Description
本申请要求于2016年04月21日提交中国专利局的申请号为CN201610258059.X、名称为“预填充笔式注射器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及糖尿病人胰岛素注射技术领域,尤其是涉及一种预填充笔式注射器。
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。糖尿病的治疗方法有多种,包括药物治疗、运动治疗、饮食治疗等等。其中药物治疗中的胰岛素注射治疗方法是最常见和最有效的治疗方法,该方法需要患者定期定量地注射胰岛素。因此,注射笔成为患者自己进行注射胰岛素的工具。
现有技术中的注射笔包括药水管、旋管、离合管、螺杆以及螺母管。螺杆的一端设置有活塞,活塞设置在药水管内。螺杆的另一端穿设在螺母管内,螺母管外套设离合管,离合管外套设旋管。当需要调节注射计量时,转动旋管,旋管带动离合管延轴向移动,直至所需位置。调节完毕后,旋转螺母管,螺母管带动螺杆移动并推动活塞在药水管内移动进行注射。使用者每次注射时通过调整离合管位置来进行定量注射。
但是,现有技术中的注射笔,使用者通过调整离合管的位置调整刻度值,当药水管内的药水注射完毕后,使用者仍可通过旋管带动离合管轴向移动调整刻度值,而此时使用者已不能进行注射,因此,现有技术中的注射笔在药水管的药水注射完毕后仍可进行刻度值调整,从而使得使用者不能准确获知药水是否注射完毕。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种预填充笔式注射器,以解决现有技术中存在的使用者不能准确获知药水是否注射完毕的技术问题。
本发明提供的预填充笔式注射器,包括:螺杆、记忆连筒、固定筒以及转动筒;转动筒的一端端面上,以转动筒的轴线为中心,均匀围设有多个第一单向齿;转动筒靠近第一单向齿一端的开口为腰形孔;记忆连筒设置在转动筒内,记忆连筒的内壁上设置有与螺杆的螺纹相配合的凸起;固定筒一端端面上设置有与第一单向齿相配合的棘爪,且固定筒上设置有与螺杆相配合的第一内螺纹;螺杆上,沿螺杆延伸的方向,相对地设置有两个切面,螺杆的一端设置有活塞,另一端的螺槽内设置有挡块,挡块用于阻挡记忆连筒相对螺杆转动。

本发明提供的预填充笔式注射器,在使用时,使用者固定固定筒,顺时针转动记忆连筒一定圈数,由于第一单向齿与棘爪在顺时针方向上锁死,所以转动筒以及转动筒内的螺杆不动,记忆连筒相对螺杆延轴向移动一定距离,刻度调节完毕。在注射时,使用者逆时针转动转动筒,转动筒带动螺杆以及螺杆上的记忆连筒转动,由于固定筒不动,螺杆以及记忆连筒旋转,并相对固定筒沿相反轴向方向移动相同距离,同时螺杆推动活塞移动,完成一定剂量的注射。待下次使用时,使用者再次顺时针转动记忆连筒,记忆连筒再次相对螺杆移动一定距离。待药水使用完后,记忆连筒内的凸起与螺杆上的挡块抵接,挡块阻挡记忆连筒相对螺杆转动,也即,此时,使用者不能顺时针转动记忆连筒,从而告知使用者该药水已经使用完毕。
本发明提供的预填充笔式注射器,当药水使用完毕后,使用者不能顺时针转动记忆连筒调整刻度,从而使用者可得知注射笔内的药水已经使用完毕。

图1为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器的结构示意图;图2为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器的零件结构示意图;图3为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中转动筒和固定筒配合的结构示意图;图4为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中固定筒的结构示意图;图5为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中转动筒的结构示意图;图6为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中螺杆的结构示意图;图7为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中转动筒和螺杆配合的结构示意图。