Description

框架及托盘围板箱 技术领域
本发明涉及物流运输单元,具体涉及一种框架及托盘围板箱。
背景技术
现有大型折叠容器一般规格如1200×1000×1000、1220×1220×1170等,其尺寸相对较大,为了适用于装载不同种类货物以及不同高度且便于在容器内取物,且容器高度可以根据需求灵活的调整容器侧板的高度,通常将长短侧板链接形成可以向内折叠呈扁平状结构,展开是呈大致矩形状的容器,作为一个单元使用,当装载更多货物容量时,可以再将这个单元向上叠加使用,依次向上叠加四至五层,以获得更多容积使用,但是,现有的容器侧板之间的链接,其铰接方式单一,短侧板之间铰接无有效锁定,导致短侧板在受外力或货物张力抗变形能力较弱,这样既造成货物运输安全隐患,又造成叠加在上层的单元缺乏有效的堆叠限位,容器可靠性较低,
以EP2500290A1及EP0218320A1两篇专利为例,其短侧板的铰接是通过铰链轴与链接部分离,即独立的铰链轴与铰链链接部或与侧板一体的铰链轴与分离的链接部配合,折叠操作时,是通过塑料本身的弹性让其形变至避让,而同时容器在展开使用中,容器内壁受货物张力使得侧板易形变,甚至使塑性挂钩脱离,在其上的堆叠也缺乏有效支撑和限位,容器存在较大的安全隐患,使用中易损坏且操作不便利。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种框架,以解决上述背景技术中存在的问题。
为了解决上述问题,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种框架,包括相对的两块长侧板和相对的两组短侧板,每一组短侧板包括两块短侧板,所述两块短侧板可相互折叠,相邻的长侧板和短侧板可相互折叠,其特征在于,所述两块短侧板之一设有至少一个第一咬合部,另一块短侧板设有与所述第一咬合部配合的第二咬合部,以及所述两块短侧板之间进一步设有锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括操作件、锁定件以及与所述锁定件配合的锁定结构,其中所述锁定件 安装于一块所述短侧板上,所述锁定结构设置于另一块所述短侧板上,以及所述操作件可操作地带动所述锁定件与所述锁定结构配合锁定或分开解锁,从而锁定或解锁所述两块短侧板。
较佳地,所述两块短侧板之一设有相互间隔开的多个所述第一咬合部,另一块所述短侧板设有多个所述第二咬合部,其中所述第二咬合部之间设有铰链安装部,所述铰链安装部插入两个所述第一咬合部之间,以及所述锁定件设置于与所述第二咬合部相同的高度处。
较佳地,所述锁定件为锁舌,所述锁定结构为锁孔,所述操作件可操作地带动所述锁舌伸入所述锁孔或从所述锁孔退出,从而锁定或解锁所述两块短侧板。
较佳地,所述操作件和所述锁定件一体形成。
较佳地,所述第一咬合部的前端设有第一倾斜面,所述锁舌的前端设有与所述第一倾斜面配合的第二倾斜面,当所述两块短侧板从折叠状态向展开状态运动时,通过所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面的配合导向作用,使得所述锁舌能够自由伸入所述锁孔内。

根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种托盘围板箱,所述托盘围板箱包括上述框架和托盘,所述框架安装于所述托盘上。
本发明的框架在两块短侧板铰接处设置有可手动驱动的解锁装置,在框架展开使用时,能使相邻短侧板保持相对的平行,最大程度的减小侧板受货物张力时的形变,从而也增加在其上堆叠另一框架时支撑及限位的有效性和可靠性。在使用过程中,侧板折叠便利,展开使用时短侧板的咬合部能有效限制侧板位移,最大程度减小侧板因咬合引起的向外形变,提高了容器装载运输或相互堆放可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
本发明的框架通常包括相对的两块长侧板和相对的两组短侧板,每一组短侧板包括两块短侧板,其中,两块短侧板可相互折叠,相邻的长侧板和短侧板可相互折叠。两块短侧板之一设有至少一个第一咬合部,另一块短侧板设有与该第一咬合部配合的第二咬合部,以及该两块短侧板之间进一步设有锁定装置,该锁定装置包括操作件、锁定件以及与锁定件配合的锁定结构,其中锁定件安装于一块短侧板上,锁定结构设置于另一块短侧板上,以及操作件可操作地带动锁定件与锁定结构配合锁定或分开解锁,从而锁定或解锁两块短侧板。
