作業車両10において、シャシ12aにカバー12bを変位可能に取り付けるサスペンション機構76が、シャシとカバーの間に配置される軸体80と、その下半部に設けられる板体部82と、板体部の上下位置に板体部に当接可能配置されると共に、中央に軸体を挿通させる貫通孔がそれぞれ穿設される第1、第2板体84a,84bとからなるガイド84と、円錐台形状を呈すると共に、上底縁部が軸体の上半部に、下底縁部がカバーに穿設された貫通孔の周辺に取り付けられてカバーをシャシに向けて付勢する圧縮ばね86と、円錐台形状を呈し、軸体を中央に穿設された貫通孔に挿通させて配置される弾性部材90を備えると共に、カバーは弾性部材に相応して円錐台形状に形成される。

Description

作業車両
 この発明は作業車両に関する。
 作業車両の中にはシャシにカバーを変位可能に取り付けるためのサスペンション機構を備えた車両が知られており、本出願人も先に特許文献1においてその種の構造を提案している。
 特許文献1記載のサスペンション機構は、シャシとカバーの間に重力軸方向に延びるように配置される軸体と、軸体に作用する力を重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向への移動にガイドするガイド部材を備え、カバーの水平軸方向への変位量を大きく設定できると共に、走行時のカバーの振動を抑制して騒音を低減できるように構成している。

 この発明も特許文献1のそれと課題を同じくするものであって、カバーの水平軸方向への変位量を大きく設定できると共に、走行時のカバーの振動による騒音を低減できるようにした作業車両を提供することにある。
 上記した課題を解決するため、この発明は、シャシにサスペンション機構を介して変位可能に取り付けられるカバーを備える作業車両において、前記サスペンション機構が、前記シャシとカバーの間で軸線が重力軸方向に一致するように配置され、上半部が前記カバーに穿設された貫通孔に挿通されて前記カバーの上方に延びると共に、下半部が前記シャシに向けて延びる軸体と、前記軸体の下半部に設けられる板体部と、前記重力軸方向において前記板体部の上下位置に前記板体部に当接可能に配置されると共に、中央に前記軸体を挿通させる貫通孔がそれぞれ穿設される複数個の板体とからなるガイド部材と、大略円錐台形状を呈すると共に、上底縁部が前記軸体の上半部に、下底縁部が前記カバーの貫通孔の周辺に取り付けられて前記カバーを前記シャシに向けて付勢する圧縮ばねと、大略円錐台形状を呈し、中央に貫通孔が穿設されると共に、前記重力軸方向において前記カバーと前記ガイド部材の間に、前記軸体を前記貫通孔に挿通させて配置される弾性部材とを備えると共に、前記カバーが前記弾性部材に相応して大略円錐台形状に形成される如く構成した。
 この発明に係る作業車両にあっては、シャシとカバーの間で軸線が重力軸方向に一致するように配置される軸体と、その下半部に設けられる板体部とその上下位置に板体部に当接可能に配置されると共に、中央に軸体を挿通させる貫通孔が穿設される複数個の板体とからなるガイド部材と、カバーをシャシに向けて付勢する圧縮ばねを備えるように構成したので、軸体に設けられる板体部が上下のガイド部材の複数個の板体に当接しつつ摺動することで軸体に作用する外力を重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向への変位にガイド(変換)できる。また、ガイド部材が板体部とその上下位置に板体部に当接可能に配置される板体とからなるように構成したので、平坦な板体部に複数枚の板体を当接させることとなり、よってカバーの水平軸方向への変位量を大きく設定することができる。
 また、圧縮ばねをその上底縁部が軸体の上半部に、下底縁部がカバーの貫通孔の周辺に取り付けられるように大略円錐台形状に形成し、弾性部材も大略円錐台形状を形成すると共に、カバーも弾性部材に相応して大略円錐台形状に形成する如く構成したので、弾性部材とカバーの接触面積が増加して車両の走行時のカバーの振動を効果的に抑制することができ、車両の走行時のカバーの振動による騒音を低減することができる

 図1はこの発明の実施形態に係る作業車両を全体的に示す概念図、図2は図1の作業車両の上面図、図3は図1の作業車両が走行する作業エリアの平面図、図4は図1の作業車両のサスペンション機構の断面図、図5は図4のサスペンション機構の弾性部材の斜視図、図6と図7は図4のサスペンション機構の側面図である。
