本申请要求2016年06月01日递交的申请号为201610383679.6、发明名称为“移动支付方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子金融技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动支付方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着移动技术的发展和普及,移动支付逐渐成为新兴的电子支付服务形式,移动支付也称为手机支付(Mobile Payment),移动支付是允许移动用户使用其移动终端(通常是手机)对所消费的商品或服务进行账务支付的一种服务方式。相对于以互联网为基础的传统的电子支付,移动支付具有移动性、及时性、个性化、便利性等特点,它直接将银行柜台、商家的收纳平台等资金处理系统推送到用户面前,用户只要手握移动终端就可以随时随地与各种对象进行交易。
目前,移动支付是通过移动终端上安装的支付APP(Application,应用程序)实现的,即用户在进行金融支付时需要通过移动终端中的支付APP向金融服务器发送支付请求信息,如通过移动终端中的支付宝、微信等APP发送支付请求信息,金融服务器在接收到支付请求信息后,对支付请求信息中承载的用户账号做相应的操作。因此,现有的移动支付在没有安装支付APP的情况下是不能够实现移动支付的。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明,以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的移动支付方法、装置及系统。
为达到上述目的,本发明主要提供如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种移动支付方法,该方法包括:
接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,其中,该第一移动终端标识信息是所述第一移动终端发送给第二移动终端的,该第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP;
获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息;以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种移动支付方法,该方法包括:
接收第一移动终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求中包括第一移动终端标识信息;
向第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括所述第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,以使得所述第三方服务器获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,并且使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
又一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种移动支付装置,该装置包括:

本发明实施例提供了一种移动支付方法,应用于第三方服务器,如图1所示,所述方法包括:
101、接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息。
其中,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,该第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP,所述第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号,可以为用户通过第二移动终端登陆支付应用APP时输入的注册账号,在本发明实施例中,所述支付应用APP具体可以为支付宝、微信等,本发明实施例不做具体限定。在本发明实施例中,所述第二移动终端和第二移动终端可以为个人电脑(personal computer,PC)、平板电脑、智能手机、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑等,本发明实施例不做具体限定。
对于本发明实施例,本发明中的第一移动终端和第二移动终端是经过IFAA(互联网金融身份认证)联盟或权威机构通过PKI(公钥基础设施)体系认证的设备,即第一移动终端和第二移动终端的安全区域中存储有通过上述方式认证的证书,该证书用于传给第三方进行身份验证。所述第一移动终端标识信息用于唯一标识第一移动终端,第一移动终端标识信息具体可以为第一移动终端的硬件唯一编码,也可以为第一移动终端中的证书。
需要说明的是,第一移动终端标识信息是所述第一移动终端发送给第二移动终端的,第一移动终端具体可以通过蓝牙、扫描、NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)等通信方式向第二移动终端发送第一移动终端标识信息,本发明实施例不做限定。在本发明实施例中,第一移动终端通过蓝牙、扫描、NFC等通信方式向第二移动终端发送第 一移动终端标识信息,可实现第一移动终端在没有网络的情况下也能对第二移动终端进行支付。
在本发明实施例中,第二移动终端是经过身份证实的具有设备授权功能的终端,第二移动终端的身份证实是通过第三方服务器实现的,第三方服务器即第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的服务器。例如,第二移动终端中的支付宝应用只有通过支付宝服务器的身份证实之后,第二移动终端才可以向支付宝服务器发送第一移动终端的支付信息。其中,第三方服务器可以通过第二移动终端中的设备证书对其身份验证。
102、获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息。
进一步地,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。具体的,将支付金额从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号的过程可以为,首先将所述第一终端标识信息对应的账号信息和所述支付信息发送给金融服务器,然后通过该金融服务器将第一终端账号内对应的金额配置到所述第二移动终端当前运行的支付应用APP的账号中。需要说明的是,若获取的第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号与第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP账号隶属于同一支付APP账号,如同为支付宝账号,则支付宝服务器在接收到支付信息后,首先获取与第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,然后由支付宝服务器将支付金额从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号;若获取的第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号为银行账号等形式,则第三方服务器在接收到支付信息后,并获取到与第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息之后,第三方服务器将支付信息和第一终端标识信息对应的账号发送给对应的银行,以使得对应银行将第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
