本发明涉及空调技术领域,尤其涉及一种空调机组的解锁方法、装置及服务器。
背景技术
目前,在空调机组安装完成后,需要对空调机组进行调试,以确定当前安装的空调机组可以正常进行工作。随着空调行业的不断展,空调系统,尤其是多联式空调系统、大型离心机组、模块机组等空调系统的制冷系统、控制系统越来越复杂,空调机组的调试及维修对技术人员的要求也非常高,通常需要经过专业培训并授权的专业技术人员才能进行相应的操作。
但是,大部分空调机组在解锁之后,对空调机组进行调试时,无法确保当前的操作人员是否为授权操作者,在该操作人员为无维修质量保证的非授权操作者,由于没有经过专业的培训,可能因为错误的调试或维修方法、不准确的原因分析等,导致空调机组在调试后继续出现故障,甚至在维修时导致空调机组产生不可逆的损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供一种空调机组的解锁方法、装置及服务器,旨在解决因当前空调机组的操作人员为无维修质量保证的非授权操作者而导致空调机组在调试后继续出现故障、甚至在维修时导致空调机组产生不可逆的损坏的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种空调机组的解锁方法,所述空调机组的解锁方法包括以下步骤:
在服务器接收到移动终端发送的第一身份信息及机组信息时,基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息,其中,在接收到空调机组的机组信息时,所述移动终端基于所述机组信息显示对应的身份信息的输入界面,以供用户在所述输入界面输入第一身份信息,所述移动终端在接收到第一身份信息时,将所述第一身份信息及所述机组信息发送至所述服务器;
在所述第一身份信息验证通过时,发送解锁指令至所述机组信息对应的空调机组,以供所述空调机组基于所述解锁指令进行解锁操作。
优选地,所述基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息的步骤之后,所述空调机组的解锁方法还包括:
在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作;
在所述身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值时,发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息。
优选地,所述控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作的步骤之后,所述空调机组的解锁方法还包括:

在本发明的实施例中,空调机组设置有通信模块,通信模块用于实现空调机组与服务器及移动终端之间的数据交互,即空调机组通过通信模块将空调机组的运行数据传送至服务器。具体地,通信模块可以为直接连接以太网网线的网络模块、WiFi模块或者包含 2G/3G/4G/5G功能的蜂窝数据通信模块等。容易理解,通信模块可以通过UART(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,通用异步收发传输器)、Rs485、CAN总线等通讯方式与空调机组的其他模块进行数据交互。
基于上述空调机组,提出本发明空调机组的解锁方法及装置的各个实施例。
本发明提供一种空调机组的解锁方法。参照图1,图1为本发明空调机组的解锁方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中,该空调机组的解锁方法包括:
步骤S10,在服务器接收到移动终端发送的第一身份信息及机组信息时,基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息,其中,在接收到空调机组的机组信息时,所述移动终端基于所述机组信息显示对应的身份信息的输入界面,以供用户在所述输入界面输入第一身份信息,所述移动终端在接收到第一身份信息时,将所述第一身份信息及所述机组信息发送至所述服务器;
在本实施例中,移动终端包括手机、IPAD等智能终端,该移动终端安装有本实施例空调机组的解锁方法对应的APP应用程序,在启动该APP之后,操作人员可在该APP的显示界面触发空调机组的调试请求,移动终端在接收到该调试请求时,在显示空调机组的机组信息的输入界面,以供用户输入需要调试的空调机组的机组信息,即操作人员可根据输入界面的提示信息等输入需要调试的空调机组的机组信息,在接收到机组信息时,移动终端基于所述机组信息显示对应的身份信息的输入界面,以供用户在所述输入界面输入第一身份信息,即操作人员可根据输入界面的提示信息等输入对应的第一身份信息,即该操作人员的第一身份信息,移动终端在接收到第一身份信息时,将所述第一身份信息及所述机组信息发送至所述服务器。

在接收到第二身份信息时,服务器验证该第二身份信息,并在第二身份信息验证通过时,发送解锁指令至所述机组信息对应的空调机组,以供所述空调机组基于所述解锁指令进行解锁操作。在第二身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作。
本实施例提出的空调机组的调试方法,通过在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作,接着在所述身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值时,发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息,实现了在第一身份信息验证失败且时身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值,发送身份信息获取请求获取第二身份信息,以避免在操作人员输入的第一身份信息错误时,无法对空调机组进行解锁。
