为了实现对磁感应开关40的触发,如图2所示,控制开关10还包括拉线盘组件16,磁钢15设置在拉线盘组件16上;旋钮14与拉线盘组件16连接以带动拉线盘组件16转动,当旋钮14转动到报警位置11时,磁钢15触发磁感应开关40。优选地,在拉线盘组件16上安装有一排小磁钢,提供磁场来触发磁感应开关。
本实施例中控制开关10与锁闭装置之间的连接方式为,如图2所示,报警解锁装置还包括驱动绳50,拉线盘组件16与锁闭装置通过驱动绳50连接,当旋钮14转动到解锁位置12时,驱动绳50驱动锁闭装置进行解锁操作。
图3和图4描述的是旋转位的一个状态,报警和解锁位的角度设置不同,主要是在解锁位是采用的机械信号,需要触动钢丝绳的距离长,才能确保信号的传输。
在本实施例中,报警解锁装置还包括:电源控制模块60,电源控制模块60与通讯装置连接,用于为通讯装置供电。通过设置电源控制模块60,可以比较方便地控制通讯装置并为其供电。
在本实施例中,报警解锁装置还包括:指示装置70,控制开关10与指示装置70信号连接,当控制开关10处于报警位置11时,指示装置70发出报警指示。优选地,指示装置70为指示灯。通过设置指示装置70,可以比较指示客室此时处于报警状态。
另外,锁闭装置内设置有时间继电器,时间继电器内存储有设定时间段,当控制开关10处于报警位置11持续到设定时间段后,锁闭装置产生车门解锁确认信号并将车门解锁确认信号发送到司机室。
在本实施例中,锁闭装置内设置有时间继电器,当操作者将旋钮14拧到报警位置11时,不松手坚持到设定时间段后就可以把车门解锁确认信号发到司机室,如果松手,旋钮14自动回到复位位置13,没有产生该解锁确认信号只能完成紧急通话。优选地,该设定时间段为5秒。
在本实施例中,该报警解锁装置有个白色透明的防护罩,在防护罩上有文字说明,比如“紧急报警及车门解锁装置,请乘客在非紧急情况下不要随意操作,旋转开关旋转至1位(报警位)是与司机紧急通话,旋转至2位(解锁位)是开启车门紧急解锁,0位是复位,对本次操作的结束”,该防护罩起着保护该装置、还有警示和使用介绍作用。
为了传送音频数据并进行电源供给,该报警解锁装置还包括数据和电源接口80。
本实施例中的报警解锁装置是一种具有紧急报警和解锁功能的装置,主要应用在地铁项目中,在低地板及其它城轨项目中也能应用。该装置集成了在紧急情况下报警和对车门解锁的功能,地铁车辆在运行中,客室内出现紧急情况或突发事件时,乘客可旋转设置在该装置上的旋钮至报警位后松手,报警信号传送至司机室,司机在接受该信号后,乘客可以通过旋钮上面的内藏式对讲装置实现与司机的对话。
因为紧急报警和紧急车门解锁功能实际在车辆运行中发生的次数很少,所以将该相同功能聚合在一个装置上减少车厢内设备的布置和功能接口,并且该装置的设计简单功能可靠。
下面具体说明各种操作:
一、报警位操作
本实施例中的报警解锁装置在车厢内的安装位置方便乘客使用,该装置集防护罩、话筒、扬声器、指示灯、报警和解锁旋钮为一体,话筒为嵌入式电容(无噪声)声压型。话筒与系统其它部分兼容并带有各自的前置放大器。
当客室出现紧急情况或突发事件时,乘客可操作该装置,旋转开关至报警位后松手,报警指示灯开始闪烁,闪烁频率为1Hz;同时输出相应的状态信号,请求与司机室进行对讲通话,主控端司机选择接受报警请求后,完成与客室乘客的紧急对讲功能。
二、解锁位操作
当客室出现紧急情况或突发事件需要开启车门时,乘客可操作该装置,旋转开关至报警位后不用松手,待与司机进行通话确认,其中松手与不松手之间在车门上方的锁闭装置有个信号传送给司机室,因为在磁钢与磁感应开关接触的时候就会有信号,同时拉线盘组件也发生旋转,而拉线盘的钢丝绳与锁闭装置连接,在该锁闭装置中设有时间继电器,不用松手到时间5秒后就可以把车门解锁确认的信号发到司机室,若果松手没有该信号就只能完成紧急通话。
当司机收到信号完成对讲确认需要开门,此时,司机操作锁闭装置传送过去的解锁信号,车门才能解锁。
当列车解锁时有以下情况:
1、若门系统有电且零速信号(速度≤5km/h)有效时,操纵紧急解锁的信号给司机和门控器,待司机确认同意后,可以手动开、关门。
2、若门系统有电且零速信号(速度>5km/h)无效时,操纵紧急解锁的信号给司机和门控器,如果司机允许,司机将实施紧急制动,车辆停车时,车门电机制动器分开,此时可以手动打开车门。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种报警解锁装置,所述报警解锁装置安装在客室车厢内,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置包括:
    控制开关(10),所述控制开关(10)具有报警位置(11)和解锁位置(12);
    通讯装置,所述控制开关(10)与所述通讯装置信号连接,当所述控制开关(10)处于所述报警位置(11)时,所述通讯装置开启以收发语音信号;
