本发明实施例涉及通信领域,尤其涉及传输数据的方法、网络设备和终端设备。
背景技术
在现有长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统中,所有用于传输数据的资源分配都是基于相同的子载波间隔,不能满足第五代(5G)通信系统中不同子载波复用的要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例提供了一种传输数据的方法、网络设备和终端设备,能够满足同一个终端设备在一个调度单元内使用具有不同子载波间隔的资源传输数据。
第一方面,提供了一种传输数据的方法,该方法包括:向终端设备发送资源配置信息,该资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,该多个资源子带中的每个资源子带在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,该多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;在该多个资源子带上,与该终端设备进行该数据的传输。
这里的一个调度单元可以是指在频域上的具有一定宽度一个或多个资源块,在时域上不作限定。该频域调度单元可以占据整个系统带宽,也可以占据系统带宽的一部分,该频域调度单元的宽度最小是一个基本的物理资源块。
该资源子带可以是由具有相同频域宽度的连续的物理资源块构成,也可以由具有相同频域宽度但不连续的物理资源块构成。
通过在一个调度单元内为终端设备配置具有不同子载波间隔的资源子带来传输数据,能够更好地支持具有多种属性的本地频域连续资源分配。

图2示出了根据本发明实施例的传输数据的方法100的示意性框图。如图2所示,该方法100可以由网络设备执行,例如可以由基站执行,该方法100包括:
S110,向终端设备发送资源配置信息,所述资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,所述多个资源子带中的每个资源子带在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,所述多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;
S120,在所述多个资源子带上,与所述终端设备进行所述数据的传输。
具体地,网络设备可以根据系统预配置的多个子载波间隔在整个调度单元上划分多个资源子带,每个资源子带是在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,其中至少两个资源子带采用的子载波间隔不同。具体可参考图3,如图3所示,假设为终端设备在一个调度单元内配置了两个资源子带,第一资源子带和第二资源子带,其中第一资源子带可以是由如图3所示的多个连续的物理资源块构成,第二资源子带同样是由如图3所示的多个连续的物理资源块构成。组成第一资源子带的物理资源块和组成第二资源子带的物理资源块的频域宽度不同,例如,组成第一资源子带的物理资源块的频域宽度可以是45kHz,组成第二资源子带的物理资源块的频域宽度可以是30kHz。
应理解,这里的一个调度单元可以是指在频域上的具有一定宽度一个或多个资源块,在时域上不作限定。该频域调度单元可以占据整个系统带宽,也可以占据系统带宽的一部分,该频域调度单元的宽度最小是一个基本的物理资源块。
还应理解,这里的数据可以是指上行数据,即终端设备可以通过网络设备分配的多个资源子带向网络设备发送数据,也可以是指下行数据,即网络设备也可以通过网络设备分配的多个资源子带向终端设备发送数据,本发明实施例对此不够成限定。
因此,本发明实施例提供的传输数据的方法,通过在一个调度单元内划分具有不同子载波间隔的资源子带,用来传输数据,能够更好地支持具有多种属性的本地频域连续资源分配。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,该资源配置信息包括第一位置指示信息, 该第一位置指示信息用于指示该多个资源子带中的第一资源子带在频域上的位置。
本领域技术人员理解,无论上行数据或者下行数据的传输,都需要进行资源调度,也就是网络设备需要告诉终端设备系统资源分配过程,决定着终端设备什么时候,在哪些资源上传输数据或者接收数据。在5G系统中,同一个终端设备在一个调度单元内很有可能需要在具有不同子载波间隔的资源,也就是本发明实施例提出的资源子带上发送或接收数据,那么网络设备在向终端设备发送的资源配置信息中就包括了指示每一个资源子带在该调度单元中频域上的位置。例如,网络设备给终端设备发送的资源配置信息中包括了两个位置指示信息,分别指示如图3所示的第一资源子带和第二资源子带的位置,具体地可以指示第一资源子带包括的多个连续的物理资源块在频域上的位置以及第二资源子带包括的多个连续的物理资源块在频域上的位置。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,该第一位置指示信息包括第一指示信息和第二指示信息,该第一指示信息用于指示该调度单元内在频域上包括该第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块,该频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数;该第二指示信息具体用于指示该第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在该第一指示信息指示的起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置以及该第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在该第一指示信息指示的结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置。
应理解,这里的频域参考物理资源块可以是一个虚拟的划分调度单元的单位,也可以是由网络设备实际配置的资源的单位。例如,网络设备在向终端设备发送资源配置信息之前还可以向终端设备以广播的方式通知频域参考物理资源块的频域宽度为多少。网络设备可以在一个调度单元的整个频域上分配一个资源块,该资源块是由多个频域参考物理资源块组成的。如图4所示,网络设备在一个调度单元内配置了一个资源块,该资源块是由3个频域参考物理资源块组成的,每个频域参考资源块的频域宽度可以是整个系统预配置的最大子载波间隔。举例来说,若系统中预配置的子载波间隔包括15kHz、30kHz、60kHz以及120kHz,那么网络设备可以配置一个由多个频域参考物理资源块组成的资源块,每一个频域参考物理资源块的频域宽度可可以是120kHz。网络设备也可以不实际划分一个由频域参考物理资源块组 成的资源块,直接将调度单元按频域参考物理资源块划分,例如,该虚拟的频域参考物理资源块的频域宽度可以是240kHz。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,该多个资源子带可以是包括由系统内预配置的所有子载波间隔构成的资源,也可以只包括部分预配置的子载波间隔构成的资源。如上所述,网络设备可以为终端设备直接配置分别由15kHz、30kHz、60kHz以及120kHz构成的资源子带,也可以根据终端需求只配置15kHz和30kHz构成的资源子带。而频域参考物理资源块的频域宽度可以系统内最大子载波间隔的倍数,也可以是只要大于或等于配置的资源子带中所采用的最大子载波间隔即可,本发明对此不够成限定。
