Description

一种魔方 技术领域
本发明涉及魔方结构技术领域,具体涉及一种魔方。
背景技术
魔方一般由多个单元块和多维连轴组成的,以传统的三阶魔方为例,其主体呈正方体结构,包括二十六个小方块和一个三维连轴,小方块包括六个分别位于魔方每个面中心位置的中心块,八个位于魔方端角部的角块,十二个分别位于相邻两角块之间的棱块,这样,魔方的每个面均为九个小方块,基于三维连轴的转动特性,魔方的每一层均可自由转动。在组装魔方时,将六个中心块对应的连接在三维连轴的端部,然而将角块和棱块卡于中心块内侧,以防止魔方散架。且在魔方的色块和棱块的顶部设置有展示面,侧部具有摩擦面,底部用于与三维连轴连接;且摩擦面用于在与相邻的棱块摩擦,而展示面用于安装色块,以区分魔方的各个面。
而现有魔方的棱块或是角块结构一般都是由两块加工好的对称三角形零件拼接而成,这样加工出来的棱块或是角块结构的拼接缝在与相邻的块的摩擦面上,导致魔方转动起来不够顺滑,需要一定时间的磨合。另外,现有魔方中的色块都是直接在块上贴彩色纸,在使用一段时间之后,容易脱落,导致魔方不耐用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种魔方,其具有 的多个块的拼接缝均在非接触摩擦面上,使魔方无须磨合便能顺滑转动;且其色块采用卡接的方式固定,不易脱落,经久耐用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种魔方,包括多个块,该块由拼接块、中心壳体以及安装底座拼接而成,拼接块安装于中心壳体的顶部,安装底座安装在中心壳体的底部;中心壳体的外侧形成摩擦面;中心壳体的上设有第一配合部,拼接块上设有第二配合部,该第二配合部与第一配合部以卡接的方式固定连接;中心壳体的底部设有第三配合部,安装底座上设有第四配合部,该第四配合部与第三配合部以卡接的方式固定连接;拼接块上安装有色块,且该色块的外侧形成展示面,色块上设有第五配合部,拼接块上设有第六配合部,该第六配合部与第五配合部以卡接的方式固定连接。
优选的,第一配合部为开设于中心壳体内壁上的第一卡槽,第二配合部为卡接于第一卡槽内的第一卡勾。
优选的,第三配合部为设于中心壳体底部的第二卡槽,第四配合部为设于安装底座上的第二卡勾,第二卡勾用于穿设至中心壳体内并卡接于所述第二卡槽上。
优选的,第二卡槽设有两个,该两个第二卡槽沿中心壳体的中心轴线对称分布;且两第二卡槽内各卡接有一第二卡勾。
优选的,第三配合部为由中心壳体的底部向着中心壳体内部延伸的凸台,该凸台具有一中空部,凸台的顶部设有第三卡槽;第四配合部为凸柱,该凸柱顶部设有第三卡勾,且凸柱插装至所述中空部,该 第三卡勾穿过第三卡槽并卡接至凸台的顶部。
优选的,第三卡槽以及第三卡勾均设有三个;凸台以及凸柱的横截面均呈正三角形,三个第三卡槽分别位于正三角形凸台的三个拐角处,三个第三卡勾分别位于正三角形凸柱的三个拐角处。
优选的,第五配合部为第四卡勾,第六配合部为第四卡槽,第四卡勾卡接于第四卡槽内。
优选的,色块凸出于拼接块的外侧端面并形成凸出部,该凸出部的边沿为弧形。
优选的,中心壳体内设有定位孔,拼接块上设有定位柱,该定位柱插接于定位孔内。
优选的,定位孔设置多个,该多个定位孔沿中心壳体的中心轴线对称分布在中心壳体的各内侧壁上,且各定位孔内均插接有所述定位柱。
本发明的有益效果在于:
相较于现有技术,本发明的魔方,其具有多个块,且块由拼接块、中心壳体以及安装底座拼接而成,拼接块以及安装底座安装于中心壳体的顶部以及底部,其拼接缝均在非接触摩擦面上,故块与块之间无须磨合便能顺滑转动;且各零件通过卡接的方式固定,提高安装精度,且连接结构牢固可靠,可有效避免各零件之间松脱散架;另外,色块通过卡接的方式固定在块上,连接结构稳固,使其不易脱落,经久耐用。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1-4所示的一种魔方,包括多个块,且该块由中心壳体10、拼接块20以及安装底座30拼接而成,可用作魔方的棱块或是角块;且将上述拼接块20安装在中心壳体10的顶部,安装底座30安装在中心壳体10的底部,同时中心壳体10的外侧可形成用于与魔方相邻的棱块或是角块相接触的摩擦面;同时在拼接块20的外侧安装色块40且该色块40的外侧可形成展示面,在上述结构的基础上,所形成的棱块或角块的拼接缝均在非接触摩擦面上,故块与块之间无须磨合便能顺滑转动,如此,由上述多个块所形成的魔方无须磨合便能顺滑转动。
具体在中心壳体10的上设有第一配合部,拼接块20上设有第二配合部,该第二配合部与第一配合部以卡接的方式固定连接,实现 拼接块20与中心壳体10之间的固定;除此之外,在中心壳体10的底部设有第三配合部,相应的安装底座30上设有第四配合部,同样的使该第四配合部与第三配合部以卡接的方式固定连接,实现中心壳体10与安装底座30之间的固定;另外,上述色块40上设有第五配合部,拼接块20上设有第六配合部,该第六配合部与第五配合部以卡接的方式固定连接,实现色块40与拼接块20之间的固定连接,在上述结构的基础上,各零件通过卡接的方式固定,提高安装精度,且连接结构牢固可靠,可有效避免各零件之间松脱散架。
具体在本实施例中,上述第一配合部可为开设于中心壳体10内壁上的第一卡槽13,相应的,第二配合部为卡接于第一卡槽13内的第一卡勾21,实现中心壳体10与拼接块20之间的卡接固定;
