Description

基地局装置、端末装置およびその通信方法
 本発明は、基地局装置、端末装置およびその通信方法に関する。
 本願は、2017年1月5日に日本に出願された特願2017-000506号について優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 3GPP(The Third Generation Partnership Project)で仕様化されたLTE(Long Term Evolution)等の移動通信システムでは、OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)をベースとした無線マルチプルアクセスが採用される(OFDMA:Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Accessと呼ばれる)。OFDMは、CP(Cyclic Prefix)を挿入することで周波数選択性フェージングチャネルにおいて、信号の周期性を維持することができる。LTEにおけるOFDMAでは、基地局装置は、同じサブキャリア間隔から成るサブキャリアを用いて、セル内の全て端末装置と通信を行うため、サブキャリア間の直交性が維持される。
 3GPPでは、OFDMAを用いた第5世代移動通信システム(5G)のマルチプルアクセスの検討も行われている。5Gでは、高い周波数利用効率で大容量通信を行うeMBB(enhanced Mobile Broadband)と、多数端末を収容するmMTC(massive Machine Type Communication)と、高信頼な低遅延通信を実現するuRLLC(Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communication)という3つのユースケースの要求条件を満たす無線マルチプルアクセスの仕様化が進められている(非特許文献1)。このため、5GにおけるOFDMAでは、各ユースケースに適したOFDMシンボル長が用いられる。例えば、uRLLCに用いるOFDMシンボル長は、eMBBに用いるOFDMシンボル長よりも短くすることで、低遅延な通信を実現する。OFDMシンボル長は、サブキャリア間隔を変えることで調整することができる(非特許文献2)。

 しかしながら、OFDMにおいて、サブキャリア間隔が異なると、各サブキャリアのサイドローブが異なる。また、通信を行う周波数バンドによって、異なるサブキャリア間隔が用いられる場合もある。このため、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いて基地局装置と端末装置が通信を行う無線マルチプルアクセスでは、サブキャリア間隔が変わることにより、帯域外輻射や隣接チャネルに与える干渉等が異なるという問題がある。
 本発明の一態様はこのような事情を鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いた無線マルチプルアクセスによって基地局装置と端末装置が通信を行う通信システムにおいて、サブキャリア間隔が異なることによる帯域外輻射や隣接チャネルに与える干渉等を柔軟に調整することが可能な基地局装置、端末装置及び通信方法を提供することにある。
 上述した課題を解決するために本発明の一態様に係る基地局装置、端末装置および通信方法の構成は、次の通りである。
 (1)本発明の一態様は、基地局装置と通信をする端末装置であって、OFDM信号のサブキャリア間隔に関する情報を前記基地局装置から受信する受信部と、前記サブキャリア間隔に関する情報に基づいて、OFDM信号を用いて上りリンクデータチャネルを前記基地局装置に送信する送信部と、を備え、前記送信部は、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いて前記OFDM信号を生成し、前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルをマッピングしたサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力を設定する。
 (2)また、本発明の一態様は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力は、少なくとも目標受信電力値と上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックの数によって定まる第1の補正値に基づいて設定され、前記リソースブロックは、複数のサブキャリアと複数のOFDMシンボルから一意に定まる無線リソースの領域であり、前記目標受信電力値は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックに含まれるサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて設定される。
 (3)また、本発明の一態様は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックに含まれるサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔が、前記複数のサブキャリア間隔に含まれる第1のサブキャリア間隔に対してN倍の場合、前記目標受信電力値は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルが第1のサブキャリア間隔でサブキャリアが配置されたリソースブロックにマッピングされた場合の1/Nに設定される。
