例如美国专利申请案第12/009,674号,一种现场监测员工的时间追踪系统,透过网络传递监视画面配合现场生物扫描发送至管理端,进而判别员工活动和行为,来达成管理目的,但此手段需透额外装置来配合,于实施上并非十分完善且不便;又如日本专利申请案第2012-22579号,驻波雷达内置型LED照明器具,系利用分析侦测人体距离、生理状态,加以驱动光源和警报,来应用于建筑物、交通工具、及道路上,但缺点是无法高精密及迅速检测人体状态之异常,且检测之范围短,故于实际应用于家庭或是 干扰较多的环境中,仍是相当不易。
发明内容
本创作者从事相关LED研发制造多年,且于先前已有研发相关结合照明装置的监控系统,并经收集众多同类产品的用户经验与反馈,深知使用者需求,故前述所提及居家照护的远程监控商品,若能加以整构成简单易用的独立系统,势必能满足需要居家看护的家庭,且能建构出更具智慧控制的居家监控环境。
本发明通过照明装置结合习用多种侦测与远程监控之技术,从基本上加以改善精度较低的侦测功能、进而统整居家环境常用的电器装置,并通过系统判别人体状态,进而结合相对应设备,使本发明结合照明装置,衍生的多功能居家监控系统,且于实际应用上更为简易。
本发明的智能居家照顾的照明装置其包含有:一照明装置至少一部分具备透光性的罩,而该照明装置内部设置有能供照明用的照明模块、用于截取不重复范围影像的摄像模块、用于感测环境状态的感测模块、用于提醒通知感测环境状态的警示模块、以及声效模块,前述各模块更有电性连接一主控模块,该主控模块内具有能传输信息的芯片,进而能连接例如:平板计算机、智能手机、手持及穿戴装置、车载信息娱乐系统(In-Vehicle Infotainment System,IVI),再者该主控模块能加以比对所获取信息,来启闭相对应的功能;再者,该主控模块内能储存有关用户相关数据,能加以建构个人健康档案(Personal Health Record,PHD),进而完善个人健康信息。
本发明能利用摄像模块扩展影像截取的范围直至360度来改善影像截取范围,且能统整其余模块所侦侧信息,将其传输至主控模块内判别应用,更可连结家用电器来辅以相对应的设定值,将居家环境整合成更具智慧且符合个人化习性,更能保护家人健康、以及提升生活质量与安全性。为便于贵审查委员能进一步了解有关本发明为达上述目的、特征所采用的技术手段及其功效,兹例举较佳实施例并配合图式说明如下。

具体实施方式
通常根据本发明,该最佳之可行之实施例,并配合图式详细说明后,俾增加对本创作之了解,本发明为一种智能居家照顾的照明装置。

图3所示,包含有:一照明装置1其至少有一部分具备有透光性的罩2,该罩2可以为与该照明装置1一体成型、或为分开设计、又或为从而简略设置,主要设计为可让内部光线射出即可,并不限制于上述构成手段;一照明模块12设于该照明装置1内部,能产生照明光透过该罩2照射至照明装置1的外部;一感测模块13设于该照明装置1的内部,能供感测该照明装置1外的环境状态,且连结有同设于该照明装置1内的一警示模块14、以及一声效模块15来供提示之用;一摄像模块16由至少一个以上的摄像机 161设于该照明装置1内,其所设位置基于以不重复截取影像的范围进行配置,然而常用摄像机161的可视角度会因为焦距不同而限制不同,前述之不重复截取影像的范围,更明确是指该摄像机161之可视角度以不相迭为基础进行配置,故可为水平或是垂直方式设置,更详细而言:该摄像机161单一个是为180度,本发明于各实施例中以两个或两个以上摄像机(161)来建构出全景360度,促使居家环境或所监测的目标体(3)的影像纪录范围能为更佳扩展,不需额外再进行角度的调节动作,便可让监控范围无死角;且此摄像机(161)还能是为单一主体,于内部设置镜头以两个或两个以上来达成无死角之目的,并不限制于上述之实施内容。
