It can proceed in the presence of a metal catalyst. More specifically, such metal catalysts may be in the form of carbonates, alkoxides, halides, oxides or carbonates of these metals. Preferably, as the metal catalyst, octosan tin, titanium tetraisopropoxide, aluminum triisopropoxide, or the like can be used.
- the polylactic acid resin composition can be formed by mixing the polylactic acid resin prepared as described above with a nucleating agent. Specifically, the polylactic acid resin composition may be mixed with a nucleating agent to form a polylactic acid resin composition by mixing at 180 to 200 ° C. in a device such as a twin screw extruder.
- Resin A flexible PLA resin
- f-PLLA f-PLLA
- first nucleating agent PDLA resin
- second nucleating agent PDLA resin
- a nitrogen gas introducing tube a stirrer, a catalyst inlet
- the 8l reactor equipped with a condenser and a vacuum outlet system
- a D- lactide of 1-dodecyl kanol 6g and 4kg, and 5 Ash nitrogen flushing was performed.
- the mixture was heated to 150 ° C. to completely dissolve the D-lactide, and 120 ppmw of tin 2-ethylhexylate as catalyst was diluted in 500 ml of toluene and added into the reactor through a catalyst inlet. Subsequently, the reaction was carried out at 185 ° C.
- the glass transition temperature (Tg), melting temperature (Tm), number average molecular weight (Mn) and weight average molecular weight (Mw) of the resins A, B and C were measured in the following manner, and are shown in Table 1 below. .
- the polylactic acid resin was dissolved in chloroform at a concentration of 0.25% by weight and measured by gel permeation chromatography (manufactured by Viscotek TDA 305, column: Shodex LF804 * 2ea), and polystyrene was used as a weight average molecular weight (Mw) and The number average molecular weight (Mn) was calculated, respectively.
- the resins A, B, C and / or talc were mixed in the contents (wt%) shown in Table 2 below and mixed at 200 ° C. in a twin screw (Toshiba-machine) to prepare a polylactic acid resin composition. It was.
- Tensile strength of the specimen was measured using a universal testing machine (UTM, INSTRON) according to ASTM D638. The average value of 5 tests in total was expressed as a result.
- Elongation of the specimen was measured using a universal testing machine (UTM, INSTRON) in accordance with ASTM D638. The average value of 5 tests in total was expressed as a result.
- Notched Izod impact strength was measured at room temperature (23 ° C.) after notching in a 1/8 inch thick specimen in accordance with ASTM D256.
- the heat deflection temperature of the specimen was measured according to the ASTM D648 method. The results are shown in Table 2 below.
- Examples 1 and 2 including the flexible PLA resin was confirmed that the cooling time is shortened during injection molding even if only a small amount of PDLA as a nucleating agent. In addition, the tensile strength, elongation, impact strength and HDT values were improved, it was confirmed that the mechanical properties and heat resistance properties are excellent. On the other hand, Comparative Examples 1 and 2, including a general PLA resin (general PLLA resin), it was confirmed that the cooling time is longer than the Example and both mechanical properties and heat resistance properties are not good.
- the resins A, B and / or C were mixed in the contents (% by weight) shown in Table 3 (in the case of Reference Example 3, an additional polyethylene glycol (PEG) was added as a plasticizer), and a twin screw extruder (Twin screw, A polylactic acid resin mixture was prepared by compounding at 200 ° C. in a Toshiba-machine.
- PEG polyethylene glycol
- the polylactic acid resin mixture prepared in the reference example was injected into an injection molding machine (Victory 80, Engel), and then the injection molded product was crystallized at 110 ° C to form a specimen. At this time, the size of the specimen was produced differently according to the following measurement method criteria. In addition, the time when an injection molded product is automatically injected was made into cooling time.
- each polylactic acid resin mixture was melted at a melting temperature (Tm) or more. After quenching at 100 ° C., 110 ° C., 120 ° C. and 130 ° C., respectively, isothermally maintained at the respective temperatures to obtain an intermediate value (inflection point) of the start and end of the crystallization peak to define a crystallization half-life.
- Tm melting temperature
- the heat deflection temperature of the specimen was measured according to ASTM D648.
- the specimens were stored for 24 hours in an 80 ° C. hot air oven, and then evaluated for surface migration of the plasticizer. If sticky is observed on the surface of the specimen, it is marked with X.
- the injection product After injecting the polylactic acid resin mixture prepared in Reference Examples 1 to 4 into the injection molding machine, the injection product is crystallized at 110 ° C. to automatically inject the cooling time (indicated by A) and the cooling time to be automatically injected into the tensile specimen. (Denoted 1/2) was checked to compare the crystallization rates. In this case, blank indicates injection failure.
- the polylactic acid resin containing a flexible PLA (Reference Example 1) compared to the polylactic acid resin containing a general PLA (Reference Example 3), even if a small amount of PDLA 5% added to confirm that the crystallization rate is 2 to 3 times faster could.
- Reference Example 1 was confirmed to have a higher HDT value than the polylactic acid resin (Reference Examples 3 and 4) including general PLA.
- the reference example 4 the HDT value was increased by a small amount of the addition of the plasticizer (PEG), but it was found that the heat resistance characteristics are lower than that of the reference example 1 is smaller than the HDT value of the reference example 1, the plasticizer surface transition when visual observation (Bleeding out) was confirmed.
