技术领域

背景技术
目前,在普通咖啡机中,冲泡腔内设有滤网,冲泡咖啡时,通常先向滤网内投入咖啡粉,再向滤网内冲入热水,以冲泡形成咖啡。可以理解,此种咖啡是在常压下进行冲泡的,如此,咖啡粉难以得到充分的浸润,导致冲泡所得的咖啡不够浓厚。

本发明的主要目的是提出一种咖啡机,旨在实现咖啡的微压冲泡,以冲泡得到更为浓厚的咖啡。

机座;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

本发明提出一种咖啡机。
参照图1,在本发明一实施例中,该咖啡机包括:
机座1;
研磨室2,包括腔体21和盖体22,腔体21安装在机座1上,盖体22封盖腔体21形成研磨腔20,该研磨腔20的底部设有饮料出口23;
研磨装置3,包括设于研磨腔20内的研磨刀组31、设于研磨腔20外用于驱动研磨刀组31转动的电机32;
咖啡滤网4,环设于研磨刀组31外围,且咖啡滤网4的下端与研磨腔20的底壁相抵接,以将研磨腔20分隔为磨豆腔201和位于磨豆腔201外围的饮料腔202,饮料出口23连通饮料腔202设置;
热水供应装置5,与研磨腔20连通,用以向磨豆腔201内供应热水,磨豆腔201内在供入预设容积的热水后,其上方形成压力空间;以及
电控装置(未图示),与研磨装置3和热水供应装置5均电性连接,用以控制研磨装置3和热水供应装置5工作。
本实施例中,预设容积的热水是指能漫过咖啡滤网4的滤孔部分的热水容积;可以理解,由于咖啡滤网4具有一定的节流作用,通过热水供应装置5快速注入预设容积的热水,而使热水漫过咖啡滤网4的滤孔部分之后,咖啡滤网4外部的热水水位会低于咖啡滤网4内的水位,此时,继续快速注入热水,可在咖啡滤网4内的上部形成所述压力空间。
在本实施例的技术方案中,可通过调节热水供应装置5的进水速率,使进水速率大于咖啡滤网4的出水速率,当磨豆腔内水漫过咖啡滤网4的滤孔部分时,即可在咖啡滤网4内的上部形成所述压力空间,来对咖啡进行微压冲泡,从而充分浸润咖啡粉,以使冲泡出来的咖啡更为浓厚。需要说明的是,本实施例中,在热水供应装置5向磨豆腔201内注入的热水量达到预设值之后,还可继续通过热水供应装置5向磨豆腔201内注入空气,以增大或者保持所述压力空间内的气压,从而实现对咖啡液的持续微压冲泡。
本实施例中,进一步地,所述压力空间内的气压大于或等于1bar且小于或等于2bar,以避免所述压力空间内的气压过大,可以理解,压力过大会快速增大咖啡滤网4的出水速率,影响咖啡粉的浸润时间。另外,为获得有效的微压冲泡效果,所述压力空间内的气压不能过小,如此,所述压力空间内的气压范围通常限制在1.3bar~1.7bar。需要说明的是,对于确定型号的所述咖啡机,咖啡滤网4的设有滤孔的总面积和滤孔目数通常是既定的,从而咖啡滤网4的节流作用是既定的,此情况下,可通过实验获得热水供应装置5所需的进水速率,来使得所述压力空间具有合适的气压。
在本实施例中,进一步地,咖啡滤网4的上部与腔体21密封连接,且腔体21与盖体22密封连接,如此,盖体22可间接密封咖啡滤网4的上部,从而实现盖体22对磨豆腔201上部的密封。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,还可通过咖啡滤网4上部与盖体22的直接密封连接,来实现盖体22对磨豆腔201上部的密封。
一并参照图2,本实施例中,具体地,咖啡滤网4的上部与腔体21的上部之间设有第一密封圈6,如此,咖啡滤网4的上部可通过该第一密封圈6实现与腔体21之间的密封连接。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,咖啡滤网4的上部还可与腔体21的上部通过螺旋密封结构实现密封连接。进一步地,咖啡滤网4上部的外侧面设有定位环槽40,该定位环槽40用以供第一密封圈6套设定位,以限制第一密封圈6与咖啡滤网4和腔体21之间的相对运动,从而避免第一密封圈6整体滑入腔体21内,进而避免咖啡滤网4上部与腔体21之间的密封失效。不失一般性,第一密封圈6部分突出于定位环槽40,且弹性抵触于腔体21上部的内侧面。