如图1-7所示,本实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器,包括:螺杆4、记忆连筒5、固定筒12以及转动筒11;转动筒11的一端端面上,以转动筒11的轴线为中心,均匀围设有多个第一单向齿18;转动筒11靠近第一单向齿18一端的开口为腰形孔28;记忆连筒5设置在转动筒11内,记忆连筒5的内壁上设置有与螺杆4的螺纹相配合的凸起41;固定筒12一端端面上设置有与第一单向齿18相配合的棘爪19,且固定筒12上设置有与螺杆4相配合的第一内螺纹24;螺杆4上,沿螺杆4延伸的方向,相对地设置有两个切面42,螺杆4的一端设置有活塞13,另一端的螺槽内设置有挡块29,挡块29用于阻挡记忆连筒5相对螺杆4转动。
其中,螺杆4的两个切面42与腰形孔28的平面平行,且螺杆4可在腰形孔28内轴向移动。
棘爪19的数量可以为一个,也可以为两个以上的多个。较佳地,棘爪19的数量为两个,两个棘爪19对称设置在固定筒12一端端面上。
两个棘爪19与第一单向齿18的配合,可使第一单向齿18在转动的过程中更加稳定。
本发明提供的预填充笔式注射器,在使用时,使用者固定固定筒12,顺时针转动记忆连筒5一定圈数,由于第一单向齿18与棘爪19在顺时针方向上锁死,所以转动筒11以及转动筒11内的螺杆4不动,记忆连筒5相对螺杆4延轴向移动一定距离,刻度调节完毕。在注射时,使用者逆时针转动转动筒11,由于第一单向齿18与棘爪19在逆时针方向上未锁死,转动筒11带动螺杆4以及螺杆4上的记忆连筒5转动,由于固定筒12不动,螺杆4以及记忆连筒5旋转,并相对固定筒12沿相反轴向方向移动相同距离,同时螺杆4推动活塞13移动,完成一定剂量的注射。待下次使用时,使用者再次顺时针转动记忆连筒5,记忆连筒5再次相对螺杆4移动一定距离。待药水使用完后,记忆连筒5内的凸起41与螺杆4上的挡块29抵接,挡块29阻挡记忆连筒5相对螺杆4转动,也即,此时,使用者不能顺时针转动记忆连筒5,从而告知使用者该药水已经使用完毕。
本发明提供的预填充笔式注射器,当药水使用完毕后,使用者不能顺时针转动记忆连筒5调整刻度,从而使用者可得知注射器内的药水已经使用完毕。
图8为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中顶帽连筒、记忆连筒和螺杆的结构示意图;图9为本发明实施例提供的注射笔中刻度转筒和顶帽连筒的结构示意图;如图1-9所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,预填充笔式注射器还包括固定壳体、刻度转筒8和顶帽连筒3;固定筒12的外壁上设置有第一固定凸起20;固定壳体为两端开口的中空壳体,固定壳体的内壁上设置有第二内螺纹,另一端内壁上设置有与第一固定凸起20相配合的第一凹槽;刻度转筒8的外壁上设置有与第二内螺纹相配合的第一外螺纹25,刻度转筒8的内壁上设置有转动凸
起17;顶帽连筒3设置在刻度转筒8内,且顶帽连筒3的外壁上设置有与转动凸起17相卡合的第二凹槽;顶帽连筒3的内壁上,沿顶帽连筒3延伸的方向,设置有滑槽22;记忆连筒5远离固定筒的一端设置有与滑槽22相配合的滑动凸起21。
其中,第一固定凸起20的形状可以为多种,例如:方形、圆形或者环形等等。
第一固定凸起20和第一凹槽的数量可以为一个,也可以为两个以上的多个。
本实施例中,在使用时,使用者手握固定壳体,顺时针转动刻度转筒8,固定壳体和固定筒12不动,由于刻度转筒8与固定壳体有螺纹配合关系,刻度转筒8相对固定壳体旋转并轴向移动一定距离,同时,刻度转筒8带动顶帽连筒3旋转并沿轴向移动,顶帽连筒3带动记忆连筒5相对螺杆4旋转并沿轴向移动一定距离,刻度调节完毕。使用者逆时针转动转动筒11,完成注射。
本实施例中,通过设置固定壳体、刻度转筒8和顶帽连筒3,使用者转动刻度转筒8即可实现记忆连筒5相对螺杆4的转动,即通过固定壳体、刻度转筒8和顶帽连筒3的配合实现刻度的调节,方便使用者使用。同时,固定壳体可防止刻度转筒8和顶帽连筒3落入灰尘,从而可保持注射笔部件的清洁。
