针对上述双滚筒洗衣机的控制过程,本公开实施例提供的控制面板可采用如图3至5所示的结构组成,在控制面板上按区域分为输入控制单元4,输出显示单元5、6,切换单元7,其中输入控制单元4由“温度”“转速”“洗涤”“漂洗”“预约”“清洗”6个按键作为输入控制元素9构成,该输入控制单元4中的全部输入控制元素作为上滚筒和下滚筒的共用部分;相应的输出显示单元5亦由多个输出显示元素10组成,分别对应上滚筒输入控制元素“温度”“转速”“洗涤”“漂洗”“预约”“清洗“输入时所选参数的显示;同时,输出显示单元6也由多个输出显示元素组成,分别对应下滚筒输入控制元素“温度”“转速”“洗涤”“漂洗”“预约”“清洗“输入时所选参数的显示。在工作时,通过切换单元7的选择,选定对应的上滚筒或下滚筒,如图3中所示,此时选定的是上滚筒,共用的输入控制元素唯一对应于上滚筒的运行程序,IC控制器将上述所输入的参数传递给对应的运程程序,此时,共用的控 制元素9仅作为上滚筒控制程序的输入,相应的上滚筒和下滚筒的输出显示单元各自独立,如“转速”上滚筒为900rpm,下滚筒为1000rpm;“洗涤”上滚筒为30分钟,下滚筒为20分钟;可使洗衣机运行的实时状态更加一目了然。
作为控制面板结构组成的另一种选择如图6所示,在此控制面板上按区域分为输入控制单元4、输出显示单元5;此例中,相应的输出显示单元5由多个输出显示元素10组成,并作为共用的输出显示元素;输入控制单元4有两组,分别对应上滚筒和下滚筒,每组均由“温度”“转速”“洗涤”“漂洗”“预约”“清洗”6个按键作为输入控制元素9构成,各自对应作为上下滚筒控制程序的输入控制元素。在工作时,通过切换单元7的选择,选定对应的上滚筒或下滚筒,如图6中所示,此时选定的是上滚筒,共用的输出显示元素唯一对应于上滚筒的运行程序,IC控制器将上滚筒实时运行的状态参数通过上述显示元素进行输出,如图中显示的为上滚筒“温度”为60℃,“转速”为800rpm,“洗涤”时间为30分钟,“漂洗”次数为3次等;此时,上、下滚筒的输入则分别通过各自独立的控制元素进行输入。
作为控制面板结构组成的第三种选择如图7所示,在此控制面板上按区域分为输入控制单元4、输出显示单元5;此例中,相应的输出显示单元5由多个输出显示元素10组成,并作为共用的输出显示元素;输入控制单元4由“温度”“转速”“洗涤”“漂洗”“预约”“清洗”6个按键作为输入控制元素9构成,同样作为共用的输出显示元素。在工作时,通过切换单元7的选择,选定对应的上滚筒或下滚筒,如图7中所示,此时选定的是上滚筒,共用的输出显示元素和共用的输入控制元素均唯一对应于上滚筒的运行程序,IC控制器将上滚筒实时运行的状态参数通过上述显示元素进行输出,如图中显示的为上滚筒“温度”为60℃,“转速”为800rpm,“洗涤”时间为30分钟,“漂洗”次 数为2次等。该方案的好处在于只用一组共用的输入控制元素和输出显示元素即可满足上下滚筒分别控制所必需的输入和输出功能。
本公开实施例另一个好处在于,针对两个或两个以上的独立洗涤滚筒,对他们各自的控制系统均不需要作大的改动,相当于在维护时只需要维护一套独立的系统,这对于产品后期的软件升级,例如当下互联网所驱动产生的客户日益提高的需求有现实意义。
对于整个控制面板来说,由于只有一套控制系统,也就可以单独设置一个电源开关8作为总的电源控制。相应的切换单元7亦可设置成各种各样的外在形式,除常用的双按键外,也可采用单个按键切换,可选的,亦可用旋钮来代替进行选择和切换。
图8给出了控制面板结构组成的第四种可能的选择,如图所示,可以采用旋钮作为选择切换开关,旋转方向作为输入控制元素,两侧程序项作为输出显示元素;相应的输入控制元素和输出显示元素均作为共用,分别按选择开关指向一个的洗涤滚筒,如图中所示,此时是作为下滚筒的输出输出使用。
在实际使用中还用一种情况,如图9所示,将相应的输入控制元素和输出显示元素设置在同一个键位上,既作为输入用,同时亦作为输出状态用,所图中所示,此时选中“化纤”洗衣程序,同时在选中时相应的“化纤”按键亮起,作为状态的输出。
