当所述车架折叠时,所述侧支架 100 首先沿自身的平面 ( 上下方向和前后方向 ) 相互靠拢折叠。在所述侧支架 100 折叠后,位于双人推车两侧的侧支架 100 自外连杆与内连杆的转动连接处向车架前侧的内部翻折实现车架(左右方向)的折叠。当车架折叠后,位于双人推车两侧的侧支架 100 上的前后轮所在平面与双人推车的中间侧支架 100 的前后轮所在的平面相交,在实际使用中,上述的两个相交平面近乎是垂直相交。
本实施例中,所述侧支架 100 包括下部与前轮 7 连接的前轮支架 1 、下部与后轮 8 连接的后轮支架 2 、侧扶手 3 、第一连杆 4 、第二连杆 5 和推杆组件 6 。
所述前轮支架 1 的上部与后轮支架 2 的上部转动连接,所述下推杆 62 通过第一连杆 4 与后轮支架 2 连接。所述第一连杆 4 与下推杆 62 的下部转动连接,所述第一连杆 4 上靠近下端处与后轮支架 2 转动连接。所述侧扶手 3 上部与下推杆 62 转动连接,所述侧扶手 3 在下推杆 62 上的连接处高于第一连杆 4 在下推杆 62 上的连接处。所述侧扶手 3 的下部与后轮支架 2 的上部转动连接。侧扶手 3 在后轮支架 2 上的连接处高于前轮支架 1 在后轮支架 2 上的连接处以及第一连杆 4 在后轮支架 2 上的连接处。所述第二连杆 5 分别与前轮支架 1 和第一连杆 4 的下部转动连接。所述侧扶手 3 、下推杆 62 、第一连杆 4 和后轮支架 2 形成一个四连杆机构。所述前轮支架 1 、后轮支架 2 、第一连杆 4 和第二连杆 5 形成另一个四连杆机构。
所述推杆组件 6 包括下部与第一连杆 4 转动连接的下推杆 62 和与下推杆 62 滑动连接的上推杆 61 ,所述上推杆 61 能够沿下推杆 62 的长度方向上下滑动。所述上推杆 61 和下推杆 62 中一个部件为管件结构,另一个部件插入在所述管件结构的部件内,所述上推杆 61 和下推杆 62 能够相互滑动。本实施例中,所述下推杆 62 为管件结构,所述上推杆 61 自下推杆 62 上部的开口插入在下推杆 62 内,所述上推杆 61 能够相对下推杆 62 上下滑动伸缩。
当侧支架 100 处于展开状态时,前轮支架 1 与后轮支架 2 相互展开支撑,前轮支架 1 通过前轮 7 撑地,后轮支架 2 通过后轮 8 撑地,所述侧扶手 3 和第一连杆 4 分别斜立在后轮支架 2 上,所述推杆组件 6 撑立在侧扶手 3 和第一连杆 4 的上部,所述前轮支架 1 、后轮支架 2 、侧扶手 3 、推杆组件 6 、第一连杆 4 和第二连杆 5 中有且仅有两个相连的部件通过锁定装置相互锁定;当侧支架 100 处于折叠状态,所述锁定装置解锁,所述前轮支架 1 、后轮支架 2 、侧扶手 3 、推杆组件 6 、第一连杆 4 和第二连杆 5 均相互靠拢收折在一起。
本实施例中,所述的多个连接杆组件包括前轮支架连接杆组件、后轮支架连接杆组件和推杆连接杆组件。所述前轮支架连接杆组件包括与双人推车一侧的前轮支架 1 固定连接的第一外连杆 201 、与双人推车中间的前轮支架 1 固定连接的第一内连杆 202 ,所述第一外连杆 201 与第一内连杆 202 转动连接;所述后轮支架连接杆组件包括与双人推车一侧的后轮支架 2 固定连接的第二外连杆 203 和与双人推车中间的后轮支架 2 固定连接的第二内连杆 204 ,所述第二外连杆 203 与第二内连杆 204 转动连接;所述推杆连接杆组件包括与双人推车一侧的推杆组件 6 固定连接的第三外连杆 205 和与双人推车中间的推杆组件 6 固定连接的第三内连杆 206 ,所述第三外连杆 205 与第三内连杆 206 转动连接,当第一外连杆 201 、第二外连杆 203 和第三外连杆 205 均向靠近 / 远离双人推车的中间侧支架 100 的方向翻转时,位于双人推车两侧的侧支架 100 能够随第一外连杆 201 、第二外连杆 203 和第三外连杆 205 一起向靠近 / 远离双人推车的中间侧支架 100 的方向翻折收拢 / 翻折展开。