且第三配合部为凸台11,该凸台11由中心壳体10的底部向着中心壳体10内部延伸,且凸台11具有一中空部,在凸台11的顶部设第三卡槽;第四配合部为凸柱,该凸柱顶部设有第三卡勾31,如此在将安装底座30拼接到中心壳体10的底部时,可使凸柱插接在凸台11的中空部内,实现定位,使得安装精度更高;同时,上述第三卡勾31穿过第三卡槽并卡接在凸台11的顶部,可使安装底座30与中心壳体10卡接固定,该固定结构用于本魔方中的角块中。
与此同时,第五配合部为第四卡勾41,第六配合部为第四卡槽22,第四卡勾41卡接于第四卡槽22内,实现色块40与拼接块20之间的卡接固定。
当然,上述通过卡勾与卡槽的方式实现各零件之间的卡接固定, 而卡勾与卡槽的位置对应上述各配合部的位置相应组合即可。
优选的,上述凸台11以及凸柱的横截面具体可以呈正三角形,上述卡槽以及卡勾的个数具体可以为三个,使三个第三卡槽分别位于正三角形凸台11的三个拐角处,三个第三卡勾31分别位于正三角形凸柱的三个拐角处,同时使上述凸台11的中心轴线可与中心壳体10'10的中心轴线重合,如此在上述结构的基础上,该角块内的各零件都是中心对称,可使各向的尺寸一致,摩擦力均匀,手感恒定。
优选的,上述色块40也可凸出于拼接块20的外侧端面,色块40凸出的部分在从侧面看魔方时可遮盖色块40与拼接块20的拼接缝,使魔方的表面看上去更加平滑,不会影响外观和触感。当然,色块40凸出于展示面的部分可形成凸出部,使该凸出部的边沿为弧形,该魔方的各表面结构看上去更加圆滑,手感更好。
优选的,上述中心壳体10内还可设有定位孔12,相应的在拼接块20上设置定位柱,使该定位柱插接于定位孔12内,在安装拼接块20时,可先使定位柱插装在定位孔12内,完成定位,然后再使第一卡勾21卡接在第一卡槽13内,安装位置更加精准。且上述定位孔12也可多个,该多个定位孔12可沿中心壳体10的中心轴线对称分布在中心壳体10的各内侧壁上,且各定位孔12也可插接上述定位柱,如此可实现各个零件的安装结构中心对称的,使魔方各向的尺寸一致,摩擦力均匀,手感恒定。
另外,在其他情况下,如图5所示,上述第三配合部为设于中心壳体10'底部的第二卡槽,第四配合部为设于安装底座30上的第 二卡勾31',第二卡勾31'用于穿设至中心壳体10'内并卡接于所述第二卡槽上,如此以实现拼接块20与安装底座30'之间的卡接固定,该结构可用于该魔方棱块中的拼接块20与安装底座30'之间的固定。进一步的,第二卡槽设有两个,使该两个第二卡槽沿中心壳体10'的中心轴线对称分布;且两第二卡槽内各卡接有一第二卡勾31',如此可实现各个零件的安装结构中心对称的,使魔方各向的尺寸一致。当然,在此结构中的中心壳体上,也开设有上述定位孔12'以及第一卡槽13'以方便拼接块的安装。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种魔方,包括多个块,其特征在于,该块由拼接块、中心壳体以及安装底座拼接而成,拼接块安装于中心壳体的顶部,安装底座安装在中心壳体的底部;中心壳体的外侧形成摩擦面;中心壳体的上设有第一配合部,拼接块上设有第二配合部,该第二配合部与第一配合部以卡接的方式固定连接;中心壳体的底部设有第三配合部,安装底座上设有第四配合部,该第四配合部与第三配合部以卡接的方式固定连接;拼接块上安装有色块,且该色块的外侧形成展示面,色块上设有第五配合部,拼接块上设有第六配合部,该第六配合部与第五配合部以卡接的方式固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的魔方,其特征在于,第一配合部为开设于中心壳体内壁上的第一卡槽,第二配合部为卡接于第一卡槽内的第一卡勾。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的魔方,其特征在于,第三配合部为设于中心壳体底部的第二卡槽,第四配合部为设于安装底座上的第二卡勾,第二卡勾用于穿设至中心壳体内并卡接于所述第二卡槽上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的魔方,其特征在于,第二卡槽设有两个,该两个第二卡槽沿中心壳体的中心轴线对称分布;且两第二卡槽内各卡接有一第二卡勾。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的魔方,其特征在于,第三配合部为由中心壳体的底部向着中心壳体内部延伸的凸台,该凸台具有一中空部,凸台的顶部设有第三卡槽;第四配合部为凸柱,该凸柱顶部设有第三 卡勾,且凸柱插装至所述中空部,该第三卡勾穿过第三卡槽并卡接至凸台的顶部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的魔方,其特征在于,第三卡槽以及第三卡勾均设有三个;凸台以及凸柱的横截面均呈正三角形,三个第三卡槽分别位于正三角形凸台的三个拐角处,三个第三卡勾分别位于正三角形凸柱的三个拐角处。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的魔方,其特征在于,第五配合部为第四卡勾,第六配合部为第四卡槽,第四卡勾卡接于第四卡槽内。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的魔方,其特征在于,色块凸出于拼接块的外侧端面并形成凸出部,该凸出部的边沿为弧形。