下面结合图1-6对本发明的一个实施例进行详细描述。
图1为本发明一个实施例的框架100在展开状态的立体图,图2为本发明一个实施例的框架100在折叠过程中的立体图,图3本发明一个实施例的框架 100在折叠状态的立体图。
如图1-3所示,本发明的框架100包括相对的两块长侧板10和相对的两组短侧板20,每一组短侧板20包括两块短侧板21、22。属于同一组的两块短侧板21、22可相互折叠,处于相邻位置的长侧板10和短侧板21或长侧板10和短侧板22可相互折叠。
图4为一块长侧板10和一组短侧板20的立体分解图,图5为一组短侧板20的立体分解图。如图4-5所示,短侧板21上设有多个第一咬合部211,短侧板22上设有多个与第一咬合部211配合的第二咬合部221,短侧板211、221之间还设有锁定装置30。
锁定装置30包括操作件31、锁定件32以及与锁定件32配合的锁定结构33。在本实施例中,锁定件32为锁舌,锁定结构33为锁孔,其中锁舌32与操作件31一体形成并安装于短侧板22上,锁孔33设置于短侧板21上(如图5所示,在本实施例中,锁孔33具体设置于第一咬合部211上),操作件31可操作地带动锁舌32与锁孔33配合锁定或分开解锁,从而锁定或解锁短侧板21、22。
如图4-5所示,第一咬合部211从短侧板21一体向短侧板22伸出,在第一咬合部211之间设有开口212,开口212用于与短侧板22上的铰链安装部223配合,具体为当第一咬合部211与第二咬合部221相互咬合时,铰链安装部223伸入到开口212中。在第一咬合部21的根部设有第一铰链孔213,第一铰链孔213用于与铰链40配合,下文将会详细描述。
第一咬合部211的前端设有第一倾斜面2111,锁舌32的前端设有与第一倾斜面配合的第二倾斜面321,当两块短侧板21、22从折叠状态向展开状态运动时,通过第一倾斜面2111与第二倾斜面321的配合导向作用,使得锁舌32能够自由伸入锁孔33内。
在第二短侧板22的内侧面设有凹坑222,第二咬合部221设于凹坑222内并从凹坑222一体向框架内侧伸出,当短侧板21与短侧板22相互咬合时,第二咬合部222以垂直于短侧板21的方向咬合到第一咬合部211中。在凹坑222的与短侧板21相面对的侧壁上设有锁舌安装孔224,锁舌安装孔224用来安装锁舌32。下文将会详细描述。
在第二咬合部221之间设有铰链安装部223,当第一咬合部211和第二咬合 部221相互咬合时,铰链安装部223插入两个第一咬合部211之间(即开口212中),锁舌32设置于锁舌安装孔224内,锁舌安装孔224与第二咬合部221的高度相同。在铰链安装部223上设有第二铰链孔225,第二铰链孔225与铰链40配合,从而通过铰链40连接短侧板21和短侧板22。
如图4所示,铰链40包括第一铰链轴41和第二铰链轴42,第一铰链轴41可转动地安装于第一铰链孔213内,第二铰链轴42可转动地安装于第二铰链孔225内。
如图4-5所示,操作件31包括倒扣311和复位弹片312,复位弹片312设于锁舌32的后方,第二短侧板22设有与倒扣311配合的倒扣安装孔226,通过将倒扣311卡入倒扣安装孔226内以及将锁舌32装入锁舌安装孔224中从而将操作件31和锁舌32安装于第二短侧板22上。
在本实施例中,操作件31的两端各设有一个凸起313,第二短侧板上设有挡板227,当操作件31安装于第二短侧板22上时,挡板227在垂直于第二短侧板22的方向对操作件31进行限位。
装配时,将铰链40的第一铰链轴41安装于短侧板21上的第一铰链孔213中,将铰链40的第二铰链轴42安装于短侧板22上的第二铰链孔225中,从而通过铰链40连接第一短侧板21和第二短侧板22。第一铰链轴41可在第一铰链孔213中旋转,第二铰链轴42可在第二铰链孔225中旋转,从而,通过第一铰链柱41和第二铰链轴42的旋转实现短侧板21和短侧板22的相互折叠。
图1A-1B为图1中的A部分的放大图,其中,图1A为两块短侧板相互锁定的状态,图1B为解锁状态。如图1-1B所示,当第一短侧板21与第二短侧板22相互咬合时,第一咬合部211与第二咬合部221配合,铰链安装部223伸入开口212中。操作件31安装于第二短侧板22上,其两端的凸起313由挡板227对其进行垂直于第二短侧板22方向的限位,倒扣311卡入倒扣安装孔226中,锁舌32容纳于锁舌安装孔224内,并伸入锁孔33中,从而将短侧板21和短侧板22相互锁紧。