当横支架 200 处于折叠状态时,第一外连杆 201 和第一内连杆 202 转动连接处的转轴轴心线、第二外连杆 203 和第二内连杆 204 转动连接处的转轴轴心线和第三外连杆 205 和第三内连杆 206 转动连接处的转轴轴心线平行,当然更好的设置是第一外连杆 201 和第一内连杆 202 转动连接处的转轴轴心线、第二外连杆 203 和第二内连杆 204 转动连接处的转轴轴心线和第三外连杆 205 和第三内连杆 206 转动连接处的转轴轴心线共线。这会使得车架折叠后,双人推车两侧的侧支架 100 能够相对横支架 200 更好地靠拢。
为了使车架在展开状态时的结构稳定性较强,所述横支架 200 还包括连杆的连接杆组件,所述连杆的连接杆组件包括与双人推车一侧的第一连杆 4 固定连接的第四外连杆 207 、与双人推车中间的第一连杆 4 固定连接的第四内连杆 208 ,所述第四外连杆 207 与第四内连杆 208 转动连接,当车架处于折叠状态时,第一外连杆 201 和第一内连杆 202 转动连接处的转轴轴心线、第二外连杆 203 和第二内连杆 204 转动连接处的转轴轴心线、第三外连杆 205 和第三内连杆 206 转动连接处的转轴轴心线以及第四外连杆 207 和第四内连杆 208 转动连接处的转轴轴心线共线或平行。
各连接杆组件还包括设置在外连杆和 / 或所述内连杆上的用于使外连杆在折叠时仅能沿一个方向转动的转动限位机构,且当侧支架完成上下方向和前后方向的折叠后,所有的外连杆均仅能转动至内连杆的前方或均仅能转动至内连杆的后方。具体地,所述第一外连杆 201 后侧部和 / 或第一内连杆 202 后侧部上设置有限制第一外连杆 201 相对第一内连杆 202 在车架展开时单向转动的第一单向转动限位机构。所述第二外连杆 203 后侧部和 / 或第二内连杆 204 后侧部上设置有限制第二外连杆 203 相对第二内连杆 204 在车架展开时单向转动的第二单向转动限位机构。所述第三外连杆 205 后侧部和 / 或第三内连杆 206 后侧部上设置有限制第三外连杆 205 相对第三内连杆 206 在车架展开时单向转动的第三单向转动限位机构。所述第四外连杆 207 后侧部和 / 或第四内连杆 208 后侧部上设置有限制第四外连杆 207 相对第四内连杆 208 在车架展开时单向转动的第四单向转动限位机构。前述各单向转动限位机构的具体结构不是本发明的要点,只要是当车架处于展开状态时,以第一单向转动限位机构为例,第一外连杆 201 相对第一内连杆 202 只能朝一个方向转动,而向另一个方向无法转动,被限位限死即可。如在第一内连杆 202 的端部设置凸部,当车架处于展开状态时,第一外连杆 201 抵压在第一内连杆 202 的端部的凸部上。
在本实施例中,相邻的侧支架 100 之间可拆卸地装设有前扶手 9 ,所述前扶手 9 呈 U 形杆状,所述前扶手 9 的一端与双人推车一侧的侧扶手 3 相连,另一端与双人推车中间的侧扶手 3 相连。在车架折叠之前,需要先取下前扶手 9 。
所述后轮支架 2 包括上后支架 21 和下后支架 22 ,所述上后支架 21 的下部与下后支架 22 的上部转动连接,所述前轮支架 1 、第一连杆 4 和侧扶手 3 分别与上后支架 21 转动连接,所述后轮 8 装设在下后支架 22 的下部。
当车架折叠时,所述锁定装置解锁,侧支架 100 先折叠,侧支架 100 折叠完成后横支架 200 再折叠。所述侧支架 100 具有两种折叠方式,所述侧支架 100 按第一种折叠方式折叠时,所述上后支架 21 和下后支架 22 相对展开锁定。所述上推杆 61 向下推杆 62 内滑动收缩,所述前轮支架 1 向后转动与后轮支架 2 靠拢,所述推杆组件 6 向前转动与侧扶手 3 靠拢,所述侧扶手 3 向下转动与后轮支架 2 靠拢。所述前轮支架 1 、后轮支架 2 、侧扶手 3 、推杆组件 6 、第一连杆 4 和第二连杆 5 中的任意一个部件运动,其他部件均被带动一起动作。两个四连杆结构的设置实现了侧支架 100 的各部件的联动,折叠过程简单方便。折叠后,所述前轮 7 位于后轮 8 的上部。侧支架 100 的折叠实现了车架折叠后双人推车在上下和前后方向体积的减小,结构紧凑。