 図1などにおいて符号10は作業車両(以下「車両」という)を示す。車両10は無人の自律走行車両からなり、具体的には芝刈り機からなる。車両10の車体12はシャシ(車体フレーム)12aとシャシ12aに変位可能に取り付けられるカバー12bとからなる。
 カバー12bは具体的には、アウタカバー12b1(図1と図4に示す)と、アウタカバー12b1に係止部材(図示せず)を介して取り付けられるインナカバー12b2(図4に示す)とからなる。
 車両10は、前後方向においてシャシ12aの前側にステー12cを介して固定される比較的小径の左右2個の前輪14を備えると共に、後側にシャシ12aに直接取り付けられる比較的大径の左右の後輪16を備える。
 車両10のシャシ12aの中央位置付近の下部には芝刈り作業用のブレード(作業機、具体的にはロータリブレード)20が取り付けられると共に、その上部には電動モータ(原動機。以下「作業モータ」という)22が配置される。ブレード20は作業モータ22に接続され、作業モータ22によって回転駆動される。
 ブレード20にはユーザの手動操作自在なブレード高さ調節機構24が連結される。ブレード高さ調節機構24はユーザの操作可能なハンドルを備え、ユーザがそのハンドルを手で廻すことでブレード20の接地面GRからの上下方向の高さが調節可能に構成される。
 車両10のシャシ12aには、ブレード20の後端側で2個の電動モータ(原動機。以下「走行モータ」という)26L,26Rが取り付けられる。走行モータ26L,26Rは左右の後輪16に接続され、前輪14を従動輪、後輪16を駆動輪として左右独立に正転(前進方向への回転)あるいは逆転(後進方向への回転)させる。ブレード20と作業モータ22と走行モータ26などはカバー12bで被覆される。
 この実施形態において、車両10はユーザが運搬可能な重量と寸法を有し、例えば全長(前後方向長さ)71cm程度、全幅55cm程度、高さ30cm程度の寸法を有する。
 車両10の後部には搭載充電ユニット30とそれに接続される搭載電池(バッテリ)32とが格納されると共に、シャシ12aには一対の電池充電端子34が前端位置の前方に突出するように取り付けられる。電池充電端子34は搭載充電ユニット30に接続される。作業モータ22と走行モータ26も搭載電池32に接続され、搭載電池32から通電される。
 車両10において車体12の前側には左右2個の磁気センサ36L,36Rが配置されると共に、後側には1個の磁気センサ36Cが配置され、それぞれ磁界の大きさ(磁界強度)を示す信号を出力する。
 また、車体12には、車両10が障害物や異物との接触によるシャシ12aとカバー12bの間の変位を示す出力を生じる接触センサ40が取り付けられる。接触センサ40の詳細は後述する。
 シャシ12aの中央位置付近には収納ボックスが設けられると共に、その内部に収納された回路基板42上にはCPU(プロセッサ)と、I/Oと、メモリ(ROM,EEPROM,RAM)などを備えたマイクロコンピュータからなる電子制御ユニット(Electronic Control Unit。制御装置。以下「ECU」という)44が搭載される。
 また、回路基板42上には、ECU44に近接して車両10の重心位置のz軸(重力軸)回りの角速度(ヨーレート)を示す出力を生じる角速度センサ46と、車両10に作用するx,y,z軸の直交3軸方向の加速度を示す出力を生じる加速度センサ50と、地磁気に応じた絶対方位を示す出力を生じる方位センサ52と、GPS衛星からの電波を受信して車両10の現在位置を示す出力を生じるGPSセンサ54が設けられる。
 また、車両10の左右の後輪16の付近には左右の後輪16の車輪速を示す出力を生じる車輪速センサ56が配置されると共に、シャシ12aとカバー12bの間にはユーザなどによってカバー12bがシャシ12aからリフトされた(持ち上げられた)ことを示す出力を生じるリフトセンサ60が配置される。搭載電池32には搭載電池32の消費電流を示す出力を生じる電流センサ62が配置される。
 また、車両10には、作業の動作開始などを指令するメインスイッチ64と非常停止を指令する非常停止スイッチ66がユーザの操作自在に設けられる。さらに、カバー12b、より具体的にはアウタカバー12b1は上面で大きく切り欠かれてそこにユーザの指令などの入力のためのキーボードやタッチパネルなどの入力機器68が設けられると共に、それに隣接してディスプレイ70が設けられる。入力機器68とディスプレイ70はECU44に接続され、ディスプレイ70にはECU44の指令に応じて作業モードなどの各種の情報が表示される。