另外,本实施例中,盖体22的内端面与腔体21的上端面之间优选设有第二密封圈7,如此,盖体22可通过该第二密封圈7实现与腔体21之间的密封连接。类似地,本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,盖体22与腔体21之间还可通过螺旋密封结构实现密封连接。
参照图2,在本实施例中,进一步地,咖啡滤网4为全金属滤网,即是说,咖啡滤网4整体由金属材料所制成,例如但不限于通过压铸工艺或者钣金工艺进行加工形成,如此,咖啡滤网4可具有更为良好的的整体刚性,可提高咖啡滤网4对咖啡豆和咖啡颗粒向外冲击力的承受能力。优选地,咖啡滤网4由不锈钢材料所制成,不锈钢材料具有强刚性,可更好地抵抗咖啡豆和咖啡颗粒的向外冲击力;当然,于其他实施例中,咖啡滤网4还可但不限于由铝合金、钛合金等其他金属材料所制成。在咖啡滤网4为全金属滤网时,该全金属滤网的滤孔优选仅设置在全金属滤网的中部和/或下部,也就是说,全金属滤网的上部未设置滤孔,如此,在热水漫过全金属滤网的中部后,在全金属滤网的上部与盖体22之间可形成绝对的密闭空间,从而使得咖啡的微压冲泡效果更好。
然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,咖啡滤网4还可包括环设于研磨刀组31外围的滤网本体、以及呈筒状设置的固定框,该固定框的轴向下端固定连接于滤网本体的轴向上端,滤网本体的轴向下端为所述咖啡滤网4的下端,所述固定框的轴向上部为所述咖啡滤网4的上部;其中,滤网本体为金属件,以保证滤网本体的刚性良好,固定框则为塑料件,如此,固定框可方便地通过注塑方式与滤网本体固定,注塑工艺为成熟的加工工艺,有利于该咖啡滤网4的批量加工制造;需要说明的是,此时,咖啡滤网4的滤孔设在滤网本体上,固定框是用来辅助固定滤网本体的,固定框上未设有滤孔,如此,在热水漫过滤网本体后,在呈筒状的固定框与盖体22之间可形成绝对的密闭空间,从而使得咖啡的冲泡效果更好。
参照图1,进一步地,热水供应装置5包括锅炉51、连接锅炉51和研磨腔20的供水管52、以及设置在供水管52上的水泵53。本实施例中,锅炉51具有储水空间,并用以将储水空间内的水加热成热水,以供水泵53通过供水管52注入磨豆腔201内。需要说明的是,本实施例中,该水泵53还具有向磨豆腔201注入空气的作用。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,热水供应装置5可包括水箱、连接水箱和研磨腔20的供水管、以及设置在供水管上的水泵和加热管,加热管可将供水管内的水加热成热水,以使得通过水泵注入磨豆腔201内的水为热水。
本实施例中,为提高电控装置的智能性,锅炉51内优选设有温度传感器8,可以理解,该温度传感器8与电控装置电连接,以使得电控装置可获取锅炉51内水的温度,并在实际水温达到预设水温时,才控制水泵53将预设水温的热水注入磨豆腔201内,从而使得冲泡所得的咖啡温度适当,口感更好。另外,本实施例中,锅炉51优选与腔体21并排设置,以避免咖啡机的整体高度过高。
参照图1和图2,本实施例中,盖体22上设有第一入水口221,热水供应装置5通过该第一入水口221与研磨腔20连通,如此,可通过适当调整盖体22上出水口222的位置,即可方便地将热水注入磨豆腔201内。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,热水供应装置5也可通过腔体21直接与研磨腔20连通,即是说,将入水口开设在腔体21的侧壁上。进一步地,第一入水口221设置在盖体22的下端面,腔体21的开口端则设有沿径向向外延伸的环形台阶211,该环形台阶211上设有连通热水供应装置5和第一入水口221的第二入水口212,如此,相较于将第一入水口221直接设置在盖体22的面向锅炉51的侧面上的技术方案,本技术方案可使得研磨室2与锅炉51之间的间距更小,从而使得咖啡机的整体结构更为紧凑,体积更小。
