Description
本发明涉及具有摄像功能的电子设备,尤其涉及一种用于电子设备中的可伸缩摄像头机构。
移动互联网时代,智能终端市场商机无限,全球各大知名厂商间的竞争已经趋于白热化,纷纷以强势的姿态抢攻市场。近来,国内智能手机的发展势头也颇为强劲,市场份额得到了较大提升,横向宽屏和超大屏已成为目前手机发展的一大趋势。随着大屏幕的智能手机越来越受到用户的欢迎,厂商更加注重用户体验,而手机拍照功能是否强大是用户在购买手机时所要考虑的一项重要的指标,因此目前的智能手机都会配置有高质量的摄像头。但是手机上的摄像头位置一般较为固定且摄像头表面凸出于手机壳体表面,这样使得摄像头在日常使用过程中极易磨损,严重影响成像质量,对于某些高像素摄像头手机,这一影响更为明显。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种可伸缩摄像头机构,该摄像头机构具有保护盖并且摄像头可以伸缩,在使用摄像头时将摄像头伸出,可以增大摄像头的拍摄角度;在不使用时,将摄像头回缩到保护盖之下,可以有效保护地摄像头。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种可伸缩摄像头机构,包括具有容置腔的固定座,所述容置腔中放置有摄像头,所述摄像头的顶部设置有保护盖,所述固定座中还装配有保护盖移动组件和摄像头伸缩组件,其中,所述保护盖移动组件包括旋转马达、丝杆和导向板;所述丝杆连接在所述容置腔的侧面,所述导向板套设在所述丝杆上,所述导向板的顶端与所述保护盖固定连接;所述丝杆在所述旋转马达的带动下旋转,驱动所述导向板在所述丝杆上沿着靠近或远离所述容置腔的方向移动,从而带动所述保护盖移动以遮蔽或暴露出所述摄像头;所述摄像头伸缩组件包括

具体地,如图3至图8所示,所述保护盖移动组件主要包括旋转马达4、丝杆5和导向板6。所述摄像头伸缩组件主要包括支撑弹片7和拨动顶杆8。其中,图3和图4是本实施例中的固定座结构示意图,并且示出了旋转马达4、丝杆5在固定座1中的装配图示,图4相比于图3省略了固定座1的上半部分,主要是为了更清楚地示出旋转马达4、丝杆5在固定座1中的装配结构。图5和图6是本实施例中的可伸缩摄像头机构在摄像头回缩状态下的立体结构示意图;图6相比于图5省略了固定座1的上半部分,主要是为了更清楚地示出位于固定座1中的各个组件状态结构。图7和图8是本实施例中的可伸缩摄像头机构在摄像头伸出状态下的立体结构示意图;图8相比于图7省略了固定座1的上半部分,主要是为了更清楚地示出位于固定座1中的各个组件状态结构。
其中,如图3和图4所示,本实施中的固定座1装配有两组丝杆5,分别对应于两个摄像头21、22,所述丝杆5连接在所述容置腔11、12的侧面,所述旋转马达4装配在两组丝杆5之间,两组丝杆5由同一旋转马达4驱动,具体地,
所述旋转马达4通过齿轮组件与所述丝杆5连接。当然,在另外的实施例中,每组丝杆5也可以分别配置右不同的旋转马达4来分别驱动。
其中,如图5至图8所示,所述导向板6套设在所述丝杆5上,所述导向板6的顶端与所述保护盖3固定连接。所述丝杆5在所述旋转马达4的带动下旋转,驱动所述导向板6在所述丝杆5上沿着靠近或远离所述容置腔11、12的方向移动,从而带动所述保护盖3移动以遮蔽或暴露出所述摄像头21、22。其中,所述导向板6中设置有与所述丝杆5适配的螺孔,所述导向板6通过所述螺孔套设在所述丝杆5上。
其中,如图5至图8所示,所述支撑弹片7连接在所述摄像头21、22的底部并固定连接到所述固定座1,所述拨动顶杆8可动地连接到所述固定座1。当所述导向板6移动使得所述摄像头21、22完全暴露时,所述导向板6对所述拨动顶杆8施加作用力顶压所述支撑弹片7,以使所述摄像头21、22从所述容置腔11、12伸出;当所述导向板6朝向靠近所述容置腔11、12的方向移动,所述导向板6解除对所述拨动顶杆8施加的作用力,所述支撑弹片7将所述摄像头21、22回缩至所述容置腔11、12。具体地,所述拨动顶杆8通过一旋转轴9可旋转地连接到所述固定座1,所述拨动顶杆8的第一端延伸至所述丝杆5的远离所述容置腔11、12的一端的相对上方,所述拨动顶杆8的第二端延伸至所述支撑弹片7的相对上方,所述拨动顶杆8以所述旋转轴9为支点形成杠杆。