本实施例通过上述操作不但实现了语音通讯的盲操作,从而使用户低头操作即时通讯装置100的次数趋于零,极大程度地提高了操作的便捷性,以驾车为例,进而有效降低了驾车的风险性,而且实现了免提操作,进一步提高了所述即时通讯装置的便捷性及操作的方便性。
参见图2,进一步地,本实施例中,所述的即时通讯装置100还可以包括:提示器50,所述提示器50用于响应于一录制提示指令而向用户发出提示信号;
其中,所述动作解释器30还配置成响应于所述语音录制动作发出所述录制提示指令。可选地,所述录制提示指令与所述语音录制指令由所述动作解释器30同时发出。
本实施例中,通过在录制语音之前增加一个提示器,由此解决因用户不知道何时开始录音,而经常出现用户太早讲话,导致录音的开头没有记录的问题,提高了用户体验。
参见图2所示,进一步地,所述提示器50包括:图形提示单元、振动提示单元和/或音频提示单元。其中,所述提示器50可以是单一的图形提示单元、振动提示单元或音频提示单元,还可以是图形提示单元和振动提示单元,还可以是图形提示单元和音频提示单元,还可以是振动提示单元和音频提示单元,还可以是图形提示单元、振动提示单元和音频提示单元。
其中,图形提示单元用于响应于所述录制提示指令而在所述即时通讯界面中呈现预定的提示图形。进一步地,所述提示图形为以所述当前位置为中心的虚拟按钮51。更进一步地,所述虚拟按钮51为圆形虚拟按钮、正方形虚拟按钮或长方形虚拟按钮。更具体地,圆形虚拟按钮可以是半径大于等于5MM的圆形图标,长方形虚拟按钮可以是比例与手机比例相同的长方形图标。本领域 普通技术人员都知道,虚拟按钮51的形状不局限于上述形状,它可以是任何形状只要能满足实用美观即可。
振动提示单元用于响应于所述录制提示指令而使得所述可触摸屏幕10振动。
音频提示单元用于响应于所述录制提示指令而发出一提示音。音频提示单元的提示音可以是各类提示音,可以是自带提示音,也可以用户个性化提示音,还可以是用户下载的提示音。

进一步地,本实施例中,所述的即时通讯装置100还包括:图形提示单元,所述图形提示单元用于响应于所述录制提示指令而在所述即时通讯界面中呈现以所述当前位置为中心的虚拟按钮51。优选地,所述虚拟按钮51为圆形虚拟按钮、正方形虚拟按钮或长方形虚拟按钮。所述撤销发送动作为从所述当前位置沿任意方向滑到所述虚拟按钮51之外的滑动操作,例如当虚拟按钮51为圆形虚拟按钮时,所述撤销发送动作为从所述当前位置沿任意方向滑到所述圆形虚拟按钮之外的滑动操作。优选地,手指滑动距离大于1cm时激活撤销发送指令。
更进一步地,本实施例中,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕10达到预定时间形成;所述语音发送 动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕10形成;所述撤销发送动作与所述语音录制动作是在不释放所述可触摸屏幕10的情况下连续执行的动作。
更进一步地,本实施例中,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕10达到预定时间,且随后多次连击所述可触摸屏幕形成,其中,所述连击是指连续击中同一位置或近似同一位置两次以上;所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕10形成;所述撤销发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处按压并执行的从所述当前位置至其他位置的滑动操作。
参见图2,进一步地,所述的即时通讯装置100还包括:语音判断器60和窗口生成器70,所述语音判断器60用于确定所录制的语音的信噪比;所述窗口生成器70用于在所述信噪比低于一预设阈值时响应于所述语音发送动作在所述即时通讯界面中生成一确认窗口,用于接收用户手动输入的表示是否同意发出所录制的语音的确认指令;其中,所述语音录制器40还配置成在所述信噪比低于所述预设阈值时响应于用户输入的表示同意发出的确认指令将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
本实施例以移动终端中的手机为例加以说明,当用户无意识的触碰所述可触摸屏幕10激活了即时通讯装置100的语音录制功能时,通过即时通讯装置100自动判断所录制的语音的信噪比,当信噪比低于预设阈值时,即时通讯装置100会弹出询问用户是否发送录音的确认窗口,通过用户手动输入是否同意发送录音的确认指令,由此增加了用户二次确认,降低了误操作的概率。
进一步地,参见图2,本实施例中,所述的即时通讯装置100还包括:收听状态器和同步器,所述收听状态器用于记录用户对接收到的特定语音的收听次数;所述同步器用于将所述收听次数同步至所述特定语音的发送方的即时通讯界面中。
本实施例通过收听状态器可显示接收人的收听次数,通过同步器讲收听次数同步至发送方,进一步增加了即时通讯装置100的使用便捷性。
进一步地,如图1所示,本实施例中,所述即时通讯界面为占据整个可触摸屏幕10的显示区域。当然,在其它实施例中,所述即时通讯界面占据整个可触摸屏幕10的显示区域的局部显示区域。
实施例2
图3是根据本发明另一个实施例的即时通讯方法的操作流程图。如图3所示,本发明还提供了一种即时通讯方法,应用于带有可触摸屏幕10(参见图1)的装置,其中,可触摸屏幕10(参见图1)用于显示一即时通讯界面并能够接收来自用户的触摸动作,所述即时通讯方法按照如下步骤进行操作:
S101触摸检测步骤,检测用户在所述可触摸屏幕10(参见图1)上的所述触摸动作;所述触摸动作包括:语音录制动作和语音发送动作,其中,本实施例中,
语音录制动作,其由用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕10(参见图1)达到预定时间形成;
语音发送动作,其由在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕10(参见图1)形成;