所述侧支架 100 按第二种折叠方式折叠时,所述上后支架 21 和下后支架 22 相互解除锁定,将所述下后支架 22 绕与上后支架 21 的连接处向上转动翻折与上后支架 21 靠拢。所述上推杆 61 向下推杆 62 内滑动收缩,所述前轮支架 1 向后转动与上后支架 21 靠拢,所述推杆组件 6 向前转动与侧扶手 3 靠拢,所述侧扶手 3 向下转动与后轮支架 2 靠拢。所述前轮支架 1 、上后支架 21 、侧扶手 3 、推杆组件 6 、第一连杆 4 和第二连杆 5 中的任意一个部件运动,其他部件均被带动一起动作。折叠后,所述前轮 7 位于后轮 8 的下部。这种折叠方式相较侧支架 100 的第一种折叠方式,折叠后的双人推车体积进一步减小。
选择上述的两种侧支架 100 折叠方式中的一种折叠完侧支架 100 后进行横支架 200 的折叠。第一外连杆 201 、第二外连杆 203 、第三外连杆 205 和第四外连杆 207 一起向靠近双人推车的中间侧支架 100 的方向翻折收拢。两侧的侧支架 100 相对横支架 200 实现 90 °的翻折,向中间的侧支架 100 靠拢,最终完成车架的全部折叠。横支架 200 的折叠实现了车架折叠后在左右方向上体积的减小,结构更加紧凑。
所述双人推车还包括固定设置在双人推车中间的侧支架 100 上的拉手 10 ,所述拉手 10 位于双人推车中间的侧支架 100 的前轮支架 1 和侧扶手 3 之间。所述拉手 10 呈环形,所述拉手 10 的内孔沿双人推车的左右方向延伸。这样,双人推车的车架折叠后,使用者可以扣住拉手 10 处将双人推车拎起,便于携带取放。
如上所述,我们完全按照本发明的宗旨进行了说明,但本发明并非局限于上述实施例和实施方法。相关技术领域的从业者可在本发明的技术思想许可的范围内进行不同的变化及实施。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种双人推车,包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的车架、设置在车架前部下方的前轮( 7 )、设置在车架后部下方的后轮( 8 )和用于将车架锁定在展开状态的锁定装置,其特征在于:
    所述车架包括三个沿左右方向依次设置的侧支架( 100 )和两个横支架( 200 ),每两个相邻的侧支架( 100 )通过一个所述横支架( 200 )相互连接,所述横支架( 200 )包括至少一个沿左右方向延伸的连接杆组件,所述连接杆组件包括与左或右侧的侧支架( 100 )固定连接的外连杆和与中间的侧支架( 100 )固定连接的内连杆,所述外连杆可水平转动地连接于所述内连杆而使左右两侧的侧支架( 100 )可随所述外连杆向内转动与中间的侧支架( 100 )靠拢或向外转动展开且当三个侧支架( 100 )中的任意一个展开或折叠时另外两个侧支架( 100 )能够在横支架( 200 )的带动下同步展开或折叠。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述外连杆通过转轴可转动地连接于所述内连杆,且所述转轴的轴心线沿上下方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:各所述连接杆组件还包括设置在所述外连杆和 / 或所述内连杆上的用于使所述外连杆在折叠时仅能沿一个方向转动的转动限位机构,且当侧支架( 100 )完成上下方向和前后方向的折叠后,所有的外连杆均仅能转动至内连杆的前方或均仅能转动至内连杆的后方。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:各所述横支架( 200 )包括至少两个所述连接杆组件,且当侧支架( 100 )完成上下方向和前后方向的折叠后,同一横支架( 200 )的各外连杆和内连杆的转动连接处在垂直于所述连接杆组件延伸方向的方向上共线。
