Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Steuervorrichtung (2, 2') für industrielle Maschinen mit gesteuerten Bewegungsantrieben für Maschinenkomponenten. Die Steuervorrichtung (2, 2') umfasst eine Mensch-Maschine-Schnittstelle (6) zur manuellen Beeinflussung oder Vorgabe von Verstellbewegungen von zumindest einer der Maschinenkomponenten, sowie einen berührungssensitiven Bildschirm (11) zur Anzeige und bedarfsweisen Veränderung steuerungsrelevanter Parameter durch eine Bedienperson. Zumindest ein Bedienelement (16) ist als Drehsteller-Bedienelement (17) mit einem endlos verdrehbaren Betätigungsorgan (18) ausgeführt. Das Drehsteller-Bedienelement (17) und der berührungssensitive Bildschirm (11) sind mit einer elektronischen Auswerte- und Steuervorrichtung (20) steuerungstechnisch verbunden. Die Auswerte- und Steuervorrichtung (20) ist dazu eingerichtet, eine Auswahl eines Parameters seitens einer Bedienperson durch Berührung eines gewünschten Parameter-Feldes (21) zu erkennen. Zur Veränderung von Inhalten des ausgewählten Parameter-Feldes (21) oder zur Einstellung eines gewünschten Parameterwertes (22) für das ausgewählte Parameter-Feld (21) wird das Betätigungsorgan (18) des Drehsteller-Betätigungselementes (17) von einer Bedienperson um einen entsprechenden Drehwinkel verdreht. Die Auswerte- und Steuervorrichtung (20) erfasst dabei das Ausmaß der Drehbewegung und ist zur proportionalen Veränderung der Inhalte des Parameter-Feldes (21) oder des Parameterwertes (22) eingerichtet. Zudem ist ein entsprechendes Steuerverfahren angeben.
