背景技术

如图1所示,现有铁路货车车辆制动缸只有防尘功能,没有防水功能,制动缸一旦在雨水天淋雨,雨水容易由图1中A、B、C三处流入到制动缸内部,特别是在制动缸缓解时,制动缸的活塞右侧会出现负压,雨水更容易被抽进缸体内,从而造成制动缸内部的污染及锈蚀,大大降低制动缸的使用寿命,影响行车安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种能够有效防止雨水进入制动缸内,从而提高制动缸使用寿命,确保行车安全的制动缸防尘盖以及采用该防尘盖的可防水制动缸。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种制动缸防尘盖,所述制动缸防尘盖固定连接在制动缸的前盖上,其特征在于:在所述制动缸防尘盖的边缘处、沿其轴向设置有向外延伸的裙摆。

如图3所示,当雨水顺着制动缸防尘盖流下来时,由于有制动缸防尘盖上裙摆的挡水作用,雨水直接沿着裙摆处下落,从而将气体通路与雨水流淌线路隔离,起到防水作用,当制动缸缓解时,滤尘器组成的滤尘毡垫上方形成负压,但由于雨水在裙摆阻挡作用下到不了制动缸防尘盖的C处,因此也就不会被吸入缸体内;即使是有极少部分雨水流到了C处,也会被C处的凸起部再次阻挡,从而确保雨水无法进入到制动缸防尘盖内。
如图4所示,在所述前盖2内设置有用于安装前盖滤尘套10的防水圈座11,所述防水圈座11套接在制动缸的活塞杆12上,在所述防水圈座11上、防水圈 座11与活塞杆12之间设置有双唇防水圈13,所述双唇防水圈材料为聚氨脂,硬度较高,减小与活塞杆的摩擦,能够防止雨水从A处进入缸体;在所述防水圈座11上、防水圈座11与前盖2之间设置有O形密封圈14,如图5所示,在所述防水圈座11的外端面设置有环槽9,所述O形密封圈14装配在环槽9内,通过缓解弹簧15的作用力,使O形密封圈14变形,起到密封作用,防止雨水从前盖与防尘圈安装座之间B处进入缸体。前盖滤尘套通过O形密封圈和双唇防水圈进行密封,避免与大气直接接触,其中储存的89M润滑脂挥发减少,氧化变质减缓,有利于活塞杆的润滑及防锈。
本发明针对图1中A、B、C三处漏水位置进行结构改进,通过密封结构的设置起到防水作用,有效防止雨水对制动缸内部的污染及锈蚀,提高了制动缸的使用寿命,确保了行车安全。
