본 발명은 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 요리스튜디오의 대관, 온오프라인의 요리클래스 개설, 요리클래스 수강, 요리 관련 상품의 홍보 및 판매를 유기적으로 수행하는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법에 관한 것이다.
최근 삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 음식이 단순한 생명 유지의 수단이 아닌 즐거움이자 취미의 목적으로 여겨지고 있다. 이와 함께 음식을 먹는 것뿐 아니라 음식을 만드는 요리의 과정이 또 하나의 취미가 되어 요리를 전문적으로 배우고자 하는 수요가 급속도로 증가하고 있다.
관련하여 한국 공개특허 10-2006-0065981에 따르면 통신망을 통한 요리법 컨텐츠 제공 서비스 장치 및 그 방법이 개시된다. 이는 이동통신단말기의 화면 및 사운드 처리 기능을 이용하여 실시간으로 조리법을 멀티미디어로 제공하는 장치 및 방법을 제시하고 있으나 요리에 대한 관심이나 애정을 충족시키기에는 부족함이 있다.
한편, 전술한 배경기술은 발명자가 본 발명의 도출을 위해 보유하고 있었거나, 본 발명의 도출 과정에서 습득한 기술 정보로서, 반드시 본 발명의 출원 전에 일반 공중에게 공개된 공지기술이라 할 수는 없다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법을 제시하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 요리스튜디오의 대관, 온오프라인의 요리클래스 개설, 요리클래스 수강, 요리 관련 상품의 홍보 및 판매를 유기적으로 수행하는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법을 제시하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 기술적 수단으로서, 본 발명의 제 1 측면에 따르면, 대관주체로부터 요리스튜디오 대관 정보를 수신하고, 요리전문가로부터 요리스튜디오 대관 신청을 수신하여, 수신한 대관 정보 및 대관 신청에 기초하여 요리스튜디오의 대관 일정을 생성하는 대관일정관리부, 요리전문가로부터 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신하는 개설요청수신부, 요리전문가로부터 요리콘텐트를 수신하는 콘텐트관리부, 요리클래스 개설 요청과 대관 일정 및 요리콘텐트에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설하는 클래스개설부 및 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공하는 강의정보제공부를 포함하는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템이 개시된다.
본 발명의 제2 측면에 따르면, 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템이 수행하는 것으로서, 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신하는 단계, 개설 요청에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설하는 단계 및 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 요리콘텐트 제공 방법이 개시된다.
본 발명의 제 3 측면에 따르면, 요리콘텐트 방법을 수행하는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터 판독가능한 기록매체로서, 상기 요리콘텐트 방법은 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템이 수행하는 것으로서, 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신하는 단계, 개설 요청에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설하는 단계 및 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 제4측면에 따르면, 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템에 의해 수행되며, 요리콘텐트 제공 방법을 수행하기 위해 기록매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램으로서, 상기 요리콘텐트 제공 방법은 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템이 수행하는 것으로서, 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신하는 단계, 개설 요청에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설하는 단계 및 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
전술한 본 발명의 과제 해결 수단 중 어느 하나에 의하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법을 제시할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 과제 해결 수단 중 어느 하나에 의하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 요리스튜디오의 대관, 온오프라인의 요리클래스 개설, 요리클래스 수강, 요리 관련 상품의 홍보 및 판매를 유기적으로 수행하는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법을 제시할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 과제 해결 수단 중 어느 하나에 의하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예는 요리스튜디오의 대관주체, 온오프라인의 요리클래스를 개설하고자 하는 요리전문가, 요리클래스를 수강하고자 하는 수강생, 요리 관련 상품을 홍보 및 판매하고자 하는 요리유관업자의 역할이 고정되지 않고, 각 사용자가 모든 역할을 수행할 수 있는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템 및 제공 방법을 제시할 수 있다. 즉, 각 사용자는 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 모든 역할을 유동적으로 수행할 수 있다.