图10相应给出了应用于上述洗衣机的控制方法的流程示意图,在对洗衣机进行操作时,包括如下:在S110中,洗衣机获取相应洗涤滚筒的选取指令;在S120中,调取该洗涤滚筒的后台控制程序,并使共用的输入控制元素和/或输出显示元素唯一对应于所述其中一个洗涤滚筒的运行程序,并作为所述其中一个洗涤滚筒的输入元素或输出元素。
当然,作为程序执行的可选方式,可根据控制面板上的结构设置调取所述洗涤滚筒的后台控制程序时,仅将所述输入控制元素作为输入元素;亦可调取所述洗涤滚筒的后台控制程序时,仅将所述输出控制元素作为输出元素。
以上所述仅为本公开的可选实施例,并不用于限制本公开,对于本领域技术人员而言,本公开在可选实施方式上可以有各种改动和变化。
工业实用性
本公开实施例提供一种多滚筒洗衣机及其控制方法,达到了一套控制系统上整合多个洗涤滚筒的操作和控制,代替了以往简单硬件的叠加,减少了多洗涤滚筒洗衣机控制面板输入控制单元数量和输出显示单元,从而简化了控制面板的硬件结构,降低了洗衣机的硬件成本,同时有利于后期对控制系统的升级和维护。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种多滚筒洗衣机,包括:
    至少两个独立的洗涤滚筒、一个控制面板、一个集成电路IC控制器及一个驱动电路板;其中,
    所述控制面板具有多个输入控制元素和多个输出显示元素,所述输入控制元素用于洗衣参数的输入;所述输出显示元素用于洗衣过程中的状态显示;
    所述IC控制器及驱动电路板,连接所述控制面板并控制所述洗涤滚筒运转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述多个洗涤滚筒共用部分或全部所述输入控制元素和所述输出显示元素,工作时通过对其中一个洗涤滚筒的选定,使共用的输入控制元素和/或输出显示元素唯一对应于所述其中一个洗涤滚筒的运行程序,并作为所述其中一个洗涤滚筒的输入元素或输出元素。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述控制面板上设置选择开关,用于对其中一个洗涤滚筒的指定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,多个洗涤滚筒具有各自单独的输出显示元素,仅所述输入控制元素共用。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,多个洗涤滚筒具有各自单独的输入控制元素,仅所述输出显示元素共用。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,多个洗涤滚筒共用所述输入控制元素和所述输出显示元素。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述开关为按键或旋钮。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7所述的任一种多滚筒洗衣机,其中,所述控制面板上具有一个电源开关作为总的控制电源开关。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7所述的任一种多滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述输入控制元素和所述输出显示元素为同一个按键。
  10. 一种多滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,采用权利要求1到权利要求9提供的 任一多滚筒洗衣机,所述方法包括:
    洗衣机获取相应洗涤滚筒的选取指令;
    调取该洗涤滚筒的后台控制程序,并使共用的输入控制元素和/或输出显示元素唯一对应于其中一个洗涤滚筒的运行程序,并作为所述其中一个洗涤滚筒的输入元素或输出元素。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,其中,调取所述洗涤滚筒的后台控制程序时,仅将所述输入控制元素作为输入元素。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种多滚筒洗衣机的控制方法,其中,调取所述洗涤滚筒的后台控制程序时,仅将所述输出控制元素作为输出元素。