    锁闭装置,所述锁闭装置安装在车门上,以控制所述车门锁闭或解锁;所述控制开关(10)与所述锁闭装置信号连接,当所述控制开关(10)处于所述解锁位置(12)时,所述锁闭装置进行解锁操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述通讯装置包括:
    扬声器(20),所述控制开关(10)与所述扬声器(20)连接,在所述控制开关(10)处于所述报警位置(11)时,所述扬声器(20)开启。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述通讯装置还包括:
    话筒(30),所述控制开关(10)与所述话筒(30)连接,在所述控制开关(10)处于所述报警位置(11)时,所述话筒(30)开启。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述控制开关(10)包括旋钮(14),所述旋钮(14)旋转运动以到达所述报警位置(11)或所述解锁位置(12)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述控制开关(10)还具有复位位置(13),所述报警位置(11)位于所述复位位置(13)和所述解锁位置(12)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置还包括用于发送报警信号的磁感应开关(40),所述控制开关(10)包括用于触发所述磁感应开关(40)的磁钢(15),当所述磁钢(15)触发所述磁感应开关(40)后,所述磁感应开关(40)所在的线路向司机室传送报警信号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述控制开关(10)还包括拉线盘组件(16),所述磁钢(15)设置在所述拉线盘组件(16)上;所述旋钮(14)与所述拉线盘组件(16)连接以带动所述拉线盘组件(16)转动,当所述旋钮(14)转动到所述报警位置(11)时,所述磁钢(15)触发所述磁感应开关(40)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置还包括驱动绳(50),所述拉线盘组件(16)与所述锁闭装置通过所述驱动绳(50)连接,当所述旋钮(14)转动到所述解锁位置(12)时,所述驱动绳(50)驱动所述锁闭装置进行解锁操作。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置还包括:
    电源控制模块(60),所述电源控制模块(60)与所述通讯装置连接,用于为所述通 讯装置供电。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置还包括:
    指示装置(70),所述控制开关(10)与所述指示装置(70)信号连接,当所述控制开关(10)处于所述报警位置(11)时,所述指示装置(70)发出报警指示。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述控制开关(10)还具有复位位置(13),所述报警位置(11)位于所述复位位置(13)和所述解锁位置(12)之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置还包括用于发送报警信号的磁感应开关(40),所述控制开关(10)包括用于触发所述磁感应开关(40)的磁钢(15),当所述磁钢(15)触发所述磁感应开关(40)后,所述磁感应开关(40)所在的线路向司机室传送报警信号。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述控制开关(10)包括旋钮(14),所述旋钮(14)旋转运动以到达所述报警位置(11)或所述解锁位置(12)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述控制开关(10)还包括拉线盘组件(16),所述磁钢(15)设置在所述拉线盘组件(16)上;所述旋钮(14)与所述拉线盘组件(16)连接以带动所述拉线盘组件(16)转动,当所述旋钮(14)转动到所述报警位置(11)时,所述磁钢(15)触发所述磁感应开关(40)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述报警解锁装置还包括驱动绳(50),所述拉线盘组件(16)与所述锁闭装置通过所述驱动绳(50)连接,当所述旋钮(14)转动到所述解锁位置(12)时,所述驱动绳(50)驱动所述锁闭装置进行解锁操作。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的报警解锁装置,其特征在于,所述锁闭装置内设置有时间继电器,所述时间继电器内存储有设定时间段,当所述控制开关(10)处于所述报警位置(11)持续到所述设定时间段后,所述锁闭装置产生车门解锁确认信号并将所述车门解锁确认信号发送到司机室。
