Description

一种跨国运输的物流信息获取方法和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种物流信息查询技术,特别涉及一种跨国运输的物流信息获取方法和系统。
背景技术
国内包裹配送市场已经成熟,但为了满足国际化商业和全球社会的需求,新兴的跨国市场在持续增长。国家邮政公司是主要在特定国家内运营的邮政系统,诸如美国邮政服务公司或意大利邮政集团。当前,世界各地的国家邮政公司绝大部分不提供端到端配送服务的全球可视化。其结果是,企业和个人为了在国际间配送包裹,就必须严重依赖于其他运输商。在商业物流业也存在类似情况,因为跨国运输涉及路程收货点/投递点范围过于广泛,基本不可能是独立的一家商业物流公司可以完成的,就算DHL这种行业巨头也有部分是通过合作中转。
例如,尽管在诸如的电子商务网站上出现的国际配送允许使用国家邮局,但对于国家邮政公司提供的服务仅具有有限的以及不协调的国际跟踪和支付能力。这是因为大部分邮政公司不提供从一个国家到另一个国家的完整的“邮局选项”;它们仅仅提供它们自己国内的邮局或商业物流选项。因而,购买者被迫依赖于私营装运公司,而私营装运公司在国际间可能非常昂贵。此外,购买者可能难以按照卖方的货币来付款。
全球邮政都不会负责国外部分的运输,只负责国内到出口为止的部分,国外部分由它国邮政负责,所以包裹信息大部分都是只录入自己国内运输的这部分流程,不会录入它国邮政负责的流程,部分商业物流也是如此。
包裹的物流信息查询对于试图进行跨国运输的邮政公司来说也是一个挑战。现今,邮政公司仅具有在国家之间跟踪包裹的有限能力,因为每个国内邮政公司可能使用不同的查询方法和/或代码。
而跨国运输的一个非常重要的特点是各国物流环境的差异,尤其是物流软环境的差异。不同国家的不同物流适用法律使跨国运输的复杂性远高于一 国的国内物流,甚至会阻断跨国运输;不同国家、不同经济和科技发展水平会造成跨国运输处于不同科技条件的支撑下,甚至有些地区根本无法应用某些技术而迫使跨国运输整体系统水平的下降;不同国家不同标准,也造成国际间“接轨”的困难,因而使跨国运输系统难以建立;不同国家的风俗人文也使跨国运输受到很大局限。而且不同运输商具有不同的查询方式,且可能具有不同的语言,以及不同的信息描述方式和不同的展现方式,所以产生查询繁琐、困难、不便理解等问题。
公开于该背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种跨国运输的物流信息获取方法和系统,从而克服现有技术中存在的查询跨国运输物流时步骤繁琐、操作复杂的缺点。
为实现上述目的,一种跨国运输的物流信息获取方法,包括:
步骤A:接收用户输入的物流单号,并根据预设的单号规则库识别出所述物流单号中的起始运输商信息以及标识;
步骤B:根据所述物流单号、起始运输商信息以及标识,获取起始运输商的物流信息;
步骤C:提取所述起始运输商的物流信息中的第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识;
步骤D:根据所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第一中转国运输商的物流信息;
步骤E:提取所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息中的第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识;
步骤F:根据所述第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第二中转国运输商的物流信息;
步骤G:重复所述步骤E和步骤F,当某一中转国运输商的物流信息中不再包含下一步的物流信息查询参数时,将该中转国运输商的物流信息作为终点运输商的物流信息;
步骤H:将所述起始运输商的物流信息、全部中转国运输商的物流信息、终点运输商的物流信息以及全部运输商的标识进行合并输出。
优选地,上述技术方案中,所述用户输入的物流单号为所述起始运输商根据预设的单号规则生成的全球唯一单号;
或者跨国运输的物流信息获取系统根据预设的单号规则生成并返回给所述起始运输商的全球唯一单号。

除非另有其它明确表示,否则在整个说明书和权利要求书中,术语“包括”或其变换如“包含”或“包括有”等等将被理解为包括所陈述的元件或组成部分,而并未排除其它元件或其它组成部分。