可以使用两级资源指示方式来确定资源子带在频域上的位置。
第一级资源指示可以使用频域参考物理资源块来粗略指示资源子带在频域中的配置。作为一个可选地实施例,使用一个比特表,该比特表的长度可以是当前调度单元内包括的总的频域参考物理资源块数目。比特表中的每一位对应于一个频域参考物理资源块。具体地,可以将每个比特位取值为1用来表示该频域参考物理资源块中包含某一资源子带的资源,反之则不包含。假设一个调度单元包括4个频域参考物理资源块,若用来指示包括第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块的比特表为0111,则表示在整个调度单元上从第二个频域参考物理资源块至第四个频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括该第一资源子带的资源。作为另一个可选地实施例,还可以通过指示包括某个资源子带的起始物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置以及包括某个资源子带的结束物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置,或者还可以通过指示包括某个资源子带的起始物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置以及包括该资源子带的物理资源块的所有频域参考物理资源块的数目。换句话说,可以通过包括某个资源子带的起始频域参考物理资源块的指针和包括该资源子带的结束频域参考物理资源块的指针,或者可以通过包括某个资源子带的起始频域参考物理资源块的指针和包括该资源子带的频域参考物理资源块的数目。应理解,若一个资源子带指存在于一个频域参考物理资源块内,则可以简单地使用这个频域参考物理资源块的指针来作为一级指示。
第二级资源指示可以使用资源子带所包含的物理资源块在相应频域参考物理资源块内的位置来进一步指示资源子带在频域上的位置。具体地,包 括某个资源子带分配的起始物理资源块在起始频域参考物理资源块内的位置以及该资源子带分配的结束物理资源块在结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置。举例来说,一个频域参考物理资源块包括某个资源子带的8个物理资源块,那这个起始物理资源块在该起始频域参考物理资源块的位置可以是1-8中的任一位置,也就是说可以通过3个比特位来表示。同样地,表示结束物理资源块在结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置也可以通过3个比特位来表示。
可选地,也可以分别通过两个小的比特表来分别表示某个资源子带包括的物理资源块在起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置以及某个资源子带包括的物理资源块在结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置。具体地,该每个比特表的长度就是一个频域参考物理资源块包括的某个资源子带的物理资源块的数目。比特位取1就表示对应的物理资源块属于该资源子带。
应理解,上述关于比特表的取值以及两级资源指示方式仅仅只是为了便于理解举例说明的,本发明实施例并不限于此。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,如果各个资源子带位于不重叠的频域参考物理资源块,一级资源指示可以使用一个比特表来表示所有的资源子带。如果资源子带处于重叠的频域参考物理资源块内,则一级资源指示可以考虑使用单独的比特表来表示不同的资源子带。
两级资源指示方式可以兼容具有不同子载波间隔的资源,通用并且简单。
两级资源指示方法使用的总的比特数可以归纳如下:假定这个系统带宽中有N个频域参考资源块(对应频域参考子载波间隔f),当前终端的资源配置包含了K个资源子带,对应的子载波间隔分别为:f1、f2、……fk,每个频域参考资源块包含的对应于每个资源子带物理资源块的数目分别为M1、M2、……Mk,第一级使用的比特表需要N个比特,第二级各个资源子带确定起始和结束位置需要的比特总数

对比两级资源指示方式和直接指示方式所需的比特数,可以注意到差别在于第一项,当N比较大,而K比较小时,直接指示方式需要的比特数会比两级资源指示方式要少。反之则两级资源指示方式需要的比特数可能会比直接指示方式要少。比如整个系统带宽是80MHz,如果使用60kHz做频域参考资源块的子载频间隔,则在频域上有128个频域参考资源块,假如分配了4个资源子带,两级资源指示方式所需第一项资源N=128>2*4*log(128)(直接指示方式所需第一项资源)。但如果一个频域参考物理资源块在频域上的宽度是16*180kHz=2880kHz,那么整个80MHz带宽会包含32个频域参考物理资源块,这时两级资源指示方式所需第一项资源N=32<2*4*log(32)(直接指示方式所需第一项资源)。总的来说,两级资源指示方式在参考物理资源块数目较小时,向一个终端同时分配多个不同载频间隔的资源子带可以使用较少的比特数,而直接指示方式,在参考物理资源块数目较大时,向一个终端分配多个不同载频间隔的资源块时可以使用较少的比特数。
可选地,该资源配置信息中还可以包括一个用于指示为终端设备当前资源分配中有几个资源子带,例如,可以使用3个比特位,最多指示8个资源子带。应理解,本发明实施例中的资源子带可以是由连续的物理资源块组成,也可以是由具有相同子载波间隔的多个不连续的物理资源块组成,本发明实施例对此不够成限定。
应理解,本发明实施例的技术方案同样适用在分配虚拟资源块(Virtual Resource Block,VRB)上。惟一不同是在按以上方法分配完虚拟资源块以后,再按一些预置的映射把虚拟资源块映射到物理资源块上去,通过这种映射,也可以实现离散的资源分配。

因此,本发明实施例提供的传输数据的网络设备,通过在一个调度单元内划分具有不同子载波间隔的资源子带,用来传输数据,能够更好地支持具有多种属性的本地频域连续资源分配。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,该处理器510可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”),该处理器510还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该存储器520可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器510提供指令和数据。存储器520的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。例如,存储器520还可以存储设备类型的信息。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器510中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器520,处理器510读取存储器520中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。