在本发明实施例中,第三方服务器中存储有多个账号信息,该账号信息可以为银行账号、支付宝账号、余额宝等金融账号,每个账号信息均对应一个第一移动终端标识信息。因此当第三方服务器接收到第二移动终端发送的支付信息后,可以根据支付信息中的第一移动终端标识信息从第三方服务器中查找与之对应的账号信息,在获取到对应的账号信息后,从而可将支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
需要说明的是,第三方服务器中存储的账号信息可以通过第一移动终端的历史支付信息得到,也可以通过第一移动终端向第三方服务器的主动提供得到,还可以由第二移 动终端转发得到,本发明实施例不做具体限定。例如,当用户通过第一移动终端中安装的支付宝应用进行了金融支付之后,支付宝服务器就会将该用户的账号信息及对应的第一移动终端标识信息进行自动存储。因此当用户再次进行移动支付时,即便用户已卸载第一移动终端中的支付APP,第三方服务器还是可以根据第一移动终端标识信息获取到对应的账号信息。
再例如,当第三方服务器接收到第二移动终端发送的支付信息后,若在第三方服务器中未查找到与第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,则第三方服务器向第二移动终端发送不存在与第一移动终端对应账号的提示信息,以提示第一移动终端用户提供对应的账号信息。第一移动终端用户在接收到提示信息后,可以主动将其账号信息发送给第三方服务器,还可以通过蓝牙、扫描、NFC等通信方式将其账号信息发送给第二移动终端,然后由第二移动终端将第一移动终端的账号信息转发给第三方服务器。需要说明的是,无论第三方服务器通过何种途径获取的第一移动终端的标识信息及账号信息,在其获取到第一移动终端的标识信息及账号信息之后,都会将第一移动终端的账号信息和第一移动终端标识信息对应存储,以便第一移动终端再次进行移动支付时,第三方服务器直接从内部存储的账号信息中获取与第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息。
在本发明实施例中,第一移动终端由于是通过第三方服务器身份证的具有设备授权功能的终端,因此当第一移动终端对第二移动终端进行支付时,第一移动终端可以首先通过蓝牙、扫描、NFC等通信技术向第二移动终端发送第一移动终端标识信息,然后由第二移动终端向第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,第三方服务器接收到支付信息后获取与第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号,通过上述过程可看出第一移动终端在向第二移动终端进行支付时,第一移动终端仅需向第二移动终端发送第一移动终端标识信息即可,因此通过本发明实施例实现的第一移动终端在没有安装支付APP的情况下也可以进行移动支付。

当手机用户需要对其购买的物品进行结算时,其首先需要获取与本次支付请求对应的令牌,然后向超市支付设备发送支付请求,超市支付设备在接收到支付请求后向支付宝服务器发送支付信息,该支付信息中包括手机标识信息,手机的证书和本次支付请求对应的令牌,超市支付设备中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与手机对应的支付金额,支付宝服务器在接收到支付信息后验证手机的证书和本次支付请求对应的令牌是否正确,若手机的证书和本次支付请求对应的令牌均验证正确,则获取与手机标识信息对应的账号,并将支付信息和手机对应的账号一并发送给金融服务,以使得金融服务器支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
在本应用场景中,获取与本次支付请求对应的令牌的具体过程为:首先需要获取手机的标识信息,然后向超市支付设备发送身份认证信息,所述身份认证信息中包括手机的标识信息,超市支付设备在收到身份认证信息后,将该信息转发给支付宝服务器,之后由支付宝服务器生成与手机标识信息对应的令牌,并将生成的令牌发送至超市支付设备。

在本发明实施例中,第二移动终端是经过身份证实的具有设备授权功能的终端,第二移动终端的身份证实是通过第三方服务器实现的,第三方服务器即第二移动终端中第三方应用对应的服务器。例如,第二移动终端中的支付宝应用只有在通过支付宝服务器身份证实具备设备授权功能之后,才可以向支付宝服务器发送第一移动终端的支付信息。其中,第三方服务器可以通过第二移动终端中的设备证书对其身份验证。

本发明实施例提供的又一种移动支付装置,首先接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,然后获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。与目前移动支付需要通过移动终端中安装的支付APP实现相比,本发明实施例当第一移动终端需要向第二移动终端支付时,可以通过第二移动终端向第三方服务器发送第一移动终端的支付信息,该支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第三方服务器在接收到支付信息后,获取第一移动终端标识信息的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号,从而本发明实施例中的第一移动终端在没有安装支付APP的情况下也可以实现移动支付。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供再一种移动支付装置,如图8所示,所述装置包括:接收单元81,发送单元82。
接收单元81,用于接收第一移动终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求中包括第一移动终端标识信息,所述第一移动终端未安装支付APP;
发送单元82,用于向第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括所述第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,以使得所述第三方服务器获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,并且使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:获取单元83;