一主控模块11其内部具有微处理器、以及能传输信息的芯片,且依附该电源板17供给电源驱动,前述的芯片能进行WIFI、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、或无线控制…等手段进行连结,例如:平板计算机、智能手机、手持及穿戴装置、车载信息娱乐系统(In-Vehicle Infotainment System,IVI),且能加以收集并储存用户相关之数据,加以建构个人健康档案(Personal Health Record,PHD)…等装置,而该主控模块11设于该照明装置1内,且电性连结前面所述的各模块,能通过获取各模块所获信息,进而与该主控模块11内部能判别反馈信息处理的微处理器所默认的标准相互比对,进而启闭相对应的功能。且此照明装置1还设有至少一记忆卡槽18,能供纪录的影像便于转储携带、或是增加额外录像之储存时间;且上述之各模块能够采用单片或多片设置,并不应加以限定。
而前述的感测模块13其包含有:用来感测目标体3的位置及人体机能用的一生物辨识模块131、以及用来检测该照明装置1外的环境温湿度用的一 温湿度感测模块132、以及用来检测该照明装置1外的环境之烟雾用的一烟雾感测模块133、以及用来检测该照明装置1外的有害气体用的一气体感测装置134、以及用来检测该照明装置1外于环境中的悬浮微粒物含量用的一空气感测模块135,以及一红外线接收发射器136来供外部之讯号输入,且各模块所获信息均反馈至该主控模块,能进一步判别目标体3与其环境设定的标准,而启动相对应之警示模块14。
而前述主控模块(11)能利用红外线控制、语音控制、无线控制、或用应用程序(Application,APP)…等手段,让各品牌电器得以改善互联性、兼容性的问题,概略而言:也就是将数种各牌遥控器,通过前述各手段加以统整成为单一遥控器,进而结合感测模块13经连接该主控模块(11)内的微处理器,以程序分析后的结果来判断对应的运作操控。
而前述照明模块12则包含有:一暖光LED121、一冷光LED122、以及一副照明灯123,该副照明灯123则呈一环状,且设置于该照明装置1的中央,而暖光LED121和冷光LED122则环设于该副照明灯123的周缘的灯板上,构成双层环绕的设计,该暖光LED121为内圈,而该冷光LED122则为外圈。且副照明灯123内部含有光传感器,可使该照明模块12通过主控模块11自动调节对应环境的光线、或接受由外部链接输入的指令来操控,且可对应不同使用者或喜好加以储存应用,例如:配合智能型手机以行动应用程序(mobile application,APP)来改变成为情境灯光,对于特殊佳节或节庆时,能轻松改变整体氛围。
而该提示灯组14则包含有:一IP设定提示灯141、一温湿度提示灯142、一烟雾气体警示灯143、一气体提示灯144、一空气质量指示灯145、一烟雾 提示灯146,上数各灯都以各感测模块13所得信息,经回传至该主控模块11判别而加以驱动供发亮显示来提示,上述各灯数量能依实际需求加以增减设计,并不加以限定,但各灯仍以清楚显示为主要。
更有一能于电力不足情形下提供额外电源用的备用电源室19设于该照明装置1中,主要能供市售流通的电源装设,且该备用电源室19与前述的电源板17电性连结,能于电力不足的情形下额外提供电源驱动整体居家监控系统;而该声效模块15当中具有麦克风152与喇叭151,主要能用以进行接收、辨识、语音控制、以及广播音效。
再者,各模块根据各自功能对应各自指示灯,该气体感测模块134为检测环境中的有害气体、以及用于检测环境烟雾的烟雾感测模块133,其相对应于烟雾气体警示灯143,当侦测超过标准时,将相关讯息发送至无线装置,会开始闪烁警示及广播警报,直至最危险等级时,会将相关侦测数据与影像传至消防局;而烟雾提示灯146、气体提示灯144于平时运作时会亮起,确保感测功能有正常运行,此处两种感测模块,当停电或整体供电不足情况发生,仍是优先保持启动状态,这样能避免常见之火灾或是气爆严重灾害的发生,有助于确保居家环境安全;而空气感测模块135主要用追踪环境的空气质量的含量,主要针对空气中的悬浮粒子进行感测,且会将相关讯息发送至无线装置,其相对应的空气质量指示灯145,通常会以长时间亮起不同颜色代表目前空气质量,一般正常状态为蓝色显示、中等状态则为黄色、而最差时为红色显示,然而显示颜色能依实际生产需求改设,并不限定于此处所载的颜色;而温湿度感测模块132,主要对于空气中的温度与湿度含量进行感测,其感测的数据都会回馈至前述之主控模块11,再经由该 主控模块11将讯息传送至无线装置上,其相对应的温湿度提示灯142,只会于平时运行时会亮起,确保感测功能有正常运行。