이로써 본 발명의 일 실시예는 요리를 하기 위한 자원, 요리 강습을 위한 자원, 요리 관련 정보, 요리 관련 상품의 정보 등을 포괄하는 요리 관련 자원을 자유롭게 공유할 수 있는 시스템 및 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

아래에서는 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명한다. 그러나 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다. 그리고 도면에서 본 발명을 명확하게 설명하기 위해서 설명과 관계없는 부분은 생략하였으며, 명세서 전체를 통하여 유사한 부분에 대해서는 유사한 도면 부호를 붙였다.
명세서 전체에서, 어떤 부분이 다른 부분과 "연결"되어 있다고 할 때, 이는 "직접적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우뿐 아니라, 그 중간에 다른 소자를 사이에 두고 "전기적으로 연결"되어 있는 경우도 포함한다. 또한 어떤 부분이 어떤 구성요소를 "포함"한다고 할 때, 이는 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한 다른 구성요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 의미한다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참고하여 본 발명을 상세히 설명하기로 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)의 구성을 개략적으로 도시한 구성도이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리스튜디오의 대관 일정을 생성하고, 요리콘텐트를 수신하여 온오프라인의 요리클래스를 개설하는 등의 요리콘텐트 제공 방법을 수행하는 시스템으로서, 도 1에 따르면 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 사용자 단말(10) 및 요리콘텐트 제공 서버(20)를 포함할 수 있다.
여기서 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)에 포함되는 각 구성요소는 네트워크(N)를 통해 통신할 수 있다. 이때 네트워크(N)는 근거리 통신망(Local Area Network; LAN), 광역 통신망(Wide Area Network; WAN), 부가가치 통신망(Value Added Network; VAN), 개인 근거리 무선통신(Personal Area Network; PAN), 이동 통신망(mobile radio communication network), Wibro(Wireless Broadband Internet), Mobile WiMAX, HSDPA(High Speed Downlink Packet Access) 또는 위성 통신망 등과 같은 모든 종류의 유/무선 네트워크로 구현될 수 있다. 이때 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 서버-클라이언트 시스템으로 구현될 수 있고, 이를 위해 유저와의 인터랙션을 위한 클라이언트가 설치된 사용자 단말(10)을 포함할 수 있다.
또한 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 예를 들어, 사용자 단말(10) 또는 다른 서버 각각으로 웹 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 웹서버(또는 모바일 웹서버)일 수 있으며, 또는 예를 들어, 포털 사이트 서버 등 다양한 웹 컨텐츠 프로바이더의 서버 시스템일 수 있으며, 또는 웹서버를 포함하여 로드밸런싱 서버, 데이터베이스 서버 등 일군의 서버 시스템으로 구현될 수도 있다.
또는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리콘텐트 제공을 위한 애플리케이션이 설치된 사용자 단말(10)로 구현되거나, 서버-클라이언트 시스템으로 구현될 수 있다. 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)이 서버-클라이언트 시스템으로 구현된다면 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 유저와의 인터랙션을 위한 클라이언트가 설치된 사용자 단말(10)을 포함할 수 있다.
여기서 사용자 단말(10)은, 예를 들어, 네트워크(N)를 통해 원격지의 서버에 접속하거나, 타 단말 및 서버와 연결 가능한 컴퓨터나 휴대용 단말기, 텔레비전, 웨어러블 디바이스(Wearable Device) 등으로 구현될 수 있다. 여기서, 컴퓨터는 예를 들어, 웹 브라우저(WEB Browser)가 탑재된 노트북, 데스크톱(desktop), 랩톱(laptop)등을 포함하고, 휴대용 단말기는 예를 들어, 휴대성과 이동성이 보장되는 무선 통신 장치로서, PCS(Personal Communication System), PDC(Personal Digital Cellular), PHS(Personal Handyphone System), PDA(Personal Digital Assistant),GSM(Global System for Mobile communications), IMT(International Mobile Telecommunication)-2000, CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)-2000, W-CDMA(W-Code Division Multiple Access), Wibro(Wireless Broadband Internet), 스마트폰(Smart Phone), 모바일 WiMAX(Mobile Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) 등과 같은 모든 종류의 핸드헬드(Handheld) 기반의 무선 통신 장치를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 텔레비전은 IPTV(Internet Protocol Television), 인터넷 TV(Internet Television), 지상파 TV, 케이블 TV 등을 포함할 수 있다. 나아가 웨어러블 디바이스는 예를 들어, 시계, 안경, 액세서리, 의복, 신발 등 인체에 직접 착용 가능한 타입의 정보처리장치로서, 직접 또는 다른 정보처리장치를 통해 네트워크를 경유하여 원격지의 서버에 접속하거나 타 단말과 연결될 수 있다.