S102动作解释步骤,响应于所述触摸动作而发出与所述触摸动作对应的控制指令;其中,当所述触摸动作为所述语音录制动作时,对应的控制指令为一语音录制指令;当所述触摸动作为所述语音发送动作时,对应的控制指令为语音发送指令;
S103语音录制步骤,响应于所述语音录制指令而启动录音,并响应于所述语音发送指令停止录音且将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
本发明的即时通讯方法,通过触摸检测步骤、动作解释步骤及语音录制步骤,使用户在即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压实现语音录制,并使用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放可触摸屏幕10(参见图1)实现语音发送,实现了语音通讯的盲操作,从而使用户低头操作即时通讯装置100(参见图2)的次数趋于零,极大程度地提高了操作的便捷性,以驾车为例,进而有效降低了驾车的风险性。
参见图1,在另一个实施例中,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕10达到预定时间,且随后多次连击所述可触摸屏幕形成,其中,所述连击是指连续击中同一位置或近似同一位置两次以上。优选地,连击次数为六次以内。其中,两次连击的时间间隔为1秒,或者间隔为不大于1秒,优选为不大于0.5秒。当然,在其它实施例中,还可以选择其他连击时间和相应的时间间隔,只要能达到持续按压的目的即可。所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述即时通讯界 面的任一位置处按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕10形成。
本实施例通过上述操作不但实现了语音通讯的盲操作,从而使用户低头操作即时通讯装置100的次数趋于零,极大程度地提高了操作的便捷性,以驾车为例,进而有效降低了驾车的风险性,而且实现了免提操作,进一步提高了所述即时通讯方法的便捷性及操作的方便性。
进一步地,所述的即时通讯方法还包括:提示步骤,提示步骤响应于一录制提示指令而向用户发出提示信号;其中,所述动作解释步骤还配置成响应于所述语音录制动作发出所述录制提示指令;可选地,所述录制提示指令与所述语音录制指令由所述动作解释步骤同时发出。

其中,所述语音录制步骤还配置成在所述信噪比低于所述预设阈值时响应于用户输入的表示同意发出的确认指令将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
通过本实施例,增加了用户二次确认,降低了误操作的概率。
进一步地,所述的即时通讯方法还包括:收听状态步骤和同步步骤,
收听状态步骤记录用户对接收到的特定语音的收听次数;
同步步骤将所述收听次数同步至所述特定语音的发送方的即时通讯界面中。
本实施例通过收听状态步骤可显示接收人的收听次数,通过同步器讲收听 次数同步至发送方,进一步增加了即时通讯方法的使用便捷性。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种即时通讯装置,其特征在于,包括:
    可触摸屏幕,用于显示一即时通讯界面并能够接收来自用户的触摸动作;
    触摸检测器,用于检测用户在所述可触摸屏幕上的所述触摸动作;所述触摸动作包括语音录制动作和语音发送动作;
    动作解释器,用于响应于所述触摸动作而发出与所述触摸动作对应的控制指令;其中,当所述触摸动作为所述语音录制动作时,对应的控制指令为一语音录制指令;当所述触摸动作为所述语音发送动作时,对应的控制指令为语音发送指令;
    语音录制器,用于响应于所述语音录制指令而启动录音,并响应于所述语音发送指令停止录音且将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕达到预定时间形成;
    所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕达到预定时间,且随后多次连击所述可触摸屏幕形成,其中,所述连击是指连续击中同一位置或近似同一位置两次以上;
    所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕形成;
    可选地,连击次数为六次以内;
    可选地,两次连击的时间间隔为1秒,或者间隔为不大于1秒,优选为不大于0.5秒。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示器,用于响应于一录制提示指令而向用户发出提示信号;
    其中,所述动作解释器还配置成响应于所述语音录制动作发出所述录制提示指令;
    可选地,所述录制提示指令与所述语音录制指令由所述动作解释器同时发 出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,所述提示器包括:
    图形提示单元,用于响应于所述录制提示指令而在所述即时通讯界面中呈现预定的提示图形;可选地,所述提示图形为以所述当前位置为中心的虚拟按钮;可选地,所述虚拟按钮为圆形虚拟按钮、正方形虚拟按钮或长方形虚拟按钮;
    振动提示单元,用于响应于所述录制提示指令而使得所述可触摸屏幕振动;和/或,
    音频提示单元,用于响应于所述录制提示指令而发出一提示音。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,所述触摸动作还包括撤销发送动作,对应的控制指令为撤销发送指令;
    其中,所述语音录制器响应于所述撤销发送指令而停止录音并且不执行所述语音发送操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,所述撤销发送动作为在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述可触摸屏幕上执行的从所述当前位置至其他位置的滑动操作;