所述发送单元82,还用于向所述第三方服务器发送请求开通设备授权功能信息,所述请求开通设备授权功能信息中携带有所述第二移动终端的设备证书;以使得所述第三方服务器验证所述设备证书是否合法;
所述接收单元81,还用于若所述第三方服务器验证所述设备证书合法,则接收所述第三方服务器发送的验证方式信息;
所述获取单元83,用于根据所述验证方式信息获取验证数据。
所述发送单元82,还用于将所述验证数据发送给所述第三方服务器,以使得所述第三方服务器检测所述验证数据是否正确;
所述接收单元81,还用于若所述第三方服务器检测所述验证数据正确,则接收所述第三方服务器发送的第二移动终端设备授权功能开通成功提示信息。
进一步地,所述装置还包括:转发单元84;
所述接收单元81,还用于接收所述第一移动终端发送的身份认证信息,所述身份认证信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息;
所述转发单元84,用于将所述身份认证信息转发给所述第三方服务器,以使得所述第三方服务器生成与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的令牌信息;
所述接收单元81,还用于接收所述第三方服务器发送的令牌信息。
对于本发明实施例,所述支付信息中还包括所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书,以使得所述第三方服务器分别验证所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书是否正确。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的再一种移动支付装置所涉及各功能单元的其他相应描述,可以参考图4所示方法的对应描述,在此不再赘述,但应当明确,本实施例中的装置能够对应实现前述方法实施例中的全部内容。
本发明实施例提供的再一种移动支付装置,首先接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,然后获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。与目前移动支付需要通过移动终端中安装的支付APP实现相比,本发明实施例当第一移动终端需要向第二移动终端支付时,可以通过第二移动终端向第三方服务器发送第一移动终端的支付信息,该支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第三方服务器在接收到支付信息后,获取第一移动终端标识信息的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号,从而本发明实施例中的第一移动终端在没有安装支付APP的情况下也可以实现移动支付。
进一步地,本发明实施例提供一种移动支付系统,如图9所示,所述系统包括:第一移动终端91、第二移动终端92、第三方服务器93;
所述第一移动终端91,用于向所述第二移动终端发送支付请求,所述支付请求中包括第一移动终端标识信息,所述第一移动终端未安装支付APP;
所述第二移动终端92,用于向所述第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额;
所述第三方服务器93,用于获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
本发明实施例提供的一种移动支付系统,首先接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,然后获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。与目前移动支付需要通过移动终端中安装的支付APP实现相比,本发明实施例当第一移动终端需要向第二移动终端支付时,可以通过第二移动终端向第三方服务器发送第一移动终端的支付信息,该支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第三方服务器在接收到支付信息后,获取第一移动终端标识信息的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号 转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号,从而本发明实施例中的第一移动终端在没有安装支付APP的情况下也可以实现移动支付。
所述移动支付装置包括处理器和存储器,上述接收单元、获取单元、发送单元、验证单元、检测单元、开通单元和生成单元等均作为程序单元存储在存储器中,由处理器执行存储在存储器中的上述程序单元来实现相应的功能。
处理器中包含内核,由内核去存储器中调取相应的程序单元。内核可以设置一个或以上,通过调整内核参数来提高混合视图显示的准确率。
存储器可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM),存储器包括至少一个存储芯片。
本申请还提供了一种计算机程序产品,当在数据处理设备上执行时,适于执行初始化有如下方法步骤的程序代码:接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,其中,该第一移动终端标识信息是所述第一移动终端发送给第二移动终端的,该第一移动终端未安装支付APP;获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息;以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。

Claims (27)

  1. 一种移动支付方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息,第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,其中,该第一移动终端标识信息是所述第一移动终端发送给第二移动终端的,该第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP;
    获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息;以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第二移动终端发送的请求开通设备授权功能信息,所述请求开通设备授权功能信息中携带有所述第二移动终端的设备证书;
    验证所述设备证书是否合法;
    若所述设备证书合法,则向所述第二移动终端发送验证方式信息,以使得所述第二移动终端根据所述验证方式信息获取验证数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述第二移动终端发送验证方式信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第二移动终端发送的验证数据;
