技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,更具体的,涉及一种供读写作业用的双灯板照明台灯。
背景技术
现有技术的大多数LED照明台灯只能用作普通照明或辅助照明,而不能作为读写作业照明用,即照度、均匀度和遮光性等光度学性能不能满足国家标准《读写作业台灯性能要求》(GB/T 9473-2008)的相关要求。
有的LED台灯虽然局部照度能达到读写作业照明的要求,但照射范围小,或照射区域利用率不高,照度均匀度不佳,造成光源浪费。又或者有的LED台灯为了提高照射范围的利用率,设计为灯体可翻转的形式,通过翻转调节灯体的照射角度,使得照射区域能够随着读写作业位置的变动而变动,但通过翻转灯体来调节照射范围将使得使用者在正常工作位置看到光源或反射器内壁,造成遮光性不能达到国家标准,对人眼有一定的损害。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的读写作业台灯有如上所述缺点,本实用新型提供一种双灯板照明台灯,其解决了现有的读写作业照明台灯照度、均与度、遮光性不佳等问题,能满足国家标准《读写作业台灯性能要求》(GB/T 9473-2008)相关要求,而且光源得到充分利用,使用方便。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的的方案是:
提供一种双灯板照明台灯,包括灯座、支撑臂和灯体,所述灯体包括自下而上依次嵌套连接的光学扩散体、LED灯板、灯体散热铝和灯体面壳;所述灯板共有两片,且两片LED灯板呈倒V型放置。倒V型放置的两片灯板使得台灯的遮光性符合国家标准,且两片LED灯板各自的功率可通过开关调节,从而使得两片LED灯板的发光强度不同,实现双向配光,即照射区域可根据实际使用情况双向移动,使其灯光恰好照射在读写作业的位置,充分利用光源,避免了光源浪费。
优选地,所述两片LED灯板的功率之和固定。
优选地,所述LED灯板为长方形,LED灯板中间设有一列均匀排布的灯珠。
优选地,所述灯座上设有调节两片LED灯板功率大小的旋钮,通过顺时针或逆时针方向转动旋钮,即可实现调节两片LED灯板功率的作用。所述两片灯板的功率之和不变,功率的分配随旋钮的转动而发生变化,当旋钮在初始位置时,两片灯板的功率一样,发光强度一样;当转动旋钮时,两片灯板的功率发生相应的增减。
进一步地,所述两片LED灯板呈倒V型放置后形成的夹角范围为110°~130°。在此夹角范围内的LED灯板其照度和遮光性能达到最佳水平。
优选地,所述两片LED灯板呈倒V型放置后形成的夹角为120°。
进一步地,所述光学扩散体的纵截面为倒V型,且光学扩散体的出光面与灯板平行。光学扩散体的形状与两片LED灯板的形状相适配,出光面与灯板平行,提高了出光的均匀度。
进一步地,所述灯体散热铝的纵截面为倒V型,且在灯体散热铝内侧两边分别设有两条凹槽。灯体散热铝的夹角在110°~130°的范围内,最佳为120°,其内侧的两条凹槽设计为容纳光学扩散体与LED灯板。所述光学扩散体与LED灯板自下而上设于灯体散热铝内侧两边的两条凹槽内。
进一步地,所述的双灯板照明台灯,还包括散热铝连接件和灯体后壳,所述散热铝连接件和灯体后壳分别设于灯体两端,其中,灯体后壳与支撑臂连接。
进一步地,所述灯体后壳与支撑臂的一端通过第一转动定位机构连接,使灯体能够俯仰转动;所述支撑臂的另一端与灯座通过第二转动定位机构连接,使支撑臂能够左右摆动。
本实用新型的有益效果为:倒V型放置的两片LED灯板使得台灯的遮光性符合国家标准,且两片LED灯板各自的功率可通过开关调节,从而使得两片LED灯板的发光强度不同,实现双向配光目的,即照射区域可根据实际情况移动,使其灯光恰好照射在读写作业位置,充分利用光源,避免了光源浪费,光学扩散体的出光面与灯板平行,提高照度和均匀度。

如图1至图4所示,本专利提供一种双灯板照明台灯,包括灯座100、支撑臂200和灯体300,所述灯体300包括自下而上依次嵌套连接的光学扩散体310、LED灯板320、灯体散热铝330和灯体面壳340;所述LED灯板320为长方形,所述LED灯板中间设有一列均匀排布的灯珠,所述灯板共有两片,且两片LED灯板呈倒V型放置。倒V型放置的两片灯板使得台灯的遮光性符合国家标准,且两片LED灯板320各自的功率可通过开关调节,从而使得两片LED灯板320的发光强度不同,实现双向配光,即照射区域可根据实际情况双向移动,使其灯光恰好照射在读写作业的位置,避免了光源浪费。
所述灯座100上设有调节两片LED灯板320功率大小的旋钮(未示出),通过顺时针或逆时针方向转动旋钮,即可实现调节两片LED灯板320功率的作用。所述两片灯板的功率之和不变,功率的分配随旋钮的转动而发生变化。所述两片LED灯板分别为第一灯板321和第二灯板322,旋钮设置为当旋钮在初始位置时,两片灯板的功率一样,发光强度一样;当转动旋钮时,两片灯板的功率发生相应的增减。具体表现为当旋钮顺时针转动时,第一灯板321的功率增大,第二灯板322的功率减小,照射区域向第一灯板照射的方向移动;当旋钮逆时针转动时,第二灯板322的功率增大,第一灯板321的功率减小,照射区域向第二灯板照射的方向移动,使其灯光恰好照射在读写作业的位置。
所述两片LED灯板320呈倒V型放置后形成的夹角为120°。
所述光学扩散体310的纵截面为倒V型,且光学扩散体310的出光面与灯板平行。光学扩散体310的形状与两片LED灯板320的形状相适配,出光面与灯板平行,提高了出光的均匀度。
所述灯体散热铝330的纵截面为倒V型,且在灯体散热铝330内侧两边分别设有两条凹槽331和332。灯体散热铝330的夹角α为120°,其内侧的两条凹槽331和332设计为容纳光学扩散体310与LED灯板320。
所述光学扩散体310与LED灯板320自下而上设于灯体散热铝内侧两边的两条凹槽内。
所述的双灯板照明台灯,还包括散热铝连接件400和灯体后壳500,所述散热铝连接件400和灯体后壳500分别设于灯体300两端,其中,灯体后壳500与支撑臂200连接。
所述灯体后壳500与支撑臂200通过第一转动定位机构600连接,使灯体300能够俯仰转动。
所述支撑臂200与灯座100通过第二转动定位机构700连接,使支撑臂200能够左右摆动。