  5. 根据权利要求 1-4 中任一项所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述侧支架( 100 )包括推杆组件( 6 )、下部与所述前轮( 7 )连接的前轮支架( 1 )、下部与所述后轮( 8 )连接的后轮支架( 2 ),
    相邻两个侧支架( 100 )的推杆组件( 6 )之间连接有一个所述的连接杆组件;
    和 / 或;
    相邻两个侧支架( 100 )的前轮支架( 1 )之间连接有一个所述的连接杆组件;
    和 / 或;
    相邻两个侧支架( 100 )的后轮支架( 2 )之间连接有一个所述的连接杆组件。
  6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述侧支架( 100 )还包括侧扶手( 3 )、第一连杆( 4 )、第二连杆( 5 ),所述前轮支架( 1 )的上部与后轮支架( 2 )的上部转动连接,所述推杆组件( 6 )通过第一连杆( 4 )与后轮支架( 2 )连接,所述第一连杆( 4 )分别与后轮支架( 2 )和推杆组件( 6 )转动连接,所述侧扶手( 3 )分别与后轮支架( 2 )和推杆组件( 6 )转动连接,所述第二连杆( 5 )分别与前轮支架( 1 )和第一连杆( 4 )转动连接,所述侧扶手( 3 )、推杆组件( 6 )、第一连杆( 4 )和后轮支架( 2 )形成一个四连杆机构,所述前轮支架( 1 )、后轮支架( 2 )、第一连杆( 4 )和第二连杆( 5 )形成另一个四连杆机构,当侧支架( 100 )处于展开状态时,所述前轮支架( 1 )、后轮支架( 2 )、侧扶手( 3 )、推杆组件( 6 )、第一连杆( 4 )和第二连杆( 5 )中有且仅有两个相连的部件通过锁定装置相互锁定;当侧支架( 100 )处于折叠状态,所述前轮支架( 1 )、后轮支架( 2 )、侧扶手( 3 )、推杆组件( 6 )、第一连杆( 4 )和第二连杆( 5 )均相互靠拢收折在一起。
  7. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:相邻两个侧支架( 100 )的第一连杆( 4 )之间还连接有一个所述的连接杆组件。
  8. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述第一连杆( 4 )的上部与推杆组件( 6 )的下部转动连接,所述侧扶手( 3 )的上部与推杆组件( 6 )转动连接,所述侧扶手( 3 )在推杆组件( 6 )上的连接处高于第一连杆( 4 )在推杆组件( 6 )上的连接处,所述侧扶手( 3 )的下部与后轮支架( 2 )的上部转动连接,所述第一连杆( 4 )上靠近下端处与后轮支架( 2 )转动连接,侧扶手( 3 )在后轮支架( 2 )上的连接处高于前轮支架( 1 )在后轮支架( 2 )上的连接处以及第一连杆( 4 )在后轮支架( 2 )上的连接处。
  9. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述推杆组件( 6 )包括下部与第一连杆( 4 )转动连接的下推杆( 62 )和可沿下推杆( 62 )的长度方向滑动地连接于下推杆( 62 )的上推杆( 61 )。
  10. 根据权利要求 9 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述上推杆( 61 )和下推杆( 62 )中的一个部件可滑动地插设在另一个部件内。
