非相关JT技术如图1所示,有两个基站联合为用户服务,这时服务小区和协作小区分别传输一个传输块或码字流至用户,这样不同传输块或码字流间是存在干扰的,另外服务小区和协作小区有可能独立调度不同的传输块或码字流,这样可能出现协作节点间资源分配部分重叠的现象,即部分物理资源块上存在干扰,部分物理传输块上面没有干扰,如图2图3所示,而目前标准中规定同一传输块所占的全部频域资源上使用相同的调制编码方式,所以上述情况就将导致链路自适应出现问题,从而影响系统整体性能;另外,对于5G New-RAT需要支持多种业务混合的情况,包括增强移动宽带(enhanced Mobile BroadBand,简称eMBB),高可靠低延迟通信(Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communications,简称URLLC)、巨量机器通信(massive Machine Type Communications,简称mMTC)等,多业务混合场景下干扰情况比较特殊,如图4所示,目前标准中规定的同一传输块所占的全部频域资源上使用相同的调制编码方式可能也不适用于5G New-RAT;另外,对于MU-MIMO(多用户多输入多输出)有可能存在不同频域资源上复用不同的用户及数量的问题,如图5所示,目前的标准也不支持这种情况。
针对相关技术中物理资源块间部分资源存在干扰导致整体链路自适应能力较差的技术问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种数据分割方法、装置及终端,以至少解决相关技术中物理资源块间部分资源存在干扰导致整体链路自适应能力较差的技术问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种数据分割方法,该方法包括:接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;接收节点发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
根据本申请的一个方面,还提供了一种数据分割方法,该方法包括:发射节点接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;发射节点将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点。
根据本申请的另一个方面,提供了一种数据分割装置,该装置包括:确定单元,用于确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;第一发送单元,用于发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
根据本申请的另一个方面,还提供了一种数据分割装置,该装置包括:接收单元,用于接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;第二发送单元,用于将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种数据分割终端,该终端包括:第一存储器,第一存储器用于存储包括如下步骤的程序代码:确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式;第一处理器,与第一存储器连接,用于处理第一存储器中保存的程序代码;第一传输装置,与第一处理器连接,用于传输第一处理器得到的信号至发射节点。
根据本申请的另一个方面,还提供了一种数据分割终端,该终端包括:第二存储器,第二存储器用于存储包括如下步骤的程序代码:接收由接收 节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点;第二处理器,与第二存储器连接,用于处理第二存储器中保存的程序代码;第二传输装置,与第二处理器连接,用于传输第二处理器得到的信号至接收节点。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,提供了一种存储介质,存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
根据本申请的另一个实施例,还提供了一种存储介质,存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点。
在本申请中,接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;接收节点发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。从而解决了相关技术中物理资源块间部分资源存在干扰导致整体链路自适应能力较差的技术问题。

实施例1
本申请实施例一所提供的方法实施例可以在移动终端、计算机终端或者类似的运算装置中执行。以运行在计算机终端上为例,如图6所示,计算机终端可以包括一个或多个(图中仅示出一个)处理器601(处理器601可以包括但不限于微处理器MCU或可编程逻辑器件FPGA等的处理装置)、用于存储数据的存储器603、以及用于通信功能的传输装置605。本领域普通技术人员可以理解,图6所示的结构仅为示意,其并不对上述电子装置的结构造成限定。
存储器603可用于存储应用软件的软件程序以及模块,如本申请中的设备的控制方法对应的程序指令/模块,处理器601通过运行存储在存储器 603内的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述的方法。存储器可包括高速随机存储器,还可包括非易失性存储器,如一个或者多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其他非易失性固态存储器。在一些实例中,存储器可进一步包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至计算机终端。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
传输装置用于经由一个网络接收或者发送数据。上述的网络具体实例可包括计算机终端的通信供应商提供的无线网络。在一个实例中,传输装置包括一个网络适配器(Network Interface Controller,NIC),其可通过基站与其他网络设备相连从而可与互联网进行通讯。在一个实例中,传输装置可以为射频(Radio Frequency,RF)模块,其用于通过无线方式与互联网进行通讯。
根据本申请,提供了一种数据分割方法的方法实施例,需要说明的是,在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的计算机系统中执行,并且,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
图7是根据本申请的一种数据分割方法的流程图,如图7所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S701,接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息。
步骤S702,接收节点发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
通过上述实施例,发射节点接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;发射节点将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点,从而解决了相关技术中物理资源块间部分资源存在干扰导致整体链路自适应能力较差的技术问题,实现了提高链路自适应能力的技术效果。
可选地,第一类数据包括MAC层协议数据单元PDU和/或传输块; 数据分割指示信息用于指示将第一类数据分割为一个或多个第二类数据,其中,第二类数据包括传输块、传输块子集及码块子集中的至少之一。