如图10所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种传输数据的终端设备600,该 终端设备600包括:处理器610、存储器620和收发器640,其中,该处理器610、该存储器620和该收发器640通过内部连接通路互相通信,传递控制和/或数据信号,该存储器620用于存储指令,该处理器650用于执行该存储器620存储的指令,以控制该收发器640发送信号;其中,该处理器610用于:接收网络设备发送的资源分配信息,所述资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,所述多个资源子带中的每个资源子带在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,所述多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;根据所述资源分配信息,与所述网络设备进行所述数据的传输。
因此,本发明实施例提供的传输数据的终端设备,通过在一个调度单元内为终端设备指示用于传输数据的不同子载波间隔的资源子带,能够更好地支持具有多种属性的本地频域连续资源分配。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,该处理器610可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”),该处理器610还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。

  1. 一种传输数据的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    向终端设备发送资源配置信息,所述资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,所述多个资源子带中的每个资源子带在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,所述多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;
    在所述多个资源子带上,与所述终端设备进行所述数据的传输。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述资源配置信息包括第一位置指示信息,所述第一位置指示信息用于指示所述多个资源子带中的第一资源子带在频域上的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息包括第一指示信息和第二指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述调度单元内在频域上包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块,所述频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数;所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在所述第一指示信息指示的起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置以及所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在所述第一指示信息指示的结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为第一比特表,所述第一比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第一比特表中多个连续的第一比特位取第一值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块包括所述第一资源子带的物理资源块。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和所述结束频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置,或所述第一指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块的数目。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息为第二比特表和第三比特表,所述第二比特表和所述第三比特表中的一个比特位均对应于所述第一资源子带包括的一个物理资源块,所述第二比特表中比特位取第二值表示对应的物理资源块属于所述起始频域参考物理资源块,所述第三比特表中比特位取第三值表示对应的物理资源块属于所 述结束频域参考物理资源块。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述多个资源子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于不重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述第一比特表中多个连续的第二比特位取第四值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述多个资源子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述资源配置信息还包括第四比特表,所述第四比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第四比特表中多个连续的第三比特位取第五值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块的数目,或所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块,包括:
    指示起始频域参考物理资源块和所述起始物理资源块在所述起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置,所述起始频域参考物理资源块为在频域上包括所述起始物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块;
    所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块,包括:
    指示结束频域参考物理资源块和所述结束物理资源块在所述结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置,所述结束频域参考物理资源块为在频域上包括所述结束物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块;
    其中,频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数。
