本发明另一个所要解决的技术问题是提供一种灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,能够提高灌装机瓶子输送装置的输送效率、简化灌装机结构。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,包括成对的两个夹瓶部件,成对的两个夹瓶部件可开合并具有多个可开合的夹瓶口,其特征在于:
成对的两个夹瓶部件连接在开合模块机构上;
所述开合模块机构中设置有能V形打开的转动支架、提供夹瓶部件夹瓶夹紧力和V形打开后自动回复力的弹性机构以及外力导入机构,所述外力为V形打开的驱动力,所述转动支架通过安装部件连接到运送机构上。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:
所述开合模块机构中设置有规范V形打开的同步机构。
所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,它们的下端可转动地连接在安装部件上,所述弹性机构连接在前摆臂和后摆臂之间。
所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,它们的下端可转动地连接在安装部件上,所述弹性机构连接在前摆臂和后摆臂之间;所述同步机构包括相啮合的一对齿轮,所述一对齿轮分别处在前摆臂和后摆臂的下端上。
所述外力导入机构采用一对滚动部件,所述一对滚动部件分别安装在V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂上。
所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,成对的夹瓶部件端部分别连接在前摆臂和后摆臂上,并因夹瓶部件的宽度而使成对的夹瓶部件闭合相碰时,使前摆臂和后摆臂呈V形配置。
所述夹瓶部件的夹瓶口的左右两侧具有延伸的让位口。
所述安装部件和瓶子输送装置中的输送链条连接。
所述安装部件具有转接连接结构,所述转接连接结构具有和所述转动支架适配的连接孔以及和链条适配的连接孔。
本发明再一个所要解决的技术问题是提供一种灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,能够改善抓瓶机械手和夹瓶部件的瓶子交接。为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,包括成对的两个夹瓶部件,成对的两个夹瓶部件具有多个夹瓶口,其特征在于:所述夹瓶部件的夹瓶口的左右两侧具有延 伸的让位口。
在采用上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可采用以下进一步的技术方案:
所述夹瓶部件设置有连接孔且所述夹瓶部件的两端设置榫槽或榫。
所述夹瓶部件为板型部件。
所述夹瓶部件在夹瓶口周围的厚度被减薄,在夹瓶口处形成夹瓶刃。
所述夹瓶部件在夹瓶口周围的厚度被减薄,在夹瓶口处形成夹瓶刃,所述让位口的长度超过所述被减薄的部位。
所述让位口足够夹瓶机械手的抓瓶端部进入。
由于采用本发明的技术方案,本发明所提供的直线式瓶子输送装置,能够在链条循环输送机构上就地快速开合夹瓶部件,与以往的直线式瓶子输送装置相比,在适度降低夹瓶部件的排列密度的情况下依然能够提高输送效率和速度,且能减轻电机的负荷、简化灌装机的机械手结构及打开和关闭夹瓶部件的结构。

具体实施方式
参照附图。本发明所提供的灌装机瓶子输送装置,包括多对夹瓶部件1,每对夹瓶部件可开合并具有多个可开合的夹瓶口10,所述瓶子输送装置还包括链条循环输送机构,链条循环输送机构由电机101驱动。
成对的夹瓶部件1通过开合模块机构安装到链条循环输送机构的输送链条 100上,并在所述链条循环输送机构上进行开合动作,夹瓶部件1无需被机械手或升降机构等设备从输送链条上取出再打开关闭,减少了动作,简化了设备,提高了速度,且能实现下述的V形打开动作,速度更快,结构更简单。
所述开合模块机构中设置有能V形打开的转动支架、规范V形打开的同步机构、提供夹瓶部件夹瓶夹紧力和V形打开后自动回复力的弹性机构以及外力导入机构,所述外力为V形打开的驱动力。
在所述瓶子输送装置的瓶子进入位置和瓶子输出位置分别设置打开所述夹瓶部件的机构200,打开所述夹瓶部件的机构200与所述外力导入机构相配合,提供所述外力。
打开所述夹瓶部件的机构包括可升降的楔形控制部件21,通过所述可升降的控制部件21与所述外力导入机构中的滚动部件33相配合,采用切入的方式V形打开所述转动支架。