为了解决现有技术中存在的查询跨国运输物流时步骤繁琐、操作复杂的技术问题,本发明提出了一种跨国运输的物流信息获取方法和系统。本发明提出的方法和系统提供了一个查询接口,通过用户提交物流单号,该系统进行查询,然后将查询结果返回给用户;接口的形式并无限制,tcp,http等技术中可使用的通讯技术;提交的数据格式、返回的数据格式可以无限制,可以为文本、二进制、html、json、xml等技术中可使用的数据格式。
实施例一
如图1所示,本发明的跨国运输的物流信息获取方法,包括:
步骤S101:接收用户输入的物流单号,并根据预设的单号规则库识别出所述物流单号中的起始运输商信息以及标识;
用户通过程序、浏览器、网页界面等任何技术访问方式,使用HTTP,用GET或POST等方式(不只是http,任何通讯技术手段都应包含在本发明的保护范围内),向本发明的跨国运输的物流信息获取系统提交一个或多个单 号;通过特定符号(如换行、逗号、分号、句号等)输入多个物流单号,以对多个物流单号进行分割。用户也可以复制、粘贴包括多个物流单号及其它内容的混合一起的文本信息,单号规则库自动对用户粘贴的文本信息进行规则分析,提取符合规则的物流单号。
其中,起始运输商标识用于标识起始运输商具体名称的字段;起始运输商信息:包裹/快递首次被接收的运输商信息。
单号规则库用于储存或描述各种物流运输商的单号规则,保存形式无需限定,包括但不限于对应的各种物流单号。通过对规则库提供相应参数(如物流单号的文本描述信息),匹配出对应的运输商信息。单号规则库可不断的扩充、增加、更新,以支持更多的识别跟匹配。物流单号可以由各大物流公司自行定义,或由物流公司与本发明的跨国运输的物流信息获取系统协商确定,例如可能为9位纯数字、12位纯数字、字母加数字单号等等,并且随着实际运输需求进行变更、增加或删除。基于上述原因,本发明实施例提出对物流单号进行分析时,可以直接从单号规则库中进行匹配以得到物流单号对应的运输商信息。
优选的,所述单号规则库中预先设置有多个运输商的单号规则;在根据单号规则库识别出所述物流单号符合多个运输商的单号规则时,获取用户在所述多个运输商中指定的起始运输商信息;在根据单号规则库无法识别所述物流单号时,返回无法识别提示,并获取用户指定的其他起始运输商信息。
在接收到用户输入的物流单号之后,系统识别出该物流单号所属的运输商,每个运输商可以有自己的单号规则;或者采用统一的单号规则,但可以根据不同的单号内容对不同的运输商进行区分,需要预先将各个运输商的单号规则进行归档并形成单号规则库。比如:123456789(9位数字,为某运输商的物流单号),当用户输入一个9位数字的物流单号时,即能够快速识别出是哪个运输商的单号。
不同运输商可能存在相同的单号规则,比如A与B的单号都是9位数字,在识别用户输入的9位数字单号时,如果单号规则库中同时识别出有A、B两家运输商同时满足9位数字单号的单号规则,则用户可以指定A、B其中之一的运输商作为起始运输商;如果用户输入了一个无法识别的单号,即单号规则库中没有与此物流单号相匹配的运输商时,则用户可以指定单号规则 库之外的其他运输商作起始运输商。
如果不同的运输商采用统一的单号规则,则所述用户输入的物流单号为所述起始运输商根据预设的单号规则生成的全球唯一单号;或者跨国运输的物流信息获取系统根据预设的单号规则生成并返回给所述起始运输商的全球唯一单号。这样便可将全球杂乱无章的所有运输商统一到本发明的系统中进行查询,用户在查询时无需知道是由哪家运输商进行运输,系统即可准确识别。
由于全球物流运输商数量庞大,为了有效区分不同运输商的物流单号,所以需要建立一种具有全球唯一单号的统一的单号规则(此规则不限形式,目的是为了达到全球唯一,如:ABCXX123456789YQ,定义长度统一的单号,17位字符,ABC代表某个运输商,XX代表运输商自定义的类型编号,123456789代表流水号,YQ代表系统的识别号),这样就可以由单号知道是属于哪个运输商进行货物承接。
另外各运输商提供数据接口,接口内容包括但不限于(实际的起始运输商标识,用于表示该包裹由哪个实际运输商进行运输,该标识由运输商自己进行制定,系统将根据每个运输商制定的标识,对应成统一的标识;原始的物流单号,是起始运输商的物流单号;终点运输商(这里也可能是终点国家)标识,代表的是包裹发送到的终点国家,也可以是任何形式的标识,系统将根据此标识,转换成对应的统一国家标识;包裹在代理运输商手中流转的跟踪信息)等。
步骤S102:根据所述物流单号、起始运输商信息以及标识,获取起始运输商的物流信息;