当所述导向板6顶压所述拨动顶杆8的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆8的第二端顶压所述支撑弹片7;当所述导向板6解除顶压所述拨动顶杆8的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆8的第二端解除顶压所述支撑弹片7。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图3至图8所示,所述保护盖3包括左保护盖3a和右保护盖3b,所述保护盖移动组件中包括左丝杆5a和右丝杆5b以及左导向板6a和右导向板6b。其中,所述左丝杆5a和右丝杆5b分别连接在所述容置腔11、12的两个相对的侧面,所述左导向板6a套设在所述左丝杆5a上并与所述左保护盖3a连接,所述右导向板6b套设在所述右丝杆5b上并与所述右保护盖3b连接,所述左丝杆5a和右丝杆5b由所述旋转马达4同时驱动。所述摄像头伸缩组件中包括左拨动顶杆8a和右拨动顶杆8b,所述左拨动顶杆8a位于所述支撑弹片7和所述左导向板6a之间,所述右拨动顶杆8b位于所述支撑弹片7和所述右导向板6b之间。
更具体地,在本实施例中,所述左保护盖3a和右保护盖3b、左丝杆5a和
右丝杆5b、左导向板6a和右导向板6b以及左拨动顶杆8a和右拨动顶杆8b呈左右对称地装配。
以上实施例提供的可伸缩摄像头机构,摄像头机构中配置了保护盖、保护盖移动组件和摄像头伸缩组件,在不使用时摄像头,由摄像头伸缩组件将摄像头回缩到保护盖之下,可以有效保护地摄像头;在使用摄像头时,由保护盖移动组件移动保护盖暴露出摄像头,然后由摄像头伸缩组件将将摄像头伸出,可以增大摄像头的拍摄角度,提升了产品的竞争力。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种电子设备,具体是一种智能手机或平板电脑,其中包含了摄像装置,所述摄像装置采用了本发明实施例1中的可伸缩摄像头机构。如图7和图8所示,该智能手机包括前置摄像头100和后置摄像头200,前置摄像头100和后置摄像头200分别对应于本发明实施例1中的可伸缩摄像头机构中的摄像头21或摄像头22。

Claims (20)
- 一种可伸缩摄像头机构,包括具有容置腔的固定座,所述容置腔中放置有摄像头,所述摄像头的顶部设置有保护盖,其中,所述固定座中还装配有保护盖移动组件和摄像头伸缩组件,其中,所述保护盖移动组件包括旋转马达、丝杆和导向板;所述丝杆连接在所述容置腔的侧面,所述导向板套设在所述丝杆上,所述导向板的顶端与所述保护盖固定连接;所述丝杆在所述旋转马达的带动下旋转,驱动所述导向板在所述丝杆上沿着靠近或远离所述容置腔的方向移动,从而带动所述保护盖移动以遮蔽或暴露出所述摄像头;所述摄像头伸缩组件包括支撑弹片和拨动顶杆,所述支撑弹片连接在所述摄像头的底部并固定连接到所述固定座,所述拨动顶杆可动地连接到所述固定座;当所述导向板移动使得所述摄像头完全暴露时,所述导向板对所述拨动顶杆施加作用力顶压所述支撑弹片,以使所述摄像头从所述容置腔伸出;当所述导向板朝向靠近所述容置腔的方向移动,所述导向板解除对所述拨动顶杆施加的作用力,所述支撑弹片将所述摄像头回缩至所述容置腔;所述拨动顶杆通过一旋转轴可旋转地连接到所述固定座,所述拨动顶杆的第一端延伸至所述丝杆的远离所述容置腔的一端的相对上方,所述拨动顶杆的第二端延伸至所述支撑弹片的相对上方;当所述导向板顶压所述拨动顶杆的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆的第二端顶压所述支撑弹片;当所述导向板解除顶压所述拨动顶杆的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆的第二端解除顶压所述支撑弹片;所述保护盖包括左保护盖和右保护盖,所述保护盖移动组件中包括左丝杆和右丝杆以及左导向板和右导向板;其中,所述左丝杆和右丝杆分别连接在所述容置腔的两个相对的侧面,所述左导向板套设在所述左丝杆上并与所述左保护盖连接,所述右导向板套设在所述右丝杆上并与所述右保护盖连接,所述左丝杆和右丝杆由所述旋转马达同时驱动;所述拨动顶杆包括左拨动顶杆和右拨动顶杆,所述左拨动顶杆位于所述支撑弹片和所述左导向板之间,所述右拨动顶杆位于所述支撑弹片和所述右导向板之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述导向板中设置有与所述丝杆适配的螺孔,所述导向板通过所述螺孔套设在所述丝杆上,所述旋 