冰箱及其湿度控制方法 技术领域
本发明属于制冷设备技术领域,具体涉及冰箱湿度控制方法。
背景技术
为了解决冰箱冷藏箱过于干燥的问题,可以采用保湿或加湿的方法。保湿可以采用隔离膜,将食物挥发的水分通过隔离膜锁在一定区域内,使这一区域相对湿度达到饱和状态,从而减少食物的水分挥发。但是,隔离膜保湿不能100%锁定水分,仍有水分丢失,同时区域空间内相对湿度浓度不可控制。加湿可以采用分子筛,将水装在容器里,盛水容器任一面用分子筛隔离,分子筛只允许水分子流出。分子筛加湿同样不能控制区域空间相对湿度浓度。
通过相对湿度传感器和超声波加湿器结合的方式可以控制区域内的相对湿度。预先设定某一区域空间相对湿度值,通过这一区域的相对湿度传感器输出信号控制超声波加湿器开停,实现预先设定的相对湿度值。但超声波自动控制相对湿度的方式成本高、占据空间较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决冰箱湿度控制的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种对冰箱的保湿空间进行湿度控制的方法,保湿空间包括控湿装置,以受控地进行保湿和/或加湿,方法包括:
S1、设定目标湿度H0,测量保湿空间的温度T0与实际相对湿度h,得到△H=H0-h;
S2、根据△H及T0得到目标补水质量W;
S3、测算补水时间T,其中,T=W/Vmax,Vmax为控湿装置的最大加湿速率;
S4、调节控湿装置,使其在时间T内维持最大加湿速率Vmax。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,方法还包括:
S5、调节控湿装置,使其维持加湿速率Vm,其中,Vm与所述保湿空间的水汽质量损失速率a1一致,其中,a1为与保湿空间的温度T0相关的常数。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,步骤S2为,根据△H及T0查询《不同温度下饱和湿空气含水量》对照表,换算得到目标补水质量W。
为实现上述目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种冰箱,包括控湿装置以执行上述任一的方法,控湿装置包括容器和加湿件,所述容器容纳加湿剂,所述容器设置开口以向加湿件供应加湿剂。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,容器的开口可调节以使控湿装置达到受控的加湿速率。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,控湿装置包括驱动机构以调节容器的开口。

以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
根据本发明的一个具体示例,冰箱包括至少一间室。间室内设置独立的保湿空间,例如箱体。或者,间室即为保湿空间。在保湿空间内设置控湿装置以调节空间的相对湿度。
如图1所示,控湿装置包括壳体10、加湿件20和容器30。
壳体10由底壁及自底壁延伸的侧壁组成,底壁与侧壁共同限定一顶部开口的容置腔。 壳体10侧壁的至少部分设置若干通孔,以使壳体10内的水汽向壳体10外流通。
参考图2,加湿件20位于壳体10内。加湿件20是由若干湿膜首尾连接组成的可伸缩的折叠结构。湿膜可以为无纺布或其他易吸水的材质。加湿件20一端相对固定于壳体10内,定义该端为近端201,相对另一端位置可调节,定义该端为远端202。
容器30位于壳体10内,与加湿件20相邻。容器30用于容纳加湿剂,加湿剂通常为水。容器30顶端及底部分别设置开口。顶端开口301为入口,用于向容器内注入加湿剂,底部开口302为出口,用于向壳体10的容置腔注入加湿剂,以保持加湿件20湿度。
加湿件近端201与容器30的底部开口302连接,湿膜与该开口直接接触,将加湿剂引流到加湿件20整体。
在本发明一实施例中,控湿装置还包括调节机构40,用于调节加湿件的展开程度,进而调节保湿空间的湿度。参考图1,调节机构40包括插接件41和旋转件43,旋转件43枢转连接于插接件41上。
