申请要求于2016年12月22日申请的、申请号为201621415686.1、发明名称为“摇杆结构及遥控器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种遥控控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种可拆卸的摇杆结构及遥控器。
背景技术
越来越多的电子产品比如游戏机、无人机、航模等等都采用的是远程控制技术,采用遥控器进行操作。遥控器上基本都设有遥控操作杆,但是现有的操作杆一般都是固定的,占体积较大,不方便。而且当遥控器也自带可折叠的显示器时候,操作杆的存在将会导致折叠不方便;而在适当的将操作杆变短的时候,有时候会导致操作上的不灵敏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在而提供一种结构简单,可以快速拆卸的摇杆结构及遥控器。
本发明提出一种摇杆结构,其包括:
操作杆,所述操作杆包括插接部;
卡座,包括卡扣部,所述卡座还开设中空部,所述卡扣部用于在所述操作杆插入所述中空部时卡紧所述插接部。
进一步的,所述插接部包括沿所述操作杆周向开设的卡槽,所述卡槽用于在所述卡扣部卡紧所述插接部时卡合所述卡扣部。
进一步的,所述卡扣部包括抵顶件,所述抵顶件与所述插接部卡合连接;
弹性件,套设在抵顶件的外侧,外界拉力作用于操作杆时,所述操作杆挤压抵顶件使所述弹性件形变进而使抵顶件从插接部滑出,所述插接部与卡扣部脱离。

具体实施方式
为了进一步说明本发明的原理和结构,现结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
请参阅图1并结合图2,本实施例提供的摇杆结构包括操作杆200和卡座400。操作杆200包括插接部20。卡座400包括卡扣部40。卡座400开设中空部44,卡扣部40用于在操作杆200插入所述中空部44时卡紧所述插接部20。
插接部20与卡扣部40的分离结构设计,使用时,将操作杆200安装在卡座400上,安装使用方便。无需使用时,施加外力将插接部20拔离卡扣部40。分离式设计,实现操作杆200与卡座400的可拆卸,减小体型,方便收纳。
图示实施例中,操作杆200还包括操作柄22。操作柄22设在远离所述插接部20的一端。在此,操作柄22与操作杆200为独立设计。其他实施例中,操作杆200与操作柄22也可以是一体成型。
具体的,操作柄22的外观依用户的使用习惯可以设置成呈圆饼状、圆柱状或者是长条状,或者操作柄22与操作杆200可拆卸连接,以方便用户更换不同形状的操作柄22。另外,为了增加用户使用的舒适度,也可以在操作柄22的外表面上套上胶套。操作柄22的材料也不做限定,可以软的、可以拔插的软塑胶套,也可以是较硬的硬质塑料。
操作柄22套设在操作杆200外,将操作杆200包裹起来。操作杆200呈长条状,操作杆200包括相对的第一端部24和第二端部26。第二端部26被包裹在操作柄22内。在本实施例中,第一端部24的外径较小,第二端部 26的外径较大。在较小的第一端部24设有插接部20。插接部20包括沿操作杆200周向开设的卡槽21。卡槽21所对应的圆心角小于等于一周。即,卡槽21可以是绕操作杆200的纵向一周形成的环状的卡槽21,也可以是绕纵向长度小于一周的半环状。
另外,操作杆200的周向上设有凸块28。具体为,在第一端部24和第二端部26的交界处设有凸块28,凸块28的个数可以是一个,可以是呈一字分布的两个,还可以是呈十字分布的四个,还可以是米字分布的六个。在本实施例中,凸块28由第一端部24朝向第二端部26高度逐渐增加,整体呈倾斜状。另外,操作杆200第一端部24的端面呈平圆台状,当然端面结构并不限于此,可以是略为突出的半圆台等其他形状。
请参阅图2,卡座400的上部开设中空部44,操作杆200的插接部20完全收容于中空部44内。也就是说,插接部20的长度小于或者等于中空部44的深度。在沿中空部44的上边缘开设凹槽46,凹槽46的个数与形状与操作杆200上的凸块28的个数与形状相配合。同样的,凹槽46的个数可以是一个,可以是呈一字分布的两个,还可以是呈十字分布的四个,还可以是米字分布的六个。在本实施例中,凹槽46的底部和侧壁也和倾斜状的凸块28相对,即凹槽46的底部和侧壁也具有对应的倾斜度。在操作杆200安装在卡座400上时,凸块28卡在凹槽46内,防止操作柄22转动,并起到止向作用,提高遥控操作的精确度。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,可以在操作杆200的周向上开设凹槽,对应地,在沿卡座400的中空部44设置与凹槽配合的凸块,这样在操作杆200安装在卡座400上时,通过所述凸块卡在所述凹槽内,也可以起到止向作用。
卡座400还包括卡扣部40。卡扣部40包括弹性件41、抵顶件42。卡座400的外表面开设收容槽47。收容槽47用于收纳弹性件41。收容槽47的槽底开设贯穿卡座400的通孔48,使得收容槽47与中空部44借由通孔48连通。此通孔48用于收容抵顶件42,不难理解的是,通孔48的个数并不限定,可以是一个、两个或者三个以上,通孔48的分布也不限定,可以集中分布,也可以是依收容槽47的形状而定。
具有收缩性的弹性件41设在卡座400上。在本实施例中弹性件41卡在收容槽47内,弹性件41为环形弹簧,在其他的实施例中,弹性件41还可以 是U型弹簧、具有弹性的硅胶件等等。
请结合图3及图4,抵顶件42卡在弹性件41与所述操作杆200之间,抵顶件42可卡在所述卡槽21内。具体的,抵顶件42可滑动设于通孔48内,抵顶件42的一端与卡槽21卡合连接。
具有收缩性的弹性件41套设在抵顶件42的外侧。外界拉力作用于操作杆200时,操作杆200挤压抵顶件42进而弹性件41形变使抵顶件42从卡槽22滑出,操作杆200与卡座400脱离。