如图1A所示,当驱动操作件31向后滑动,从而驱动锁舌32从锁孔33中退出,则第一短侧板21和第二短侧板22相互解锁,由于第一咬合部211和第二咬合部221只能对第一短侧板21和第二短侧板22进行平行于短侧板方向的限位,因此,当解锁后,第一短侧板21和第二短测吧22可相互折叠,从而可 以折叠成如图3所示的折叠状态。

需要解锁时,横向移动操作件31,即平行于短侧板22地的方向移动操作件31,锁舌32脱离短侧板31的锁孔,短侧板21、22向内折叠,依此操作折叠对侧的短侧板21、22,最终侧板折叠成图3所示的扁平状结构。
安装时,长、短侧板呈相互平行状态,长侧板铰链轴51嵌入短侧板铰链安装槽54内,长侧板铰链轴51与倒钩52的斜面导向迫使倒钩52向外退让,倒钩52将长侧板铰链轴51锁定在铰链槽内,同时短侧板相对于长侧板旋转至90°时,铰链轴突出部与短侧板突出部配合,限制长短侧板大致呈垂直时的相互脱离。
下面结合图6-7对本发明另一实施例的框架进行详细描述。本实施例与前一实施例的主要区别在于,本实施例中通过旋转手柄来解锁,而前一实施例中通过滑动操作件来解锁,因此在本实施例没有详细描述的地方,参见前一实施例的相关描述。
图6为另一实施例的一组短侧板20的立体图,其中,短侧板21和短侧板22处于锁定状态,图6A-6B为图6中的E部分的放大图,图7为图6中的一组短侧板20的立体分解图。
如图6-7所示,操作件31A还包括手柄34,手柄34的两端设有限位部341,限位部341的端面上设有转轴342,第二短侧板22上设有容纳转轴342的转轴安装孔228,以及所述操作件31A的侧面一体伸出两个凸出块314,凸出块314上设有与限位部341配合的滑槽315,从而通过转轴342与滑槽315的配合实现手柄34可转动地驱动所述锁舌32。
与第一实施例类似,操作件31还包括复位弹片312,复位弹片设于锁舌32的后方。
解锁时,手柄34向外翻转,转轴342在短侧板22的转轴安装孔228内旋转,限位部341背靠滑槽315,从而锁舌32在把位部341的拖动下复位弹片312屈服,最终锁舌32向短侧板22端部运动解锁。
图8是本发明托盘围板箱的立体图,如图8所示,根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种托盘围板箱200,该托盘围板箱200包括上述框架100和托盘200,框架100安装于托盘200上。较佳地,在框架100上设有多个限位凸缘101,通过限位凸缘101可以在托盘200上层叠多个框架100。
本发明的框架在两块短侧板铰接处设置有可手动驱动的解锁装置,在框架展开使用时,能使相邻短侧板保持相对的平行,最大程度的减小侧板受货物张力时的形变,从而也增加在其上堆叠另一框架时支撑及限位的有效性和可靠性。在使用过程中,侧板折叠便利,展开使用时短侧板的咬合部能有效限制侧板位移,最大程度减小侧板因咬合引起的向外形变,提高了容器装载运输或相互堆放可靠性。

  1. 一种框架,包括相对的两块长侧板(10)和相对的两组短侧板(20),每一组短侧板(20)包括两块短侧板(21、22),所述两块短侧板(21、22)可相互折叠,相邻的长侧板(10)和短侧板(21、22)可相互折叠,其特征在于,所述两块短侧板(21、22)之一设有至少一个第一咬合部(211),另一块短侧板设有与所述第一咬合部配合的第二咬合部(221),以及所述两块短侧板(21、22)之间进一步设有锁定装置(30),所述锁定装置(30)包括操作件(31)、锁定件(32)以及与所述锁定件(32)配合的锁定结构(33),其中所述锁定件(32)安装于一块所述短侧板(21、22)上,所述锁定结构(33)设置于另一块所述短侧板(21、22)上,以及所述操作件(31)可操作地带动所述锁定件(32)与所述锁定结构(33)配合锁定或分开解锁,从而锁定或解锁所述两块短侧板(21、22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,所述两块短侧板(21、22)之一设有相互间隔开的多个所述第一咬合部(211),另一块所述短侧板(21、22)设有多个所述第二咬合部(221),其中所述第二咬合部(221)之间设有铰链安装部(223),所述铰链安装部(223)插入两个所述第一咬合部(211)之间,以及所述锁定件(32)设置于与所述第二咬合部(221)相同的