    检测所述验证数据是否正确;
    若所述验证数据正确,则开通所述第二移动终端的设备授权功能。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述开通所述第二移动终端的设备授权功能之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述第二移动终端的开通信息发送给所述第二移动终端,以使得所述第二移动终端确认所述开通信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在验证所述设备证书合法之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述第二移动终端对应账号的信用信息,所述信用信息用于评价所述第二移动终端的信用;
    检测所述第二移动终端对应账号的信用信息是否超过预置阈值;
    所述向所述第二移动终端发送验证方式信息包括:
    若所述第二移动终端对应账号的信用信息超过预置阈值,则向所述第二移动终端发送验证方式信息。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述第二移动终端的开通信息发送给所述第二移动终端之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第二移动终端发送的第一移动终端身份认证信息,所述第一移动终端身份认证信息中包括所述第一移动终端标识信息;
    生成与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的令牌信息;
    将所述令牌信息发送给所述第二移动终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二移动终端发送的支付信息中还包括所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书,所述获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    分别验证所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书是否正确;
    所述获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息包括:
    若所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书均验证正确,则获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分别验证所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书是否正确之后,所述方法还包括:
    若所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书中任一个验证错误,则向所述第二移动终端发送第一移动终端身份认证错误提示信息。
  9. 一种移动支付方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一移动终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求中包括第一移动终端标识信息,所述第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP;
    向第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括所述第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,以使得所述第三方服务器获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,并且使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收第一移动终端发送的支付请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    向所述第三方服务器发送请求开通设备授权功能信息,所述请求开通设备授权功能 信息中携带有所述第二移动终端的设备证书;以使得所述第三方服务器验证所述设备证书是否合法;
    若所述第三方服务器验证所述设备证书合法,则接收所述第三方服务器发送的验证方式信息;
    根据所述验证方式信息获取验证数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述验证方式信息获取验证数据之后,所述方法还包括:
    将所述验证数据发送给所述第三方服务器,以使得所述第三方服务器检测所述验证数据是否正确;
    若所述第三方服务器检测所述验证数据正确,则接收所述第三方服务器发送的第二移动终端设备授权功能开通成功提示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述第三方服务器发送的第二移动终端设备授权功能开通成功提示信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一移动终端发送的身份认证信息,所述身份认证信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息;
    将所述身份认证信息转发给所述第三方服务器,以使得所述第三方服务器生成与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的令牌信息;
    接收所述第三方服务器发送的令牌信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述支付信息中还包括所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书,以使得所述第三方服务器分别验证所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书是否正确。
  14. 一种移动支付装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第二移动终端发送的支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,其中,该第一移动终端标识信息是所述第一移动终端发送给第二移动终端的,该第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP;
    获取单元,用于获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息;以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:验证单元,发 送单元;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二移动终端发送的请求开通设备授权功能信息,所述请求开通设备授权功能信息中携带有所述第二移动终端的设备证书;