基于第二实施例提出本发明空调机组的解锁方法的第三实施例,参照图3,在本实施例中,在步骤S30之后,该空调机组的解锁方法还包括:

本实施例提出的空调机组的调试装置,通过在服务器接收到移动终端发送的第一身份 信息及机组信息时,验证模块10基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息,接着在所述第一身份信息验证通过时,第一发送模块20发送解锁指令至所述机组信息对应的空调机组,实现了在所述第一身份信息验证通过时对空调机组进行解锁,进而确保了当前的操作人员(用户)为授权操作者,进而能够避免因操作人员没有经过专业的培训、错误的调试或维修方法、不准确的原因分析等,导致空调机组在调试后继续出现故障、以及在维修时导致空调机组产生不可逆的损坏等问题,保障了空调机组的质量。
基于第一实施例提出本发明空调机组的解锁装置的第二实施例,参照图6,在本实施例中,该空调机组的解锁装置还包括:
控制模块30,用于在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作;
在本实施例中,在预设身份信息中不存在所述第一身份信息时,所述第一身份信息验证失败,在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制模块30控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作,以记录当前身份信息验证失败的次数。
第二发送模块40,用于发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息。
其中,预设阈值可以根据需求进行合理的设置,例如,在身份验证计数器从0开始计数时,预设阈值可以为3。
在本实施例中,在所述身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值时,服务器发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息,具体地,移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求显示第二身份信息的输入界面,以供用户输入第二身份信息,移动终端将用户输入的第二身份信息反馈至服务器。
在接收到第二身份信息时,服务器验证该第二身份信息,并在第二身份信息验证通过时,发送解锁指令至所述机组信息对应的空调机组,以供所述空调机组基于所述解锁指令进行解锁操作。在第二身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作。
本实施例提出的空调机组的调试装置,通过在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制模块30控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作,接着在所述身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值时,第二发送模块40发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息,实现了在第一身份信息验证失败且时身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值,发送身份信息获取请求获取第二身份信息,以避免在操作人员输入的第一身份信息错误时,无法对空调机组进行解锁。
基于第二实施例提出本发明空调机组的解锁装置的第三实施例,参照图7,在本实施例中,该空调机组的解锁装置还包括:
第三发送模块50,用于在所述身份验证计数器的计数值大于预设阈值时,发送图像采集指令至所述移动终端,以控制所述移动终端基于所述图像采集指令采集该移动终端操作者的图像信息并反馈采集的所述图像信息;
在本实施例中,在计数值大于预设阈值时,操作人员输入的身份信息经多次验证后仍无法通过,此时,该操作人员可能为非授权操作者,因此,服务器发送图像采集指令至所述移动终端,以控制移动终端基于所述图像采集指令采集该移动终端操作者的图像信息,即控制移动终端自主采集指令采集该移动终端操作者的图像信息并反馈采集的所述图像信息。
存储模块60,用于在接收到所述移动终端发送的图像信息时,关联存储所述机组信息及所述图像信息,并复位所述身份验证计数器。
本实施例中,接收到所述移动终端发送的图像信息时,服务器关联存储所述机组信息及所述图像信息,并复位所述身份验证计数器,以便于根据机组信息及所述图像信息进行追责等处理。
本实施例提出的空调机组的解锁装置,通过在所述身份验证计数器的计数值大于预设阈值时,第三发送模块50发送图像采集指令至所述移动终端,以控制所述移动终端基于所述图像采集指令采集该移动终端操作者的图像信息并反馈采集的所述图像信息,接着在接收到所述移动终端发送的图像信息时,存储模块60关联存储所述机组信息及所述图像信息,并复位所述身份验证计数器,实现了在计数值大于预设阈值存储移动终端操作者的图像信息,以便于根据机组信息及所述图像信息进行追责等后续处理。
基于第一实施例提出本发明空调机组的解锁装置的第四实施例,参照图8,在本实施例中,验证模块10包括:
获取单元11,用于在预设数据库中获取所述机组信息对应的预设身份信息;
其中,该预设身份信息为该机组信息对应空调机组对应的授权操作者的信息,该预设身份信息与该机组信息关联存储与预设数据库中。
确定单元12,用于确定所述预设身份信息中是否存在所述第一身份信息,其中,在确定所述预设身份信息中存在所述第一身份信息时,所述第一身份信息验证通过。
本实施例提出的空调机组的解锁装置,通过在预设数据库中获取所述机组信息对应的预设身份信息,确定所述预设身份信息中是否存在所述第一身份信息,其中,在确定所述预设身份信息中存在所述第一身份信息时,所述第一身份信息验证通过,实现了对第一身 份信息的准确验证,进而确保了对空调机组进行解锁的准确性。
本发明进一步提供一种服务器,该服务器包括上述任一实施例的空调机组的解锁装置。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种空调机组的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述空调机组的解锁方法包括以下步骤:
    在服务器接收到移动终端发送的第一身份信息及机组信息时,基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息,其中,在接收到空调机组的机组信息时,所述移动终端基于所述机组信息显示对应的身份信息的输入界面,以供用户在所述输入界面输入第一身份信息,所述移动终端在接收到第一身份信息时,将所述第一身份信息及所述机组信息发送至所述服务器;
    在所述第一身份信息验证通过时,发送解锁指令至所述机组信息对应的空调机组,以供所述空调机组基于所述解锁指令进行解锁操作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调机组的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息的步骤之后,所述空调机组的解锁方法还包括:
    在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作;
    在所述身份验证计数器的计数值小于或等于预设阈值时,发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调机组的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作的步骤之后,所述空调机组的解锁方法还包括:
    在所述身份验证计数器的计数值大于预设阈值时,发送图像采集指令至所述移动终端,以控制所述移动终端基于所述图像采集指令采集该移动终端操作者的图像信息并反馈采集的所述图像信息;
    在接收到所述移动终端发送的图像信息时,关联存储所述机组信息及所述图像信息,并复位所述身份验证计数器。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的空调机组的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息的步骤包括:
    在预设数据库中获取所述机组信息对应的预设身份信息;
    确定所述预设身份信息中是否存在所述第一身份信息,其中,在确定所述预设身份信息中存在所述第一身份信息时,所述第一身份信息验证通过。
  5. 一种空调机组的解锁装置,其特征在于,所述空调机组的解锁装置包括:
    验证模块,用于在接收到移动终端发送的第一身份信息及机组信息时,基于所述机组信息验证所述第一身份信息,其中,在接收到空调机组的机组信息时,所述移动终端基于所述机组信息显示对应的身份信息的输入界面,以供用户在所述输入界面输入第一身份信息,所述移动终端在接收到第一身份信息时,将所述第一身份信息及所述机组信息发送至所述服务器;
    第一发送模块,用于在所述第一身份信息验证通过时,发送解锁指令至所述机组信息对应的空调机组,以供所述空调机组基于所述解锁指令进行解锁操作。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的空调机组的解锁装置,其特征在于,所述空调机组的解锁装置还包括:
    控制模块,用于在所述第一身份信息验证失败时,控制身份验证计数器进行计数操作;
    第二发送模块,用于发送身份信息获取请求至所述移动终端,以供所述移动终端基于所述身份信息获取请求反馈第二身份信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空调机组的解锁装置,其特征在于,所述空调机组的解锁装置还包括:
    第三发送模块,用于在所述身份验证计数器的计数值大于预设阈值时,发送图像采集指令至所述移动终端,以控制所述移动终端基于所述图像采集指令采集该移动终端操作者的图像信息并反馈采集的所述图像信息;
    存储模块,用于在接收到所述移动终端发送的图像信息时,关联存储所述机组信息及所述图像信息,并复位所述身份验证计数器。
  8. 如权利要求5至7任一项所述的空调机组的解锁装置,其特征在于,所述验证模块包括:
    获取单元,用于在预设数据库中获取所述机组信息对应的预设身份信息;
    确定单元,用于确定所述预设身份信息中是否存在所述第一身份信息,其中,在确定所述预设身份信息中存在所述第一身份信息时,所述第一身份信息验证通过。
  9. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括权利要求5至8任一项所述的空调机组的解锁装置。