根据物流单号和获取到的起始运输商信息以及标识,到该起始运输商对应的查询网站进行物流跟踪信息采集。每个物流单号都有对应的可以进行物流查询的网站连接,根据用户所提供的物流单号和该查询网站链接,结合模拟请求技术采集出这个单号在这个网站上的查询结果,所得结果表示为html内容或者json、xml、文本等可以使用或表现的数据,以便进行最后汇总处理。
在得出起始运输商物流信息后,还将查询结果数据进行分析和分割,截取有用的数据,一般而言,跟踪数据都表现为多条目,每条的内容一般包括: 时间点,包裹/快递状态,包裹/快递位置等等,将这些内容再总结成两部分内容(还可以设置其他部分如:位置、GPS坐标等内容),一部分为时间,另一部分为事件。事件的内容由单条跟踪数据的所有内容进行分析整合,再把所有事件内容按时间先后倒序(本发明所述的先后顺序仅为举例示意,只要事件内容统一即可,可能为升序也可能为倒序)存放为集合形式。而当起始运输商物流对应的查询方式出现无法识别时,例如不支持查询或查询结果为空时、查询错误等情况,返回提示信息于用户,并且用户可以通过直接指定中转国,对中转国物流信息进行查询。
步骤S103:提取所述起始运输商的物流信息中的第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识;
具体的,是在步骤S102得到的起始运输商物流信息中,提取第一中转国的物流信息查询参数,所述物流信息查询参数包括以下任意一种或多种:物流查询单号、运输商网址、物流信息链接、邮政编码等内容。本领域技术人员应当了解,物流信息查询参数不限于上述的各种参数,凡是能够用于查询第一中转国物流信息的参数均应包含在本发明要求保护的范围内。
例如:一条A→B→C→D的跨国运输路线,在得到起始运输商A的物流信息后,在A的物流信息中包含有第一中转国B的物流信息查询参数和第一中转国B的运输商信息以及标识。
步骤S104:根据所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第一中转国运输商的物流信息;
每个运输商的查询方式都不相同,比如有的运输商有查询接口,此时直接通过查询接口获取该运输商的查询结果;如果运输商没有查询接口,系统对运输商网站的查询功能模块进行模拟请求,以得到查询结果。
在得到查询结果后,由于任何一个运输商的查询结果的数据原型都不相同,可能是任意的数据格式,包括但不限于XML、JSON、HTML、纯文本等,此时需要根据不同运输商的不同数据格式,将数据原型进行分割,提取出最终代表包裹/快递物流信息的数据,包括但不限于事件时间、事件地点、时间内容、到达地等,然后将这些数据统一为一种格式,包括但不限于XML、JSON、HTML、纯文本等。
步骤S105:提取所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息中的第二中转国运输 商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识;
本步骤中主要针对可能不止一个中转国的跨国运输过程的情形,如在A→B→C→D的跨国运输路线中,本步骤相当于根据B国物流信息,获取B国物流信息中的C国物流信息查询参数、C国的运输商信息以及标识。
优选的,该步骤还包括:提取所述第一中转国物流信息中的第一物流信息查询参数和起始运输商物流信息中的第二物流信息查询参数;将所述第一物流信息查询参数和所述第二物流信息查询参数作为第二中转国的物流信息查询参数。以上述在A→B→C→D的跨国运输路线中,这主要是针对仅通过B国的物流信息无法得到完整的C国物流信息查询参数的情形,如:有些国家的运输商在提供查询功能时,要求获取所要查询的包裹/快递发出的具体时间,以便在查询时进行时间段区分,此时即需要起始运输商A的物流信息中的发件时间,以及B国物流信息的中转后的C国单号;
上述仅是通过需要C国物流单号结合A国的发件时间查询C国物流信息的情形,在实际中转过程中,还有可能利用到物流信息中其他参数,如:起始运输商家标识、起始运输商信息、C国邮政编码等等。而且,本实施例仅以A→B→C→D的中转运输过程进行说明,查询C国物流信息可能需要A+B的部分或全部物流信息。而在实际中转运输过程中,如A→B→C→D→E→F→G的运输过程中,查询F国的物流信息时,可能需要结合F国之前的任意多个国家的物流信息,如、A+B+C+D或A+B+D+E等,才能获取完整的F国物流信息查询参数。本领域技术人员应当了解,这些情形为本发明实施例的方法的等同变形,也应包含在本发明要求保护的范围内。
