Description
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种制冷设备。
制冷设备的冷冻门体为滑轨抽屉式,由于清洗的要求,需要满足门体正常开关门、取出抽屉、取出整个门体三种情况的要求。
相关技术中,制冷设备的冷冻门体滑轨只有一个卡扣固定,而且卡扣位于制冷设备内部,操作不便,卡扣失效后,拉出门体取抽屉时,很容易将整个门体带出,造成损伤,且该处卡扣位于制冷设备内部,不能目视操作,只能凭感觉按压,操作难度很大,存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种安全性高、使用便利的制冷设备。
根据本发明实施例的制冷设备包括箱体;门体,所述门体可抽拉地设在所述箱体上;抽屉,所述抽屉可拆卸地设在所述门体上;第一卡扣组件,所述第一卡扣组件适于将所述门体限制在与所述箱体固定的第一位置;第二卡扣组件,所述第二卡扣组件适于将所述门体限制在与所述箱体固定的第二位置;在从所述箱体拉出所述门体的过程中,所述门体依次经过所述第一位置和所述第二位置,且所述第一卡扣组件失效时,所述抽屉适于被从所述门体取出,所述第二卡扣组件失效时,所述门体适于脱离所述箱体。
根据本发明实施例的制冷设备,通过在门体与箱体相对移动的路径上设置两级卡扣组件,满足不同体积物品取放需求的同时,可以实现门体的正常开关、抽屉轻松从门体中取出,门体轻松与箱体脱离三种状态,而且在第一卡扣组件损坏或失效时,第二卡扣组件还可以起作用,从而防止出现拉出门体取抽屉时,将整个门体带出,造成人员及制冷设备损伤的现象。根据本发明实施例的制冷设备,使用便利且安全性高。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述制冷设备还包括:滑轨组件,所述滑轨组件包括滑轨支撑和滑轨,所述滑轨支撑固定在所述箱体的内壁上,所述滑轨与所述滑轨支撑可移动地相连,所述滑轨固定在所述门体上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述第一卡扣组件包括相互配合的两个第一卡扣件,所述两个第一卡扣件中的一个固定在所述滑轨支撑上,所述两个第一卡扣件中的另一个固定在所述滑轨的朝向所述滑轨支撑的表面上。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
制冷设备100可以制冷并将需要低温保存的物品存储在其中。可选地,制冷设备100可以为冰箱、冰柜、冷藏柜等。
下面参照图1-图12所示描述根据本发明实施例的制冷设备100。如图1-图12所示,根据本发明实施例的制冷设备100包括箱体1、门体2、抽屉3、第一卡扣组件4和第二卡扣组件5。
门体2可抽拉地设在箱体1上,抽屉3可拆卸地设在门体2上。当需要抽屉3存储物品时,抽屉3可以安装到门体2上,当需要对抽屉3进行清洗时,抽屉3可以从门体2上拆卸下来,当需要对门体2或箱体1的内部进行维修时,门体2也可从箱体1内抽出,即门体2可以脱离箱体1。
第一卡扣组件4适于将门体2限制在与箱体1固定的第一位置,也就是说,门体2位于第一位置时,第一卡扣组件4起作用,门体2与箱体1通过第一卡扣组件4固定。
第二卡扣组件5适于将门体2限制在与箱体1固定的第二位置,也就是说,门体2位于第二位置时,第二卡扣组件5起作用,门体2与箱体1通过第二卡扣组件5固定。
在从箱体1拉出门体2的过程中,门体2依次经过第一位置和第二位置,第一卡扣组件4失效时,抽屉3适于被从门体2取出,第二卡扣组件5失效时,门体2适于脱离箱体1。
门体2从箱体1拉出的过程如下:
当仅需要打开门体2取放放置在抽屉3内的物品时,门体2向后拉出,如图4和图5所示,拉到第一位置时,第一卡扣组件4起作用,门体2与箱体1固定。
当需要取出抽屉3时,首先将门体2拉到第一位置,随后操作第一卡扣组件4,使第一卡扣组件4失效,即门体2又可相对箱体1移动,继续拉动门体2至需要位置,如图6所示,抽屉3可旋转拿出,以便于清洗。