可选地,接收节点在发送数据分割指示信息时,发送的方式包括以下至少之一:对第二类数据的个数、第二类数据的数据大小、第二类数据占用的资源、第二类数据使用的信道状态信息及第二类数据对应的调制编码方式以独立反馈的形式进行发送;对第二类数据的个数、第二类数据的数据大小、第二类数据占用的资源、第二类数据使用的信道状态信息及第二类数据对应的调制编码方式中的一个或多个联合编码后进行发送。

S902,发射节点获取第一信令,结合实际调度情况、负载情况、缓存 情况分割第一类数据为第二类数据。
例如,如图3所示,分割第二类数据的方法如下,将传输块分割为2个码块子集,码块子集1分别对应Data1,码块子集2分别对应Data2。
第二类数据是否可以进一步分割为一个或多个码块取决于最大编码长度Z,其中Z等于6144;例如,码块子集大小大于6144,码块子集进一步分割为多个码块,码块子集分割的码块数目由下式决定,Num=ceil(码块子集大小/6144)。
S903,发射节点发送数据信号(分割后的数据)和第二信令至接收节点,第二信令指示第一类数据的分割方式。
可选地,如图9所示的实施例,适用于如图4所示的网络中存在两种业务(如eMBB和URLLC)的情况,附近有传输节点发送URLLC业务,且占用带宽较小,则重叠资源上与非重叠资源上的干扰情况不同,接收节点建议发射节点分割传输块的方式,例如建议发射节点将传输块分割为2个码块子集;码块子集进一步分割成码块。
另外,分割第二类数据时,可将传输块分割为2个码块子集;发射节点需要确定以下至少之一:第二类数据的个数、第二类数据的数据大小、第二类数据占用的资源、第二类数据使用的信道状态信息、第二类数据对应的调制编码方式,然后进行分割。
可选地,如图9所示的实施例,也适用于如图5所示的情况,即不同子带上复用的用户不同,同时复用的用户数量也不相同,由于复用用户之间不能做到完全正交因此存在干扰,说明不同的子带上收到的干扰不相同,接收节点建议发射节点分割传输块的方式,例如建议发射节点将传输块分割为3个码块子集;码块子集可进一步分割成码块。
另外,分割第二类数据时,可将将传输块分割为3个码块子集。
可选地,接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息包括:上述接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性及接收节点的能力中的一个或多个确定上述数据分割指示信息。
可选地,接收节点的能力的发送方式包括:携带于无线资源控制信息RRC中进行发送和由接收节点上报给核心网。
若接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性的一个或多个确定的数据分割指示信息用于指示数值X,接收节点基于接收节点的能力确定的数据分割指示信息用于指示数值N,则实际使用的数据分割指示信息用于指示min(X,N),其中,min(X,N)为用于取数值X和数值N中最小值的函数,N对于特定的用户是固定的配置。上述的X和N可以直接携带于对应的消息中发送,也可以通过指示的方式确定。
上述发射节点可以为一个,下面结合图9详述本申请的实施例:
S901,接收节点UE发送第一信令至发射节点,建议第一类数据的分割方式。
接收节点UE可基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性和UE能力建议发射节点分割第一类数据的方式;例如,对于如图3所示的情况,重叠资源上与非重叠资源上的干扰情况不同,接收节点可建议发射节点分割传输块的方式,例如通过干扰情况等建议发射节点将MAC层协议数据单元PDU分割为3个传输块/码字流即X=3,UE能力只能传输2个码字即N=2,则实际建议的值是min[X,N]=2个码字流。
S902,发射节点获取第一信令,结合实际调度情况、负载情况、缓存情况分割第一类数据为第二类数据。
例如,如图3所示,分割第二类数据的方法如下,将MAC层协议数据单元PDU分割为2个传输块/码字流,传输块/码字流1分别对应Data1,传输块/码字流2分别对应Data2。
第二类数据是否可以进一步分割为一个或多个码块取决于最大编码长度Z,其中Z等于6144;例如,传输块大小大于6144,传输块进一步分割为多个码块,传输块分割的码块数目由下式决定,Num=ceil(传输块大小/6144)。
S903,发射节点发送数据信号和第二信令至接收节点,第二信令指示 第一类数据的分割方式。