    所述验证单元,用于验证所述设备证书是否合法;
    所述发送单元,用于若所述设备证书合法,则向所述第二移动终端发送验证方式信息,以使得所述第二移动终端根据所述验证方式信息获取验证数据。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:检测单元、开通单元;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二移动终端发送的验证数据;
    所述检测单元,用于检测所述验证数据是否正确;
    所述开通单元,用于若所述验证数据正确,则开通所述第二移动终端的设备授权功能。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于将所述第二移动终端的开通信息发送给所述第二移动终端,以使得所述第二移动终端确认所述开通信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,还用于获取所述第二移动终端对应账号的信用信息,所述信用信息用于评价所述第二移动终端的信用;
    所述检测单元,还用于检测所述第二移动终端对应账号的信用信息是否超过预置阈值;
    所述发送单元,具体用于若所述第二移动终端对应账号的信用信息超过预置阈值,则向所述第二移动终端发送验证方式信息。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:生成单元;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第二移动终端发送的第一移动终端身份认证信息,所述第一移动终端身份认证信息中包括所述第一移动终端标识信息;
    所述生成单元,用于生成与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的令牌信息;
    所述发送单元,还用于将所述令牌信息发送给所述第二移动终端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二移动终端发送的支付信息中还包括所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书;
    所述验证单元,还用于分别验证所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书是否 正确;
    所述获取单元,具体用于若所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书均验证正确,则获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于若所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书中任一个验证错误,则向所述第二移动终端发送第一移动终端身份认证错误提示信息。
  22. 一种移动支付装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一移动终端发送的支付请求,所述支付请求中包括第一移动终端标识信息,所述第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP;
    发送单元,用于向第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括所述第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额,以使得所述第三方服务器获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,并且使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:获取单元;
    所述发送单元,还用于向所述第三方服务器发送请求开通设备授权功能信息,所述请求开通设备授权功能信息中携带有所述第二移动终端的设备证书;以使得所述第三方服务器验证所述设备证书是否合法;
    所述接收单元,还用于若所述第三方服务器验证所述设备证书合法,则接收所述第三方服务器发送的验证方式信息;
    所述获取单元,用于根据所述验证方式信息获取验证数据。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送单元,还用于将所述验证数据发送给所述第三方服务器,以使得所述第三方服务器检测所述验证数据是否正确;
    所述接收单元,还用于若所述第三方服务器检测所述验证数据正确,则接收所述第三方服务器发送的第二移动终端设备授权功能开通成功提示信息。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:转发单元;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第一移动终端发送的身份认证信息,所述身份认证信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息;
    所述转发单元,用于将所述身份认证信息转发给所述第三方服务器,以使得所述第 三方服务器生成与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的令牌信息;
    所述接收单元,还用于接收所述第三方服务器发送的令牌信息。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述支付信息中还包括所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书,以使得所述第三方服务器分别验证所述令牌信息和所述第一移动终端的设备证书是否正确。
  27. 一种移动支付系统,其特征在于,包括:第一移动终端、第二移动终端、第三方服务器;
    所述第一移动终端,用于向所述第二移动终端发送支付请求,所述支付请求中包括第一移动终端标识信息,所述第一移动终端未安装支付应用APP;
    所述第二移动终端,用于向所述第三方服务器发送支付信息,所述支付信息中包括第一移动终端标识信息、第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号以及与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的支付金额;
    所述第三方服务器,用于获取与所述第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号信息,以使得支付金额能从第一移动终端标识信息对应的账号转移到第二移动终端中当前运行的支付应用APP对应的账号。
