2016年3月,在第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project:3GPP)RAN#71次全会上,NTT DOCOMO提出了一个关于5G技术标准的新的研究项目(参见非专利文献:RP-160671:New SID Proposal:Study on New Radio Access Technology),并获批准。该研究项目的目的是开发一个新的无线(New Radio:NR)接入技术以满足5G的所有应用场景、需求和部署环境。NR主要有三个应用场景:增强的移动宽带通信(Enhanced Mobile Broadband:eMBB)、大规模机器类通信(massive Machine Type Communication:mMTC)和超可靠低延迟通信(Ultra Reliable and Low Latency Communications:URLLC)。按照该研究项目的规划,NR的标准化分二个阶段进行:第一阶段的标准化工作将于2018年中期完成;第二阶段的标准化工作将于2019年底完成。第一阶段的标准规范要前向兼容于第二阶段的标准规范,而第二阶段的标准规范要建立在第一阶段的标准规范之上,并满足5G NR技术标准的所有要求。
为了更好地节能减排,在该项目的初期要求中提出了要避免网络侧重复发送不必要的信息。该要求是基于以下考虑:
在现有的LTE系统中,为了保证LTE用户设备(UE)的正常接入,基站(eNB)会周期性的广播接入层以及非接入层的信息,统称为系统信息。目前LTE系统下,系统信息分为一个主系统信息块MasterInformationBlock(MIB)和若干个系统信息块SystemInformationBlocks(SIBs)用来承载不同的内容,截止目前为止LTE定义的SIB多达20种。MIB上携带了用于获取小区的基本信息的必需 的以及最频繁发送的参数,SIB1中包含用来判断某小区是否适合用于小区选择的参数以及其他SIB的时域调度信息。MIB和SIB1在预定义的时间周期内发送。其他具有相同调度周期的SIB会被安排在同一个系统信息消息(System Information Message,称为SI消息)中并按照SIB1中携带的时域调度信息在对应的系统信息窗SI-window内周期性发送。除了MIB和SIB1外,并不是所有SIB都需要被广播。eNB根据当前接入网设备支持的特性,以及非接入层的特性,选择与特性相关的系统信息块进行广播。例如,当前接入网支持增强的接入准入控制(Enhanced Access Control),则eNB会广播SIB14,里面携带EAB的相关信息,反之,则不广播;如果当前接入网支持MBMS(Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service,多媒体广播多播业务),则eNB会广播SIB13等。这些被广播的SIB都会在SIB1携带的调度信息中反映,没有调度的SIB即不被广播。UE在发起接入前,除了MIB和SIB1是必须获取的,还需要根据自身特性获得其他的SIB,然后再发起接入。例如,如果UE支持多制式,还需要读取SIB8获取异制式相关的小区重选信息,反之,则不需要;如果UE支持WLAN的互操作,还需要获取SIB17等,反之,则不需要。
采用周期性广播eNB所支持的所有的系统信息的方式,有利于UE随时获取相应的信息。但是,这种不考虑UE的获取需求(例如,部分系统信息只有少量的UE需要获取),而将eNB所支持的所有系统信息在特定的下行资源上周而复始的广播,导致系统资源利用率不高且能耗较大。在3GPP RAN2#94次会议上,部分厂商提出采用网络自主广播与UE请求发送相结合的方式传输系统信息。这些厂商提出将系统信息分成两类:一类系统信息由eNB自主通过周期性广播的方式发送(本公开中将这类系统信息称为周期性广播的系统信息),这类系统信息中可以包含最重要的或获取其他系统信息所必需的或为绝大多数UE所需的系统信息;另一类系统信息在特定的情况下(例如:在收到UE请求时或需要更新时)才发送(本公开中将这类系统信息称为非周期性广播的系统信息),非周期性广播的系统信息可以采用广播或组播或单播方式发送。
