圧縮機は、偏心部(26)を有する回転軸(12)と、回転軸(12)に連結されたロータ(6)を有するモータと、モータにより回転軸(12)を介して駆動される圧縮機構部と、ロータ(6)の圧縮機構部に対向する側の軸方向の一端に設けられた第1バランスウェイト(101)と、ロータ(6)の軸方向の他端に設けられた第2バランスウェイト(102)とを備える。第1,第2バランスウェイト(101,102)の重心が、回転軸(12)の偏心部(26)の偏心方向に沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、ロータ(6)の回転方向の予め設定された進み角度θ1,θ2の位置になるように、第1,第2バランスウェイト(101,102)を配置する。これにより、新たに部品を追加することなく、簡単な構成で安価にロータの振動や騒音を低減できる圧縮機を提供する。

Description

圧縮機
 この発明は、圧縮機に関する。
 従来、圧縮機としては、偏心部を有するクランク軸をモータのロータに連結し、そのクランク軸を介してモータにより圧縮機構部を駆動するものがある(例えば、特開2004-270654号公報(特許文献1)参照)。

 ところで、上記圧縮機では、運転中にクランク軸が圧縮荷重を受けることにより軸受内において傾いたり、圧縮荷重や、モータのエアギャップの不均一による荷重およびバランスウェイトの遠心力により、クランク軸に撓みが生じたりして、モータのロータの重心位置が変化しながら回転するため、ロータが半径方向に振動する。このような圧縮機では、クランク軸の傾きや撓みを解析して対策することが困難なため、ロータの半径方向の振動やそれによる騒音を低減することが容易でないという問題がある。
 そこで、この発明の課題は、新たに部品を追加することなく、簡単な構成で安価にロータの振動や騒音を低減できる圧縮機を提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決するため、この発明の圧縮機は、
 偏心部を有する回転軸と、
 上記回転軸に連結されたロータを有するモータと、
 上記モータにより上記回転軸を介して駆動される圧縮機構部と、
 上記ロータの上記圧縮機構部に対向する側の軸方向の一端に設けられた第1バランスウェイトと、
 上記ロータの軸方向の他端に設けられた第2バランスウェイトと
を備え、
 上記第1,第2バランスウェイトの少なくとも一方の重心が、上記回転軸の上記偏心部の偏心方向に沿って回転中心を通る基準平面に対して、上記ロータの回転方向の予め設定された進み角度の位置になるように、上記第1,第2バランスウェイトを配置していることを特徴とする。
 上記構成によれば、ロータの軸方向の両端に設けられた第1,第2バランスウェイトの少なくとも一方の重心が、回転軸の偏心部の偏心方向に対してロータの回転方向の予め設定された進み角度の位置になるように、第1,第2バランスウェイトを配置する。ここで、上記進み角度を最適な角度に設定することにより、ロータの半径方向の振動加速度成分を低減することが可能になる。したがって、新たに部品を追加することなく、安価に振動や騒音を低減することができる。
 また、一実施形態の圧縮機では、
 上記第1,第2バランスウェイトの両方の重心が、上記回転軸の上記偏心部の偏心方向に沿って回転中心を通る基準平面に対して、上記ロータの回転方向の予め設定された上記進み角度の位置になるように、上記第1,第2バランスウェイトを配置している。
 上記実施形態によれば、第1,第2バランスウェイトの両方の重心が、回転軸の偏心部の偏心方向に沿って回転中心を通る基準平面に対してロータの回転方向の予め設定された進み角度の位置になるように、第1,第2バランスウェイトを配置することによって、ロータの半径方向の振動加速度成分を効果的に低減できる。
 なお、上記第1バランスウェイトと第2バランスウェイトのそれぞれの進み角度は、異なる角度であってもよい。
 また、一実施形態の圧縮機では、
 上記進み角度は、3°よりも大きくかつ10°以下である。
 上記実施形態によれば、第1,第2バランスウェイトの少なくとも一方の重心が、回転軸の偏心部の偏心方向に対してロータの回転方向の進み角度が3°よりも大きくかつ10°以下の位置になるように、第1,第2バランスウェイトを配置する。これにより、ロータの半径方向の振動加速度成分を容易に低減できる。
 以上より明らかなように、この発明によれば、ロータの軸方向の両端に設けられた第1,第2バランスウェイトの少なくとも一方の重心を、回転軸の偏心部の偏心方向に沿って回転中心を通る基準平面に対してロータの回転方向の予め設定された進み角度の位置に配置することによって、新たに部品を追加することなく、簡単な構成で安価にロータの振動や騒音を低減できる圧縮機を実現することができる。