当需要将门体2与箱体1脱离时,首先将门体2拉到如图4和图5所示的第一位置,然后操作第一卡扣组件4使第一卡扣组件4失效,继续拉动门体2,直到拉到图7和图8所示
的第二位置,随后操作第二卡扣组件5,使第二卡扣组件5失效,即门体2又可相对箱体1移动,如图10所示,继续拉动门体2,门体2与箱体1脱离,便于对门体2或箱体1的内部进行维修。
通过描述可知,想要将门体2整体与箱体1脱离,第一卡扣组件4和第二卡扣组件5均失效。
可以理解的是,门体2有两个位置可与箱体1固定,门体2固定在第一位置时,门体2与箱体1之间的距离较小,仅能满足部分物品的取放,门体2固定在第二位置时,门体2与箱体1之间的距离增大,能满足一些体积较大的物品的取放。
门体2关闭的过程,与上述门体2从箱体1拉出的过程相反,本领域技术人员根据上述描述,可知门体2关闭的过程,在此不再详细叙述。
根据本发明实施例的制冷设备100,通过在门体2与箱体1相对移动的路径上设置两级卡扣组件,满足不同体积物品取放需求的同时,可以实现门体2的正常开关、抽屉3轻松从门体2中取出,门体2轻松与箱体1脱离三种状态,而且在第一卡扣组件4损坏或失效时,第二卡扣组件5还可以起作用,从而防止出现拉出门体2取抽屉3时,将整个门体2带出,造成人员及制冷设备100损伤的现象。根据本发明实施例的制冷设备,使用便利且安全性高。
下面参照图1-图12描述根据发明的制冷设备100的一些具体的实施例。如图1-图12所示,制冷设备100包括箱体1、门体2、抽屉3、第一卡扣组件4、第二卡扣组件5、滑轨组件6。
可选地,制冷设备100为冰箱,门体2为冰箱的冷冻门的门体2。
如图1所示,门体2通过滑轨组件6可抽拉地设在箱体1上。抽屉3可拆卸地设在门体2上。
滑轨组件6包括滑轨支撑61和滑轨62,滑轨支撑61固定在箱体1的内壁上。滑轨62固定在门体2上,滑轨62与滑轨支撑61可移动地相连,即滑轨62可相对滑轨支撑61移动,滑轨支撑61用于支撑滑轨62,滑轨62可以为多级滑轨,从而行程可调。通过在箱体1与门体2之间设置滑轨组件6,可以使门体2相对箱体1的抽拉更顺畅,且门体2可以更稳定地支撑在箱体1上。
可选地,滑轨支撑61可以通过螺纹连接件固定到箱体1上,由此滑轨支撑61的安装更便利,当然滑轨支撑61也可以与箱体1一体形成。
进一步可选地,滑轨支撑61可以为塑料件,滑轨62可以为金属滑轨,这样的材料设置方式,制造容易、生产成本低。
可以理解的是,滑轨支撑61和滑轨62均包括在制冷设备100的宽度方向上对称设置的两部分。
第一卡扣组件4适于将门体2限制在与箱体1固定的第一位置,优选地,第一卡扣组件4的适于被操作的部分设置在箱体1的邻近门体2的边缘,其中“第一卡扣组件4的适于被操作的部分”,就是操作该部分可以使第一卡扣组件4失效,使门体2与箱体1可相对移动,且在门体2被从箱体1拉出时显露出,也就是说,拉出门体2时,门体2与箱体1间隔开,此时用于操作第一卡扣组件4使第一卡扣组件4失效的部分显露出,从而使第一卡扣组件4的操作可视化,从而操作更加便利,且零部件的损坏几率降低。
如图1和图2所示,第一卡扣组件4包括相互配合的两个第一卡扣件,两个第一卡扣件中的一个固定在滑轨支撑61上,两个第一卡扣件中的另一个固定在滑轨62的朝向滑轨支撑61的表面上,即滑轨支撑61固定在箱体1的内壁上,滑轨62位于滑轨支撑61的内侧,两个第一卡扣件相对设置且相互配合,第一卡扣组件4起作用时,两个第一卡扣件配合可将门体2与箱体1固定,即将门体2固定在第一位置,第一卡扣组件4失效时,两个第一卡扣件逐渐脱离,使门体2相对箱体1可移动。
在一些具体的示例中,如图1和图2所示,两个第一卡扣件中的一个构造为卡钩41,两个第一卡扣件中的另一个构造为卡凸42,卡凸42随滑轨62移动,滑轨62在门体2的带动下移动,从而当卡凸42卡入卡钩41内时,第一卡扣组件4起作用,门体2被固定在第一位置,继续移动门体2,卡凸42从卡钩41脱出,第一卡扣组件4失效,门体2可相对箱体1移动。
