
步骤S704,MiFi设备的被控端将MiFi设备的画面发送到控制端,同时,在控制端上根据接收到的MiFi被控端发送过来的分辨率信息,控制端适配当前MiFi被控端发送过来的画面,然后在普通手机上以合适的分辨率显示MiFi的画面;同时,MiFi设备的被控端开始准备接收来自控制端的指令,这些控制指令经过一定的加密方式在控制端和被控端之间传输。这时,用户可以在控制端上的画面中对MiFi设备进行操作,如修改AP的参数等,相当于用户直接在MiFi设备的屏幕上操作,即使该MiFi设备没有实际的物理屏幕。
步骤S705,用户通过手机上的控制端完成业务的操作后,控制端向被控端发送退出指令,此时,控制端退出,被控端进入到等待接入的状态,如步骤S706。
综上所述,通过本发明的上述实施例和可选实施例,可以有效地防止手机信息被窃,包括使用木马等后台窃取,因为实际运行的手机为远端手机,所以木马程序无法截取用户的重要信息;同时,还可以运用于无屏幕或者小屏幕MiFi类产品,让用户方便快捷地操作MiFi。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件、处理器等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。本申请的保护范围以权利要求所定义的范围为准。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例,采用第一移动终端将第一移动终端的第一用户界面共享给第二移动终端,以在第二移动终端上呈现第二用户界面,其中,第二用户界面包含第一用户界面的内容;第一移动终端接收第二移动终端的操作 指令,其中,操作指令是根据对第二用户界面的操作生成的,操作指令用于指示第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;第一移动终端执行操作指令指示的无线通讯功能的方式,解决了移动终端中数据的安全性低的问题,提高了移动终端中数据的安全性。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种远程控制方法,包括:
    第一移动终端将所述第一移动终端的第一用户界面共享给第二移动终端,以在所述第二移动终端上呈现第二用户界面,其中,所述第二用户界面包含所述第一用户界面的内容;
    所述第一移动终端接收所述第二移动终端的操作指令,其中,所述操作指令是根据对所述第二用户界面的操作生成的,所述操作指令用于指示所述第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;
    所述第一移动终端执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述无线通讯功能包括以下至少之一:
    短信功能、彩信功能、通话功能。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一移动终端将所述第一移动终端的第一用户界面共享给所述第二移动终端包括:
    所述第一移动终端监控事件,其中,所述事件包括以下至少之一:接收到所述第二移动终端的通讯请求、接收到短信或者彩信、接收到通话呼入请求;
    在监控到所述事件的情况下,所述第一移动终端将所述第一用户界面推送给所述第二移动终端,以在所述第二移动终端上呈现第二用户界面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述无线通讯功能包括短信功能或者彩信功能的情况下,所述第一移动终端执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能包括:
    所述第一移动终端获取所述操作指令中携带的信息内容和目的地址;
    所述第一移动终端根据所述信息内容和所述目的地址,生成短信或者彩信;
    所述第一移动终端发送生成的所述短信或者彩信。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述无线通讯功能包括通话主 叫功能的情况下,所述第一移动终端执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能包括:
    所述第一移动终端获取所述操作指令中携带的被叫方的被叫号码;
    所述第一移动终端根据所述被叫号码拨出通话,并与所述被叫方建立通话;其中,所述第一移动终端接收所述第二移动终端采集的通话音频或者通话视频,以及所述第一移动终端发送从所述被叫方接收的通话音频或者通话视频至所述第二移动终端,以实现所述第二移动终端与所述被叫方的音频通话或者视频通话。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述无线通讯功能包括通话被叫功能的情况下,所述第一移动终端执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能包括:
    所述第一移动终端根据所述操作指示接受或者拒绝主叫方的通话请求;其中,在所述第一移动终端接受所述主叫方的所述通话请求的情况下,所述第一移动终端接收所述第二移动终端采集的通话音频或者通话视频,以及所述第一移动终端发送从所述主叫方接收的通话音频或者通话视频至所述第二移动终端,以实现所述第二移动终端与所述主叫方的音频通话或者视频通话。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述第一移动终端和所述第二移动终端通过无线接口进行通信。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,在所述第一移动终端将所述第一用户界面共享给所述第二移动终端之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端进行鉴权配对,并通过所述无线接口在所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端之间建立无线连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,在所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端进行鉴权配对之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一移动终端接收取消配对请求;
    所述第一移动终端根据所述取消配对请求,删除所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端的鉴权配对关系。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,在所述第一移动终端将所述第一用户 界面共享给所述第二移动终端之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一移动终端通过所述无线接口接收所述第二移动终端的预定数据,其中,所述预定数据包括以下至少之一:文本数据、图片数据、音频数据、视频数据、所述第二移动终端的系统配置文件;
    所述第一移动终端将所述预定数据存储在所述第一移动终端的非易失性存储器中。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述无线接口包括以下之一:
    近场通讯模块、蓝牙模块、无线保真WIFI模块、移动通信模块。
  12. 一种远程控制方法,包括:
    第二移动终端呈现第二用户界面,其中,所述第二用户界面包含第一用户界面,所述第一用户界面是由第一移动终端共享的;
    所述第二移动终端根据用户在所述第二用户界面上的操作,生成操作指令,其中,所述操作指令用于指示所述第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;
    所述第二移动终端将所述操作指令发送至所述第一移动终端,以供所述第一移动终端执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述无线通讯功能包括以下至少之一:
    短信功能、彩信功能、通话功能。
  14. 一种远程控制装置,应用于第一移动终端,包括:
    共享模块,设置为:将所述第一移动终端的第一用户界面共享给第二移动终端,以在所述第二移动终端上呈现第二用户界面,其中,所述第二用户界面包含所述第一用户界面的内容;
    接收模块,设置为:接收所述第二移动终端的操作指令,其中,所述操作指令是根据对所述第二用户界面的操作生成的,所述操作指令用于指示所述第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;
    执行模块,设置为:执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能。
  15. 一种远程控制装置,应用于第二移动终端,包括:
    呈现模块,设置为:呈现第二用户界面,其中,所述第二用户界面包含第一用户界面,所述第一用户界面是由第一移动终端共享的;
    生成模块,设置为:根据用户在所述第二用户界面上的操作,生成操作指令,其中,所述操作指令用于指示所述第一移动终端执行无线通讯功能;
    发送模块,设置为:将所述操作指令发送至所述第一移动终端,以供所述第一移动终端执行所述操作指令指示的所述无线通讯功能。
  16. 一种移动终端,包括:如权利要求14所述的远程控制装置。
  17. 一种移动终端,包括:如权利要求15所述的远程控制装置。