图10为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中单面单向齿轮的结构示意图;图11为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中双面单向齿轮的结构示意图,如图1-11所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,预填充笔式注射器还包括顶帽1、弹簧2、单面单向齿轮6和两面齿倾斜方向相互交叉的双面单向齿轮7;转动筒11的外壁上,延转动筒11延伸的方向,设置有转动条27;刻度转筒8靠近固定筒12一端的内壁上设置有环形凸台,环形凸台上,以刻度转筒8的轴线为中心,
均匀围设有多个第二单向齿;双面单向齿轮7套设在转动筒11上,其一面与单面单向齿轮6配合,另一面与第二单向齿配合;单面单向齿轮6的内壁上设置有与转动条27相配合的第三凹槽23,单面单向齿远离双面单向齿的一面与顶帽连筒3的一端抵接;顶帽连筒3另一端端面上设置有连接盘,连接盘远离顶帽连筒3的一面上设置有套筒,连接盘的周面上设置有与转动凸起17相配合的凹槽;顶帽1为一端开口的中空壳体,顶帽1的内端面上设置有圆柱体;圆柱体设置在套筒内;弹簧2套设在套筒外,其一端与连接盘抵接,另一端与顶帽1的内端面抵接。
其中,双面单向齿轮7为两端开口的中空壳体,其两端端面上,以双面单向齿轮7的轴线为中心,分别均匀围设有多个单向齿,且两端端面上的单向齿倾斜方向交叉。
单面单向齿轮6为两端开口的中空壳体,其一端端面上,以单面单向齿轮6的轴线为中心,均匀围设有多个单向齿。
本实施例中,在使用时,使用者手握固定壳体,顺时针转动刻度转筒8,刻度转筒8旋转并沿轴向方向移动,同时刻度转筒8带动顶帽连筒3、顶帽连筒3带动记忆连筒5旋转并沿轴向方向移动,由于第一单向齿18与双面单向齿轮7之间的齿处于未锁死状态,双面单向齿轮7与单面单向齿轮6之间的齿处于锁死状态,同时,单面单向齿轮6与转动筒11有转动条27和第三凹槽23的配合,因此,双面单向齿轮7与单面单向齿轮6同时沿轴向方向移动而无旋转,并同时推动顶帽连筒3轴向移动。当双面单向齿轮7与第一单向齿18之间出现跳齿时,弹簧2被压缩,双面单向齿轮7与第一单向齿18之间跳齿后,弹簧2伸展回复原状,从而使得使用者在旋转刻度转筒8时,弹簧2反复压缩和伸展。
在注射时,使用者向下按住顶帽1,使得顶帽连筒3、双面单向齿轮7和单面单向齿轮6无间隙,从而使得弹簧2无弹跳空间,第一单向
齿18与双面单向齿无法产生齿跳动。此时,使用者逆时针旋转刻度转筒8,刻度转筒8通过双面单向齿轮7带动单面单向齿轮6转动,单面单向齿轮6带动转动筒11转动,转动筒11带动螺杆4转动并沿相反轴向方向移动。同时,刻度转筒8带动顶帽连筒3转动并沿相反轴向方向移动,顶帽1连筒3带动记忆连筒5旋转并沿相反轴向方向移动。由于,此时螺杆4和记忆连筒5的角速度相同,因此,螺杆4和记忆连筒5同时旋转并沿相反轴线方向移动,螺杆4推动活塞13移动,完成注射。
本实施例中,在转动筒11上设置双面单向齿轮7和单面单向齿轮6,使用者转动刻度转筒8即可完成刻度的调节和药水的注射,操作方便。另外,双面单向齿轮7和第一单向齿18之间齿的跳动,可方便使用者在旋转刻度转筒8时控制转动的力度,方便刻度调节。
图12为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中观察筒的结构示意图;图13为本发明实施例提供的预填充笔式注射器中外筒的结构示意图。如图1、图2、图12和图13所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,固定壳体包括外筒10和观察筒9;外筒10一端内壁上设置有卡槽32,另一端内壁上设置有第一凹槽,外筒10上设置有观察口33;观察筒9一端外壁上设置有与卡槽32相配合的卡设凸起30,观察筒9与观察口33相对应的位置上设置有缺口31,缺口31与观察口33连通,观察筒9内设置有第二内螺纹。
本实施例中,将固定壳体设置为外筒10和观察筒9,且在外筒10上设置观察口33,在观察筒9上设置缺口31,这样的设置方便使用者观察刻度转筒8移出的距离,即方便观察刻度数值。