在本实施例中,进一步地,腔体21与机座1可拆卸连接,如此,当需要清洗研磨室2时,能将研磨室2从机座1上拆卸下来,从而方便地对研磨室2进行全方位的清洗。
参照图2,本实施例中,饮料出口23优选设置有出液阀9,在将研磨室2从机座1上拆卸下来后,该出液阀9可封闭饮料出口23,以避免腔体21内的咖啡残液从饮料出口23流到桌面或者地上。具体地,该出液阀9包括阀体91,该阀体91的上部设有密封片92,该阀体91的下部则设有环状凸台911,该环状凸台911与饮料出口23的下端面之间设有弹性件(93)93;如此,当阀体91的下端受到向上的顶起力时,弹性件(93)93会缩短,而使阀体91带着密封片92上移而打开饮料出口23,从而使得咖啡液可从饮料出口23流出,而当阀体91所受到的顶起力消失(例如将研磨室2从机座1上拆下后),弹性件(93)93会伸长,而使阀体91带着密封片92下移而封闭饮料出口23,从而避免咖啡残液从饮料出口23流出。不失一般性,本实施例中,该弹性件(93)93为压缩弹簧;当然,于其他实施例中,该弹性件(93)93还可但不限于为弹性套筒等。另外,还需要说明的是,于其他实施例中,出液阀9还可为其他结构的控制阀,只要能实现饮料出口23的打开和封闭即可。
参照图3,图3为本发明咖啡机另一实施例的结构示意图。该另一实施例与前述实施例的不同之处在于,咖啡滤网4的上部与盖体22密封连接,以通过调节热水供应装置5的进水速率,使进水速率大于咖啡滤网4的出水速率,当水漫过咖啡滤网4中的滤孔部分时,即可在咖啡滤网4内的上部形成所述压力空间,来对咖啡进行微压冲泡,从而充分浸润咖啡粉,以使冲泡出来的咖啡更为浓厚。
一并参照图4,在本实施例中,进一步地,咖啡滤网4的上部与盖体22通过第一密封圈6径向密封连接。具体地,盖体22设有伸入咖啡滤网4上部且呈柱状设置的突起部223,该突起部223的外周面与咖啡滤网4的上部的内周面之间设有第一密封圈6,如此,咖啡滤网4的上部可通过该第一密封圈6实现与盖体22的直接密封连接。然本设计不限于此,于其他实施例中,所述突起部223还可与咖啡滤网4的上部通过螺旋密封结构实现密封连接。另外,于再一些其他实施例中,盖体22的内端面还可设置突出的套筒,咖啡滤网4上部的外周面与套筒的内周面密封连接,或者咖啡滤网4上部的内周面与套筒的外周面密封连接。
一并参照图5,本实施例中,具体地,第一密封圈6包括呈环状且沿研磨腔20的轴向方向延伸的密封本体61,该密封本体61的内侧面贴设于所述突出部的外周面,外侧面则设有呈环形设置的至少一圈密封凸筋62,该密封凸筋62弹性抵触于咖啡滤网4上部的内周面。可以理解,密封凸筋62的增设可提高第一密封圈6的密封可靠性。如图5,本实施例中,密封凸筋62并行且间隔地设有两圈;当然,于其他实施例中,密封凸筋62的圈数还可但不限于为1、3或4等,根据实际需要具体设置即可。另外,本实施例中,密封凸筋62在凸设方向上呈锥形设置,如此,密封凸筋62的自由端易于发生利于突起部223装配入咖啡滤网4上部的形变。
本实施例中,为避免第一密封圈6整体滑入咖啡滤网4内,而使得咖啡滤网4上部与盖体22之间的密封失效,密封本体61的上端优选沿研磨腔20的径向向外方向延伸设有限位翻边63,该限位翻边63用以供咖啡滤网4的上端面抵触,而限制第一密封圈6与咖啡滤网4之间的相对运动。
在本实施例中,进一步地,咖啡滤网4的上部与腔体21的上部之间设有第二密封圈7,以实现咖啡滤网4的上部与腔体21之间的密封连接;又咖啡滤网4的上部与盖体22密封连接,从而使得研磨腔20是整体密封的,如此,在酿造好咖啡后,咖啡不能从饮料出口23自然流出,需要通过热水供应装置5的水泵53向研磨腔20内加压,才能将咖啡从饮料出口23排出,从而达到增压萃取咖啡的作用,能提高咖啡的品质。本实施例中,咖啡滤网4上部的外侧面设有定位环槽40,该定位环槽40用以供第二密封圈7套设定位,以限制第二密封圈7与咖啡滤网4和腔体21之间的相对运动,从而避免第二密封圈7整体滑入腔体21内,进而避免咖啡滤网4上部与腔体21之间的密封失效。不失一般性,第二密封圈7部分突出于定位环槽40,且弹性抵触于腔体21上部的内侧面。