优选的,在步骤S103和S105中,提取中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、中转国运输商信息以及标识的步骤包括:根据上一个和/或多个运输商的物流信息,提取出查询下一中转国运输商物流信息使用的真正参数,所述真正参数可以是对国家标识进行转换后的国际标准的国家代码,或者是本发明定义的相对标准代码。
步骤S106:根据所述第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第二中转国运输商的物流信息;
该步骤的查询过程与步骤S102或S104的查询过程类似,根据获取到的查询下一中转国物流信息必需的物流信息查询参数和下一中转国运输商信息 进行查询,在此不再赘述。
优选的,在步骤S102、S104或S106中,获取运输商的物流信息的步骤包括:
根据运输商信息到预设的规则库中找到该运输商对应的信息获取方式,所述信息获取方式包括:对运输商网站进行模拟请求、对运输商公开查询接口进行请求和/或对运输商合作查询接口进行请求;通过网络访问,根据所述信息获取方式获取与物流信息查询参数相关的数据;在获取到所述数据后,提取所述数据中与物流信息相关的全部信息,所述物流信息包括物流事件、事件时间、事件地点、有意义的各种标识和/或下一中转国信息。
步骤S107:重复所述步骤S105和步骤S106,当某一中转国运输商的物流信息中不再包含下一步的物流信息查询参数时,将该中转国运输商的物流信息作为终点运输商的物流信息;
当包裹/快递仅通过一个国家进行中转运输时,如A→B→C的运输过程中,在得到C的物流信息后,由于C已经是目的国家,因此,在C的物流信息中即不会存在下一中转国的物流信息查询参数。因此,当C国物流信息中没有包含下一国物流信息查询参数时,即可以将C国物流信息作为终点运输商物流信息。
当某一中转国物流信息中包含下一中转国物流信息查询参数时,重复所述步骤S105-S107的查询过程,直至获取到终点运输商物流信息。
也就是说,当C国物流信息中包含物流信息查询参数,则说明C国仅是其中一个中转国,此时需要继续根据该物流信息参数进行查询下一中转国物流信息,直至获取到最终的终点运输商物流信息。
步骤S108:将所述起始运输商的物流信息、全部中转国运输商的物流信息、终点运输商的物流信息以及全部运输商的标识进行合并输出。
经过上述各步骤后得到的起始运输商物流信息、全部中转国物流信息、终点运输商物流信息以及全部运输商的标识,将这多个物流信息进行组织汇总合并,以起始运输商物流信息、中转国物流信息、终点运输商物流信息进行顺序合并,查询结果包括了物流信息的发生时间、发生事件的条目集合,如果终点运输商物流信息的查询结果为空,则直接用起始运输商和中转国运输商的有效查询结果。
通过将所有接触到包裹/快递的运输商的物流信息查询结果,组织并且合并,最终得到这个包裹/快递在运输过程中全部流程,并合并输出。本发明实施例最终呈现给用户的物流信息不止包含包裹/快递到达的不同国家的不同阶段的详细信息,还包括每个运输商的标识以及运输商的信息。
优选的,根据合并输出的数据中不同类型、不同语言、不同格式、不同描述的物流信息,分类出物流过程中的不同阶段运输状态,包括但不限于(运输途中、退件、等待领取、投递成功);将分类后的数据统一为预设的数据格式,并输出显示。甚至整合成统一的描述方式,翻译成统一的语言,去除各节点运输商相同的事件,将各运输商物流信息的时间统一为相同的时区,根据各个信息的节点位置,绘制出运输的地图路线,分析成统一的包裹状态等。
最终用户所得到的物流信息将是一种统一的数据格式或体现形式,大大节省了用户去多个运输商网站分别查询各个运输商所承担阶段的物流信息的时间,且避免了物流信息的原型数据不统一带来的理解上的不便。
由于各国物流运输商的查询方式均不相同,得到的查询信息数据形式也各不相同,还可能参杂有与物流信息无关的内容,本发明实施例提出统一去获取各个运输商的查询数据,然后将得到的数据进行提取(每个运输商,都需要进行单独数据查询跟提取的逻辑步骤,因为各个运输商查询自己承运的物流信息的过程各不相同),获得只与物流信息相关的内容。
运输状态是在获得上述物流信息相关内容后,通过对相关内容的关键字匹配、直接取得状态等形式分析获得,如果同一包裹/快递在起始运输商与中转国或终点中分别显示不同的运输状态,需要从两份物流信息的包裹状态中选择一个作为最终的运输状态,具体选择以优先级的形式。比如起始运输商运输状态为运输途中,而终点运输商的包裹状态已经为成功签收,那么最终包裹状态将为成功签收,这是由于起始运输商、终点运输商均分别承担自己运输路段内的运输,当包裹/快递进入他国时,由于没有实现物流信息互通,因此,导致起始运输商的物流信息不再更新,从而与实际运输状态不一致。