该主控模块11内部所设芯片,能处理该摄像模块16所获信息,加以感测目标体3的温度或移动,该目标体3为该环境中的人、或是宠物;此外,生物辨识模块131则用以感测目标体3的位置及人体机能,其通常利用多普勒雷达(Doppler radar)来实施,当中透过振幅的频率来获取数据,而生物辨识模块131通常不受该照明装置1的材质影响,能隐匿设置于其内部,使整体外部造型更加美观,更详细而言:通过过呼吸信号中高频带的移动信号,当检测到呼吸信号且基于移动信号发现居住者在固定时间以上来移动时,判定居住者处于异常状况,故利用驻波分析,使得侦测距离得以扩展,以及能进行高精密度的侦测异常,且该侦测所得信息能回传至该主控模块(11)加以纪录于PHD内,如有异常能配合影像及所侦测的信息传输至医院做为远程紧急的医疗指令,而平常亦可于远程进行家庭成员于老人或幼童的监看使用;IP设定提示灯141,主要用于摄像模块16设定指示的用途;而主控模块11的芯片亦可透过红外线接收与发设、语音、或无线控制连接感测模块13达成自动控制冷暖气机、空气清净机、除湿机、电视机、和灯光…等家庭常见的电器产品,让用户进入客厅能自动开启灯光、以及相关链接电器产品也能依用户设定启动,而当使用者离开后会让灯光和链接的电器产品都自动关闭;且该主控模块11内更具有像WIFI、蓝牙相关或是其它的无线通信技术,能通过连结相对应的门窗传感器进行侦测,例如:对门窗设置传感器,通过该主控模块11连接后,得以判断门窗是否有外部入侵,如有外部入侵,此时的主控模块11会启动摄像模块16、以及下达指令让照 明模块12或警示模块14进行闪烁、或照明,并且驱动该声效模块15启动广播警报并通报使用者、或报警…等动作,让居住安全得以大幅提升。
上述的结构主要通过该感测模块13和警示灯组14闪烁提醒、以及声效模块15,配合该主控模块11处理反馈信息,能够有效的确保居家环境能够安全舒适,且通过所设360度的摄像机161,来获得更佳广泛的监控范围,使事件于发生前通过提醒预先输入的使用者名单进而防范,若提醒动作未有响应,且数据持续增加,到达非常危险情况下,将进一步利用网络传送信息至消防队,传送信息含有目前侦测的气体浓度、地址、影像、或其他信息(像是PHD来传送至使用者邻近医院或诊所,或甚至是由医院或诊所方面来取得相关信息,当然两者之间需交换认证来确保信息安全,或是以制造该产品方另外架构专属服务器来处理),供现场人员能够迅速掌握现场状况与应对处理。

图6所示,主要改变是将该摄像模块16改设于照明装置1于该罩2的中央突出的部位,能够让摄像机161的镜头,较前实施例设于照明装置1于固定式来得更具灵活调节性,使调整角度更为简单,且得以进行水平与垂直的角度微调,更将原有的副照明灯123也调整设置于该;而第1、2实施例都为球泡灯设计,其结构上虽只有些许改变,但可应用至不同具有较多空间的灯具上。

图13所示,由图示中可见该灯具依序为吸顶灯、崁灯、天井灯、日光灯平板、以及崁灯的另外两种实施例的类型,从图7吸顶灯的灯具可见其内部空间较为狭隘,该照明装置1至少一部分具备透光性的罩2,该照明装置1内部设有照明模块12、感测模块13、警示模块14、声效模块15、 以及一摄像模块15,该摄像模块15由至少一个以上的摄像机161以不重复录像的视角加以设置于该照明装置1内;且该照明装置1内更具有一主控模块11,该主控模块11能电性连接上述各模块加以判别及链接家用电器,让摄像模块16所取的影像、以及各模块所侦测信息得以进一步解析并下达相对应指令;由仰视角示意图可见,其中心位置是一摄像模块15,由此向外延伸依序为空气质量指示灯145、副照明灯123、以及感测模块13与警示模块14混排设置,最外圈则是为暖光LED121和冷光LED122,通过这样设计能大幅减少所占体积,能将其应用于内部空间较为狭隘的灯具上;再请参阅如图12与图13所示,是为两种崁灯结构,其内部结构同前述实施例一般,其特点在于能够轻松透过压掣进行替换,能够便于后续检修维护。