参照图4,进一步地,咖啡滤网4包括环设于研磨刀组31外围的滤网本体41、以及呈筒状设置的固定框42,该固定框42的轴向下端固定连接于滤网本体41的轴向上端。本实施例中,滤网本体41的轴向下端为咖啡滤网4的下端,固定框42的轴向上部为咖啡滤网4的上部,即是说,滤网本体41的下端与研磨腔20的底壁相抵接,固定框42与盖体22密封连接,所述定位环槽40设置在固定框42的外侧面。可以理解,咖啡滤网4的滤孔设在滤网本体41上,固定框42则用来辅助固定滤网本体41,固定框42上未设有滤孔,如此,在热水漫过滤网本体41后,在呈筒状的固定框42与盖体22之间可形成绝对的密闭空间,从而使得咖啡的冲泡效果更好。
在本实施例中,具体地,滤网本体41为金属件,以保证滤网本体41的刚性良好。特别地,滤网本体41具有良好的刚性,可提高滤网本体41对咖啡豆和咖啡颗粒向外冲击力的承受能力。优选地,滤网本体41由不锈钢材料所制成,不锈钢材料具有强刚性,可更好地抵抗咖啡豆和咖啡颗粒的向外冲击力;当然,于其他实施例中,滤网本体41还可但不限于由铝合金、钛合金等其他金属材料所制成。固定框42为塑料件,如此,固定框42可方便地通过注塑方式与滤网本体41固定,注塑工艺为成熟的加工工艺,有利于该咖啡滤网4的批量加工制造。另外,通过注塑工艺形成固定框42,只需简单修改所使用的注塑模具,即可方便地形成所述定位环槽40。当然,于其他实施例中,该固定框42还可以是通过粘接或焊接的方式与滤网本体41固定的。
另外,本实施例中,为避免在咖啡机工作的过程中,滤网本体41在研磨腔20内出现晃动,甚至出现与研磨刀组31碰撞的现象,腔体21的底壁优选设有凸台24,该凸台24用以供滤网本体41套设,而实现滤网本体41在研磨腔20内的定位。
参照图4,在本实施例中,进一步地,滤网本体41包括环设于研磨刀组31外围的第一滤网本体411、以及至少环设于第一滤网本体411下部外围的第二滤网本体412,且第一滤网本体411和第二滤网本体412下端均与研磨腔20的底壁相抵接,以在第一滤网本体411与第二滤网本体412之间限制出位于磨豆腔201和饮料腔202之间的二次过滤腔203,如此,在研磨刀组31研磨咖啡豆或者搅拌咖啡的过程中,即使有较粗的咖啡颗粒在离心力的作用下冲过第一滤网本体411进入二次过滤腔203,第二滤网本体412也可将这些咖啡颗粒限制在二次过滤腔203中,从而有效避免较粗的咖啡颗粒进入饮料腔202,提高咖啡饮料的品质。需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述凸台24是供第一滤网本体411套设的。
在本实施例中,第一滤网本体411的目数范围优选为50目~120目,该目数范围下的第一滤网本体411具有适中孔径的滤孔,以在冲泡咖啡时,将大部分咖啡渣限制在磨豆腔201中。当然,在其他实施例中,第一滤网本体411还可具有更小的目数,以降低咖啡滤网4的成本。另外,本实施例中,第二滤网本体412的目数范围优选为80目~150目,该目数范围下的第二滤网本体412具有较细孔径的滤孔,一方面可避免咖啡渣从二次过滤腔203进入饮料腔202;另一方面可降低咖啡流向饮料腔202的速率,便于磨豆腔201内所述压力空间的形成。当然,在其他实施例中,第二滤网本体412还可具有更大的目数,以提高对咖啡渣的限制作用、以及提高咖啡滤网4的节流作用。
一并参照图6,进一步地,第一滤网本体411上设有第一加强筋43,该第一加强筋43至少包括沿第一滤网本体411的周向设置的加强筋环43a,由此,可进一步增强第一滤网本体411在周向上的刚性,以抵抗咖啡豆和咖啡颗粒的向外冲击力,避免第一滤网本体411变形,从而延长咖啡滤网4的寿命。另外,为进一步提高第一滤网本体411的整体刚性,该第一加强筋43优选还包括与加强筋环43a相交的加强筋条43b;不失一般性,该加强筋条43b可以是沿第一滤网本体411的轴向方向延伸的,也可以是与第一滤网本体411的轴向方向倾斜设置的。特别地,该加强筋条43b的上端优选与固定框42固定连接,从而使得第一滤网本体411的刚性有更好的保证。