 (4)また、本発明の一態様は、前記受信部は、下りリンク制御情報を前記基地局装置から受信し、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力は、少なくとも目標受信電力値と上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックの数によって定まる第1の補正値に基づいて設定され、前記リソースブロックは、複数のサブキャリアと複数のOFDMシンボルから一意に定まる無線リソースの領域であり、前記下りリンク制御情報は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力制御コマンドを含み、前記送信部は、サブキャリア間隔毎に、前記送信電力制御コマンドと前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力に対する第2の補正値とを関連付けるテーブルを有する。
 (5)また、本発明の一態様は、前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルを複数の周波数バンドにおけるサブキャリアにマッピングし、前記周波数バンド毎は、サブキャリア間隔が設定されており、前記第2の補正値は、前記サブキャリア間隔に基づいて電力の増減幅が設定されている。
 (6)また、本発明の一態様は、前記送信部は、上りリンクデータチャネルが割当てられるサブキャリア間隔が変更される場合、前記第2の補正値を初期値にする。
 (7)また、本発明の一態様は、前記送信部は、前記目標受信電力値の基準となるサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記第2の補正値を設定する。
 (8)また、本発明の一態様は、前記送信部は、前記第1の補正値の基準となるサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記第2の補正値を設定する。
 (9)また、本発明の一態様は、前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力が最大送信電力を超えない範囲で設定し、前記複数のサブキャリア間隔に含まれる最小のサブキャリア間隔を用いて前記上りリンクデータチャネルを送信する場合、前記最大送信電力の下限値は、前記複数のサブキャリア間隔に含まれるその他のサブキャリア間隔により前記上りリンクデータチャネルを送信する場合に対して小さく設定される。
 (10)また、本発明の一態様は、前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルを送信に用いるサブキャリア間隔を変更する場合、パワーヘッドルームレポートを前記基地局装置に送信する。
 (11)本発明の一態様は、基地局装置と通信する端末装置の通信方法であって、OFDM信号のサブキャリア間隔に関する情報を前記基地局装置から受信する受信ステップと、前記サブキャリア間隔に関する情報に基づいて、OFDM信号を用いて上りリンクデータチャネルを前記基地局装置に送信する送信ステップと、を有し、前記送信ステップは、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いて前記OFDM信号を生成し、前記送信ステップは、前記上りリンクデータチャネルをマッピングしたサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力を設定する。
 本発明の一又は複数の態様によれば、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いた無線マルチプルアクセスによって基地局装置と端末装置が通信を行う通信システムにおいて、サブキャリア間隔が異なることによる帯域外輻射や隣接チャネルに与える干渉等を柔軟に調整することができる。

 本実施形態に係る通信システムは、基地局装置(セル、スモールセル、サービングセル、コンポーネントキャリア、eNodeB、Home eNodeB、gNodeB、アクセスポイント)および端末装置(UE:User Equipment、端末、移動局、移動端末、加入者ユニット)を備える。該通信システムにおいて、下りリンクの場合、基地局装置は送信装置(送信点、送信アンテナ群、送信アンテナポート群)となり、端末装置は受信装置(受信点、受信端末、受信アンテナ群、受信アンテナポート群)となる。上りリンクの場合、基地局装置は受信装置となり、端末装置は送信装置となる。前記通信システムは、D2D(Device-to-Device)通信にも適用可能である。その場合、送信装置も受信装置も共に端末装置になる。なお、基地局装置は、RRH(Remote Radio Head、基地局装置より小型の屋外型の無線部を有する装置、Remote Radio Unit: RRUとも称す)を含むものとする。RRHは、リモートアンテナ、分散アンテナとも呼称する。RRHは、基地局装置の特殊な形態ともいえる。例えば、RRHは信号処理部のみを有し、他の基地局装置によってRRHで用いられるパラメータの設定、スケジューリングの決定などが行われる基地局装置ということができる。
 前記通信システムは、人間が介入する端末装置と基地局装置間のデータ通信に限定されるものではなく、MTC(Machine Type Communication)、M2M通信(Machine-to-Machine Communication)、IoT(Internet of Things)用通信、NB-IoT(Narrow Band-IoT)等(以下、MTCと呼ぶ)の人間の介入を必要としないデータ通信の形態にも、適用することができる。この場合、端末装置がMTC端末とも称する。
