(121) 的幵关; 向内按压所述控制幵关 (14) , 所述出液口 (121) 打幵; 释放所述控制幵关 (14) , 所述出液口 (121) 密封。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的烟油瓶, 其特征在于, 所述控制幵关 (14) 包 括按压幵关 (141) 、 挡液件 (143) 和第一复位件 (144) ; 所述按压幵关 (141) 可轴向移动地设在所述瓶盖 (12) 上, 所述挡 液件 (143) 位于所述瓶盖 (12) 的内侧, 并与所述按压幵关 (141) 连接, 对所述出液口 (121) 的内端口进行密封, 所述复位件提供保 持所述按压幵关 (141) 复位、 让所述挡液件 (143) 对所述出液口 ( 121) 提供密封的作用力。

[权利要求 8] 一种电子烟, 与权利要求 1至 7任一项所述烟油瓶配套使用, 其特征在 于, 包括烟弹管 (21) 和注液装置 (23) ;
所述烟弹管 (21) 内形成有储液腔 (A) , 所述烟弹管 (21) 的一端 面形成有端壁 (223) 和由所述端壁 (223) 轴向向外凸出的第二操作 部 (222) ;
所述端壁 (223) 上设有至少一个注液口 (2231) , 所述第二操作部 (222) 与所述控制幵关 (14) 的位置对应, 以按压所述控制幵关 (1 4) ;
所述注液装置 (23) 设置在所述端壁 (223) 所在一端, 供所述烟油 瓶按压, 所述注液装置 (23) 上形成有与所述出液口 (121) 和所述 注液口 (2231) 分别对应的注液通道, 所述注液通道上设有第一进液 口 (2321) ;
所述烟油瓶向内按压所述注液装置 (23) 吋, 所述注液通道向内移动 使所述注液口 (2231) 与所述储液腔 (A) 连通, 同吋, 所述第二操 作部 (222) 按压所述控制幵关 (14) 使所述出液口 (121) 与所述注 液通道连通; 移出所述烟油瓶 (1) 吋, 所述注液通道向外移动复位 , 使所述第一进液口 (2321) 与所述储液腔 (A) 隔断。
根据权利要求 8所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述注液装置 (23) 包 括用于供所述烟油瓶向内抵压的抵挡件 (231) 和设置在所述抵挡件
(231) 上的注液管 (232) ,
所述抵挡件 (231) 上设有插孔, 所述注液管 (232) 插设在所述插孔 上, 所述注液管 (232) 形成所述注液通道。
根据权利要求 9所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述注液管 (232) 伸入 到所述注液口 (2231) 内, 且外侧壁与所述注液口 (2231) 密封配合 , 所述注液管 (232) 的内孔设有将所述储液腔 (A) 与所述第一进 液口 (2321) 隔断的挡壁 (2322) 。
根据权利要求 10所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述注液管 (232) 的 内端外侧壁与所述注液口 (2231) 之间设有密封圈 (234) 。
根据权利要求 8至 11任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述抵挡件 (231) 与所述端壁 (223) 间隔设置, 并可远离或靠近所述端壁 (22 3) 来回移动。
根据权利要求 12所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述注液装置 (23) 还 包括第二复位件 (233) , 所述第二复位件 (233) 提供保持所述抵挡 件 (231) 远离所述端壁 (223) 、 以使得所述第一进液口 (2321) 位 于所述端壁 (223) 外的作用力。
根据权利要求 9至 11任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述注液管
(232) 呈阶梯管状, 包括直径大的第一段和直径小的第二段, 所述 第一段插设在所述抵挡件 (231) 上, 所述第二段插设到所述注液口
(2231) 内;
所述第一段与所述第二段结合的外壁面形成有台阶, 以限定所述注液 管 (232) 向内插入所述注液口 (2231) 的行程;
所述第二段的内孔小于所述第一段的内孔。
根据权利要求 12所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第二操作部 (222 ) 呈管状, 位于所述烟弹管 (21) 的轴线上;
所述抵挡件 (231) 呈环状, 可轴向移动地套设在所述第二操作部 (2 22) 上。
根据权利要求 15所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述端壁 (223) 的外 圈上形成有远离所述储液腔 (A) 延伸的管状套接部;
所述套接部远离所述端壁 (223) —端的内圈设有连接部 (224) , 所 述抵挡件 (231) 与所述连接部 (224) 的内端相抵。
根据权利要求 9至 11任一项所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述至少一 个注液口 (2231) 包括中心对称的两个注液口 (2231) , 所述抵挡件
(231) 上形成有与两个所述注液口 (2231) 分别对应的两个注液通 道。