    可选地,所述撤销发送动作为从所述当前位置沿任意方向至其他位置的滑动操作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    图形提示单元,用于响应于所述录制提示指令而在所述即时通讯界面中呈现以所述当前位置为中心的虚拟按钮;
    所述撤销发送动作为从所述当前位置沿任意方向滑到所述虚拟按钮之外的滑动操作;
    可选地,所述虚拟按钮为圆形虚拟按钮、正方形虚拟按钮或长方形虚拟按钮。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕达到预定时间形成;
    所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕形成;
    所述撤销发送动作与所述语音录制动作是在不释放所述可触摸屏幕的情况下连续执行的动作。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    语音判断器,用于确定所录制的语音的信噪比;和
    窗口生成器,用于在所述信噪比低于一预设阈值时响应于所述语音发送动作在所述即时通讯界面中生成一确认窗口,用于接收用户手动输入的表示是否同意发出所录制的语音的确认指令;
    其中,所述语音录制器还配置成在所述信噪比低于所述预设阈值时响应于用户输入的表示同意发出的确认指令将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的即时通讯装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    收听状态器,用于记录用户对接收到的特定语音的收听次数;和,
    同步器,用于将所述收听次数同步至所述特定语音的发送方的即时通讯界面中。
  12. 一种即时通讯方法,应用于带有可触摸屏幕的装置,其中,可触摸屏幕用于显示一即时通讯界面并能够接收来自用户的触摸动作,其特征在于,所述即时通讯方法按照如下步骤进行操作:
    触摸检测步骤,检测用户在所述可触摸屏幕上的所述触摸动作;所述触摸动作包括:语音录制动作和语音发送动作;
    动作解释步骤,响应于所述触摸动作而发出与所述触摸动作对应的控制指令;其中,当所述触摸动作为所述语音录制动作时,对应的控制指令为一语音录制指令;当所述触摸动作为所述语音发送动作时,对应的控制指令为语音发送指令;
    语音录制步骤,响应于所述语音录制指令而启动录音,并响应于所述语音发送指令停止录音且将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕达到预定时间形成;
    语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕形成。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,所述语音录制动 作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕达到预定时间,且随后多次连击所述可触摸屏幕形成,其中,所述连击是指连续击中同一位置或近似同一位置两次以上;
    所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕形成;
    可选地,连击次数为六次以内;

    振动提示步骤,响应于所述录制提示指令而使得所述可触摸屏幕振动;和/或,
    音频提示步骤,响应于所述录制提示指令而发出一提示音。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,所述触摸动作还包括撤销发送动作,对应的控制指令为撤销发送指令;
    其中,所述语音录制步骤响应于所述撤销发送指令而停止录音并且不执行所述语音发送操作。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,所述撤销发送动作为在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在所述可触摸屏幕上执行的从所述当前位置至其他位置的滑动操作;
    可选地,所述撤销发送动作为从所述当前位置沿任意方向至其他位置的滑动操作。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    图形提示步骤,响应于所述录制提示指令而在所述即时通讯界面中呈现以所述当前位置为中心的虚拟按钮;
    所述撤销发送动作为从所述当前位置沿任意方向滑到所述虚拟按钮之外的滑动操作;
    可选地,所述虚拟按钮为圆形虚拟按钮、正方形虚拟按钮或长方形虚拟按钮。
  20. 根据权利要求18或19所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,所述语音录制动作是用户在所述即时通讯界面的任一位置处持续按压所述可触摸屏幕达到预定时间形成;
    所述语音发送动作是在发出所述语音录制指令之后用户在当前位置继续按压且随后释放所述可触摸屏幕形成;
    所述撤销发送动作与所述语音录制动作是在不释放所述可触摸屏幕的情况下连续执行的动作。
  21. 根据权利要求12-20中任一项所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    语音判断步骤,确定所录制的语音的信噪比;和
    窗口生成步骤,在所述信噪比低于一预设阈值时响应于所述语音发送动作在所述即时通讯界面中生成一确认窗口,接收用户手动输入的表示是否同意发出所录制的语音的确认指令;
    其中,所述语音录制步骤还配置成在所述信噪比低于所述预设阈值时响应于用户输入的表示同意发出的确认指令将当前所录制的语音发送至所述即时通讯界面中的接收方。
  22. 根据权利要求12-21中任一项所述的即时通讯方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    收听状态步骤,记录用户对接收到的特定语音的收听次数;和,
    同步步骤,将所述收听次数同步至所述特定语音的发送方的即时通讯界面中。