또한 사용자 단말(10)은, 사용자의 인터랙션을 가능하게 하는 인터페이스(예를 들어, 표시화면, 키보드 또는 마우스, 터치디스플레이 등)를 포함하는 전자 단말기 상에 구현될 수 있다.
이와 같은 사용자 단말(10)은, 수행하는 역할에 따라 대관주체의 단말(11), 요리전문가의 단말(12), 수강생의 단말(13) 및 요리유관업자의 단말(14) 각각으로 구분될 수 있다.
관련하여 도 2를 참고하면, 요리콘텐트 제공 서버(20)는 상술한 바와 같은 하나 이상의 사용자 단말(11, 12, 13, 14)과 통신할 수 있음이 구체적으로 도시되어 있다. 또한 요리콘텐트 제공 서버(20)는 타 서버(30, 40)와 통신함으로써 요리콘텐트 제공 방법을 수행할 수 있다.
즉, 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리스튜디오의 대관, 요리클래스의 개설, 요리클래스의 수강, 요리 상품의 정보와 같은 요리 관련 자원을 공유하기 위하여, 요리클래스를 진행하거나 요리 실습을 할 수 있는 요리스튜디오를 대관하는 대관주체의 단말(11), 요리스튜디오를 대관하여 요리클래스를 개설하거나 요리콘텐트를 제공하는 요리전문가의 단말(12), 요리스튜디오를 대관하여 요리를 실습하거나 요리클래스를 수강하는 수강생의 단말(13), 식자재 또는 주방용품 등 요리에 관련된 상품인 요리 상품을 홍보 및 판매하는 요리유관업자의 단말(14)과 통신할 수 있다. 이때 수강생의 단말(13)은 수강생과의 인터랙션을 위한 인터랙션장치(15)를 포함하거나 인터랙션장치(15)와 통신할 수 있다. 이에 대한 내용은 관련 부분에서 구체적으로 후술한다.
또한 요리콘텐트 제공 서버(20)는 요리 상품 판매를 위해 상품판매서버(30)와 통신하거나 요리클래스 개설을 위한 펀딩을 모금하는 펀딩관리시스템(40)과 통신할 수 있다.
단, 본 발명의 실시예에서 사용자는 그 역할이 고정되어 있지 않고, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 모든 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 따라서 각 사용자 단말(11, 12, 13, 14) 또는 각 사용자는 본 발명의 일 실시예의 모든 역할을 유동적으로 수행할 수 있다. 다시 말해, 한 사용자가 요리스튜디오를 대관해주는 역할을 할 때는 대관주체, 요리클래스를 개설할 때는 요리전문가, 요리클래스를 수강할 때는 수강생, 요리 관련 상품을 홍보하고 판매할 때는 요리유관업자가 되는 것이다. 그러므로 본 발명의 실시예에서 대관주체, 요리전문가, 수강생 및 요리유관업자로 지칭되는 사용자는 설명의 용이성을 위한 지정일 뿐 그 역할이 고정되어 있는 것은 아니다.
한편 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)의 각 구성을 도시한 블록도가 도시된다.
도 3에 따르면 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 대관일정관리부(110), 개설요청수신부(120), 콘텐트관리부(130), 클래스개설부(140), 강의정보제공부(150) 및 상품정보관리부(160)를 포함할 수 있다.
먼저 대관일정관리부(110)는 대관주체로부터 요리스튜디오 대관 정보를 수신할 수 있다. 여기서 요리스튜디오 대관 정보는 요리스튜디오의 위치, 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구, 대관료 및 요리스튜디오의 대관 가능 시간에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구에 대한 정보는, 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구의 종류 및 개수에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예로서 대관일정관리부(110)가 수신하는 대관 정보에는 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구의 식별정보가 포함될 수 있다. 이를 위해 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구 각각에는 식별태그가 포함될 수 있다. 이때 식별태그는 바코드, QR코드 등의 이미지 코드, 입체 코드, NFC 태그, RFID 태그를 포함할 수 있다. 또한 대관일정관리부(110)는 장비 및 도구에 포함된 식별태그의 식별정보를 획득하기 위한 식별장치를 포함하거나 식별장치와 통신하거나 식별장치와 통신하는 사용자 단말(10)로부터 식별정보를 수신할 수 있다.