类似地,为增强第二滤网本体412的整体刚性,第二滤网本体412上也优选设有第二加强筋44。需要说明的是,本实施例中,第一加强筋43和第二加强筋44也优选为塑料材质,如此,第一加强筋43可方便地通过注塑方式固定在第一滤网本体411上,第二加强筋44也可方便地通过注塑方式固定在第二滤网本体412上,从而有利于该咖啡滤网4的批量加工制造。特别地,固定框42、第一加强筋43和第二加强筋44可一次性注塑成型,加工过程实为方便。
参照图6,图6为本发明咖啡机再一实施例的部分结构示意图。该再一实施例与上一实施例的不同之处在于,盖体22的内端面与咖啡滤网4的上端面之间设有密封垫圈51,如此,通过该密封垫圈51亦可实现咖啡滤网4上部与盖体22的直接密封连接,可以理解,此密封连接为轴向密封连接。
进一步地,本实施例与上一实施例的不同之处还在于,腔体21在上部设有供盖体22内端面边沿搭接的环形台阶211,咖啡滤网4的上端面高于或平齐于环形台阶211,所述密封垫圈51还垫设在环形台阶211与盖体22的内侧面边沿之间,如此,通过该密封垫圈51可同时实现盖体22与腔体21之间的密封连接,从而实现研磨腔20的整体密封,如此,在酿造好咖啡后,咖啡不能从饮料出口23自然流出,需要通过热水供应装置的水泵向研磨腔20内加压,才能将咖啡从饮料出口23排出,从而达到增压萃取咖啡的作用,能提高咖啡的品质。
本发明还提出一种咖啡制备方法,该咖啡制备方法采用上述实施例的咖啡机进行咖啡制备。
参照图7,在本发明一实施例中,该咖啡制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、研磨刀组将投入磨豆腔内的咖啡豆研磨成咖啡粉;
步骤S2、热水供应装置向磨豆腔内注入热水,磨豆腔内在注入预设容积的热水后,其上方形成压力空间,以对磨豆腔内的咖啡液进行压力冲泡。
本实施例中,研磨刀组同时具有研磨咖啡豆和搅拌冲泡咖啡的功能。在将咖啡豆投入磨豆腔内后,可通过电机驱动研磨刀组高速旋转,而将咖啡豆研磨成咖啡粉。此后,可通过热水供应装置向磨豆腔内注入热水,来冲泡咖啡。由于盖体密封磨豆腔的上部,因此可在注入热水的过程中,使热水供应装置的进水速率大于咖啡滤网的出水速率,且当磨豆腔内水漫过咖啡滤网中的滤孔部分(预设容积)时,在咖啡滤网内的上部形成压力空间,来对咖啡进行压力冲泡,从而充分浸润咖啡粉,以使冲泡出来的咖啡更为浓厚。需要说明的是,在冲泡咖啡的过程中,可通过电机驱动研磨刀组低速旋转,来加快咖啡粉的浸润速度。

可以理解,热水供应装置不会无限地向磨豆腔内注入热水,当热水供应装置向磨豆腔内所注入的热水量达到预设值之后,热水供应装置将停止注水。此时,为延长咖啡机对咖啡液的压力冲泡时间,本实施例中,在热水供应装置将停止注水之后,还继续通过热水供应装置向磨豆腔内注入空气,以增大或者保持所述压力空间内的气压,如此,可提升咖啡机对咖啡液的压力冲泡效果。

Claims (34)
- 一种咖啡机,其特征在于,包括:机座;研磨室,包括腔体和盖体,所述腔体安装在所述机座上,所述盖体封盖所述腔体形成研磨腔,所述研磨腔的底部设有饮料出口;研磨装置,包括设于所述研磨腔内的研磨刀组、设于所述研磨腔外用于驱动所述研磨刀组转动的电机;咖啡滤网,环设于所述研磨刀组外围,且所述咖啡滤网的下端与所述研磨腔的底壁相抵接,将所述研磨腔分隔为磨豆腔和位于所述磨豆腔外围的饮料腔,所述饮料出口连通所述饮料腔设置;以及热水供应装置,与所述研磨腔连通,用以向所述磨豆腔内供应热水,所述磨豆腔内在供入预设容积的热水后,其上方形成压力空间。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网的上部与所述腔体密封连接,且所述腔体与所述盖体密封连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网的上部与所述腔体的上部之间设有第一密封圈。