进一步地,壳体10侧壁上设置至少一长条状通孔以作为插接件41的第一滑槽101。旋转件43位于壳体10的容置腔内,插接件41从壳体10外侧穿过第一滑槽101与旋转件43连接。插接件41包括本体411及自本体411延伸的至少一连接臂413,本体411位于壳体10外侧,连接臂413穿过第一滑槽101与旋转件43连接。壳体第一滑槽101沿水平方向延伸,插接件41可沿第一滑槽101延伸方向滑动,以调节加湿件20的展开程度。
调节机构40还包括转轴45。插接件41与旋转件43通过转轴45枢转连接。
图3及图4示例性示出,插接件41为U形,具有二条连接臂413。连接臂413之间的空间构成旋转件43在非工作状态时的容置空间。相应地,壳体10上设有二个长条状通孔作为插接件41的第一滑槽101。旋转件43的一端与转轴连接,是为固定端431,相对另一端为活动端433。旋转件43绕转轴45枢转,图3示出,当活动端433旋转至远离插接件41的最大距离时,调节机构40处于工作状态,可以对加湿件20展开程度进行限定。图4示出,当活动端433旋转至连接臂413之间的容置空间时,调节机构40处于非工作状态。
结合图3及图5,当调节机构40处于工作状态时,旋转件43插入加湿件20远端的相邻湿膜间,对其构成干涉。第一滑槽101与连接臂413的尺寸相配合,以使连接臂413以适当的摩擦力在第一滑槽101内移动,该摩擦力大于加湿件20的回弹力。湿膜采用无纺布或再生纤维等硬度小的材质构成,折叠结构的加湿件20弹性系数小,调节机构40的干涉足以对加湿件远端202进行限位,使加湿件20保持在限定的展开长度。
如此,通过调节机构40调节加湿件20的展开程度,可以改变加湿件20的有效蒸发表 面积,从而实现对保湿空间的保湿或加湿。由于冰箱间室内的水汽不断蒸发并被对流的空气带走,因此,适当调节加湿件20的展开程度可以使保湿空间的补水量与水汽损失量相同以保湿,或者使补水量超过保湿空间的水汽损失量以加湿。
在本发明一实施例中,控湿装置还包括牵拉机构50。牵拉机构50位于容器30底部且可沿容器30底部滑动。牵拉机构50可以调节容器30底部开口302的开启程度,以调节加湿剂的流出速率。参考图6,牵拉机构50一端与加湿件近端201相连,以使加湿件20与容器30底部开口302保持接触。
进一步地,容器30底壁下表面在底部开口302位置周边形成第二滑槽(图未示),牵拉机构50与第二滑槽形状相配合,以使牵拉机构50在第二滑槽内滑动。第二滑槽的延伸方向与可折叠的加湿件20的延伸方向一致。牵拉机构50行程的至少部分覆盖容器30底部开口302,以使牵拉机构50在推拉过程中可以控制容器30底部开口302的开闭程度。
牵拉机构50为条状,一端作为滑动操作的手柄,定义其为近端501,相对另一端与加湿件近端201相连,定义其为远端503。
参考图6至图8,加湿件20近端具有一延长结构203。该延长结构203与加湿件20主体材质相同,为无纺布或其他吸水材料。延长结构203包括倒V型的折叠部2031和由折叠部2031延伸的连接部2033。折叠部2031为延长结构预留伸缩的余地。连接部2033上设有至少一孔,相应地,牵拉机构远端503设置与该孔相配合的凸起,以使连接部2033与牵拉机构远端503连接。牵拉机构50沿第二滑槽移动时,拉动延长结构的连接部2033协同运动,折叠部2031配合伸展或收缩。当牵拉机构50移动时,容器底部开口302的开启部分与加湿件的延长结构203接触,加湿剂通过延长结构203被引流到加湿件20主体。底部开口302的开启面积S即为其与加湿件的接触面积。S与保湿液的流出速度正相关。
如此,通过牵拉机构50控制容器底部开口302的开合程度,可以调节加湿件的加湿速率,从而控制保湿空间的湿度。
在本发明一实施例中,控湿装置还包括驱动机构60。参考图9,驱动机构60与牵拉机构近端501相连接,可以驱动牵拉机构50沿第二滑槽移动。
进一步地,驱动机构60包括步进电机和控制器,以精确调节牵拉机构50的移动距离。
如此,驱动机构可以调节容器底部开口302的开闭程度,补充保湿空间的湿度至预设目标湿度H0,再进行实时补水以与空间内的水汽质量损失相平衡,以维持空间内的湿度,达到精确加湿、保湿的目的。
具体地,参考图10,湿度控制方法包括如下步骤:
S1、设定目标湿度H0,测量保湿空间的温度T0与实际相对湿度h。
目标湿度H0可以由使用者通过控制器预设。温度T0与湿度h的测量由设置于间室内的温度传感器和湿度传感器完成。