 磁気センサ36、接触センサ40、角速度センサ46などのセンサ類の出力とメインスイッチ64などのスイッチ類の出力はECU44に送られる。ECU44においてCPUは、それらの出力に基づき、搭載電池32から走行モータ26に通電すると共に、制御値を出力して走行モータ26の動作を制御することで車両10の走行を制御する。また、後述するように、CPUは接触センサ40の出力から車両10と障害物との接触を検出する。
 また、ECU44においてCPUは磁気センサ36の出力から作業エリア(作業領域)ARを検出(認識)し、それに基づいて作業モータ22に通電して作業エリアARで作業する。
 図3に示す如く、作業エリアARは、その周縁の配置されるエリアワイヤ(電線)72によって区画される。作業エリアARには車両10の搭載電池32を充電するための充電ステーション74が配置される(図3では車両10などの大きさを誇張して示す)。
 この発明の特徴は上記した構成を備えた車両10のサスペンション機構の構造にあるので、以下それについて図4以降を参照して説明する。
 図4は図1に示す車両10のサスペンション機構(符号76で示す)の断面図である。
 図示は省略するが、サスペンション機構76は、車両10の前輪14の上方に1個、後輪16の上方の左右位置に2個の計3個が設けられる。図4に示すものは前輪14の上方に配置される機構である。
 図示の如く、車両10はシャシ12aにサスペンション機構76を介して変位可能に取り付けられるカバー12bを備えると共に、サスペンション機構76は、軸体80と、板体部82と複数個の板体84a,84bとからなるガイド部材84と、圧縮ばね86と、弾性部材90とを備える。
 先に述べた如く、カバー12bはアウタカバー12b1とインナカバー12b2とからなるが、両者は係止部材を介して物理的に接続されていることから、実質的に同一である。以降の説明では両者を総称して「カバー12b」と呼ぶが、図4などでは「カバー12b」は具体的にはインナカバー12b2を示す。
 軸体80は、シャシ12aとカバー12bの間でその軸線80aが重力軸方向に一致するように配置される。軸体80の上半部はカバー12b(より具体的にはインナカバー12b2)に穿設された貫通孔12b21に挿通されてカバー12bの重力軸方向において上方に延びると共に、下半部がシャシ12aに向けて延びるように構成される。
 尚、この明細書において「重力軸方向」は、図1に示す如く、車両10が接地面GR上に置かれたときの直交座標系における重力軸方向(鉛直軸方向。z軸方向)を意味する。
 図示の如く、カバー12bに穿設される貫通孔12b21は、軸体80の上下方向(重力軸方向)への変位のみを許容するように、軸体80の外径を僅かに超える程度の内径に設定される。
 板体部82は軸体80の下半部に軸体80と一体的に設けられ、図示は省略するが、平面視において円形状を呈すると共に、側面視において平坦な円板状を備える。尚、板体部82は軸体80と別体に製作した後、中央に貫通孔を穿設し、そこに軸体80を嵌めて一体化させて製作しても良い。
 ガイド部材84は、板体部82と、重力軸方向において板体部82の上下位置に板体部82と当接可能に配置される複数個の平坦な板体、より具体的には上側の第1板体(マウントプレート)84aと下側の第2板体(マウントワッシャ)84bの2個の板体とからなる。第1、第2板体84a,84bの中央には軸体80を挿通させる貫通孔84a1,84b1がそれぞれ穿設される。
 従って、軸体80に設けられる板体部82は上下のガイド部材84の2個の板体84a,84bに当接しつつ摺動することとなり、それによって軸体80に作用する外力を重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向への変位にガイド(変換)する、より詳しくは、軸体80に作用する力(力とモーメント)、特に曲げモーメントを重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向(x,y軸方向)への移動にガイドする。