 前記通信システムの無線マルチプルアクセスは、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおいて、OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)の伝送方式をベースとしたOFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency Multiple Access)を用いることができる。前記通信システムの無線マルチプルアクセスは、DFT‐S‐OFDM(Discrete Fourier Transform- Spread - OFDM)やClustered DFT‐S‐OFDMの伝送方式をベースとしたSC-FDMAを用いることもできる。前記通信システムは、フィルタを適用したFBMC(Filter Bank Multi Carrier)、f-OFDM(Filtered - OFDM)、UF-OFDM(Universal Filtered - OFDM)、W-OFDM(Windowing - OFDM)、スパース符号を用いる伝送方式(SCMA:Sparse Code Multiple Access)などを用いることもできる。さらに、前記通信システムは、DFTプレコーディングを適用し、上記のフィルタを用いる信号波形を用いてもよい。さらに、前記通信システムは、前記伝送方式において、符号拡散、インターリーブ、スパース符号等を施すこともできる。なお、以下の実施形態では、上りリンクはDFTS-OFDM伝送を用い、下りリンクはOFDM伝送を用いた場合で説明するが、これに限らず、他の伝送方式を適用することができる。
 以下の実施形態に係る基地局装置及び端末装置は、無線事業者がサービスを提供する国や地域から使用許可(免許)が得られた、いわゆるライセンスバンド(licensed band)と呼ばれる周波数バンド、及び/又は、国や地域からの使用許可(免許)を必要としない、いわゆるアンライセンスバンド(unlicensed band)と呼ばれる周波数バンドで通信することができる。
 本実施形態において、“X/Y”は、“XまたはY”の意味を含む。本実施形態において、“X/Y”は、“XおよびY”の意味を含む。本実施形態において、“X/Y”は、“Xおよび/またはY”の意味を含む。
 (第1の実施形態)
 図1は、本実施形態に係る通信システムの構成例を示す図である。本実施形態における通信システムは、基地局装置10、端末装置20-1~20-n1(n1は基地局装置10と接続している端末装置数)を備える。端末装置20-1~20-n1を総称して端末装置20とも称する。カバレッジ10aは、基地局装置10が端末装置20と接続可能な範囲(通信エリア)である(セルとも呼ぶ)。
 図1の通信システムにおいて、以下の上りリンク物理チャネルが含まれる。上りリンク物理チャネルは、上位層から出力された情報を送信するために使用される。
・物理上りリンク制御チャネル
・物理上りリンク共有チャネル
・物理ランダムアクセスチャネル
 物理上りリンク制御チャネルは、上りリンク制御情報(UCI:Uplink Control Information)を送信するために用いられる物理チャネルである。
 上りリンク制御情報は、下りリンクデータ(下りリンクトランスポートブロック、DL-SCH:Downlink-Shared Channel)に対する肯定応答(positive acknowledgement、ACK)/否定応答(negative acknowledgement、NACK)を含む。ACK/NACKは、送達確認を示す信号、HARQ-ACK、HARQフィードバックとも称される。上りリンク制御情報は、SR(Scheduling Request)を含むこともできる。
 上りリンク制御情報は、下りリンクのチャネル状態情報(CSI:Channel State Information)を含むこともできる。前記チャネル状態情報は、好適な空間多重数(レイヤ数)を示すランク指標(RI:Rank Indicator)、好適なプレコーダを示すプレコーディング行列指標(PMI:Precoding Matrix Indicator)、好適な伝送レートを指定するチャネル品質指標(CQI:Channel Quality Indicator)などを含む。前記PMIは、端末装置によって決定されるコードブックを示す。該コードブックは、物理下りリンク共有チャネルのプレコーディングに関連する。前記CQIは、所定の帯域における好適な変調方式(例えば、BPSK(Binary Phase Shift Keying)、QPSK(quadrature Phase Shift Keying)、16QAM(quadrature amplitude modulation)、64QAM、256QAMなど)、符号化率(coding rate)とすることができる。