즉, 대관일정관리부(110)는 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구 각각의 식별정보를 수신함으로써 장비 및 도구의 보유 여부 및 관리 상태에 대한 정보를 생성하고, 장비 및 도구를 관리할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 대관일정관리부(110)는 식별정보를 수신하여 이전에 수신하여 저장된 식별정보와 비교함으로써 요리스튜디오에 국자가 몇 개 구비되어 있는지, 구비되어 있던 국자 중 분실된 국자가 있는지, 분실되었다면 식별정보에 따라 어떤 사용자가 사용하던 국자인지 여부에 대한 정보를 생성하고, 제공할 수 있다. 이처럼 대관일정관리부(110)는 요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구의 관리를 자동화함으로써 후술할 대관 신청을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
나아가 대관일정관리부(110)는 수신한 대관 정보에 대응되는 요리스튜디오에 대한 식별자를 대관주체로부터 입력 받거나 생성하고, 요리스튜디오에 대한 식별자와 그에 대응하는 대관 정보와 매칭하여 저장할 수 있다. 여기서 요리스튜디오에 대한 식별자란, 요리스튜디오를 식별할 수 있는 정보로서, 요리스튜디오의 명칭 또는 식별번호 등을 포함할 수 있다. 또한 대관일정관리부(110)는 수신한 요리스튜디오 대관 정보와 그에 대응하는 식별자를 매칭하여 요리스튜디오를 대관하고자 하는 요리전문가 등 타사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
또한 대관일정관리부(110)는 요리전문가로부터 요리스튜디오 대관 신청을 수신할 수 있다. 이때 요리스튜디오 대관 신청은 대관 정보에 기초하여 이루어질 수 있으며, 대관 신청에는 대관하고자 하는 요리스튜디오의 조건인 대관 조건 및 대관을 신청하는 자에 대한 정보인 대관 신청자 정보가 포함될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 대관일정관리부(110)가 요리전문가에게 대관 정보 및 대관 조건을 입력할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하면, 요리전문가는 인터페이스를 통해 요리스튜디오의 식별자, 위치, 구비된 장비 및 도구, 대관하고자 하는 시간 등 대관 조건을 선택하거나 입력할 수 있다. 또한 대관일정관리부(110)는 대관하고자 하는 자를 식별할 수 있는 식별자, 예를 들면 요리전문가의 이름, 별칭, 식별기호 등 대관 신청자 정보를 입력할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하고, 요리전문가는 대관 신청자 정보를 입력할 수 있다.
또한 대관일정관리부(110)는 대관 정보와 대관 신청을 비교하여, 대관 정보가 대관 신청에 포함된 대관 조건에 부합할 때 대관이 완료된 것으로 처리하고, 이를 반영하여 대관 일정을 생성할 수 있다.
즉 대관일정관리부(110)는 수신한 대관 정보 및 대관 신청에 기초하여 요리스튜디오의 대관 일정을 생성할 수 있다. 여기서 대관 일정은 각 요리스튜디오의 대관 가능일 또는 시간, 대관 불가능일 또는 시간 정보를 포함할 수 있고, 대관 불가능일은 대관 완료일을 포함할 수 있다. 대관일정수신부는 대관 일정을 날짜별, 요리스튜디오별로 제공할 수 있다. 또한 대관일정관리부(110)는 대관 정보 및 대관 신청이 수신될 때마다 기 생성한 대관 일정을 변경하여 제공할 수 있다.