- 如权利要求3所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网上部的外侧面设有供所述第一密封圈套设定位的定位环槽,所述第一密封圈部分突出于所述定位环槽,且弹性抵触于所述腔体上部的内侧面。
- 如权利要求2所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述盖体的内端面与所述腔体的上端面之间设有第二密封圈。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网的上部与所述盖体密封连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网的上部与所述盖体之间通过第一密封圈径向密封连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述盖体设有伸入所述咖啡滤网上部且呈柱状设置的突起部,所述突起部的外周面与所述咖啡滤网的上部的内周面之间设有所述第一密封圈。
- 如权利要求8所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一密封圈包括呈环状且沿所述研磨腔的轴向方向延伸的密封本体,所述密封本体的外侧面设有呈环形设置的至少一圈密封凸筋,所述密封凸筋弹性抵触于所述咖啡滤网上部的内周面。
- 如权利要求9所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述密封本体的上端沿所述研磨腔的径向向外方向延伸设有限位翻边,所述咖啡滤网的上端面抵触于所述限位翻边。
- 如权利要求7所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网的上部与所述腔体的上部之间设有第二密封圈。
- 如权利要求11所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网上部的外侧面设有供所述第二密封圈套设定位的定位环槽,所述第二密封圈部分突出于所述定位环槽,且弹性抵触于所述腔体上部的内侧面。
- 如权利要求6所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述盖体的内端面与所述咖啡滤网的上端面之间设有密封垫圈。
- 如权利要求13所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述腔体在上部设有供所述盖体内端面边沿搭接的环形台阶,所述咖啡滤网的上端面高于或平齐于所述环形台阶,所述密封垫圈还垫设在所述环形台阶与所述盖体的内侧面边沿之间。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网为全金属滤网。
- 如权利要求15所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述全金属滤网的滤孔设在所述全金属滤网的中部和/或下部。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网包括环设于所述研磨刀组外围的滤网本体、以及呈筒状设置的固定框,所述固定框的轴向下端固定连接于所述滤网本体的轴向上端,所述滤网本体的轴向下端为所述咖啡滤网的下端,所述固定框的轴向上部为所述咖啡滤网的上部。
- 如权利要求17所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述滤网本体为金属件,所述固定框为塑料件,所述固定框通过注塑方式与所述滤网本体固定。