具体本实施例中,抵顶件42为一个钢珠。不难理解的是,当卡座400的外表面未开设收容槽47时,可以直接将弹性件41安装在卡座400的外表面,将抵顶件42安装在通孔48内,在安装时,只要抵顶件42落入操作杆200上的卡槽21中,而在拆卸时,在外力作用下,抵顶件42能从卡槽21中滑出即可。
摇杆结构还包括转动销600。卡座400的下部还设有穿孔,转动销600穿设在所述卡座400的下部,转动所述操作杆200带动所述卡座400绕所述转动销600转动。
以下结合遥感可拆卸机构的拆卸方法进行说明。
拆卸时,施加外力到操作柄22上,拉动操作柄22往外拔的时候,卡在卡槽21内的抵顶件42被挤压,进而挤压弹性件41,使得弹性件41发生形变,直至抵顶件42被完全挤出卡槽21,持续拉动操作柄22直至操作杆200完全脱离卡座400。
安装时,将操作柄22及操作杆200套在卡座400内,同样的施加外力到操作柄22上,弹性件41压紧抵顶件42,抵顶件42卡在操作杆200的卡槽21内,这时候有一定的卡住力度防止操作杆200松动或者掉出。
上述的摇杆结构,在拆卸时,施加外力拉动操作杆200,操作杆200挤压抵顶件42,抵顶件42推动弹性件41变形外张,直至抵顶件42全部从卡槽21中滑出,操作杆200被完全拉出。安装时,按压操作杆200,直至弹性件41完全卡在卡槽21内,操作杆200被卡在底座510上。此种结构简单,不用借助外部工具可以实现快速拆卸。请参阅图5,本发明还提供一种遥控器500。
遥控器500包括底座510以及设在底座510上的摇杆结构。本实施例中, 在底座510上的开设用于安装操作柄22及操作杆200的收纳空间520,摇杆结构分别设置在底座510的左右两边。
在本实施例中,遥控器500还包括显示屏530,显示屏530连接在底座510上,并且显示屏530相对于底座510可转动直至完全叠在底座510上。
当需要将遥控器500的显示屏530折叠时,可以先将操作柄22连带操作杆200从卡座400中拔出,放入底座510上的收纳空间520。
本发明的遥控器安装了摇杆结构,在不需要使用时可以将操作杆拆卸下来。尤其是在遥控器还带有可折叠的显示屏时,可以将摇杆结构直接拆解下来,既方便又不占用多余的空间。
以上仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,并非限制本发明的保护范围,凡运用本发明说明书及附图内容所作出的等效结构变化,均包含在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种摇杆结构,其特征在于,包括:
    操作杆(200),所述操作杆(200)包括插接部(20);
    卡座(400),包括卡扣部(40),所述卡座(400)还开设中空部(44);
    其中,所述卡扣部(40)用于在所述操作杆(200)插入所述中空部(44)时卡紧所述插接部(20)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述插接部(20)包括沿所述操作杆(200)周向开设的卡槽(21),所述卡扣部(40)卡紧所述插接部(20)时卡合于所述卡槽(21)。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述卡扣部(40)包括:
    抵顶件(42),所述抵顶件(42)与所述插接部(20)卡合连接;
    弹性件(41),套设在抵顶件(42)的外侧,外界拉力作用于操作杆(200)时,所述操作杆(200)挤压抵顶件(42)使所述弹性件(41)形变进而使抵顶件(42)从插接部(20)滑出,所述插接部(20)与卡扣部(40)脱离。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述操作杆(200)还包括操作柄(22),所述操作柄(22)设在远离所述插接部(20)的一端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述操作柄(22)呈圆饼状、圆柱状或者长条状。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述操作杆(200)沿周向设有凸块(28),所述卡座(400)沿中空部(44)的上边缘开设凹槽(46),所述凸块(28)的形状与所述凹槽(46)的形状配合,以便所述凸块(28)卡在所述凹槽(46)内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述操作杆(200)沿周向开设凹槽(46),所述卡座(400)沿中空部(44)的上边缘设有凸块(28),所述凸块(28)的形状与所述凹槽(46)的形状配合,以便所述凸块(28)卡在所述凹槽(46)内。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述卡座(400)的外表面开设用于收纳所述弹性件(41)的收容槽(47)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,所述收容槽(47)内开设通孔(48),所述抵顶件(42)收容于所述通孔(48)内。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的摇杆结构,其特征在于,还包括设在所述卡座(400)上的与所述中空部(44)相对的转动销(600),所述操作杆(200)带动所述卡座(400)绕所述转动销(600)可转动。
  11. 一种遥控器,其特征在于,包括底座(510),以及如权利要求1-10任一项权利要求所述的摇杆结构,所述摇杆结构安装在所述底座(510)上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的遥控器,其特征在于,还包括显示屏(530),所述显示屏(530)与所述底座(510)可转动连接。