另外,分割第二类数据时,可将MAC层协议数据单元PDU分割为2个传输块/码字流;发射节点需要确定以下至少之一:第二类数据的个数、第二类数据的数据大小、第二类数据占用的资源、第二类数据使用的信道状态信息、第二类数据对应的调制编码方式,然后进行分割。
在发射节点为两个(即主辅基站)时,可以采用如图10所示的实施例,如图10所示:
S1001,接收节点发送第一信令至发射节点1和发射节点2,建议第一类数据的分割方式。
接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性建议发射节点分割第一类数据的方式。
例如,如图2所示,重叠资源上与非重叠资源上的干扰情况不同,接收节点建议发射节点分割MAC PDU的方式,例如建议发射节点将MAC PDU分割为2个传输块,分别用于2个TP进行传输,例如TP1(对应于发射节点1)传输传输块1,TP2(对应于发射节点2)传输传输块2;传输块进一步分割成码块子集,用于不同的干扰情况;码块子集进一步分割成码块。
S1002,发射节点获取第一信令,结合实际调度情况、负载情况、缓存情况分割第一类数据为第二类数据;
例如,如图2所示,分割第二类数据的方法如下,将MAC PDU分割为2个传输块,传输块1对应Data1和Data2、传输块2对应Data3和Data4,传输块1进一步分割为2个码块子集,码块子集1对应Data1,码块子集 2对应Data2;传输块2进一步分割为2个码块子集,码块子集1对应Data3,码块子集2对应Data4;如果码块子集大小都小于6144,则Data1至Data4都对应码块。
S1003,发射节点发送数据信号(分割后的第二类数据)和第二信令至接收节点,第二信令指示第一类数据的分割方式。
可选地,发射节点之间可以通过信息交互交换信令,如图11所示:
S1101,接收节点发送第一信令至发射节点1,建议第一类数据的分割方式。
接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性建议发射节点分割第一类数据的方式。
例如,如图3所示,重叠资源上与非重叠资源上的干扰情况不同,接收节点建议发射节点分割传输块的方式,例如建议发射节点将传输块分割为2个传输块子集,分别用于2个TP进行传输,例如TP1传输传输块子集1,TP2传输传输块子集2。传输子集进一步分割成码块子集,用于不同的干扰情况。码块子集进一步分割成码块。
S1102,发射节点获取第一信令,结合实际调度情况、负载情况、缓存情况分割第一类数据为第二类数据。
S1103,发射节点1和发射节点2进行信息交互,如发射节点2获取接收节点发送至发射节点1的相关信息(如第一信令)等。然后进行数据分割。
例如,如图2所示,分割第二类数据的方法如下,将传输块分割为2个传输块子集,传输块子集1对应Data1和Data2、传输块子集2对应Data3。传输块子集1进一步分割为2码块子集,码块子集1对应Data1,码块子集2对应Data2。传输块子集2进一步分割为1码块子集,对应Data3。如果码块子集大小都小于6144,则Data1至Data3都对应码块。
S1104,发射节点发送数据信号(第二类数据)和第二信令至接收节 点,第二信令指示第一类数据的分割方式。
在发射节点为多个的情况下,可以按照如图12所示的步骤进行数据分割:
S1201,接收节点发送第一信令至发射节点1到发射节点n,建议第一类数据的分割方式,其中n>1。
接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性等建议发射节点分割第一类数据的方式。
例如,如图3所示,重叠资源上与非重叠资源上的干扰情况不同,接收节点建议发射节点分割传输块的方式,例如建议发射节点将传输块分割为2个传输块子集,分别用于2个TP进行传输,例如TP1传输传输块子集1,TP2传输传输块子集2。传输块子集进一步分割成码块子集,用于不同的干扰情况。码块子集进一步分割成码块。
S1202,发射节点获取第一信令,结合实际调度情况和/或负载情况和/或缓存情况分割第一类数据为第二类数据。
例如,如图3所示,分割第二类数据的方法如下,将传输块分割为2个传输块子集,传输块子集1对应Data1和Data2、传输块子集2对应Data3。传输块子集1进一步分割为2码块子集,码块子集1对应Data1,码块子集2对应Data2。传输块2进一步分割为1码块子集,码块子集1对应Data3。如果码块子集大小都小于6144,则Data1至Data3都对应码块。
S1203,发射节点发送数据信号(第二类数据)和第二信令至接收节点,第二信令指示第一类数据的分割方式。
需要说明的是,在该实施例中发射节点可以为多个,用户设备UE可以逐个发送信令,并逐个接收发射节点基站反馈的分割方式。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理 解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例的方法。

