立体转换器 技术领域
本发明涉及电器设备领域,更具体的说,涉及一种立体转换器。
背景技术
立体转换器也称为魔方插座,其每个侧面的插孔大多是单独制作各侧面插孔的导电片,然后组装成为各个侧面的插套模块,插套模块之间采用软线或其他材料焊接的方式导通,这种做法组装零件过多,制作方式复杂,且由于其内部导电片相同的极性之间通过电线和铜条焊接,容易造成虚焊和假焊。
专利号为201420868334.6的中国发明专利,阐述了一种立体多面插座单元及组合插座,所述立体多面插座单元由插头、内部芯组件、立方外盒组成,所述的立方外盒包覆于所述内部芯组件的外侧,所述内部芯组件由火线一体弹片、A腔体架、地线一体弹片、B腔体架、零线一体弹片、侧弹片端子,所述地线一体弹片夹设于A腔体架和B腔体架之间,所述火线一体弹片安装于A腔体架上,地线一体弹片安装于B腔体架上。所述的多面插座单元解决了上述魔方插座的内部导电片相同的极性之间通过电线和铜条焊接时容易造成虚焊和假焊问题。但此结构的多面插座单元在组装时,由于其内部芯组件的一体弹片容易从腔体架上脱落,造成组装困难,此外,由于所述的立方外盒分成三个部分,组装的工序增较多。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种组装工序较少,组装简便的立体转换器。
为实现上述目的,通过以下技术手段实现:一种立体转换器,包括壳体和设置于壳体内的插座内胆,所述插座内胆包括隔板、火线插套导电片、零线插套导电片以及地线插套导电片,所述隔板包括依次 叠加设置的第一隔板、第二隔板、第三隔板和第四隔板,所述零线插套导电片位于第一隔板和第二隔板之间,所述地线插套导电片位于第二隔板和第三隔板之间,所述火线插套导电片位于第三隔板和第四隔板之间,所述壳体至少包括两个设有插口的插口面,所述插口与所述火线插套导电片、零线插套导电片以及地线插套导电片的插套相对应。
进一步优化为:所述第一隔板和第四隔板之间设置有互相扣合的卡扣臂,且当所述卡扣臂互相卡合时,各个隔板与各个导电片之间互相形成压紧状态。
进一步优化为:所述第一隔板上卡扣臂的自由端设置有卡槽,所述第四隔板的卡扣臂的自由端设有与所述卡槽配合的卡凸;或所述第四隔板上的卡扣臂的自由端设置有卡槽,第一隔板上卡扣臂的自由端设有与所述卡槽配合的卡凸。

本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:由于本发明中的插套导电片均夹设于各个隔板之间,在立体转换器的组装时,只需要先使得各个插套导电片和各个隔板依次交叠放置并且压紧,使得第一隔板和第四隔板之间的卡扣结构形成扣合从而形成一个完整的插座内胆,然后将 插座内胆放入壳体内即可完成组装,降低了组装的难度,提高了组装的效率;其次,在隔板上设置的接线槽和压线块,从而使得当各个插套导电片的接线引脚焊接上导电线之后方便布线,且壳体上的穿线孔与压线块直接相对,减少了导电线的布设长度,增加了立体转换器的内部空间利用率,并且相对减小了立体转换器的整体尺寸。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的本发明的保护范围。
实施例一
立体转换器,首先参见附图1和附图2,为设置在壳体内部的插座内胆,包括隔板和插套导电片,隔板包括了依次设置的第一隔板11、第二隔板12、第三隔板13和第四隔板14,而插套导电片则包括设置在第一隔板11和第二隔板12之间的火线插套导电片21,设置在第二隔板12和第三隔板13之间的地线插套导电片23,设置在第三隔板13和第四隔板14之间的零线插套导电片22。在两端的第一隔板11和第四隔板14之间设置有卡扣结构,方便当各个隔板和各个插套导电片互相叠加压合之后能够形成牢固的固定成整体插座内胆,其中的卡扣结构包括设置在第一隔板11的边缘且朝向第四隔板14方向延伸的扣臂111,在扣臂111上设置有卡槽1111,而在第四隔板14上设置有与扣臂111的卡槽1111相互配合扣接的卡凸141,可以理解地,卡臂也可以设置在第四隔板14上,而卡凸141则可以设置在第一隔板11上;并且在本实施例一中,为了能够使得卡扣结构的卡合更加稳定,卡臂在第四隔板14上设置三个且不呈一条直线设置,当组装成插座内胆之后,卡臂分别包围于第二隔板12和第三隔板13的外围;当然,可以理解地,卡臂也可以分别穿过第二隔板12和第 三隔板13之后与第四隔板14的卡凸141形成卡接。