- 如权利要求17所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述腔体的底壁设有凸台,所述滤网本体套设在所述凸台上,以定位在所述研磨腔内。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡滤网包括环设于所述研磨刀组外围的第一滤网本体、以及至少环设于所述第一滤网本体下部外围的第二滤网本体,且所述第一滤网本体和所述第二滤网本体下端均与所述研磨腔的底壁相抵接,以在所述第一滤网本体与所述第二滤网本体之间限制出位于所述磨豆腔和所述饮料腔之间的二次过滤腔。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述热水供应装置包括水箱、连接所述水箱和所述研磨腔的供水管、以及设置在所述供水管上的水泵和加热管。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述热水供应装置包括锅炉、连接所述锅炉和所述研磨腔的供水管、以及设置在所述供水管上的水泵。
- 如权利要求22所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述锅炉内设有温度传感器。
- 如权利要求22所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述锅炉与所述腔体并排设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有第一入水口,所述热水供应装置通过所述第一入水口与所述研磨腔连通。
- 如权利要求25所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述第一入水口设置在所述盖体的下端面,所述腔体的开口端设有沿径向向外延伸的环形台阶,所述环形台阶上设有连通所述热水供应装置和所述第一入水口的第二入水口。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述饮料出口设置有出液阀。
- 如权利要求27所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述出液阀包括阀体,所述阀体的上部设有密封片,所述阀体的下部设有环状凸台,所述环状凸台与所述饮料出口的下端面之间设有弹性件。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述腔体与所述机座可拆卸连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述压力空间内的气压大于或等于1bar且小于或等于2bar。
- 如权利要求30所述的咖啡机,其特征在于,所述压力空间内的气压范围为1.3bar~1.7bar。
- 一种咖啡制备方法,其特征在于,所述咖啡制备方法咖啡机进行咖啡制备,所述咖啡机包括:机座;研磨室,包括腔体和盖体,所述腔体安装在所述机座上,所述盖体封盖所述腔体形成研磨腔,所述研磨腔的底部设有饮料出口;研磨装置,包括设于所述研磨腔内的研磨刀组、设于所述研磨腔外用于驱动所述研磨刀组转动的电机;咖啡滤网,环设于所述研磨刀组外围,且所述咖啡滤网的下端与所述研磨腔的底壁相抵接,将所述研磨腔分隔为磨豆腔和位于所述磨豆腔外围的饮料腔,所述饮料出口连通所述饮料腔设置;以及热水供应装置,与所述研磨腔连通;所述咖啡制备方法包括以下步骤:所述研磨刀组将投入所述磨豆腔内的咖啡豆研磨成咖啡粉;所述热水供应装置向所述磨豆腔内注入热水,所述磨豆腔内在注入预设容积的热水后,其上方形成压力空间,以对所述磨豆腔内的咖啡液进行压力冲泡。
- 如权利要求32所述的咖啡制备方法,其特征在于,所述热水供应装置向所述磨豆腔内注入热水的步骤之后,还包括步骤:所述热水供应装置向所述磨豆腔内注入空气,以增大或者保持所述压力空间内的气压。
- 如权利要求32所述的咖啡制备方法,其特征在于,所述压力空间内的气压范围为1.3bar~1.7bar。