转马达通过齿轮组件与所述丝杆连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述左保护盖和右保护盖、左丝杆和右丝杆、左导向板和右导向板以及左拨动顶杆和右拨动顶杆呈左右对称地装配在所述容置腔的相对两侧;所述容置腔中放置有两个朝向相反方向配置的摄像头;其中,每一摄像头的顶部分别设置有一个所述保护盖,每一摄像头都分别相应地配置有一组所述保护盖移动组件和一组所述摄像头伸缩组件。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,两个摄像头对应的两组所述保护盖移动组件共用一个所述旋转马达。
- 一种可伸缩摄像头机构,包括具有容置腔的固定座,所述容置腔中放置有摄像头,所述摄像头的顶部设置有保护盖,其中,所述固定座中还装配有保护盖移动组件和摄像头伸缩组件,其中,所述保护盖移动组件包括旋转马达、丝杆和导向板;所述丝杆连接在所述容置腔的侧面,所述导向板套设在所述丝杆上,所述导向板的顶端与所述保护盖固定连接;所述丝杆在所述旋转马达的带动下旋转,驱动所述导向板在所述丝杆上沿着靠近或远离所述容置腔的方向移动,从而带动所述保护盖移动以遮蔽或暴露出所述摄像头;所述摄像头伸缩组件包括支撑弹片和拨动顶杆,所述支撑弹片连接在所述摄像头的底部并固定连接到所述固定座,所述拨动顶杆可动地连接到所述固定座;当所述导向板移动使得所述摄像头完全暴露时,所述导向板对所述拨动顶杆施加作用力顶压所述支撑弹片,以使所述摄像头从所述容置腔伸出;当所述导向板朝向靠近所述容置腔的方向移动,所述导向板解除对所述拨动顶杆施加的作用力,所述支撑弹片将所述摄像头回缩至所述容置腔。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述导向板中设置有与所述丝杆适配的螺孔,所述导向板通过所述螺孔套设在所述丝杆上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述旋转马达通过齿轮组件与所述丝杆连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述拨动顶杆通过一旋转轴可旋转地连接到所述固定座,所述拨动顶杆的第一端延伸至所述丝杆的远离所述容置腔的一端的相对上方,所述拨动顶杆的第二端延伸至所述支撑弹 片的相对上方;当所述导向板顶压所述拨动顶杆的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆的第二端顶压所述支撑弹片;当所述导向板解除顶压所述拨动顶杆的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆的第二端解除顶压所述支撑弹片。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述保护盖包括左保护盖和右保护盖,所述保护盖移动组件中包括左丝杆和右丝杆以及左导向板和右导向板;其中,所述左丝杆和右丝杆分别连接在所述容置腔的两个相对的侧面,所述左导向板套设在所述左丝杆上并与所述左保护盖连接,所述右导向板套设在所述右丝杆上并与所述右保护盖连接,所述左丝杆和右丝杆由所述旋转马达同时驱动;所述摄像头伸缩组件中包括左拨动顶杆和右拨动顶杆,所述左拨动顶杆位于所述支撑弹片和所述左导向板之间,所述右拨动顶杆位于所述支撑弹片和所述右导向板之间。