 ガイド部材84の説明を続けると、シャシ12aには上方に開口する側面視ボックス状のアッパフレーム12a1が設けられる。アッパフレーム12a1の開口端には上記したガイド部材84のうちの上側の第1板体(マウントプレート)84aが取り付けられる。図示は省略するが、第1板体84aは平面視において大略矩形状を呈する板状の平坦な形状を備える。
 よってアッパフレーム12a1の内側には上側の第1板体84aで閉鎖される内部空間12a2が形成され、軸体80の下半部はその内部空間12a2に収容される。
 内部空間12a2において上側の第1板体(マウントプレート)84aの下方には下側の第2板体(マウントワッシャ)84bが配置される。図示は省略するが、第2板体84bも平面視において円形を呈する円板状の平坦な形状を備える。
 第1、第2板体84a,84bの中央に穿設される貫通孔84a1,84b1は、図示の如く、軸体80の外径よりもはるかに大きい内径を有し、軸体80が貫通孔84a1,84b1を介して揺動可能なように構成される。
 上側の第1板体84aは、その上面と下面にリブ(突条)84a2が形成されると共に、下側の第2板体84bの上面にも同様のリブ84b2が形成される。詳細な図示は省略するが、第1、第2板体84a,84bに形成されるリブ84a2,84b2は、貫通孔84a1,84b1を中心として半径方向(水平軸方向)に相互に間隔をおいてに全方位に延びるように形成される。
 従って、ガイド部材84において軸体80に設けられる板体部82は上側の第1板体84aの下面と下側の第2板体84bの上面を当接しつつ摺動するように構成され、よって軸体80に外力が作用するとき、第1、第2板体84a,84bは板体部82と協働してその力を重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向への変位にガイド(変換)するように構成される。
 その場合、上側と下側の第1、第2板体84a,84bの面上にはリブ84a2,84b2が半径方向(水平軸方向)に相互に間隔をおいてに全方位に延びるように形成されることから、上側と下側の第1、第2板体84a,84bに対する板体部82の摺動抵抗が減少して板体部82は滑らかに摺動することができ、よって第1、第2板体84a,84bは板体部82と協働して軸体80に作用する外力を水平軸方向に一層効果的にガイドすることができる。
 また、ガイド部材84が平坦な板体部82とその上下位置に板体部82に当接可能に配置される平坦な第1、第2板体84a,84bとからなるように構成したので、平坦な部材同士を当接させることとなり、よってカバー12bの水平軸方向の変位量を大きく設定することができる。
 圧縮ばね86は、図示の如く、側面視大略円錐台形状を呈するコイルばねからなると共に、その上底縁部86aが軸体80の上半部に、下底縁部86bがカバー12bに穿設される貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられ、よってカバー12bをシャシ12a、より詳しくはシャシ12aのアッパフレーム12a1の内部空間12a2を形成する上側の第1板体84aに向けて付勢するように構成される。
 弾性部材90は、側面視大略円錐台形状を呈し、中央に貫通孔90aが穿設されると共に、重力軸方向においてカバー12bとガイド部材84(より具体的には上側の第1板体84a)の間に、軸体80を貫通孔90aに挿通させて配置される。
 弾性部材90はゴム、合成樹脂などの適宜な弾性を有する素材から製作されると共に、その中央に穿設される貫通孔90aの周辺は、貫通孔90aの隆起された縁部を形成する上側平坦部(上底縁部)90bと、上側平坦部90bから周辺に向けて下向きに傾斜する斜面90cと、斜面90cが終了した後に連続する下側平坦部(下底縁部)90dとからなる。
 図5に示す如く、弾性部材90において斜面90cは、上側平坦部90bから下側平坦部90dに向けて半径方向に90度の等間隔で延びる4本の突条からなる。
 カバー12bも弾性部材90に相応して側面視大略円錐台形状に形成されると共に、その中央に穿設される貫通孔12b21の周辺は、貫通孔12b21の隆起された縁部を形成する上側平坦部(上底縁部)12b22と、上側平坦部12b22から周辺に向けて下向きに傾斜する斜面12b23と、斜面12b3が終了した後に連続する下側平坦部(下底縁部)12b24とからなる。
 図示の如く、カバー12bの下側平坦部12b24には圧縮ばね86の下底縁部86bを受ける突起からなるばね受け12b25が設けられると共に、軸体80の上半部には圧縮ばね86の上底縁部86aを受ける突起からなるばね受け80bが設けられる。