在上述的查询结果集合中通过对每条事件的关键字进行匹配,判断出当前的包裹状态,包括:运输途中、到达待取、签收等等。再者每个物流单号的查询结果中一般会有发货时间和签收时间的体现,对每个单号的所有事件进行分析,判断每个单号事件的开始与结束时间,记录每个单号完成的时效, 并与包裹状态和上述查询结果返回展示与用户。
更佳地,可返回数据原始格式(如XML,JSON,SOAP,文本等),方便用于其它系统的调用和进行二次开发;可供用户选择将查询结果进行指定语言的翻译(使用第三方翻译接口,如Google、Bing等),使查询结果更方便于阅读;对于用户查询的结果计算出包裹的投递时效,展现给客户并保存到时效统计数据库中,在时效统计模块进行展示,可让从业者人员知道,如本月或上月或年度,某个国家发到某个国家的包裹的最大时效,最小时效,平均时效,方便从业者人员进行对比,选择最合适自己的发件方式。
对物流信息的查询结合模拟请求技术采集出这个单号在这个网站上的查询结果,所得结果表示为html内容或者json、xml、文本等可以使用或表现的数据,并将数据进行分析和分割,截取有用的数据,一般而言,查询到的数据都表现为多个条目,每个条目的内容一般包括:时间点,包裹状态,包裹位置等等,将这些内容再总结成两部分内容,一部分为时间,另一部分为事件,事件的内容则由单条跟踪数据的所有内容进行分析整合,再把所有事件内容按时间先后倒序存放为集合形式,进行合并输出显示。
本发明的跨国运输的物流信息获取方法,为用户提供了一站式的全程物流查询服务,将跨国运输的全程物流信息统一到一个查询入口进行查询,实现了用户只需一次查询,即可获得起始运输商、中转国运输商、终点运输商之间全程的跨国运输信息。本发明的方法,使得用户不必再到跨国运输物流的各个国家的各个运输商网站分别进行查询,极大地缩短了物流查询的时间,提高了物流查询效率,对于本行业内的相关从业者来说具有重要的意义。
实施例二
如图2所示,本发明的一种跨国运输的物流信息获取系统,包括:
物流单号识别模块21,用于接收用户输入的物流单号,并根据预设的单号规则库识别出所述物流单号中的起始运输商信息以及标识;
起始信息获取模块22,用于根据所述物流单号、起始运输商信息以及标识,获取起始运输商的物流信息;
第一信息提取模块23,用于提取所述起始运输商的物流信息中的第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识;
第一物流获取模块24,用于根据所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询 参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第一中转国运输商的物流信息;
第二信息提取模块25,用于提取所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息中的第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识;
第二物流获取模块26,用于根据所述第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第二中转国运输商的物流信息;
终点信息获取模块27,用于重复所述第二信息提取模块和第二物流获取模块的操作,当某一中转国运输商的物流信息中不再包含下一步的物流信息查询参数时,将该中转国运输商的物流信息作为终点运输商的物流信息;
信息合并输出模块28,用于将所述起始运输商的物流信息、全部中转国运输商的物流信息、终点运输商的物流信息以及全部运输商的标识进行合并输出。
优选的,所述用户输入的物流单号为所述起始运输商根据预设的单号规则生成的全球唯一单号;
或者跨国运输的物流信息获取系统根据预设的单号规则生成并返回给所述起始运输商的全球唯一单号。
优选的,所述起始信息获取模块、第一物流获取模块和/或第二物流获取模块获取运输商的物流信息的步骤包括:
根据运输商信息到预设的规则库中找到该运输商对应的信息获取方式,所述信息获取方式包括:对运输商网站进行模拟请求、对运输商公开查询接口进行请求和/或对运输商合作查询接口进行请求;
通过网络访问,根据所述信息获取方式获取与物流信息查询参数相关的数据;
在获取到所述数据后,提取所述数据中与物流信息相关的全部信息,所述物流信息包括物流事件、事件时间、事件地点、有意义的各种标识和/或下一中转国信息。