其中在安装插套导电片的时候,为了更加精确的定位各个导电片与各个隔板之间的安装位置,借鉴附图7中隔板和导电片的视图角度,在各个隔板和导电片之间设置有定位机构,定位机构包括了设置在第一隔板11、第二隔板12、第三隔板13朝向火线插套导电片21、地线插套导电片23、零线插套导电片22一面的第二定位柱91,于火线插套导电片21、地线插套导电片23、零线插套导电片22上分别设置有与所述第二定位柱91配合的第二定位孔92,并且每个隔板上的第二定位柱91至少设置两个,从而达到导电插片在各个隔板上精确安装的目的。当然,可以理解地,第二定位柱91也可以设置在第四隔板14、第三隔板13、第二隔板12朝向零线插套导电片22、地线插套导电片23、火线插套导电片21的一面上或同时设置于隔板的上下两个侧面上。
为了提高插座内胆的空间利用率,和内部导线的分布合理性,在第二隔板12、第三隔板13和第四隔板14的同一侧面分别向内凹陷形成有接线槽4,并且在第四隔板14上的该侧面上设置有横跨接线槽4的第一压线块142。继续参见附图2,在火线插套导电片21上设置有第一接线引脚211,在零线插套导电片22上设置有第二接线引脚221,当组装之后的插座内胆时,第一接线引脚211和第二接线引脚221则均处于接线槽4内,方便了导线的放置;并且地线插套导电片23上设置有第三接线引脚231,且该第三接线引脚231与地线插套导电片23形成折弯,当组装成插座内胆之后,第三接线引脚231 穿过第三隔板13和第四隔板14且裸露于第四隔板14之外。
参见附图3,为了提高插座内胆的功能,插座内胆还设置有USB电路板61和强电开关电路板62,在本实施例一中,所述第一隔板(11)在其背离第二隔板(12)的一面延伸有用于放置电路板的固定支架;或第四隔板(14)在背离第三隔板(13)的一面延伸有用于放置电路板的固定支架,在第一隔板11背向第二隔板12的面上设置有USB电路板61和强电开关电路板62,并且在该表面设置有用于隔离强电开关电路板62和USB电路板61的隔离筋112;当然,可以理解地,当USB电路板61和强电开关电路板62设置在第四隔板14背离第三隔板13的表面时,则隔离筋112也相应的设置在第四隔板14的该表面上,此时,接线槽4则设置于第一隔板11、第二隔板12和第三隔板13上,且第一压线块142则设置在第一隔板11横跨接线槽4的位置。并且为了更加方便导线的走线,在隔离筋112上还设置有与压线块142相对应的引线限位槽5。
参见附图4,为立体转换器的壳体和插座内胆的分解图,壳体包括了带有一个敞口的下壳体81和可将该敞口封闭的上壳盖82,为了更加方便组装,上壳盖82与插座内胆的USB电路板61和强电开关电路板62向对应,且在该上壳盖82上设置有USB结构和开断立体转换器的开关。下壳体81与上壳盖82相对的底面为支撑面811,考虑到支撑面811的功能,且为了减小立体转换器的设置体积,在支撑面811上不设置插孔。下壳体81的其中一个侧面设置有穿线孔8132的穿线面813,且该穿线孔8132与第一压线块142相对应,方便插座 内胆内的导线出线,并且参见附图5,在下壳体的穿线面813内侧也设置有第二压线块8131,与设置在隔板上的第一压线块142形成一组,且第一压线块142和第二压线块8131之间形成有用于穿过导电线缆的孔洞,且该设置方式,也缩短了插座内胆中的走线量,缩小了立体转换器的体积,在下壳体81的另外三个侧面均设置插孔为插口面812。为了提高立体转换器的使用安全性,在插座内胆和插口面812之间设置保护门模块7,并且为了方便保护门模块7的安装,在插座内胆的侧面设置有卡接柱9,首先利用卡接柱9使得插座内胆与保护门模块7形成安装,然后将安装有保护门模块7的插座内胆整个放入下壳体81,且使得下壳体81的穿线面813与插座内胆的压线块142对应,接着盖上上壳盖82,使得插座内胆上的卡接头1121直接卡入上壳盖82内侧的盲孔槽(图中未画出)中,完成方便的安装。可以理解地,在本实施例一中,所述的壳体还可以为其它形式。如将壳体做成两端开口的中间体和盖设于中间体开口两端的端壳,也即将图4中的下壳体81的分成两部分,在此不再详述。
实施例二
参见附图5,为立体转换器中的壳体与插座内胆的分解图,与实施例一的不同之处在于,在第一隔板11与电路板之间还设置了绝缘板63,也即所述插座内胆设有用于隔绝USB电路板61和强电开关电路板62的绝缘板63,用以增加电路板和火线插套导电片21或电路板与零线插套导电片22之间的电气间隙,使之符合相关标准的规定。
实施例三