한편 개설요청수신부(120)는 요리전문가로부터 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신할 수 있다. 요리클래스 개설 요청은 요리클래스가 온라인인지 오프라인인지 여부, 요리클래스에서 다룰 요리의 장르, 식자재, 모집 인원, 준비물, 강습료 등에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 더불어 콘텐트관리부(130)는 요리전문가로부터 요리콘텐트를 수신할 수 있다. 여기서 요리콘텐트는 요리전문가의 요리 과정을 촬영한 동영상 또는 요리 과정을 상세하게 설명하는 텍스트 및 사진을 포함할 수 있다. 또한 요리콘텐트는 요리콘텐트에 등장하거나 요리콘텐트를 작성한 요리전문가의 식별자, 요리콘텐트에 포함된 요리의 명칭, 장르, 식자재, 준비물 등에 대한 정보, 즉 요리콘텐트 식별정보를 포함할 수 있다.
이때 클래스개설부(140)는 상술한 요리클래스 개설 요청, 대관 일정 및 요리콘텐트에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다. 예를 들어 클래스개설부(140)는 대관 일정에서, 대관 신청한 요리전문가의 식별자, 대관 신청된 요리스튜디오의 위치, 대관 시간 등의 정보를 추출하고, 요리클래스 개설 요청에서 요리의 장르, 식자재, 모집 인원, 준비물, 강습료 등의 정보를 추출하여, 추출된 정보에 대응되는 오프라인 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다. 또한 클래스개설부(140)는 수신한 요리콘텐트에 기초하여 요리콘텐트를 제공하는 온라인 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다.
나아가 클래스개설부(140)는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)의 관리자, 요리전문가 및 수강생 중 적어도 하나로부터 요리클래스 개설 조건 정보를 포함하는 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신할 수 있다. 여기서, 요리클래스 개설 조건이란 요리클래스 개설을 위해 성취되어야 하는 조건을 말한다. 예를 들어 요리클래스가 개설되기 위한 최소 수강 인원인 동참 인원 조건 또는 요리클래스가 개설되기 위한 모금액에 대한 정보인 펀딩 조건을 포함할 수 있다.
관련하여 클래스개설부(140)는 동참 인원 조건 정보를 포함하는 요리클래스 개설 요청 정보를 공지하고, 수강생을 모집할 수 있다. 또한 요리클래스에 동참하고자 하는 수강생으로부터 동참 의사를 수신할 수 있다. 이때 동참 인원 조건 이상의 수강생으로부터 동참 의사를 수신하면, 클래스개설부(140)는 개설 요청에 대응하는 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다.
또한 클래스개설부(140)는 펀딩 조건 정보를 포함하는 요리클래스 개설 요청 정보를 공지할 수 있다. 이때 펀딩의 모금은 펀딩관리시스템(40)을 통해 이루어질 수 있다. 펀딩을 모금하는 펀딩관리시스템(40)은 모금된 펀딩 정보를 생성하여 클래스개설부(140)로 송신할 수 있다. 펀딩 정보를 수신한 클래스개설부(140)는, 모금된 펀딩이 펀딩 조건을 만족하는 것으로 판단되면 클래면 개설 요청에 대응하는 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다. 펀딩관리시스템(40)은 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)에 포함될 수 있으나 별도의 시스템으로 운영될 수도 있다.
나아가 강의정보제공부(150)는 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 대관주체, 요리전문가, 수강생 등을 포함하는 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
이때 강의 정보는 요리클래스 개설 요청, 대관 일정 및 요리콘텐트 등에 포함된 정보, 예를 들면, 요리전문가의 식별자, 요리스튜디오의 위치, 요리클래스에서 다룰 요리 장르, 요리 재료, 요리에 이용되는 도구 및 장비에 대한 정보를 포함할 수 있으며, 강의정보제공부(150)는 강의 정보에 포함된 각 항목에 대한 검색 필터를 수강생에게 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 강의정보제공부(150)는 수강생으로부터 검색 필터에 기초하는 검색 요청 정보를 수신하고, 수신한 검색 요청 정보에 대응하는 강의 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 수강생은 제공받은 강의 정보에 기초하여 요리클래스에 대한 수강 신청을 할 수 있다. 강의정보제공부(150)는 수강 신청에 기초하여 요리콘텐트를 제공할 수 있다.