在现有的LTE系统中,系统信息的变更只发生在某些特定的系统帧,称为系统信息变更周期。基站通过两种方式指示系统信息变更:一种方式是发送寻呼消息,所述寻呼消息中携带系统信息变更指示信息。在系统信息需要变更时,基站在系统信息变更周期内发送寻呼消息,并在下一个变更周期才发送变更后的系统信息。另一种方式是在系统信息变更时修改SIB1中携带的系统信息值标识。用户设备通过检查SIB1中携带的系统信息值标识和本地保存的系统信息值标识是否相同来判断系统信息是否发生了变更。基于网络自主广播与UE请求发送相结合的系统信息传输方式中,用户设备如何获知系统信息发生了变更是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
根据本公开的第一方面,提供了一种基站中的方法,包括:向用户设备UE发送系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开进行详细阐述。应当注意,本公开不应局限于下文所述的具体实施方式。另外,为了简便起见,省略了对与本公开没有直接关联的公知技术的详细描述,以防止对本公开的理解造成混淆。
下面描述本公开用到的术语,除特别说明外,本公开涉及的术语都 采用此处定义。
所关注的系统信息:是指UE想要获取的系统信息块SIB或若干系统信息块组成的系统信息组,例如,按照调度周期将系统信息块分组,属于同一系统信息组中的系统信息块具有相同的调度周期,此时系统信息组就是系统信息消息。下文中,如未特别说明,SI消息指系统信息块组。
系统信息窗:是指用于发送系统信息消息的时间区间。所关注的系统信息可以在一个或多个系统信息窗内发送。对于周期性广播的系统信息而言,其对应的系统信息窗可以是周期性出现的。可选的,周期性广播的系统信息中携带所述系统信息窗的大小和/或用于计算系统信息窗的起始位置的相关参数。例如,周期性广播的系统信息中携带系统信息窗的大小,将时间域按系统信息窗的大小分成连续的系统信息窗,不同的系统信息块或系统信息块组按照特定的顺序(例如按照包含在周期性广播的系统信息的调度信息中出现的先后顺序)确定对应的系统信息窗的起始位置,依次分布在不同的系统信息窗内发送。
周期性广播的SI消息:将包含周期性广播的系统信息的SI消息称为周期性广播的SI消息。
非周期性广播的SI消息:将包含非周期性广播的系统信息的SI消息称为非周期性广播的SI消息。
系统信息变更通知消息:是基站用于通知用户设备系统信息是否变更的消息,例如,携带了系统信息变更指示的寻呼消息。
本公开先介绍调度周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息的两种可能的发送方案示例:
发送方案一:周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息在不同的系统信息窗(或SI消息)内发送
图1示出了发送方案一的示意图。虚线表示的正方形表示非周期性广播的系统信息,实线表示的正方形表示周期性广播的系统信息。周期性广播的SI消息和非周期性广播的SI消息的发送先后顺序依赖于调度信息。例如,周期性广播的SI消息先于(或晚于)非周期性广播的SI消息发送或者部分周期性广播的SI消息先于(或晚于)非周期性广播的 SI消息发送。
基站在需要发送非周期性广播的系统信息时,将非周期性广播的系统信息单独作为一个或多个SI消息并在相应的系统信息窗内发送。优选的,所述SI消息中不含调度周期相关的信息(周期性广播的系统信息需要周期性发送,所以周期性广播的系统信息所在的SI消息的调度信息中会携带所述SI消息的调度周期相关的信息)或包含调度周期相关的信息,但调度周期值设为区别于周期性广播的SI消息的调度周期的值,例如为无限或零。优选的,非周期性广播的系统信息所在SI消息的调度信息中还包含用于指示所述SI消息是否发送的指示信息。用户设备根据所述指示信息判断对应的SI消息是否被基站广播。优选的,用户设备也可以根据调度周期的取值判断非周期性SI消息是否被发送。例如:当调度周期取值为0表示发送了非周期性广播的SI消息,当调度周期为无限表示没有发送非周期性广播的SI消息。