本申请中还提供了一种数据分割装置。该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图13是根据本申请的一种数据分割装置的示意图。如图13所示,该装置可以包括:确定单元131和第一发送单元132。
确定单元131,用于确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;
第一发送单元132,用于发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。

根据本申请的另一个方面,还提供了一种数据分割终端,该终端包括:第二存储器,第二存储器用于存储包括如下步骤的程序代码:接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点;第二处理器,与第二存储器连接,用于处理第二存储器中保存的程序代码;第二传输装置,与第二处理器连接,用于传输第二处理器得到的信号至接收节点。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各个模块以任意组合的形式分别位于不同的处理器中。

本申请的实施例还提供了一种存储介质。可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S1,确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;
S2,发送数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
可选地,存储介质还被设置为存储用于执行以下步骤的程序代码:
S3,接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;
S4,将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点。
可选地,在本实施例中,上述存储介质可以包括但不限于:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;发送数据分割指示信息 至发射节点,以建议发射节点分割第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
可选地,在本实施例中,处理器根据存储介质中已存储的程序代码执行:接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给接收节点。
可选地,本实施例中的具体示例可以参考上述实施例及可选实施方式中所描述的示例,本实施例在此不再赘述。

  1. 一种数据分割方法,包括:
    接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息;
    所述接收节点发送所述数据分割指示信息至发射节点,以建议所述发射节点分割所述第一类数据时采用的分割方式。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一类数据包括MAC层协议数据单元PDU和/或传输块;所述数据分割指示信息用于指示将所述第一类数据分割为一个或多个第二类数据,其中,所述第二类数据包括传输块、传输块子集及码块子集中的至少之一。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述传输块子集包括分割传输块得到的多个子传输块。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述码块子集包括分割传输块或传输块子集得到的多个码块。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息还用于指示将传输块子集分割为一个或多个码块子集。
  6. 根据权利要求2或5所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息还用于指示将所述第二类数据分割为一个或多个码块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息包括:
    所述接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况及业务特性中的一个或多个确定所述数据分割指示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息通过上行控制信息UCI或无线资源控制信息RRC携带。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息 用于指示以下至少之一:所述第二类数据的个数、所述第二类数据的数据大小、所述第二类数据占用的资源、所述第二类数据使用的信道状态信息以及所述第二类数据对应的调制编码方式。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述接收节点在发送所述数据分割指示信息时,发送的方式包括以下至少之一:
    对所述第二类数据的个数、所述第二类数据的数据大小、所述第二类数据占用的资源、所述第二类数据使用的信道状态信息及所述第二类数据对应的调制编码方式以独立反馈的形式进行发送;
    对所述第二类数据的个数、所述第二类数据的数据大小、所述第二类数据占用的资源、所述第二类数据使用的信道状态信息及所述第二类数据对应的调制编码方式中的一个或多个联合编码后进行发送。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述资源包括频域资源、时域资源、传输层、码字流以及波束中的一个或多个,其中,所述资源来源于同一发射节点或多个发射节点。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述频域资源包括物理资源块PRB和/或子带。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息所指示的分割方式包括以下至少之一:分割后数据的实际个数、大小、占用的资源、调制编码方式,以及分割后数据使用的信道。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,不同的所述第二类数据使用不同的信道质量信息和/或使用不同的调制编码方式。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,
    在所述第二类数据为码块子集的情况下,所述第二类数据应用于同一个发射节点;
    在所述第二类数据为由传输块和/或传输块子集组成的情况下,所述第二类数据应用于不同的发射节点。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述传输块能够经过CRC校验过程。
  17. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述第二类数据的编码长度大于预设值时,将所述第二类数据分割为一个或多个码块,其中,所述预设值为6144比特。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,接收节点确定对应于第一类数据的数据分割指示信息包括:
    所述接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性及接收节点的能力中的一个或多个确定所述数据分割指示信息。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述接收节点的能力的发送方式包括:携带于无线资源控制信息RRC中进行发送和由接收节点上报给核心网。
  20. 根据权利要求1或7或19所述的方法,其中,若所述接收节点基于信道状态信息、干扰情况、负载情况、业务特性的一个或多个确定的所述数据分割指示信息用于指示数值X,所述接收节点基于接收节点的能力确定的所述数据分割指示信息用于指示数值N,则实际使用的所述数据分割指示信息用于指示min(X,N),其中,min(X,N)为用于取数值X和数值N中最小值的函数,N对于特定的用户是固定的配置。
  21. 一种数据分割方法,包括:
    发射节点接收由接收节点发送的数据分割指示信息,根据所述数据分割指示信息及自身运行参数分割第一类数据;
    所述发射节点将分割后的第二类数据及实际分割方式发送给所述接收节点。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,所述第一类数据包括MAC层协议数据单元PDU和/或传输块;所述第二类数据包括传输块、传输块子集及码块子集中的至少一个。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述传输块子集包括分割传输块得到的多个子传输块。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述码块子集包括分割传输块或传输块子集得到的多个码块。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息用于指示将传输块子集分割为一个或多个码块子集。
  26. 根据权利要求22或25所述的方法,其中,所述数据分割指示信息用于指示将所述第二类数据分割为一个或多个码块。

  30. 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其中,所述发射节点在发送DCI信令或RRC信令时,发送的方式包括以下至少之一:
    对所述第二类数据的个数、所述第二类数据的数据大小、所述第二类数据占用的资源、所述第二类数据使用的信道状态信息及所述第二类数据对应的调制编码方式进行独立编码后发送;
    对所述第二类数据的个数、所述第二类数据的数据大小、所述第二类数据占用的资源、所述第二类数据使用的信道状态信息及所述第二类数据对应的调制编码方式中的一个或多个进行联合编码后发送。