进一步地,如图2所示,滑轨支撑61的朝向门体2的一端,即滑轨支撑61的前端,设有向后凹入的凹槽611,凹槽611的底壁上设有朝向门体2延伸且分别与凹槽611的两个侧壁613间隔开的凸出部612,即凸出部612从凹槽611的底壁向前延伸,且在上下方向上,凸出部612位于两个侧壁613之间且与两个侧壁613均间隔开。
凸出部612与凹槽611的一个侧壁613构成卡钩41,如图2所示,凸出部612与凹槽611的上侧壁613构成卡钩41,凸出部612与凹槽611的下侧壁613限定出的空间,为卡钩41的移动提供了避让空间。
更加具体地,如图2所示,凸出部612与凹槽611的上侧壁613限定出开口朝前的U形空间,凸出部612与凹槽611的下侧壁613限定出的空间大体为“Z”形,包括两个水平段和一个连接段,连接段从上向下向前倾斜。由此,凸出部612的移动更顺畅,且不容易与凹槽611的两个侧壁613干涉。
这样的卡钩41,结构简单、成型容易,且卡钩41的设置位置便于卡钩41的操作,即卡钩41位于滑轨支撑61的前端,当门体2打开时,卡钩41易于被看见,从而操作第一卡扣组件4的过程,为可视化的操作过程,从而操作精确度高,第一卡扣组件4不易损坏。
进一步地,为了方便卡钩41的操作,卡钩41上还设有适于按压的按压部411,如图2
所示的一个具体示例中,按压部411构造为形成在凸出部612上且向前延伸的悬臂,悬臂的上表面为适于按压的操作面,操作第一卡扣组件4使第一卡扣组件4失效,仅需按压操作面,即向下按压按压部411,使卡钩41与卡凸42脱离。
当然,在其他实施例中,凸出部612也可以与凹槽611的下侧壁613构成卡钩41,在该实施例中,凸出部612与凹槽611的上侧壁613限定出的空间,为卡钩41的移动提供避让空间,按压部411构造为形成在凸出部612上且向前延伸的悬臂,悬臂的下表面为适于按压的操作面,操作第一卡扣组件4使第一卡扣组件4失效,仅需按压操作面,即向上按压按压部411,使卡钩41与卡凸42脱离。
可选地,操作面构造为波浪形表面,由此增大摩擦力,便于操作者操作。当然,操作面也可以构造为粗糙度较高的平面。
更进一步地,如图2所示,凸出部612的中部设有减重孔412,由此保证滑轨支撑61的结构强度的同时,降低滑轨支撑61的重量,特别是降低卡钩41的重量,从而更加便于卡钩41的移动和轻量化。可选地,减重孔412可以为三角形孔、圆形孔和方形孔中的一种。
优选地,凸出部612的最前端设有导向面413,导向面413适于与卡凸42配合,以引导卡凸42进入卡钩41或者从卡钩41脱离。在图2所示的,凸出部612与凹槽611的上侧壁613构成卡钩41的实施例中,导向面413形成在凸出部612的上部的最前端,且从后向前向下倾斜;在凸出部612与凹槽611的下侧壁613构成卡钩41的实施例中,导向面413形成在凸出部612的下部的最前端,且从后向前向上倾斜。可选地,导向面413可以为斜面或曲面。导向面413为斜面时加工制造更容易,导向面413为曲面时,过渡更圆滑,导向性能更好。
第二卡扣组件5适于将门体2限制在与箱体1固定的第二位置,如图1和图3所示,第二卡扣组件5包括相互配合的两个第二卡扣件,两个第二卡扣件中的一个固定在滑轨支撑61上,两个第二卡扣件中的另一个固定在滑轨62的朝向滑轨支撑61的表面上,即滑轨支撑61固定在箱体1的内壁上,滑轨62位于滑轨支撑61的内侧,两个第二卡扣件相对设置且相互配合,第二卡扣组件5起作用时,两个第二卡扣件配合可将门体2与箱体1固定,即将门体2固定在第二位置,第二卡扣组件5失效时,两个第二卡扣件逐渐脱离,使门体2相对箱体1可移动。
在一些具体的实施例中,如图3所示,两个第二卡扣件中的一个构造为卡扣51,两个第二卡扣件中的另一个构造为卡槽52。更加具体地,且卡扣51设在滑轨支撑61的与箱体1的内壁相对的侧面上,且卡扣51构造为一端与滑轨支撑61相连的悬臂。优选地,卡扣51与滑轨支撑61件一体冲压形成,由此制造容易,生产成本低。
卡扣51的内表面上设有适于推压的推压面,推压面可以构造为粗糙表面。