  11. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述后轮支架( 2 )包括上后支架( 21 )和下后支架( 22 ),所述上后支架( 21 )的下部与下后支架( 22 )的上部转动连接,所述前轮支架( 1 )、第一连杆( 4 )和侧扶手( 3 )分别与上后支架( 21 )转动连接,所述后轮( 8 )装设在下后支架( 22 )的下部;当所述侧支架( 100 )折叠后,
    所述上后支架( 21 )和下后支架( 22 )相对展开并锁定,所述前轮( 7 )位于后轮( 8 )的上部;
    和 / 或,
    所述下后支架( 22 )与上后支架( 21 )靠拢,所述前轮( 7 )位于后轮( 8 )的下部。
  12. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述多个连接杆组件包括前轮支架连接杆组件、后轮支架连接杆组件、推杆连接杆组件和连杆的连接杆组件,所述前轮支架连接杆组件包括与左或右侧的前轮支架( 1 )固定连接的第一外连杆( 201 )、与中间的前轮支架( 1 )固定连接的第一内连杆( 202 ),所述第一外连杆( 201 )与第一内连杆( 202 )转动连接;所述后轮支架连接杆组件包括与左或右侧的后轮支架( 2 )固定连接的第二外连杆( 203 )和与中间的后轮支架( 2 )固定连接的第二内连杆( 204 ),所述第二外连杆( 203 )与第二内连杆( 204 )转动连接;所述推杆连接杆组件包括与左或右侧的推杆组件( 6 )固定连接的第三外连杆( 205 )和与中间的推杆组件( 6 )固定连接的第三内连杆( 206 ),所述第三外连杆( 205 )与第三内连杆( 206 )转动连接;所述推杆的连接杆组件与左或右侧的第一连杆( 4 )固定连接的第四外连杆( 207 )、与中间的第一连杆( 4 )固定连接的第四内连杆( 208 ),所述第四外连杆( 207 )与第四内连杆( 208 )转动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求 12 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述第一外连杆( 201 )后侧部和 / 或第一内连杆( 202 )后侧部上设置有第一转动限位机构;所述第二外连杆( 203 )后侧部和 / 或第二内连杆( 204 )后侧部上设置有第二转动限位机构;所述第三外连杆( 205 )后侧部和 / 或第三内连杆( 206 )后侧部上设置有第三转动限位机构;所述第四外连杆( 207 )后侧部和 / 或第四内连杆( 208 )后侧部上设置有第四转动限位机构。
  14. 根据权利要求 12 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:当横支架( 200 )处于折叠状态时,第一外连杆( 201 )和第一内连杆( 202 )转动连接处的转轴轴心线、第二外连杆( 203 )和第二内连杆( 204 )转动连接处的转轴轴心线、第三外连杆( 205 )和第三内连杆( 206 )转动连接处的转轴轴心线以及第四外连杆( 207 )和第四内连杆( 208 )转动连接处的转轴轴心线共线或平行。
  15. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:相邻的侧支架( 100 )之间可拆卸地装设有前扶手( 9 ),所述前扶手( 9 )呈 U 形杆状,所述前扶手( 9 )的一端与左或右侧的侧扶手( 3 )相连,另一端与中间的侧扶手( 3 )相连。
  16. 根据权利要求 6 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述双人推车还包括固定设置在双人推车中间的侧支架( 100 )上的拉手( 10 ),所述拉手( 10 )位于双人推车中间的侧支架( 100 )的前轮支架( 1 )和侧扶手( 3 )之间。
  17. 根据权利要求 16 所述的一种双人推车,其特征在于:所述拉手( 10 )呈环形。