또한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 강의정보제공부(150)는 수강생의 음성 정보를 획득하는 인터랙션장치(15)로부터 수강생의 음성 정보를 수신하고, 수신한 음성 정보에 대응되는 강의 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이때 인터랙션장치(15)는 수강생이 요리를 하는 중에 수강생의 음성 정보를 획득할 수 있는 위치, 예를 들면 수강생이 착용하는 앞치마에 부착될 수 있다. 또한 인터랙션장치(15)는 디스플레이패널, 스피커 등의 출력 장치를 포함할 수 있으나 출력 장치를 포함하는 별도의 단말, 예를 들면 수강생의 단말(13)과 통신함으로써 본 발명의 일 실시예를 수행할 수 있다.
구체적으로 강의정보제공부(150)는 인터랙션장치(15)로부터 수강생의 음성 정보를 수신하고, 수신한 음성 정보를 분석하여 검색 필터에 대응하는 검색 요청 정보를 추출할 수 있다. 그리고 추출한 검색 요청 정보에 대응하는 강의 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 이때 강의 정보는 요리콘텐트를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 인터랙션장치(15)가 부착된 앞치마를 착용한 수강생이 베이킹을 하기 위해 “안상미 선생님의 생크림 케이크 만드는 법을 보여줘”라고 말하면, 인터랙션장치(15)는 수강생의 음성 정보를 획득하여 강의정보제공부(150)로 송신한다. 강의정보제공부(150)는 수강생의 음성 정보를 분석하여 검색 필터에 대응하는 음성 정보인 '안상미', '생크림 케이크'를 추출할 수 있고, 이에 대응하는 요리콘텐트인 '요리전문가 안상미의 생크림 케이크 레시피'를 동영상, 사운드, 텍스트 등으로 제공할 수 있다. 또한 '요리전문가 안상미의 생크림 케이크 레시피'를 이용하던 수강생이 밀가루 반죽을 하는 와중에 “양지은의 생크림 레시피를 보여줘”라고 말하면 인터랙션장치(15)로부터 수강생의 음성 정보를 획득한 강의정보제공부(150)가 요리콘텐트인 '양지은의 생크림 레시피'를 제공할 수 있다. 이때 요리콘텐트는 인터랙션장치(15)와 통신하는 수강생의 단말(13)을 통해 제공될 수 있다.
또한 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 상품정보관리부(160)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상품정보관리부(160)는 요리에 사용되는 식자재, 주방 용품 등 요리 관련 상품에 대한 정보인 요리 상품 정보를 요리유관업자로부터 수신하고 수신한 요리 상품 정보를 타사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
예를 들어 상품정보관리부(160)는 수강생의 수강 신청 정보에 기초하여 수강생이 참여한 요리클래스와 관련한 강의 정보를 추출하고, 추출한 강의 정보에 기초하여 요리클래스에서 이용된 식자재 또는 주방 용품과 관련한 요리 상품 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 또는 수강생에게 강의 정보를 제공함에 있어서, 제공하는 강의 정보에 대응되는 요리 상품 정보를 함께 제공함으로써 수강생으로 하여금 요리클래스에 참여하기 위하여 새로 구입해야 하는 물품이 무엇인지를 확인하게 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 수강생에게 편리하면서도 자연스러운 구매를 유도할 수 있다.
그리고 요리 상품 정보를 제공받은 수강생 등 사용자는 요리 상품 정보에 기초하여 요리 상품에 대한 구매를 요청할 수 있다. 이때 상품정보관리부(160)는 요리 상품 정보에 기초하는 요리 상품 구매 요청을 수신하여 요리유관업자에게 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 상품정보관리부(160)는 요리 상품에 대한 홍보 및 매매를 중개할 수 있다. 또한 상품정보관리부(160)는 상품판매서버(30)와 통신하여 요리 상품 구매 요청을 송신할 수 있다. 이때 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 상품판매서버(30)를 포함함으로써 요리 상품에 대한 매매를 직접 수행하거나 별도로 운영되는 상품판매서버(30)에 요리 상품 구매 요청을 송신함으로써 요리 상품의 매매를 중개할 수도 있다.
다음은 도 4 내지 도 8을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 요리콘텐트 제공 방법을 설명한다. 도 4 내지 도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 요리콘텐트 제공 방법을 설명하기 위한 순서도이다.