所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂31和后摆臂32,它们的下端转动连接有安装部件30,所述安装部件30再连接到所述输送链条100上,所述同步机构包括相啮合的一对齿轮34,所述一对齿轮分别处在前摆臂31和后摆臂32的下端上,所述弹性机构采用弹簧35,其连接在前摆臂31和后摆臂32之间。所述外力导入机构采用一对滚动部件33,所述一对滚动部件33分别安装在V形配置的前摆臂31和后摆臂32上。楔形控制部件21在下降时从一对滚动部件33之间切入。滚动部件33通过与所述弹性机构、控制部件的协同,在成对的夹瓶部件打开后,形成了支撑和稳定夹瓶部件的配合机构,使夹瓶部件开合动作更加灵敏和稳定。
所述安装部件30具有转接连接结构,所述转接连接结构具有和所述转动支架适配的连接孔301以及和链条适配的连接孔302。
成对的夹瓶部件的左右两端分别通过所述开合模块机构安装到输送链条100上,在所述链条循环输送机构上进行开合动作;与左右两端的开合模块机构 配合的左右两端的打开所述夹瓶部件的机构通过传动轴22联接而在一个动力的驱动下同步运动。
打开所述夹瓶部件的机构包括升降导向机构以及升降机构20,通过动力24驱动摆杆25转动再带动升降机构20升降,所述升降导向机构包括导杆26以及处在升降机构20上的导向轮23,所述楔形控制部件21安装在升降机构20上。
成对的夹瓶部件1的端部分别连接在前摆臂31和后摆臂32上,并因夹瓶部件的宽度而使成对的夹瓶部件1闭合彼此相碰时,使前摆臂31和后摆臂32呈V形配置。
所述夹瓶部件的夹瓶口的左右两侧具有延伸的让位口11。机械手将瓶子夹取放置在打开的夹瓶口内,成对的夹瓶部件关闭,但是机械手的抓头一直夹着瓶口,瓶子在成对的夹瓶部件内固定后,机械手的抓头靠让位孔11移出,进行下一组循环,不仅使瓶子的输送更加可靠,而且使本发明能适用于有瓶颈卡的瓶型。
所述夹瓶部件1为板型部件。所述夹瓶部件1设置有连接孔12且所述夹瓶部件的两端设置榫槽13,连接孔12均用于和支架连接,使夹瓶组件最终连接到链条循环输送机构上。榫槽13和支架上的榫配合,能够加强夹瓶组件的连接结构强度,防止出现变形间隙,进一步提高输送瓶子的稳定性。
所述夹瓶部件在夹瓶口周围的厚度被减薄,在夹瓶口10处形成夹瓶刃。所述让位口11的长度超过所述被减薄的部位14。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施例,但本发明的结构特征并不局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员在本发明的领域内,所作的变化或修饰皆涵盖在本发明的保护范围之中。

Claims (25)

  1. 灌装机瓶子输送装置,包括多对夹瓶部件,每对夹瓶部件可开合并具有多个可开合的夹瓶口,所述瓶子输送装置还包括链条循环输送机构,其特征在于:
    成对的夹瓶部件通过开合模块机构安装到链条循环输送机构的输送链条上,并在所述链条循环输送机构上进行开合动作;
    所述开合模块机构中设置有能V形打开的转动支架、规范V形打开的同步机构、提供夹瓶部件夹瓶夹紧力和V形打开后自动回复力的弹性机构以及外力导入机构,所述外力为V形打开的驱动力;
    在所述瓶子输送装置的瓶子进入位置和瓶子输出位置分别设置打开所述夹瓶部件的机构,打开所述夹瓶部件的机构与所述外力导入机构相配合,提供所述外力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置,其特征在于打开所述夹瓶部件的机构包括可升降的控制部件,通过所述可升降的控制部件与所述外力导入机构中的滚动部件向配合,采用切入的方式V形打开所述转动支架。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的灌装机新型瓶子输送装置,其特征在于打开所述夹瓶部件的机构包括可升降的楔形控制部件,通过所述可升降的楔形控制部件与所述外力导入机构中的滚动部件向配合,采用切入的方式V形打开所述转动支架。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置,其特征在于所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,它们的下端可转动地连接在连接件上,所述连接件再连接到所述输送链条上;所述同步机构包括相啮合的一对齿轮,所述一对齿轮分别处在前摆臂和后摆臂的下端上,所述弹性机构连接在前摆臂和后摆臂之间。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置,其特征在于所述外力导入机构采用一对滚动部件,所述一对滚动部件分别安装在V形配置的前摆臂和后摆 臂上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置,其特征在于成对的夹瓶部件的左右两端分别通过所述开合模块机构安装到输送链条上,在所述链条循环输送机构上进行开合动作;与左右两端的开合模块机构配合的左右两端的打开所述夹瓶部件的机构通过传动轴联接而在一个动力的驱动下同步运动。