図1はこの発明の実施の一形態の圧縮機の縦断面図である。 図2は上記圧縮機のモータのロータを含む要部の上面図である。 図3は上記モータの運転周波数に対する振動加速度の変化を示す図である。 図4は他のモータの運転周波数に対する振動加速度の変化を示す図である。
 以下、この発明の圧縮機を図示の実施の形態により詳細に説明する。
 図1はこの発明の実施の一形態の圧縮機の縦断面図を示している。
 この実施の形態の圧縮機は、図1に示すように、密閉容器1と、この密閉容器1内に配置された圧縮機構部2と、密閉容器1内に配置され、圧縮機構部2を回転軸12を介して駆動するモータ3とを備えている。この実施の形態の圧縮機は、1シリンダ構成のロータリ圧縮機である。
 上記圧縮機は、密閉容器1内の下側に、圧縮機構部2を配置し、その圧縮機構部2の上側にモータ3を配置している。このモータ3は、回転軸12の上側に連結され、永久磁石(図示せず)が埋め込まれたロータ6と、そのロータ6の外周側を囲むステータ5とを有する。モータ3のロータ6によって、回転軸12を介して、圧縮機構部2を駆動するようにしている。
 上記ロータ6は、円筒形状のロータ本体6aと、このロータ本体6aに埋設された平板状の複数の永久磁石(図示せず)とを有する。ロータ本体6aは、例えば積層された電磁鋼板からなる。
 上記ステータ5は、円筒形状のステータコア5aと、このステータコア5aに巻き付けられたコイル5bとを有する。ステータコア5aは、積層された複数の鋼板からなり、焼き嵌めなどによって、密閉容器1内に嵌め込まれている。コイル5bは、ステータコア5aの各ティース部にそれぞれ巻かれており、このコイル5bは、いわゆる集中巻きである。
 上記圧縮機構部2は、アキュームレータ10から吸入管11を通して冷媒ガスを吸入する。この冷媒ガスは、この圧縮機とともに、冷凍システムの一例としての空気調和機を構成する図示しない凝縮器、膨張機構、蒸発器を制御することによって得られる。
 上記圧縮機は、圧縮した高温高圧の冷媒ガスを、圧縮機構部2から吐出して密閉容器1の内部に満たすと共に、モータ3のステータ5とロータ6との間の隙間を通して、モータ3を冷却した後、モータ3の上側に設けられた吐出管13から外部に吐出するようにしている。
 上記密閉容器1内の高圧領域の下部には、潤滑油が溜められた油溜まり部9が形成されている。この潤滑油は、油溜まり部9から、回転軸12に設けられた油通路(図示せず)を通って、圧縮機構部2等の摺動部に移動して、この摺動部を潤滑する。
 上記圧縮機構部2は、密閉容器1の内面に取り付けられるシリンダ21と、このシリンダ21の上下の開口端のそれぞれに取り付けられている上側の端板部材50(フロントヘッド)および下側の端板部材60(リアヘッド)とを備える。上記シリンダ21と上側の端板部材50と下側の端板部材60によって、シリンダ室22を形成する。
 上記上側の端板部材50は、円板状の本体部51と、この本体部51の中央に上方へ設けられたボス部52とを有する。本体部51およびボス部52は、回転軸12が挿通されている。
 上記本体部51には、シリンダ室22に連通する吐出口51aが設けられている。上記本体部51に関してシリンダ21と反対側に位置するように、本体部51に吐出弁31が取り付けられている。この吐出弁31は、例えば、リード弁であり、吐出口51aを開閉する。
 上記本体部51には、シリンダ21と反対の側に、吐出弁31を覆うようにカップ型のマフラカバー40が取り付けられている。このマフラカバー40は、ボルト35などによって本体部51に固定されている。上記マフラカバー40は、ボス部52が挿通されている。上記マフラカバー40および上側の端板部材50によって、マフラ室42を形成する。上記マフラ室42とシリンダ室22とは、吐出口51aを介して連通されている。
 上記マフラカバー40は、マフラ室42とマフラカバー40の外側とを連通する孔部43を有する。
 上記下側の端板部材60は、円板状の本体部61と、この本体部61の中央に下方へ設けられたボス部62とを有する。上記本体部61およびボス部62は、回転軸12が挿通されている。
 このように、回転軸12の一端部は、上側の端板部材50および下側の端板部材60に支持されている。上記回転軸12の一端部(支持端側)は、シリンダ室22の内部に進入している。
 上記回転軸12の支持端側には、圧縮機構部2側のシリンダ室22内に位置するように、偏心部26を設けている。この偏心部26は、ピストン28のローラ27に嵌合している。このピストン28は、シリンダ室22内で、公転可能に配置され、このピストン28の公転運動で圧縮作用を行うようにしている。
 言い換えると、回転軸12の一端部は、偏心部26の両側において、圧縮機構部2のハウジング7で支持されている。このハウジング7は、上側の端板部材50および下側の端板部材60を含む。