S2、计算保湿空间的目标补水质量W,该补水质量W根据△H查询《不同温度下饱和湿空气含水量》对照表可换算得知,与温度T0和保湿空间容积相关。其中,△H=H0-h,△H是目标湿度与实际相对湿度的差值。
控制器可以预设上述对照表及换算关系,一旦设定T0,即可得到W值。
S3、测算补水时间T,以使容器底部开口最大时,可在T时间内向加湿件补水W。其中,T=W/Vmax,Vmax为容器底部开口最大时的加湿速率,该速率可通过实验测量得到。
控制器可以预设上述换算关系,一旦设定T0,即可得到T值。
S4、在时间T内通过驱动机构调节容器底部开口302为最大,以达到加湿目的。
S5、调节容器底部开口302的开启面积S可以达到保湿速率Vm,测算容器的保湿速率Vm,Vm是维持保湿空间湿度恒定时容器底部开口的保湿液流出速度。Vm=a1,其中,a1是保湿空间的水汽质量损失速率。
a1与保湿空间的温度、风量、位置、容积相关,可通过实验与推导得到均值。水汽质量损失值受保湿空间相对湿度变化的影响很小,可以忽略。对于特定型号的冰箱,可以认为a1仅与温度T0有关。a1可以预设于控制器中。
当Vm=a1,保湿空间的水汽质量损失速率a1与容器的保湿液流出速度相同,保湿空间的相对湿度维持稳定。
如前所述,保湿液的流出速度与容器底部开口302的开启面积S正相关,因此,通过驱动机构调节容器底部开口302的开启面积S可以达到保湿速率Vm,从而达到保湿目的。
本方法假设保湿空间处于正常大气压以简化运算。应当理解的是,本领域技术人员受本专利的启发,应当知道,对不同大气压进行湿度换算,可以更精确地调节保湿空间的湿度,并非本专利不覆盖此类实施。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种对冰箱的保湿空间进行湿度控制的方法,其特征在于,所述保湿空间包括控湿装置,以受控地进行保湿和/或加湿,所述方法包括:
    S1、设定目标湿度H0,测量保湿空间的温度T0与实际相对湿度h,得到△H=H0-h;
    S2、根据△H及T0得到目标补水质量W;
    S3、测算补水时间T,其中,T=W/Vmax,Vmax为控湿装置的最大加湿速率;
    S4、调节控湿装置,使其在时间T内维持最大加湿速率Vmax
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱湿度控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    S5、调节控湿装置,使其维持加湿速率Vm,其中,Vm与所述保湿空间的水汽质量损失速率a1一致,其中,a1为与保湿空间的温度T0相关的常数。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱湿度控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2为,根据△H及T0查询《不同温度下饱和湿空气含水量》对照表,换算得到目标补水质量W。
  4. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括控湿装置以执行权利要求1-3所述的方法,所述控湿装置包括容器和加湿件,所述容器容纳加湿剂,所述容器设置开口以向加湿件供应加湿剂。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述容器的开口可调节以使控湿装置达到受控的加湿速率。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控湿装置包括驱动机构以调节容器的开口。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控湿装置的加湿速率与容器开口的开启面积正相关。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控湿装置还包括控制器,所述控制器可设定目标湿度H0
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制器设定不同温度下饱和湿空气含水量对照值。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控湿装置还包括温度传感器和湿度传感器。