 軸体80の上半部に設けられるばね受け80bは、軸体80の上端に嵌められるフランジ80b1と、ワッシャ80b2を介してフランジ80b1を図示位置に固定するボルト80b3とからなる。
 圧縮ばね86の下底縁部86bは、より詳しくは、水平軸方向において、弾性部材90の貫通孔90aの中心(軸体80の軸線80aに相当)から弾性部材90の縁部(下側平坦部90dの端部)までの離間距離に相当する距離以上の位置でカバー12bの貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられる。
 弾性部材90の下方とガイド部材84の第1板体84aの間にはリフトワッシャ92が配置される。図示は省略するが、リフトワッシャ92は平面視において円形を呈する円板状の形状を備えると共に、中央に軸体80の外径を僅かに超える程度の内径を有する貫通孔が穿設され、そこに軸体80が挿通される。
 リフトワッシャ92は、ガイド部材84の第1板体84aにその上面の半径方向に形成されるリブ84a2を介して当接させられ、よって軸体80の変位に応じて第1板体84aの上面の上を円滑に摺動するように構成される。
 ガイド部材84の下方には、軸体80の軸線80aを初期位置(中立位置(図示の直立位置))に付勢する付勢部材94が配置される。
 付勢部材94は、詳細な図示は省略するが、平面視において大略環状を呈すると共に、軸体80をその中央孔に挿通させる小径のリング部材94aと、アッパフレーム12a1に固定される同様に環状を呈する大径のリング部材94bと、小径のリング部材94aと大径のリング部材94bの間に120度の等間隔の3箇所において架設される3個の引張りコイル94cとからなる。
 軸体80は付勢部材94の3個の引張りコイル94cによって三方から引っ張られることで常時初期位置に付勢され、力が作用したときも、初期位置に復帰するように構成される。
 付勢部材94の付近には前記した接触センサ40が配置される。接触センサ40は軸体80の下端に収納された永久磁石などの強磁性の磁性体40aと、磁性体40aの付近に所定距離離間した位置にケースに収納されて配置される、ホール効果素子などの磁気感応素子を備えた検出回路40bとからなる。
 ECU44においてCPUは、接触センサ40の出力から、ガイド部材84による軸体80の水平軸方向への移動に基づいてカバー12bとシャシ12aとの間の変位を検知し、車両10と建造物、敷石、動物、人間などの障害物との接触の有無を検出する。
 次いで、この実施形態に係るサスペンション機構76の動作を説明する。
 上記した如く、シャシ12aとカバー12bの間で軸線80aが重力軸方向に一致するように配置される軸体80と、その下半部に設けられる板体部82と、板体部82の上下位置に板体部82に当接可能に配置されると共に、中央に軸体80を挿通させる貫通孔84a1,84b1が配置される第1、第2板体84a,84bとからなるガイド部材84と、カバー12bをシャシ12aに向けて付勢する圧縮ばね86を備えるように構成したので、ガイド部材84において軸体80に設けられる板体部82が上下のガイド部材84の第1、第2板体84a,84bに当接しつつ摺動することとなり、よって軸体80に作用する外力を重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向への変位にガイド(変換)できる。また、ガイド部材84が板体部82とその上下位置に板体部82に当接可能に配置される第1、第2板体84a,84bとからなるように構成したので、平坦な部材(82,84a,84b)同士を当接させることとなり、よってカバー12bの水平軸方向への変位量を大きく設定することができる。
 また、ガイド部材84の上側と下側の第1、第2板体84a,84b面上にリブ84a2,84b2が貫通孔84a1,84b1を中心として半径方向(水平軸方向)に相互に間隔をおいてに全方位に延びるように形成されるように構成したことから、上側と下側の第1、第2板体84a,84bに対する板体部82の摺動抵抗を減少させることができ、板体部82を一層滑らかに摺動させることができ、よって第1、第2板体84a,84bは板体部82と協働して軸体80に作用する力を水平軸方向に一層効果的にガイドすることができる。