- 根据权利要求9所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述左保护盖和右保护盖、左丝杆和右丝杆、左导向板和右导向板以及左拨动顶杆和右拨动顶杆呈左右对称地装配在所述容置腔的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述容置腔中放置有两个朝向相反方向配置的摄像头;其中,每一摄像头的顶部分别设置有一个所述保护盖,每一摄像头都分别相应地配置有一组所述保护盖移动组件和一组所述摄像头伸缩组件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,两个摄像头对应的两组所述保护盖移动组件共用一个所述旋转马达。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可伸缩摄像头机构,其中,所述容置腔中放置有两个朝向相反方向配置的摄像头;其中,每一摄像头的顶部分别设置有一个所述保护盖,每一摄像头都分别相应地配置有一组所述保护盖移动组件和一组所述摄像头伸缩组件。
- 一种电子设备,包括摄像装置,其中,所述摄像装置包括可伸缩摄像头机构,所述可伸缩摄像头机构包括具有容置腔的固定座,所述容置腔中放置有摄像头,所述摄像头的顶部设置有保护盖,其中,所述固定座中还装配有保护盖移动组件和摄像头伸缩组件,其中,所述保护盖移动组件包括旋转马达、丝杆和导向板;所述丝杆连接在所述 容置腔的侧面,所述导向板套设在所述丝杆上,所述导向板的顶端与所述保护盖固定连接;所述丝杆在所述旋转马达的带动下旋转,驱动所述导向板在所述丝杆上沿着靠近或远离所述容置腔的方向移动,从而带动所述保护盖移动以遮蔽或暴露出所述摄像头;所述摄像头伸缩组件包括支撑弹片和拨动顶杆,所述支撑弹片连接在所述摄像头的底部并固定连接到所述固定座,所述拨动顶杆可动地连接到所述固定座;当所述导向板移动使得所述摄像头完全暴露时,所述导向板对所述拨动顶杆施加作用力顶压所述支撑弹片,以使所述摄像头从所述容置腔伸出;当所述导向板朝向靠近所述容置腔的方向移动,所述导向板解除对所述拨动顶杆施加的作用力,所述支撑弹片将所述摄像头回缩至所述容置腔。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备为智能手机或平板电脑。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述导向板中设置有与所述丝杆适配的螺孔,所述导向板通过所述螺孔套设在所述丝杆上,所述旋转马达通过齿轮组件与所述丝杆连接。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述拨动顶杆通过一旋转轴可旋转地连接到所述固定座,所述拨动顶杆的第一端延伸至所述丝杆的远离所述容置腔的一端的相对上方,所述拨动顶杆的第二端延伸至所述支撑弹片的相对上方;当所述导向板顶压所述拨动顶杆的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆的第二端顶压所述支撑弹片;当所述导向板解除顶压所述拨动顶杆的第一端时,所述拨动顶杆的第二端解除顶压所述支撑弹片。
- 根据权利要求14所述的电子设备,其中,所述保护盖包括左保护盖和右保护盖,所述保护盖移动组件中包括左丝杆和右丝杆以及左导向板和右导向板;其中,所述左丝杆和右丝杆分别连接在所述容置腔的两个相对的侧面,所述左导向板套设在所述左丝杆上并与所述左保护盖连接,所述右导向板套设在所述右丝杆上并与所述右保护盖连接,所述左丝杆和右丝杆由所述旋转马达同时驱动;所述摄像头伸缩组件中包括左拨动顶杆和右拨动顶杆,所述左拨动顶杆位于所述支撑弹片和所述左导向板之间,所述右拨动顶杆位于所述支撑弹片和所述右导向板之间。
- 根据权利要求18所述的电子设备,其中,所述左保护盖和右保护盖、左丝杆和右丝杆、左导向板和右导向板以及左拨动顶杆和右拨动顶杆呈左右对称地装配在所述容置腔的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其中,所述容置腔中放置有两个朝向相反方向配置的摄像头;其中,每一摄像头的顶部分别设置有一个所述保护盖,每一摄像头都分别相应地配置有一组所述保护盖移动组件和一组所述摄像头伸缩组件;两个摄像头对应的两组所述保护盖移动组件共用一个所述旋转马达。