参见附图6,为插座内胆的分解图,与实施例一的不同之处在于,取消了第四隔板14和第一隔板11之间设置的卡扣结构。而是在第一隔板11相对第二隔板12的面上设置有定位柱31,且于第二、第三隔板13上设有与所述定位柱31配合的定位孔32,于定位柱31的端面设置有供螺丝34锁紧的螺纹孔311,且于第四隔板14上设置有与螺纹孔311相对应的沉孔33。可以理解地,也可以再第四隔板14相对第三隔板13的面上设置有定位柱31(图中未画出),且于第二、第三隔板13上设有与所述定位柱31配合的定位孔32,于定位柱31的端面设置有供螺丝34锁紧的螺纹孔311,且于第一隔板11上设置有与螺纹孔311相对应的沉孔33。在安装插座内胆的时候,使得第一隔板11上的定位柱31依次穿过第二隔板12、第三隔板13上的定位孔32,然后抵接在第四隔板14上的沉孔33上,由于在定位柱31的端面设置有螺纹孔311,可以采用螺丝34锁入该螺纹孔311,即可实现插座内胆的固定安装。
实施例四
参见附图7,为插座内胆的分解图,与实施例一的不同之处也在于插座内胆,并且可以参见实施例一和实施例三,在本实施例四中,既用到到卡扣结构,又用到了定位柱31结构。在第一隔板11的边缘且朝向第四隔板14方向延伸的扣臂111,且扣臂111设置在了第一隔板11的三个角上,而在另外一个角上设置了沉孔33,在扣臂111上设置有卡槽1111,而在第四隔板14的对应三个角上则设置了与扣臂111的卡槽1111相互配合扣接的卡凸141,且在第四隔板14的另 外一个角上则设置了与该沉孔33对应的定位柱31。可以理解地,扣臂111的设置个数也可以是1个或2个,而定位柱31的个数也可以使2个或3个。在安装的时候,各个隔板互相叠加,且定位柱31对应沉孔33之后,通过螺丝34锁入定位柱31的螺纹孔311中,而扣臂111的卡槽1111则与卡凸141形成扣接,进而实现插座内胆的组装。可以看到,在各个隔板和导电片之间,这里未设置定位机构,可以理解地,可以根据实际使用情况,在本实施例四的基础上,也可以在各个隔板和导电片之间设置如实施例一种所揭示的定位机构。

  1. 一种立体转换器,包括壳体和设置于壳体内的插座内胆,其特征在于,所述插座内胆包括隔板、火线插套导电片(21)、零线插套导电片(22)以及地线插套导电片(23),所述隔板包括依次叠加设置的第一隔板(11)、第二隔板(12)、第三隔板(13)和第四隔板(14),所述零线插套导电片(22)位于第一隔板(11)和第二隔板(12)之间,所述地线插套导电片(23)位于第二隔板(12)和第三隔板(13)之间,所述火线插套导电片(21)位于第三隔板(13)和第四隔板(14)之间,所述壳体至少包括两个设有插口的插口面(812),所述插口与所述火线插套导电片(21)、零线插套导电片(22)以及地线插套导电片(23)的插套相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述第一隔板(11)和第四隔板(14)之间设置有互相扣合的卡扣臂,且当所述卡扣臂互相卡合时,各个隔板与各个导电片之间互相形成压紧状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述第一隔板(11)上卡扣臂的自由端设置有卡槽(1111),所述第四隔板(14)的卡扣臂的自由端设有与所述卡槽(1111)配合的卡凸(141);或所述第四隔板(14)上的卡扣臂的自由端设置有卡槽(1111),第一隔板(11)上卡扣臂的自由端设有与所述卡槽(1111)配合的卡凸(141)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述卡扣臂包围于第二隔板(12)和第三隔板(13)的外围;或所述卡扣臂穿过第二隔板(12)和第三隔板(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述第一隔板(11)或第四隔板(14)上设有用于将所述隔板进行固定 的第一定位柱(31),且所述除设有第一定位柱(31)的隔板外的其它隔板上设有与所述第一定位柱(31)配合作用的第一定位孔(32)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述第一定位柱(31)的自由端设有供螺丝(34)锁紧的螺纹孔(311),且所述第一定位柱(31)的自由端所在的隔板设有供螺丝容置的沉孔(33)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述第一隔板(11)在其背离第二隔板(12)的一面延伸有用于放置电路板的固定支架;或第四隔板(14)在背离第三隔板(13)的一面延伸有用于放置电路板的固定支架。