高度处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的框架,其特征在于,所述锁定件(32)为锁舌,所述锁定结构(33)为锁孔,所述操作件(31)可操作地带动所述锁舌(32)伸入所述锁孔(33)或从所述锁孔(33)退出,从而锁定或解锁所述两块短侧板(21、22)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的框架,其特征在于,所述两块短侧板包括第一短侧板(21)和第二短侧板(22),其中所述第一咬合部(211)和所述锁孔(33)设于所述第一短侧板上,所述第二咬合部(221)设于所述第二短侧板(22)上,以及所述操作件(31)可活动地安装于所述第二短侧板(22)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的框架,其特征在于,在所述第二短侧板(22)的内侧面设有凹坑(222),所述第二咬合部(221)设于所述凹坑(222)内并从所述凹坑(222)一体向所述框架内侧伸出,以及在所述凹坑(222)的与所述第 一短侧板(21)相面对的侧壁上设有锁舌安装孔(224)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的框架,其特征在于,所述第一短侧板(21)和所述第二短侧板(22)通过铰链(40)连接,沿所述第二短侧板(22)的高度方向上设有多个锁舌安装孔(224),每两个锁锁舌安装孔(224)之间设有铰链安装部(223)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的框架,其特征在于,所述操作件(31)和锁舌(32)一体形成,所述操作件(31)包括倒扣(311)和复位弹片(312),所述复位弹片(312)设于所述锁舌(32)的后方,所述第二短侧板(22)设有与所述倒扣(311)配合的倒扣安装孔(226),通过将所述倒扣(311)卡入所述倒扣安装孔(226)内以及将所述锁舌(32)装入所述锁舌安装孔(224)中从而将所述操作件(31)和锁舌(32)安装于所述第二短侧板(22)上。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的框架,其特征在于,所述操作件(31A)还包括手柄(34),所述手柄(34)的两端设有限位部(341),所述限位部(341)的端面上设有转轴(342),所述第二短侧板上设有容纳所述转轴(342)的转轴安装孔(228),以及所述操作件(31A)的侧面一体伸出两个凸出块(314),所述凸出块(314)上设有与所述限位部(341)配合的滑槽(315),从而通过所述转轴(342)与所述滑槽(315)的配合实现所述手柄(34)可转动地驱动所述锁舌(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的框架,其特征在于,相邻的长侧板和短侧板之间通过第二铰链连接,所述第二铰链包括设于长侧板上的长侧板铰链轴以及设于短侧板上的挂钩和凸起,所述长侧板铰链轴的上端部的侧面包括曲面部分和平面部分,当所述长侧板垂直于所述短侧板时,所述平面部分与所述凸起的端部垂直,当所述长侧板相对于所述短侧板折叠时,所述平面部分与所述凸起的端部平行,以及所述挂钩用于与所述长侧板铰链柱的侧面配合。
  10. 一种托盘围板箱,其特征在于,所述托盘围板箱包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的框架和托盘,所述框架安装于所述托盘上。
  11. 一种框架,包括相对的两块长侧板(10)和相对的两组短侧板(20),每一组短侧板(20)包括两块短侧板(21、22),所述两块短侧板(21、22) 可相互折叠,相邻的长侧板(10)和短侧板(21、22)可相互折叠,其特征在于,所述两块短侧板(21、22)之间设有锁定装置(30),所述锁定装置(30)包括操作件(31)、锁定件(32)以及与所述锁定件(32)配合的锁定结构(33),其中所述锁定件(32)安装于一块所述短侧板(21、22)上,所述锁定结构(33)设置于另一块所述短侧板(21、22)上,以及所述操作件(31)可操作地带动所述锁定件(32)与所述锁定结构(33)配合锁定或分开解锁,从而锁定或解锁所述两块短侧板(21、22)。