 また、上記ロータ6の下端(すなわち圧縮機構部2に対向する側の軸方向の一端)かつ回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向と反対の側に、第1バランスウェイト101を設けている。一方、ロータ6の上端(すなわち軸方向の他端)かつ回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向と同じ側に第2バランスウェイト102を設けている。第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102は、リベット(図示せず)によってロータ6に締結されている。
 図2はモータ3のロータ6を含む要部の上面図を示している。
 図2に示すように、第1バランスウェイト101の重心C1は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lを含みかつ回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、ロータ6の回転方向(矢印R)の予め設定された進み角度θ1の位置に配置されている。
 一方、第2バランスウェイト102の重心C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、ロータ6の回転方向(矢印R)の予め設定された進み角度θ2の位置に配置されている。
 この実施の形態では、進み角度θ1,θ2を5°としている。
 上記第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102によって、偏心部26による回転軸12のアンバランスを低減している。
 ここで、回転軸12が完全剛体で回転軸12が傾いたり撓みが生じたりしない理想的な圧縮機では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2を、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面上の位置(基準位置)にしていても、ロータ6が振動するという問題はない。しかしながら、実際には、運転中に回転軸12が圧縮荷重を受けることにより軸受内において傾いたり、圧縮荷重や、モータのエアギャップの不均一による荷重およびバランスウェイトの遠心力により、回転軸12に撓みが生じたりするため、ロータ6が半径方向に振動する。
 そこで、本発明者は、このような問題を解決すべく、上記構成の圧縮機において、モータ3の第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2を、基準位置(±0°)、進み角度5°、遅れ角度5°とした場合について、運転周波数に対する振動加速度の変化を測定する実験を行った。
 図3はこの実験により得られたモータ3の運転周波数に対する振動加速度の変化を示している。図3において、横軸は運転回転数[rps](1秒あたりの回転数)を表し、縦軸はロータ6の半径方向の振動加速度[dB]を表す。ここで、振動加速度は、運転回転数と同じ周波数における加速度成分である。
 図3に示すように、一点鎖線で表すグラフ(「中央(±0°)」)では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面上の位置に配置されている。
 また、実線で表すグラフ(「進み(+5°)」)では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、進み角度5°の位置に配置されている。
 また、点線で表すグラフ(「遅れ(-5°)」)では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、遅れ角度5°の位置に配置されている。
 図3の実験結果から明らかなように、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2を、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、進み角度5°の位置に配置したとき、大幅に振動加速度を低減できることが分かった。
 上記構成の圧縮機では、ロータ6の軸方向の両端に設けられた第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の両方の重心が、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向に対してロータ6の回転方向の予め設定された進み角度θ1,θ2(θ1=θ2)の位置になるように、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102を配置している。ここで、上記進み角度θ1を最適な角度に設定することにより、ロータ6の半径方向の振動加速度成分を低減することが可能になる。したがって、新たに部品を追加することなく、安価に振動や騒音を低減することができる。