综上所述,本发明智能居家照顾的照明装置,通过主控模块11内部具有连结家用周边电器的芯片、能存取PHD纪录用的芯片、以及微处理器,进而统整感测模块13和摄像模块16所获信息,并通过照明模块12、警示模块14、声效模块15加以配合,能以无死角且范围扩展来加以看护家庭成员身体的健康及安全状态,并且配合家电产品与通讯来建构一系列的联动应用,且本发明较一般同类看护产品更为实惠,且不需额外配设感应装置,却还可精确的进行感测,并且存成专属个人的数据,于智能家庭(Smart Home)的应用上更有丰富的实用性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一照明装置,至少一部分具备透光性的罩;
    一照明模块,设于该照明装置内,能经该罩将照明光照射至外部;
    一感测模块,设于该照明装置内,能感测该照明装置外的环境状态,且连结有同设于该照明装置内的一警示模块、以及一声效模块来供提示用;
    一摄像模块,包括至少两个或两个以上的摄像机,所述摄像机设于该照明装置内,其位置基于以不重复截取影像范围进行配置;
    一主控模块,设于该照明装置内,且电性连接前面所述的各模块,能通过获取各模块信息,进而与该主控模块内所默认标准相互比对,启闭相对应功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该感测模块还包含有:一生物辩识模块,用于感测目标体的位置及人体机能;
    一温湿度感测模块,用于检测该照明装置外的环境温湿度;
    一烟雾感测模块,用于检测该照明装置外的烟雾;
    一气体感测模块,用于检测该照明装置外的有害气体;
    一空气感测模块,用于检测该照明装置外于环境中的悬浮微粒物含量;
    一红外线接收发射器,能供外部的讯号输入;
    上述各模块反馈的信息至该主控模块,进一步判别目标体、以及环境设定标准,启闭相对应的功能。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该照明 模块更包含有:一暖光LED、一冷光LED、以及一副照明灯,该副照明灯呈一环状,且设置于该照明装置的中央,而暖光LED和冷光LED则环设于该副照明灯的周缘,构成双层环绕的设计,该暖光LED为内圈,而该冷光LED则为外圈。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该警示模块更包含有:一IP设定提示灯、一温湿度提示灯、一烟雾气体警示灯、一气体提示灯、一空气质量指示灯、一烟雾提示灯,上述各灯配合各感测模块测得信息,并将信息回传至该主控模块经判别加以驱动,来供发亮显示提示。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,还包含有:一电源板,该电源板电性连接该主控模块;以及一备用电源室,所述备用电源室设于该照明装置中,并与该电源板电性连结,能于电力不足的情形下额外提供电源。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该摄像机设置于该罩的中央突出的部位。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该摄像机单一可视角度为180度,摄像模块包括至少两个以上的摄像机以构成可视角为360度,达成全景无监控死角的范围。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该感测模块能利用红外线控制、语音控制、无线控制、或用应用程序,达成改善与其电性连结的互联性与兼容性,且该感测模块还可以进行增减。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的智能居家照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,该主控 模块、照明模块、感测模块、警示模块,能选择以单片或多片设置。