 また、圧縮ばね86を上底縁部86aが軸体80の上半部に、下底縁部86bがカバー12bの貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられるように大略円錐台形状に形成し、弾性部材90も大略円錐台形状に形成すると共に、カバー12bも弾性部材90に相応して大略円錐台形状に形成する如く構成したので、弾性部材90とカバー12bの接触面積が増加して車両10の走行時のカバー12bの振動を効果的に抑制することができ、よって車両10の走行時のカバー12bが持ち上げられた際に圧縮ばね86からカバー12bに印加される荷重を分散させることができ、カバー12bの耐久性を向上させることができる。
 即ち、図6に示す如く、圧縮ばね86の下底縁部86bにおける荷重によってカバー12bとリフトワッシャ92の縁部がガイド部材84の第1板体84aに押し付けられ、その結果として軸体80が上方に持ち上げられるため、板体部82を介して第1板体84aに押し付けられることとなり、それによって車両10の走行時のカバー12bの振動を一層効果的に抑制することができる。
 また、圧縮ばね86は側面視大略円錐台形状を呈するコイルばねからなると共に、上底縁部86aが軸体80の上半部に、下底縁部86bがカバー12bに穿設される貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられるように構成したので、ユーザなどによってカバー12bが圧縮ばね86の付勢力(荷重)に抗して重力軸方向において上方に持ち上げられたとき、図7に示す如く、圧縮ばね86は、カバー12bと側面視において大略平行となる。それによってカバー12bが持ち上げられたときの圧縮ばね86の周りのスペースを比較的小さくすることができる。
 以上述べた如く、この実施形態にあっては、シャシ12aにサスペンション機構76を介して変位可能に取り付けられるカバー12bを備える作業車両10において、前記サスペンション機構76が、前記シャシ12aとカバー12bの間で軸線80aが重力軸方向に一致するように配置され、上半部が前記カバー12bに穿設された貫通孔12b21に挿通されて前記カバー12bの上方に延びると共に、下半部が前記シャシ12aに向けて延びる軸体80と、前記軸体80の下半部に設けられる板体部82と、前記重力軸方向において前記板体部82の上下位置に板体部82に当接可能に配置されると共に、中央に前記軸体80を挿通させる貫通孔84a1,84b1がそれぞれ穿設される複数個の板体(第1板体84a,第2板体84b)とからなるガイド部材84と、大略円錐台形状を呈すると共に、上底縁部86aが前記軸体80の上半部に、下底縁部86bが前記カバー12bの貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられて前記カバー12bを前記シャシ12aに向けて付勢する圧縮ばね86と、大略円錐台形状を呈し、中央に貫通孔90aが穿設されると共に、前記重力軸方向において前記カバー12bと前記ガイド部材84の間に、前記軸体80を前記貫通孔90aに挿通させて配置される弾性部材90とを備えると共に、前記カバー12bが前記弾性部材90に相応して大略円錐台形状に形成される如く構成したので、ガイド部材84において軸体80に設けられる板体部82が上下のガイド部材84の複数個の板体84a,84bに当接しつつ摺動することとなり、よって軸体80に作用する外力を重力軸方向に直交する水平軸方向への変位にガイド(変換)することができる。
 また、ガイド部材84が板体部82とその上下位置に板体部82に当接可能に配置される第1、第2板体84a,84bとからなるように構成したので、平坦な部材(82,84a,84b)同士を当接させることとなり、よってカバー12bの水平軸方向への変位量を大きく設定することができる。
 また、圧縮ばね86を上底縁部86aが軸体80の上半部に、下底縁部86bがカバー12bの貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられるように大略円錐台形状に形成し、弾性部材90も大略円錐台形状を形成すると共に、カバー12bも弾性部材90に相応して大略円錐台形状に形成する如く構成したので、弾性部材90とカバー12bの接触面積が増加して車両10の走行時のカバー12bの振動を効果的に抑制することができ、よって車両10の走行時のカバー12bの振動による走行時の騒音を低減することができる。