후술하는 요리콘텐트 제공 방법은, 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)에서 시계열적으로 처리되는 단계들을 포함한다. 따라서, 이하에서 생략된 내용이라고 하더라도 도 1 내지 도 3에 도시된 시스템에 관하여 이상에서 기술한 내용은 후술하는 요리콘텐트 제공 방법에도 적용될 수 있다.
먼저 도 4에 도시된 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신하고(S41), 수신한 개설 요청에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다(S42).
관련하여 도 5를 참고하면, 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리클래스 개설을 위해 대관주체로부터 요리스튜디오 대관 정보를 수신할 수 있다(S51). 요리스튜디오 대관 정보는 구비된 장비 및 도구, 요리스튜디오의 위치 및 요리스튜디오의 대관 가능 시간에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있음은 상술한 바 있다.
또한 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리전문가로부터 요리스튜디오 대관 신청을 수신하고, 대관 정보 및 대관 신청에 기초하여 요리스튜디오의 대관 일정을 생성하여(S52), 생성한 대관 일정에 대응하는 요리클래스 개설 요청을 요리전문가로부터 수신할 수 있다(S53). 이때 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리클래스 개설 요청 및 대관 일정에 기초하여 오프라인 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다(S54).
한편 도 6을 참고하면, 요리클래스 개설 요청을 수신(S41)하여 요리클래스를 개설하는(S42) 또 다른 실시예가 도시된다. 예를 들어 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리전문가로부터 요리콘텐트를 수신하고(S61), 수신한 요리콘텐트에 기초하여 온라인 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있다(S62).
즉, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리클래스를 진행하거나 요리 실습을 할 수 있는 요리스튜디오 대관을 중개할 뿐 아니라 요리전문가가 오프라인 요리클래스 또는 온라인 요리클래스를 개설하고 요리의 지식을 공유할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있다.
또한 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공할 수 있다(S43).
관련하여 도 7을 참고하면, 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리 장르, 요리전문가의 식별자, 요리스튜디오의 위치, 요리 재료, 요리에 이용되는 도구 및 장비에 대한 검색 필터를 수강생에게 제공하고, 수강생으로부터 상기 검색 필터에 기초하는 검색 요청 정보를 수신할 수 있다(S71). 또한 검색 요청 정보에 대응하는 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공할 수 있다(S72).
한편 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리유관업자로부터 요리 상품 정보를 수신하고, 수신한 요리 상품 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 대관업자, 요리전문가, 수강생 등을 포함하는 사용자에게 요리 관련 상품인 식자재, 주방 용품 등의 요리 상품에 대한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 나아가 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리 상품 정보에 기초하는 요리 상품 구매 요청을 수신하고, 수신한 요리 상품 구매 요청을 요리유관업자에게 제공할 수 있다.
이로써 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리클래스를 진행하거나 요리 실습을 할 수 있는 요리스튜디오의 대관, 온오프라인의 요리클래스의 개설, 요리클래스 정보 제공 및 요리클래스 수강생 모집, 나아가 요리 상품의 정보 제공 및 판매를 아우르는 요리콘텐트 전반을 제공 또는 공유하는 요리콘텐트 제공 방법을 수행할 수 있다.
다음으로 도 8을 참고하여 요리콘텐트 제공 방법의 일 실시예를 살펴본다. 먼저 대관주체는 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)에 대하여 대관 정보를 입력할 수 있다(S801). 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 입력 받은 대관 정보를 요리전문가에게 제공할 수 있고(S802), 요리전문가는 제공 받은 대관 정보에 기초하여 대관 신청을 입력할 수 있다(S803). 이때 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 대관 정보 및 대관 신청에 기초하여 대관 일정을 생성할 수 있다(S804).
또한 요리전문가는 요리클래스 개설 요청 또는 요리콘텐트를 입력할 수 있다(S805). 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 요리클래스 개설 요청, 대관 일정 및 요리콘텐트에 기초하여 요리클래스를 개설할 수 있고(S806), 개설된 요리클래스의 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공할 수 있다(S807). 수강생은 제공받은 강의 정보에 기초하여 수강 신청을 할 수 있다(S808).
