Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article for animals such as disposable diapers used for animals such as dogs and cats.
- Patent Document 1 discloses a diaper main body including a belt made of an elastic material that is wound around a torso of a pet in advance, and an absorber having a structure in which both sides are raised in a mountain shape.
- a bedridden pet paper diaper has been proposed that uses a perforation at the front part of the diaper body and a stretchable material divided by a slit at the rear part of the diaper body.
- the pet paper diaper disclosed in this Patent Document 1 can be fitted to changes in the left-right balance of the body shape due to lying down by using a stretchable material that can be divided and divided into the front part and the rear part of the diaper body, Further, it is said that side leakage of urine and feces can be prevented by an absorbent body having a mountain shape on both sides.
- an elastic material belt and a diaper body wound around a torso of a pet are attached to each other by adhesive tapes provided on the outside of the belt and the inside of the diaper body, respectively.
- the belt will be stretched by the stretch of the waist by the stretch material of the belt and the stretch of the pet by the stretch material of the diaper body. Since the force in the waistline direction of the pet and the force in the direction intersecting the waistline direction (that is, the front-rear direction of the pet) act as a shearing force on the joint portion with the diaper body, the joining state in the joint portion can be maintained. There was a risk that the diaper body would come off the belt.
- the sides of the absorbent body are only mountain-shaped, when the pet moves, there is a gap between the body surface of the pet and the diaper body, especially at the crotch, which is a part of the undercarriage that moves greatly.
- the diaper body part (especially the edge in the width direction) is less likely to follow and deform in accordance with the movement of the crotch part, so excrement such as urine from the gap between the pet body surface and the diaper body. There was a risk of leakage.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article for animals that is difficult to come off the animal's body and that can prevent the excrement from leaking by accurately fitting to the animal's crotch.

- fixing it is possible to engage and fix up to the end edge in the longitudinal direction of the absorption body part, so that the edge of the absorption body part in the longitudinal direction is curled or the edge is attached to an animal nail or an external structure It becomes difficult to occur such that the engagement between the engaging portion of the absorption main body portion and the non-facing surface of the auxiliary body portion is disengaged due to being caught. Therefore, the absorbent article for animals provided with such a configuration can more stably attach the absorbent main body to the animal, and as a result, more stably and reliably prevent the leakage of animal excrement. Can do.
- Non-elastic sheet (Non-elastic sheet) Moreover, in the above-mentioned embodiment, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.4 (b), in the position corresponding to the engaging part 38 and thickness direction DT in the 2nd surface 3b of the absorption main-body part 3, it is non-stretchable. A sheet 384 is disposed. When the non-stretchable sheet 384 is disposed at such a position, the above-described non-stretchable portion can be formed in the engaging portion 38 and the engaging portion 38 that is easily subjected to a mechanical load is formed from the back side. It is possible to reinforce, and deformation or breakage is less likely to occur in the engaging portion. Therefore, the absorption main body 3 can be more stably attached to the pet, and as a result, leakage of pet excrement can be prevented more stably and continuously.

- the back film 34 is configured by a liquid-impermeable film that functions to prevent excrement such as urine that has passed through the top sheet 31 and the absorber 33 from leaking from the back sheet 32 side.
- the back film 34 can be comprised with the liquid impervious sheet similar to the above-mentioned back surface sheet 32, for example, a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, an SMS laminated nonwoven fabric, a liquid impervious plastic film, and these A laminated sheet obtained by arbitrarily combining sheets can be used.
- the absorbent main body portion includes the specific engagement portion, the tail opening, and the elastic member.
- the engaging part of the absorption main body part is pulled along the surface of the animal body while being pulled toward the tail opening whose position is fixed by the tail of the animal.
- a force (shearing force) in a direction intersecting the animal's waistline direction acts on the portion of the part where the waistline non-opposing surface is engaged, so that the above-mentioned absorption body part and the auxiliary body part do not face the waistline.
- the animal absorbent article of the present invention has the above-described absorption due to the contraction force of the elastic member applied between the abdomen side end of the absorbent main body and the tail opening when mounted on the animal body. Since the crotch facing portion of the main body is relatively pulled toward each of the abdomen side end and the tail opening, the crotch facing portion is easily in contact with the crotch of the animal (i.e.
- the absorbent article for animals of the present invention is unlikely to come off the animal's body, and can accurately prevent the excrement from leaking out by properly fitting the animal's crotch.
- the present invention can be applied to various animal absorbent articles such as animal (light) incontinence pads, in addition to the pet disposable diaper of the embodiment described above.
- animal absorbent article of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately combined and changed without departing from the object and spirit of the present invention.

Abstract