更加具体地,如图1所示,卡槽52构造为形成在滑轨62上的方形孔,如图3所示,卡扣51构造为与方形孔匹配的长方体状卡扣51。
可以理解的是,固定在滑轨支撑61上的第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,沿前后方向间隔开设置,且第一卡扣件位于第二卡扣件的前方,即卡钩41位于卡扣51的前方,固定在滑轨62上的第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,沿前后方向间隔开设置,且第一卡扣件位于第二卡扣件的前方,即卡凸42位于卡槽52的前方。
优选地,卡钩41和卡扣51均与滑轨支撑61一体形成。
下面参照图1-图12中制冷设备100的具体结构,详细描述从箱体1拉出门体2的过程中:
总体上,门体2依次经过关闭位置、第一位置和第二位置。
拉动门体2,当门体2从关闭位置移动至第一位置时,如图4和图5所示,卡凸42进入卡钩41并与卡钩41配合,使门体2与箱体1固定,此时可以取放抽屉3中的物品。
在箱体1外部,向下按压卡钩41的按压部411,卡凸42与卡钩41脱离,继续拉动门体2,卡凸42逐渐远离卡钩41,如图6所示,此时可以将抽屉3取出,便于抽屉3清洗。
继续拉动门体2至第二位置,如图7-图9,卡扣51移动至与卡槽52配合的位置,使门体2与箱体1固定,此时若抽屉3未取出,则可以取放抽屉3中的物品。
手伸入箱体1内,如图10-图12所示,向外按压卡扣51,卡扣51与卡槽52脱离,继续拉动门体2,卡扣51逐渐远离卡槽52,此时门体2可以整体脱离箱体1,且滑轨62整体与滑轨支撑61脱离。
简言之,根据本发明实施例的制冷设备100,门体2通过滑轨组件6可抽拉地设在箱体1上,抽屉3可拆卸地设在门体2上,滑轨支撑61与滑轨62之间设置两级卡扣组件,轻松实现门体2的打开和关闭、抽屉3的取出以及整个门体2的取出,且前后间隔设置的两级卡扣组件,在第一卡扣组件4失效或损坏时,门体2不会随着用户的用力直接从箱体1脱出,安全性更高,避免了门体2以及操作人员的损伤,间接提升了使用寿命,且抽屉3清洗方便,制冷设备100维修方便。

- 一种制冷设备,其特征在于,包括:箱体;门体,所述门体可抽拉地设在所述箱体上;抽屉,所述抽屉可拆卸地设在所述门体上;第一卡扣组件,所述第一卡扣组件适于将所述门体限制在与所述箱体固定的第一位置;第二卡扣组件,所述第二卡扣组件适于将所述门体限制在与所述箱体固定的第二位置;在从所述箱体拉出所述门体的过程中,所述门体依次经过所述第一位置和所述第二位置,且所述第一卡扣组件失效时,所述抽屉适于被从所述门体取出,所述第二卡扣组件失效时,所述门体适于脱离所述箱体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,还包括:滑轨组件,所述滑轨组件包括滑轨支撑和滑轨,所述滑轨支撑固定在所述箱体的内壁上,所述滑轨与所述滑轨支撑可移动地相连,所述滑轨固定在所述门体上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣组件包括相互配合的两个第一卡扣件,所述两个第一卡扣件中的一个固定在所述滑轨支撑上,所述两个第一卡扣件中的另一个固定在所述滑轨的朝向所述滑轨支撑的表面上。

- 根据权利要求7所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述两个第二卡扣件中的所述一个构造为卡扣,所述两个第一卡扣件中的所述另一个构造为卡槽。
- 根据权利要求8所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述卡扣设在所述滑轨支撑的与所述箱体的内壁相对的侧面上,且所述卡扣构造为一端与所述滑轨支撑相连的悬臂。
- 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的制冷设备,其特征在于,所述第一卡扣组件的适于被操作的部分设置在所述箱体的邻近所述门体的边缘,且在所述门体被从所述箱体拉出时显露出。