优选的,所述第一信息提取模块和/或第二信息提取模块提取中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、中转国运输商信息以及标识的步骤包括:
根据上一个和/或多个运输商的物流信息,提取出查询下一中转国运输商物流信息使用的真正参数,所述真正参数至少包括:对国家标识进行转换后的国际标准的国家代码。
优选的,所述单号规则库中预先设置有多个运输商的单号规则;
在根据单号规则库识别出所述物流单号符合多个运输商的单号规则时,获取用户在所述多个运输商中指定的起始运输商信息;
在根据单号规则库无法识别所述物流单号时,返回无法识别提示,并获取用户指定的其他起始运输商信息。
优选的,所述物流信息查询参数包括以下任意一种或多种:
物流查询单号、运输商网址、物流信息链接、邮政编码。
优选的,所述信息合并输出模块28还用于,
根据合并输出的内容中不同类型、不同语言、不同格式、不同描述的物流信息,分类出物流过程中的不同阶段状态;
将分类后的内容统一为预设的数据格式,并输出显示。
本发明的跨国运输的物流信息获取系统,为用户提供了一站式的全程物流查询服务,将跨国运输的全程物流信息统一到一个查询入口进行查询,实现了用户只需一次查询,即可获得起始运输商、中转国、目的国之间全程的跨国运输信息。本发明的方法和系统,使得用户不必再到跨国运输物流的各个国家的各个运输商网站分别进行查询,极大地缩短了物流查询的时间,提高了物流查询效率,对于本行业内的相关从业者来说具有重要的意义。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种跨国运输的物流信息获取方法,其特征在于,包括:
    步骤A:接收用户输入的物流单号,并根据预设的单号规则库识别出所述物流单号中的起始运输商信息以及标识;
    步骤B:根据所述物流单号、起始运输商信息以及标识,获取起始运输商的物流信息;
    步骤C:提取所述起始运输商的物流信息中的第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识;
    步骤D:根据所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第一中转国运输商的物流信息;
    步骤E:提取所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息中的第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识;
    步骤F:根据所述第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第二中转国运输商的物流信息;
    步骤G:重复所述步骤E和步骤F,当某一中转国运输商的物流信息中不再包含下一步的物流信息查询参数时,将该中转国运输商的物流信息作为终点运输商的物流信息;
    步骤H:将所述起始运输商的物流信息、全部中转国运输商的物流信息、终点运输商的物流信息以及全部运输商的标识进行合并输出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户输入的物流单号为所述起始运输商根据预设的单号规则生成的全球唯一单号;
    或者跨国运输的物流信息获取系统根据预设的单号规则生成并返回给所述起始运输商的全球唯一单号。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤B、步骤D和/或步骤F中,获取运输商的物流信息的步骤包括:
    根据运输商信息到预设的规则库中找到该运输商对应的信息获取方式, 所述信息获取方式包括:对运输商网站进行模拟请求、对运输商公开查询接口进行请求和/或对运输商合作查询接口进行请求;
    通过网络访问,根据所述信息获取方式获取与物流信息查询参数相关的数据;
    在获取到所述数据后,提取所述数据中与物流信息相关的全部信息,所述物流信息包括物流事件、事件时间、事件地点、有意义的各种标识和/或下一中转国信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤C和/或步骤E中,提取中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、中转国运输商信息以及标识的步骤包括:
    根据上一个和/或多个运输商的物流信息,提取出查询下一中转国运输商物流信息使用的真正参数,所述真正参数至少包括:对国家标识进行转换后的国际标准的国家代码。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述单号规则库中预先设置有多个运输商的单号规则;
    在根据单号规则库识别出所述物流单号符合多个运输商的单号规则时,获取用户在所述多个运输商中指定的起始运输商信息;
    在根据单号规则库无法识别所述物流单号时,返回无法识别提示,并获取用户指定的其他起始运输商信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述物流信息查询参数包括以下任意一种或多种:
    物流查询单号、运输商网址、物流信息链接、邮政编码。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤H还包括:
    根据合并输出的内容中不同类型、不同语言、不同格式、不同描述的物流信息,分类出物流过程中的不同阶段状态;
    将分类后的内容统一为预设的数据格式,并输出显示。
  8. 一种跨国运输的物流信息获取系统,其特征在于,包括:
    物流单号识别模块,用于接收用户输入的物流单号,并根据预设的单号规则库识别出所述物流单号中的起始运输商信息以及标识;
    起始信息获取模块,用于根据所述物流单号、起始运输商信息以及标识,获取起始运输商的物流信息;
    第一信息提取模块,用于提取所述起始运输商的物流信息中的第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识;
    第一物流获取模块,用于根据所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第一中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第一中转国运输商的物流信息;
    第二信息提取模块,用于提取所述第一中转国运输商的物流信息中的第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识;
    第二物流获取模块,用于根据所述第二中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、第二中转国运输商信息以及标识,获取第二中转国运输商的物流信息;
    终点信息获取模块,用于重复所述第二信息提取模块和第二物流获取模块的操作,当某一中转国运输商的物流信息中不再包含下一步的物流信息查询参数时,将该中转国运输商的物流信息作为终点运输商的物流信息;
    信息合并输出模块,用于将所述起始运输商的物流信息、全部中转国运输商的物流信息、终点运输商的物流信息以及全部运输商的标识进行合并输出。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户输入的物流单号为所述起始运输商根据预设的单号规则生成的全球唯一单号;
    或者跨国运输的物流信息获取系统根据预设的单号规则生成并返回给所述起始运输商的全球唯一单号。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述起始信息获取模块、第一物流获取模块和/或第二物流获取模块获取运输商的物流信息的步骤包括:
    根据运输商信息到预设的规则库中找到该运输商对应的信息获取方式, 所述信息获取方式包括:对运输商网站进行模拟请求、对运输商公开查询接口进行请求和/或对运输商合作查询接口进行请求;
    通过网络访问,根据所述信息获取方式获取与物流信息查询参数相关的数据;
    在获取到所述数据后,提取所述数据中与物流信息相关的全部信息,所述物流信息包括物流事件、事件时间、事件地点、有意义的各种标识和/或下一中转国信息。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的系统,其特征在于,所述第一信息提取模块和/或第二信息提取模块提取中转国运输商的物流信息查询参数、中转国运输商信息以及标识的步骤包括:
    根据上一个和/或多个运输商的物流信息,提取出查询下一中转国运输商物流信息使用的真正参数,所述真正参数至少包括:对国家标识进行转换后的国际标准的国家代码。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的系统,其特征在于,所述单号规则库中预先设置有多个运输商的单号规则;