如图9所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,刻度转筒8靠近顶帽1的一端设置有两端开口的环形转动部26,环形转动部26套设在顶帽1外,转动凸起17设置在环形转动部26的内壁上。
其中,可在环形转动部26的外壁上设置多个凸起,从而可使使用者手握环形转动部26转动时,使用者的手与环形转动部26之间的摩擦力增大,方便使用者转动。
本实施例中,在刻度转筒8上设置环形转动部26,使用者在使用时旋转环形转动部26即可转动刻度转筒8,方便使用者操作。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,顶帽1的外壁上设置有环形槽,环形转动部26的内壁上设置有第一环形凸起,第一环形凸起设置在环形槽内,且第一环形凸起与环形槽的侧壁之间具有间隙。
本实施例中,在第一单向齿18和双面单向齿发生齿的跳动时,顶帽连筒3沿轴向移动,环形槽相对第一环形凸起移动,弹簧2压缩。在第一单向齿18和双面单向齿发生齿的跳动后,环形槽相对第一环形凸起向相反方向移动,弹簧2伸展。
本实施例中,通过第一环形凸起41和环形槽的配合,从而限定顶帽1连筒3相对刻度转筒8的相对位移,结构简单,操作方便。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,预填充笔式注射器还包括药水瓶14和针头;药水瓶14一端开口,另一端插设针头,且针头与药水瓶14连通;活塞13设置在药水瓶14内,且活塞13的周面与药水瓶14的内壁抵接。
本实施例中,使用者顺时针转动刻度转筒8调节刻度,再按下顶帽1,逆时针转动刻度转筒8,活塞13移动并推动药水通过针头注射至人体。
本实施例中,药水瓶14和针头配合完成注射,结构简单,方便加工制造。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,预填充笔式注射器还包括药瓶护筒15;外筒10靠近固定筒12的一端内壁上设
置有第二固定凸起;药瓶护筒15两端开口,药瓶护筒15套设在药水瓶14外,其靠近固定筒12的一端外壁上设置有与第二固定凸起相卡合固定的第四凹槽。
本实施例中,在药水瓶14外设置药瓶护筒15,药瓶护筒15可对药水瓶14起到保护作用,从而避免药水瓶14受外力碰撞而破损,进而延长注射笔的使用寿命。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,药瓶护筒15远离固定筒12一端外壁上设置有第二外螺纹;针头包括针本体和旋转筒;旋转筒一端开口,其内壁设置有与第二外螺纹相配合的第三内螺纹;针本体一端插设在旋转筒封闭端上,且与药水瓶14连通。
本实施例中,通过旋转筒与药瓶护筒15之间的螺纹连接实现两者的可拆卸,方便使用者安装针头。
如图1和图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,进一步地,预填充笔式注射器还包括笔帽16;笔帽16为一端开口的中空壳体,笔帽16的内壁上设置有第二环形凸起;药瓶护筒的外壁上设置有卡设第二环形凸起的环形槽。
本实施例中,在使用时,使用者将笔帽16从药瓶护筒上拔出,顺时针转动刻度转筒8调节刻度,按下顶帽1,逆时针转动刻度转筒8完成注射。
本实施例中,使用者在不使用注射器时,将笔帽16套设在药瓶护筒外,可避免针头落入灰尘等杂质,保证了注射器使用时的清洁性。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术
方案的范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述预填充笔式注射器包括:螺杆、记忆连筒、固定筒以及转动筒;所述转动筒的一端端面上,以所述转动筒的轴线为中心,均匀围设有多个第一单向齿;所述转动筒靠近所述第一单向齿一端的开口为腰形孔;所述记忆连筒设置在所述转动筒内,所述记忆连筒的内壁上设置有与所述螺杆的螺纹相配合的凸起;所述固定筒一端端面上设置有与所述第一单向齿相配合的棘爪,且所述固定筒上设置有与所述螺杆相配合的第一内螺纹;所述螺杆上,沿所述螺杆延伸的方向,相对地设置有两个切面,所述螺杆的一端设置有活塞,另一端的螺槽内设置有挡块,所述挡块用于阻挡所述记忆连筒相对所