 なお、上記第1バランスウェイト101と第2バランスウェイト102のそれぞれの進み角度θ1,θ2は、異なる進み角度であってもよいし、第1バランスウェイト101と第2バランスウェイト102のうちの一方のみが、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、ロータ6の回転方向の予め設定された進み角度の位置になるように、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102を配置してもよい。この場合も、振動や騒音を低減する効果か得られる。
 上記実施の形態では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、進み角度5°の位置に配置したが、これに限らず、進み角度は、3°よりも大きくかつ10°以下であればよい。これにより、ロータの半径方向の振動加速度成分を低減できる効果を容易に得ることができる。
 例えば、図4は他のモータを用いた実験により得られた運転周波数に対する振動加速度の変化を示している。この図4における圧縮機は、図3のモータ3とは容量が大きい点が異なる以外は図3に示す圧縮機と同一の構成をしており、図1,図2を援用する。
 図4において、横軸は運転回転数[rps](1秒あたりの回転数)を表し、縦軸はロータ6の半径方向の振動加速度[dB]を表す。ここで、振動加速度は、運転回転数と同じ周波数における加速度成分である。
 図4に示すように、一点鎖線で表すグラフ(「中央(±0°)」)では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面上の位置に配置されている。
 また、実線で表すグラフ(「進み(+10°)」)では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、進み角度10°の位置に配置されている。
 また、点線で表すグラフ(「遅れ(-10°)」)では、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2は、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、遅れ角度10°の位置に配置されている。
 図4の実験結果から明らかなように、第1,第2バランスウェイト101,102の重心C1,C2を、回転軸12の偏心部26の偏心方向を表す直線Lに沿って回転中心Oを通る基準平面に対して、進み角度10°の位置に配置したとき、大幅に振動加速度を低減することができた。
 上記実施の形態では、1シリンダ構造の圧縮機について説明したが、2シリンダ構造の圧縮機にこの発明を適用してもよい。
 また、上記実施の形態では、ロータリ圧縮機について説明したが、揺動型圧縮機やスクロール圧縮機などの圧縮機にこの発明を適用してもよい。
 また、上記実施の形態では、永久磁石埋め込み型のモータを備えた圧縮機について説明したが、リラクタンスモータなどの他の構成のモータでもよい。
 この発明の具体的な実施の形態について説明したが、この発明は上記実施の形態に限定されるものではなく、この発明の範囲内で種々変更して実施することができる。

Claims (3)

  1.  偏心部(26)を有する回転軸(12)と、
     上記回転軸(12)に連結されたロータ(6)を有するモータ(3)と、
     上記モータ(3)により上記回転軸(12)を介して駆動される圧縮機構部(2)と、
     上記ロータ(6)の上記圧縮機構部(2)に対向する側の軸方向の一端に設けられた第1バランスウェイト(101)と、
     上記ロータ(6)の軸方向の他端に設けられた第2バランスウェイト(102)と
    を備え、
     上記第1,第2バランスウェイト(101,102)の少なくとも一方の重心が、上記回転軸(12)の上記偏心部の偏心方向に沿って回転中心を通る基準平面に対して、上記ロータ(6)の回転方向の予め設定された進み角度の位置になるように、上記第1,第2バランスウェイト(101,102)を配置していることを特徴とする圧縮機。
  2.  請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
     上記第1,第2バランスウェイト(101,102)の両方の重心が、上記回転軸(12)の上記偏心部(26)の偏心方向に沿って回転中心を通る基準平面に対して、上記ロータ(6)の回転方向の予め設定された上記進み角度の位置になるように、上記第1,第2バランスウェイト(101,102)を配置していることを特徴とする圧縮機。
  3.  請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機において、
     上記進み角度は、3°よりも大きくかつ10°以下であることを特徴とする圧縮機。