 また、前記圧縮ばね86の下底縁部86bは、前記水平軸方向において、前記弾性部材90の前記貫通孔90aの中心90a1から縁部(下側平坦部90dの端部)までの離間距離に相当する距離以上の位置で前記カバー12bの前記貫通孔12b21の周辺に取り付けられるように構成したので、弾性部材90とカバー12bの接触面積が一層増加し、それによって車両10の走行時のカバー12bの振動を一層効果的に抑制することができる。
 また、前記カバー12bが前記圧縮ばね86の付勢力に抗して前記重力軸方向において上方に持ち上げられたとき、前記圧縮ばね86は、前記カバー12bと側面視において大略平行となるように構成したので、上記した効果に加え、それによってカバー12bが持ち上げられた際に圧縮ばね86からカバー12bに印加される荷重を分散させることができ、カバー12bの耐久性を向上させることができる。
 また、前記軸体80の前記軸線80aを初期位置に付勢する付勢部材94を備えるように構成したので、カバー12bの水平軸方向への変位量を一層大きく設定できると共に、車両10の走行時のカバー12bの振動を一層効果的に抑制することができる。
 また、前記軸体80の前記水平軸方向への移動に応じて前記カバー12bと前記シャシ12aの間の変位を示す出力を生じる接触センサ40を備えるように構成したので、上記した効果に加え、接触センサ40の出力から障害物との接触を容易に検出することができる。
 尚、上記において、車両10として作業エリアARの周縁に配置されるエリアワイヤ72の磁界を検出しながら走行(自律走行)する作業車両を例示したが、車両10は、その種の車両に限られるものではない。
 また、車両10を芝刈り車両に適用したが、この発明はそれに限られるものではなく、他の作業車両に適用可能である。
 また、ガイド部材84の複数個の板体が板体部82の上下位置に板体部82に当接可能に配置される第1板体84aと第2板体84bからなる2個の板体からなるように構成したが、それに限られるものではなく、ガイド部材84は3個以上の板体からなるようにしても良い。

Claims (5)

  1.  シャシと、前記シャシにサスペンション機構を介して変位可能に取り付けられるカバーを備える作業車両において、前記サスペンション機構が、
     前記シャシとカバーの間で軸線が重力軸方向に一致するように配置され、上半部が前記カバーに穿設された貫通孔に挿通されて前記カバーの上方に延びると共に、下半部が前記シャシに向けて延びる軸体と、
     前記軸体の下半部に設けられる板体部と、前記重力軸方向において前記板体部の上下位置に前記板体部に当接可能に配置されると共に、中央に前記軸体が挿通される貫通孔がそれぞれ穿設される複数個の板体とからなるガイド部材と、
     大略円錐台形状を呈すると共に、上底縁部が前記軸体の上半部に、下底縁部が前記カバーの貫通孔の周辺に取り付けられて前記カバーを前記シャシに向けて付勢する圧縮ばねと、
     大略円錐台形状を呈し、中央に貫通孔が穿設されると共に、前記重力軸方向において前記カバーと前記ガイド部材の間に、前記軸体を前記貫通孔に挿通させて配置される弾性部材と、
    を備えると共に、前記カバーが前記弾性部材に相応して大略円錐台形状に形成されることを特徴とする作業車両。
  2.  前記圧縮ばねの下底縁部は、前記弾性部材の前記貫通孔の中心から前記弾性部材の縁部までの離間距離に相当する距離以上の位置で前記カバーの前記貫通孔の周辺に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の作業車両。
  3.  前記カバーが前記圧縮ばねの付勢力に抗して前記重力軸方向において上方に持ち上げられたとき、前記圧縮ばねは、前記カバーと側面視において大略平行となることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の作業車両。
  4.  前記軸体の前記軸線を初期位置に付勢する付勢部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。
  5.  前記軸体の前記水平方向への移動に応じて前記カバーと前記シャシの間の変位を示す出力を生じる接触センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の作業車両。