述螺杆转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述预填充笔式注射器还包括固定壳体、刻度转筒和顶帽连筒;所述固定筒的外壁上设置有第一固定凸起;所述固定壳体为两端开口的中空壳体,所述固定壳体的内壁上设置有第二内螺纹,另一端内壁上设置有与所述第一固定凸起相配合的第一凹槽;所述刻度转筒的外壁上设置有与所述第二内螺纹相配合的第一外螺纹,所述刻度转筒的内壁上设置有转动凸起;所述顶帽连筒设置在所述刻度转筒内,且所述顶帽连筒的外壁上设置有与所述转动凸起相卡合的第二凹槽;所述顶帽连筒的内壁上,沿所述顶帽连筒延伸的方向,设置有滑槽;所述记忆连筒远离所述固定筒的一端设置有与所述滑槽相配合的滑动凸起。
- 根据权利要求2所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述预填充笔式注射器还包括顶帽、弹簧、单面单向齿轮和两面齿倾斜方向相互交叉的双面单向齿轮;所述转动筒的外壁上,延所述转动筒延伸的方向,设置有转动条;所述刻度转筒靠近所述固定筒一端的内壁上设置有环形凸台,所述环形凸台上,以所述刻度转筒的轴线为中心,均匀围设有多个第二单向齿;所述双面单向齿轮套设在所述转动筒上,其一面与所述单面单向齿轮配合,另一面与所述第二单向齿配合;所述单面单向齿轮的内壁上设置有与所述转动条相配合的第三凹槽,所述单面单向齿远离所述双面单向齿的一面与所述顶帽连筒的一端抵接;所述顶帽连筒另一端端面上设置有连接盘,所述连接盘远离所述顶帽连筒的一面上设置有套筒,所述连接盘的周面上设置有与所述转动凸起相配合的凹槽;所述顶帽为一端开口的中空壳体,所述顶帽的内端面上设置有圆柱体;所述圆柱体设置在所述套筒内;所述弹簧套设在所述套筒外,其一端与所述连接盘抵接,另一端与所述顶帽的内端面抵接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述固定壳体包括外筒和观察筒;所述外筒一端内壁上设置有卡槽,另一端内壁上设置有所述第一凹槽,所述外筒上设置有观察口;所述观察筒一端外壁上设置有与所述卡槽相配合的卡设凸起,所述观察筒与所述观察口相对应的位置上设置有缺口,所述缺口与所述观察口连通,所述观察筒内设置有所述第二内螺纹。
- 根据权利要求4所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述刻度转筒靠近所述顶帽的一端设置有两端开口的环形转动部,所述环形转动部套设在所述顶帽外,所述转动凸起设置在所述环形转动部的内壁上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述顶帽的外壁上设置有环形槽,所述环形转动部的内壁上设置有第一环形 凸起,所述第一环形凸起设置在所述环形槽内,且所述第一环形凸起与所述环形槽的侧壁之间具有间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述预填充笔式注射器还包括药水瓶和针头;所述药水瓶一端开口,另一端插设所述针头,且所述针头与所述药水瓶连通;所述活塞设置在所述药水瓶内,且所述活塞的周面与所述药水瓶的内壁抵接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述预填充笔式注射器还包括药瓶护筒;所述外筒靠近所述固定筒的一端内壁上设置有第二固定凸起;所述药瓶护筒两端开口,所述药瓶护筒套设在所述药水瓶外,其靠近所述固定筒的一端外壁上设置有与所述第二固定凸起相卡合固定的第四凹槽。
- 根据权利要求8所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述药瓶护筒远离所述固定筒一端外壁上设置有第二外螺纹;所述针头包括针本体和旋转筒;所述旋转筒一端开口,其内壁设置有与所述第二外螺纹相配合的第三内螺纹;所述针本体一端插设在所述旋转筒封闭端上,且与所述药水瓶连通。
- 根据权利要求9所述的预填充笔式注射器,其特征在于,所述预填充笔式注射器还包括笔帽;所述笔帽为一端开口的中空壳体,所述笔帽的内壁上设置有第二环形凸起;所述药瓶护筒的外壁上设置有卡设所述第二环形凸起的环形槽。