또한 요리유관업자는 요리 상품 정보를 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)으로 송신할 수 있다(S809). 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 수강생에게 요리 상품 정보를 제공할 수 있고(S810), 이때 수강생의 수강 신청에 기초하여 수강생이 참여하는 요리클래스와 관련된 요리 상품 정보를 선별하여 제공할 수 있다. 요리 상품 정보를 제공받은 수강생은 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)에 대하여 요리 상품 구매를 요청할 수 있고(S811), 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템(100)은 수신한 요리 상품 구매 요청을 요리유관업자에게 전달함으로써 요리 관련 상품의 홍보 및 매매를 중개할 수 있다(S812).
본 실시예에서 사용되는 '~부'라는 용어는 소프트웨어 또는 FPGA(field programmable gate array) 또는 ASIC 와 같은 하드웨어 구성요소를 의미하며, '~부'는 어떤 역할들을 수행한다. 그렇지만 '~부'는 소프트웨어 또는 하드웨어에 한정되는 의미는 아니다. 뿐만 아니라, 구성요소들 및 '~부'들은 디바이스 또는 보안 멀티미디어카드 내의 하나 또는 그 이상의 CPU 들을 재생시키도록 구현될 수도 있다
또한 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 요리콘텐트 제공 방법은 컴퓨터에 의해 실행 가능한 명령어를 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램(또는 컴퓨터 프로그램 상품)으로 구현될 수도 있다. 컴퓨터 프로그램은 프로세서에 의해 처리되는 프로그래밍 가능한 기계 명령어를 포함하고, 고레벨 프로그래밍 언어(High-level Programming Language), 객체 지향 프로그래밍 언어(Object-oriented Programming Language), 어셈블리 언어 또는 기계 언어 등으로 구현될 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 프로그램은 유형의 컴퓨터 판독가능 기록매체(예를 들어, 메모리, 하드디스크, 자기/광학 매체 또는 SSD(Solid-State Drive) 등)에 기록될 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 요리콘텐트 제공 방법은 상술한 바와 같은 컴퓨터 프로그램이 컴퓨팅 장치에 의해 실행됨으로써 구현될 수 있다. 컴퓨팅 장치는 프로세서와, 메모리와, 저장 장치와, 메모리 및 고속 확장포트에 접속하고 있는 고속 인터페이스와, 저속 버스와 저장 장치에 접속하고 있는 저속 인터페이스 중 적어도 일부를 포함할 수 있다. 이러한 성분들 각각은 다양한 버스를 이용하여 서로 접속되어 있으며, 공통 머더보드에 탑재되거나 다른 적절한 방식으로 장착될 수 있다.

    요리전문가로부터 요리콘텐트를 수신하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 요리클래스를 개설하는 단계는,
    상기 요리콘텐트에 기초하여 온라인 요리클래스를 개설하는 단계를 포함하는, 요리콘텐트 제공 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 대관 정보를 수신하는 단계는,
    요리스튜디오에 구비된 장비 및 도구, 요리스튜디오의 위치 및 요리스튜디오의 대관 가능 시간에 대한 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 요리스튜디오 대관 정보를 수신하는 단계를 포함하는, 요리콘텐트 제공 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 강의 정보를 수강생에게 제공하는 단계는,
    요리 장르, 요리전문가의 식별자, 요리스튜디오의 위치, 요리 재료, 요리에 이용되는 도구 및 장비에 대한 검색 필터를 수강생에게 제공하고, 수강생으로부터 상기 검색 필터에 기초하는 검색 요청 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 검색 요청 정보에 대응하는 강의 정보를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 요리콘텐트 제공 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서,
    요리유관업자로부터 요리 상품 정보를 수신하고, 수신한 요리 상품 정보를 제공하는 단계; 및
    상기 요리 상품 정보에 기초하는 요리 상품 구매 요청을 수신하고, 수신한 요리 상품 구매 요청을 요리유관업자에게 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 요리콘텐트 제공 방법.
  17. 제11항에 기재된 방법을 수행하는 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터 판독가능한 기록매체.
  18. 요리콘텐트 제공 시스템에 의해 수행되며, 제11항에 기재된 방법을 수행하기 위해 기록매체에 저장된 컴퓨터 프로그램.