  11. 一种传输数据的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收网络设备发送的资源分配信息,所述资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,所述多个资源子带中的每个资源子带 在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,所述多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;
    根据所述资源分配信息,与所述网络设备进行所述数据的传输。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述资源配置信息包括第一位置指示信息,所述第一位置指示信息用于指示所述多个资源子带中的第一资源子带在频域上的位置,所述根据所述资源分配信息,与所述网络设备进行所述数据的传输,包括:
    根据所述第一位置指示信息,在所述第一资源子带上与所述网络设备进行所述数据中部分数据的传输。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息包括第一指示信息和第二指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述调度单元内在频域上包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块,所述频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数;所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在所述第一指示信息指示的起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置以及所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在所述第一指示信息指示的结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为第一比特表,所述第一比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第一比特表中多个连续的第一比特位取第一值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块包括所述第一资源子带的物理资源块。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和所述结束频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置,或所述第二指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块的数目。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息为第二比特表和第三比特表,所述第二比特表和所述第三比特表中的一个比特位均对应于所述第一资源子带包括的一个物理资源块,所述第二比特表中比特位取第二值表示对应的物理资源块属于所述起始频域参考物理资源块,所述第三比特表中比特位取第三值表示对应的物理资源块属于 所述结束频域参考物理资源块。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述多个资源子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于不重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述第一比特表中多个连续的第二比特位取第四值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述多个资源子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述资源配置信息还包括第四比特表,所述第四比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第四比特表中多个连续的第三比特位取第五值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块的数目,或所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块。

  21. 一种传输数据的网络设备,其特征在于,所述网络设备包括:
    发送单元,用于向终端设备发送资源配置信息,所述资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,所述多个资源子带中的每 个资源子带在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,所述多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;
    传输单元,用于在所述多个资源子带上,与所述终端设备进行所述数据的传输。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述资源配置信息包括第一位置指示信息,所述第一位置指示信息用于指示所述多个资源子带中的第一资源子带在频域上的位置。

  25. 根据权利要求23所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和所述结束频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置,或所述第二指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块的数目。
  26. 根据权利要求23至25中任一项所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息为第二比特表和第三比特表,所述第二比特表和所述第三比特表中的一个比特位均对应于所述第一资源子带包括的一个物理资源块,所述第二比特表中比特位取第二值表示对应的物理资源块属于所述起始频域参考物理资源块,所述第三比特表中比特位取第三值表示对应的物理资源块属于所述结束频域参考物理资源块。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的网络设备,其特征在于,若所述多个资源 子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于不重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述第一比特表中多个连续的第二比特位取第四值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的网络设备,其特征在于,若所述多个资源子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述资源配置信息还包括第四比特表,所述第四比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第四比特表中多个连续的第三比特位取第五值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  29. 根据权利要求22所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块的数目,或所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的网络设备,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块,包括:
    指示起始频域参考物理资源块和所述起始物理资源块在所述起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置,所述起始频域参考物理资源块为在频域上包括所述起始物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块;
    所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块,包括:
    指示结束频域参考物理资源块和所述结束物理资源块在所述结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置,所述结束频域参考物理资源块为在频域上包括所述结束物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块;
    其中,频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数。
  31. 一种传输数据的终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备包括:
    接收单元,用于接收网络设备发送的资源分配信息,所述资源配置信息用于指示在调度单元内用于传输数据的多个资源子带,所述多个资源子带中的每个资源子带在频域上由连续的物理资源块构成,所述多个资源子带中的至少两个资源子带具有不同的子载波间隔;
    传输单元,用于根据所述资源分配信息,与所述网络设备进行所述数据的传输。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述资源配置信息包括第一位置指示信息,所述第一位置指示信息用于指示所述多个资源子带中的第一资源子带在频域上的位置,所述传输单元具体用于:
    根据所述第一位置指示信息,在所述第一资源子带上与所述网络设备进行所述数据中部分数据的传输。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息还包括第一指示信息和第二指示信息,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述调度单元内在频域上包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块,所述频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数;所述第二指示信息用于指示所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在所述第一指示信息指示的起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置以及所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块在所述第一指示信息指示的结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息为第一比特表,所述第一比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第一比特表中多个连续的第一比特位取第一值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块包括所述第一资源子带的物理资源块。
  35. 根据权利要求33所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和所述结束频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置,或所述第二指示信息具体用于指示所述起始频域参考物理资源块在频域上的位置和包括所述第一资源子带的频域参考物理资源块的数目。
  36. 根据权利要求33至35中任一项所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第二指示信息为第二比特表和第三比特表,所述第二比特表和所述第三比特表中的一个比特位均对应于所述第一资源子带包括的一个物理资源块,所述第二比特表中比特位取第二值表示对应的物理资源块属于所述起始频域参考物理资源块,所述第三比特表中比特位取第三值表示对应的物理资源块属于所述结束频域参考物理资源块。
  37. 根据权利要求34所述的终端设备,其特征在于,若所述多个资源 子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于不重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述第一比特表中多个连续的第二比特位取第四值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  38. 根据权利要求34所述的终端设备,其特征在于,若所述多个资源子带中第二资源子带与所述第一资源子带在频域上位于重叠的频域参考物理资源块,则所述资源配置信息还包括第四比特表,所述第四比特表中的每个比特位对应于所述调度单元中的每个频域参考物理资源块,所述第四比特表中多个连续的第三比特位取第五值表示对应的频域参考物理资源块在频域上包括所述第二资源子带的物理资源块。
  39. 根据权利要求32所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带包括的物理资源块的数目,或所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块和所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块。
  40. 根据权利要求39所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的起始物理资源块,包括:
    指示起始频域参考物理资源块和所述起始物理资源块在所述起始频域参考物理资源块中的位置,所述起始频域参考物理资源块为在频域上包括所述起始物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块;
    所述第一位置指示信息具体用于指示所述第一资源子带在频域上的结束物理资源块,包括:
    指示结束频域参考物理资源块和所述结束物理资源块在所述结束频域参考物理资源块中的位置,所述结束频域参考物理资源块为在频域上包括所述结束物理资源块的频域参考物理资源块;
    其中,频域参考物理资源块的子载波间隔为系统预配置的最大子载波间隔的倍数。