  7. 如权利要求1或6所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置,其特征在于打开所述夹瓶部件的机构包括升降导向机构以及升降机构,通过动力驱动摆杆转动再带动升降机构升降,所述升降导向机构包括导杆以及处在升降机构上的导向轮;所述控制部件安装在所述升降机构上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的灌装机新型瓶子输送装置,其特征在于所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,成对的夹瓶部件端部分别连接在前摆臂和后摆臂上,并因夹瓶部件的宽度而使成对的夹瓶部件闭合相碰时,使前摆臂和后摆臂呈V形配置。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置,其特征在于所述夹瓶部件的夹瓶口的左右两侧具有延伸的让位口。
  10. 灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,包括成对的两个夹瓶部件,成对的两个夹瓶部件可开合并具有多个可开合的夹瓶口,其特征在于:
    成对的两个夹瓶部件连接在开合模块机构上;
    所述开合模块机构中设置有能V形打开的转动支架、提供夹瓶部件夹瓶夹紧力和V形打开后自动回复力的弹性机构以及外力导入机构,所述外力为V形打开的驱动力,所述转动支架通过安装部件连接到运送机构上。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述开合模块机构中设置有规范V形打开的同步机构。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,它们的下端可转动地连接在安装 部件上,所述弹性机构连接在前摆臂和后摆臂之间。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,它们的下端可转动地连接在安装部件上,所述弹性机构连接在前摆臂和后摆臂之间;所述同步机构包括相啮合的一对齿轮,所述一对齿轮分别处在前摆臂和后摆臂的下端上。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述外力导入机构采用一对滚动部件,所述一对滚动部件分别安装在V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂上。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述转动支架包括V形配置的前摆臂和后摆臂,成对的夹瓶部件端部分别连接在前摆臂和后摆臂上,并因夹瓶部件的宽度而使成对的夹瓶部件闭合相碰时,使前摆臂和后摆臂呈V形配置。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述夹瓶部件的夹瓶口的左右两侧具有延伸的让位口。
  17. 如权利要求10所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述夹瓶部件设置有连接孔且所述夹瓶部件的两端设置榫槽或榫。
  18. 如权利要求10所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述安装部件和瓶子输送装置中的输送链条连接。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶机构,其特征在于所述安装部件具有转接连接结构,所述转接连接结构具有和所述转动支架适配的连接孔以及和链条适配的连接孔。
  20. 灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,包括成对的两个夹瓶部件,成对的两个夹瓶部件具有多个夹瓶口,其特征在于:所述夹瓶部件的夹瓶口的左右两侧具有延伸的让位口。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,其特征在于所 述夹瓶部件设置有连接孔且所述夹瓶部件的两端设置榫槽或榫。
  22. 如权利要求20所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,其特征在于所述夹瓶部件为板型部件。
  23. 如权利要求20所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,其特征在于所述夹瓶部件在夹瓶口周围的厚度被减薄,在夹瓶口处形成夹瓶刃。
  24. 如权利要求21所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,其特征在于所述夹瓶部件在夹瓶口周围的厚度被减薄,在夹瓶口处形成夹瓶刃,所述让位口的长度超过所述被减薄的部位。
  25. 如权利要求20所述的灌装机瓶子输送装置的夹瓶组件,其特征在于所述让位口足够夹瓶机械手的抓瓶端部进入。
