- 根据权利要求15所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一系统信息消息变更指示和针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二系统信息消息变更指示,其中每个系统信息消息包含周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息。
- 根据权利要求20所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示还包括附加变更指示,其中,附加变更指示与第一或第二系统信息消息变更指示组合来指示系统信息消息中的周期性广播的系统信息或非周期性广播的系统信息的变更。
- 根据权利要求15所述的基站,其中,系统信息变更指示包括与每个系统信息消息相关联的系统信息消息变更指示和针对非周期性广播的系统信息块的系统信息块变更指示。

- 根据权利要求15-26中任一项所述的基站,其中,周期性广播的系统信息是基站周期性广播的系统信息,非周期性广播的系统信息是基站根据UE的请求或响应于系统信息的更新而发送的系统信息。
- 根据权利要求15-26中任一项所述的基站,其中,所述系统信息变更指示包含在周期性广播的系统信息中。
- 一种用户设备UE中的方法,包括:从基站接收系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联;以及根据系统信息变更指示,从基站接收变更的系统信息。
- 根据权利要求29所述的方法,其中,系统信息变更指示包括针对周期性广播的系统信息的第一变更指示和/或针对非周期性广播的系统信息的第二变更指示。

- 根据权利要求29-40中任一项所述的方法,其中,接收变更的系统信息包括:在与变更的系统信息相对应的系统信息窗中接收周期性广播的系统信息。
- 根据权利要求29-40中任一项所述的方法,其中,接收变更的系统信息包括:向基站发送针对变更的非周期性广播的系统信息的请求;以及从基站接收变更的非周期性广播的系统信息。
- 一种用户设备UE,包括:接收单元,被配置为:从基站接收系统信息变更指示,其中,所述系统信息变更指示与周期性广播的系统信息和非周期性广播的系统信息中的至少一个相关联;以及根据系统信息变更指示,从基站接收变更的系统信息。