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的立体转换器,其特征在于:所述电路板包括USB电路板(61)和/或强电开关电路板(62),所述固定支架包括用于隔离强电开关电路板(62)和USB电路板(61)的隔离筋(112)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或8所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述壳体的侧面设置有一供导电线缆穿过的穿线孔(8132),于插座内胆对应穿线孔(8132)的一侧面设置有内凹的接线槽(4)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述火线插套导电片(21)设置有第一接线引脚(211),所述零线插套导电片(22)设置有第二接线引脚(221),且所述第一接线引脚(211)和第二接线引脚(221)均设置于所述接线槽(4)内。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,在插座内胆相对穿线孔(8132)的一侧设置有第一压线块(142),于壳体内壁处于穿线孔(8132)下方部位设置有第二压线块(8131),且当插 座内胆安装于壳体内时,第一压线块(142)和第二压线块(8131)相互贴合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,当所述第一压线块(142)和第二压线块(8131)互相贴合时,第一压线块(142)和第二压线块(8131)的相对面之间形成有供导电线缆向穿线孔(8132)穿出的孔洞。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述地线插套导电片(23)设有向所述第四隔板(14)一侧折弯延伸的第三接线引脚(231),且所述第三接线引脚(231)贯穿第四隔板(14);或所述地线插套导电片(23)设有向所述第一隔板(14)一侧折弯延伸的第三接线引脚(231),且所述第三接线引脚(231)贯穿第一隔板(11)。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括一端敞口的下壳体(81)和可将该敞口封闭的上壳盖(82),且所述穿线孔(8132)设于下壳体(81)的一侧面上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述下壳体(81)与上壳盖(82)相对的底面为支撑面(811),而于下壳体(81)除设置有穿线孔(8132)的另外三个侧面均为插口面(812),且于插口面(812)上均设置有所述插口。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,于所述插座内胆和带有插口的壳体内壁之间设置有用于保护插套口的保护门模块(7)。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述插座内 胆与壳体内壁相对的面上设置有用于定位卡接保护门模块(7)的卡接柱(9)。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,当插座内胆安装于壳体内时,所述USB电路板(61)和强电开关电路板(62)与上壳盖(82)相对,且于上壳盖(82)处设置有相应的USB接口槽和开关安装槽。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,所述隔离筋(112)朝向上壳盖(82)的一侧设置有向上壳盖(82)方向延伸的卡接头(1121),且于上壳盖(82)的相对内表面设置有与卡接头(1121)相配合的盲孔槽。
  20. 根据权利要求8所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,安装有电路板的第一隔板(11)或第四隔板(14)上还设置有用于隔离USB电路板(61)与强电开关电路板(62)的绝缘板(63)。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的立体转换器,其特征在于,呈交替层叠设置的各个隔板和各个导电片之间设置有可定位各个导电片于各个隔板上的定位机构。