基站将非周期性广播的系统信息和周期性广播的系统信息放在同一SI消息中发送。在所述调度方式中,在所述SI消息中包含用于指示非周期性广播的系统信息是否被发送的指示信息。每个非周期性广播的系统信息可以用一个比特指示,例如,当比特位取值为1时表示发送了对应的非周期性广播的系统信息,当比特位取值为0时表示没有发送对应的非周期性广播的系统信息。优选的,仅部分(例如前面一个或几个或最后一个或几个)SI消息中包含非周期性广播的SI消息。

UE(例如当UE从覆盖范围外回到覆盖范围内时或在系统信息变更周期之后)利用所述第一变更指示判断存储的周期性广播的系统信息是否依然有效,且利用所述第二变更指示判断存储的非周期性广播的系统信息是否依然有效。
如果周期性广播的系统信息中携带的第一变更指示不同于本地存储的值,UE认为本地存储的周期性广播的系统信息(或周期性广播的SI消息)无效,并从对应的SI窗内获取变更的后的周期性广播的系统信息。如果周期性广播的系统信息中携带的第二变更指示不同于本地存储的值,UE认为本地存储的非周期性广播的系统信息(或非周期性广播的SI消息)无效。如果调度信息指示UE想要获取的非周期性系统信息将发送,则从对应的SI窗内获取变更后的系统信息;如果所关注的非周期性系统信息没有发送,则UE发送系统信息请求消息给基站以获取所关注的系统信息。
可选地,还可以定义附加变更指示。优选的,所述附加变更指示包含在周期性广播的系统信息中。当周期性广播的系统信息(或周期性广播的SI消息)发生变更时,需要同时更新附加变更指示和第一变更指示。当非周期性广播的系统信息(或非周期性广播的SI消息)发生变更时,也需要同时更新附加变更指示和第二变更指示。如果周期性广播的系统信息中携带的第一变更指示和附加变更指示不同于本地存储的值,UE 认为本地存储的周期性广播的系统信息(或周期性广播的SI消息)无效,并从对应的SI窗内获取变更的后的周期性广播的系统信息。如果周期性广播的系统信息中携带的第二变更指示和附加变更指示不同于本地存储的值,UE认为本地存储的非周期性广播的系统信息(或非周期性广播的SI消息)无效。重新获取变更后的非周期性广播的系统信息。
需要说明的是,本实施例中描述的当本地保存的周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息无效时,UE获取对应的周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的过程也适用于本发明的其他实施例。

Claims (60)

  1. 一种基站中的方法,包括:
    向用户设备UE发送系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一变更指示和/或针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二变更指示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与第一或第二变更指示组合来指示周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的变更。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的系统信息消息变更指示,其中每个系统信息消息仅包含周期性广播的系统信息或仅包含非周期性广播的系统信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与系统信息消息变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的系统信息的变更。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一系统信息消息变更指示和针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二系统信息消息变更指示,其中每个系统信息消息包含周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与第一或第二系统信息消息变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的变更。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每 个系统信息消息相关联的系统信息消息变更指示和针对非周期性广播的系统信息块的系统信息块变更指示。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,系统信息消息变更指示指示系统信息消息中的周期性广播的系统信息的变更,以及

    其中,附加变更指示与系统信息消息变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的周期性广播的系统信息变更,以及
    附加变更指示与系统信息消息变更指示和系统信息块变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的非周期性广播的系统信息块的变更。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息块相关联的系统信息块变更指示。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与系统信息块变更指示组合来指示系统信息块中系统信息的变更。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法,其中,周期性广播的系统信息是基站周期性广播的系统信息,非周期性广播的系统信息是基站根据UE的请求或响应于系统信息的更新而发送的系统信息。
  14. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述系统信息变更指示包含在周期性广播的系统信息中。
  15. 一种基站,包括:
    发送单元,向用户设备UE发送系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示包括针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一变更指示和/或针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二变更指示。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括 附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与第一或第二变更指示组合来指示周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的变更。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的系统信息消息变更指示,其中每个系统信息消息仅包含周期性广播的系统信息或仅包含非周期性广播的系统信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与系统信息消息变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的系统信息的变更。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一系统信息消息变更指示和针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二系统信息消息变更指示,其中每个系统信息消息包含周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与第一或第二系统信息消息变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的变更。

  26. 根据权利要求25所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与系统信息块变更指示组合来指示系统信息块中系统信息的变更。
  27. 根据权利要求15-26中任一项所述的基站,其中,周期性广播的系统信息是基站周期性广播的系统信息,非周期性广播的系统信息是基站根据UE的请求或响应于系统信息的更新而发送的系统信息。
  28. 根据权利要求15-26中任一项所述的基站,其中,所述系统信息变更指示包含在周期性广播的系统信息中。
  29. 一种用户设备UE中的方法,包括:
    从基站接收系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联;以及
    根据系统信息变更指示,从基站接收变更的系统信息。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一变更指示和/或针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二变更指示。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,
    其中,附加变更指示与第一或第二变更指示组合来指示周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的变更。
  32. 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的系统信息消息变更指示,其中每个系统信息消息仅包含周期性广播的系统信息或仅包含非周期性广播的系统信息。

  42. 根据权利要求29-40中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述系统信息变更指示包含在周期性广播的系统信息中。
  43. 根据权利要求29-40中任一项所述的方法,其中,接收变更的系统信息包括:在与变更的系统信息相对应的系统信息窗中接收周期性广播的系统信息。
  44. 根据权利要求29-40中任一项所述的方法,其中,接收变更的系统信息包括:
    向基站发送针对变更的非周期性广播的系统信息的请求;以及
    从基站接收变更的非周期性广播的系统信息。
  45. 一种用户设备UE,包括:
    接收单元,被配置为:
    从基站接收系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联;以及
    根据系统信息变更指示,从基站接收变更的系统信息。
  46. 根据权利要求45所述的UE,其中,系统信息变更指示包括针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一变更指示和/或针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二变更指示。

    发送单元,被配置为向基站发送针对变更的非周期性广播的系统信息的请求,