 物理上りリンク共有チャネルは、上りリンクデータ(上りリンクトランスポートブロック、UL-SCH)を送信するために用いられる物理チャネルである。物理上りリンク共有チャネルは、下りリンクデータに対するACK/NACKおよび/またはチャネル状態情報を送信するために用いられてもよい。物理上りリンク共有チャネルは、上りリンク制御情報を送信するために用いられてもよい。物理上りリンク共有チャネルは、上りリンクデータに巡回冗長検査(CRC:Cyclic Redundancy Check)を付加して生成してもよい。CRCは、端末装置の識別子(UE ID:User Equipment Identifierとも呼ぶ。)を表す系列を用いてスクランブル(排他的論理和演算、マスク、暗号化とも呼ぶ。)されてもよい。UE IDとして、C-RNTI(Cell - Radio Network Temporary Identifier)、Temporary C-RNTI(T C-RNTI)、SPS C-RNTI(Semi Persistent Scheduling C -RNTI)などを用いることができる。例えば、UE IDは、端末装置がセルアップデート手順により新しいセルにアクセスした時に、基地局装置によって、該端末装置に割り当てられる。基地局装置は、各端末装置にUE IDを通知する。UE IDは、ランダムアクセス手順におけるメッセージ2(ランダムアクセス応答、RAR:Random Access Response)/メッセージ4(Contention Resolution)に含めることもできる。UE IDは、無線リソース制御(RRC:Radio Resource Control)メッセージに含めることもできる。
 物理上りリンク共有チャネルは、RRCメッセージを送信するために用いられる。RRCメッセージは、無線リソース制御層において処理される情報/信号である。RRCメッセージは、端末装置のUE Capabilityを含めることができる。UE Capabilityは、該端末装置がサポートする機能を示す情報である。物理上りリンク共有チャネルは、MAC CE(Control Element)を送信するために用いられる。MAC
 CEは、媒体アクセス制御(MAC: Medium Access Control)層において処理(送信)される情報/信号である。例えば、パワーヘッドルームは、MAC CEに含まれ、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを経由して報告されてもよい。すなわち、MAC CEのフィールドが、パワーヘッドルームのレベルを示すために用いられる。上りリンクデータは、RRCメッセージ、MAC CEを含むことができる。
 物理ランダムアクセスチャネルは、ランダムアクセスに用いるプリアンブルを送信するために用いられる。
 上りリンクでは、上りリンク物理信号として上りリンク参照信号(Uplink Reference Signal: UL RS)が用いられる。上りリンク物理信号は、上位層から出力された情報を送信するためには使用されないが、物理層によって使用される。上りリンク参照信号には、復調用参照信号(DMRS: Demodulation Reference Signal)、サウンディング参照信号(SRS: Sounding Reference Signal)が含まれる。
 復調用参照信号は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルまたは物理上りリンク制御チャネルの送信に関連する。例えば、基地局装置10は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルまたは物理上りリンク制御チャネルを復調する際の伝搬路補正を行うために復調用参照信号を使用する。復調用参照信号系列は、基地局装置10のセルIDに関連付けて生成されうる。復調用参照信号系列は、サイクリックシフト及びOCC(Orthogonal Cover Code)を施して、生成されうる。
 サウンディング参照信号は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルまたは物理上りリンク制御チャネルの送信に関連しない。例えば、基地局装置10は、上りリンクのチャネル状態を測定(CSI Measurement)するためにサウンディング参照信号を使用する。
 図1の通信システムでは、以下の下りリンク物理チャネルが用いられる。下りリンク物理チャネルは、上位層から出力された情報を送信するために使用される。
・物理報知チャネル
・物理制御フォーマット指標チャネル
・物理ハイブリッド自動再送要求指標チャネル
・物理下りリンク制御チャネル
・物理下りリンク共有チャネル
 物理報知チャネルは、端末装置で共通に用いられるマスターインフォメーションブロック(Master Information Block: MIB, Broadcast Channel: BCH)を報知するために用いられる。MIBは、システム情報である。物理報知チャネルは、ブロードキャストする制御情報を含む。例えば、物理報知チャネルは、下りリンクシステム帯域、システムフレーム番号(SFN:System Frame Number)、基地局装置によって使用される送信アンテナ数などの情報を含む。
 物理制御フォーマット指標チャネルは、下りリンク制御情報を送信可能な領域を通知するために用いられる。例えば、物理制御フォーマット指標チャネルは、下りリンク制御情報を送信するために、各サブフレームの先頭から何個のOFDMシンボルが確保されているか、を示す。
 物理ハイブリッド自動再送要求指標チャネルは、物理上りリンク共有チャネルに対するACK/NACKを送信するために用いられる。
 物理下りリンク制御チャネルは、下りリンク制御情報(DCI:Downlink Control Information)を送信するために用いられる。下りリンク制御情報は、用途に基づいた複数のフォーマット(DCIフォーマットとも称する)が定義される。各フォーマットは、用途に応じて使われる。下りリンク制御情報は、下りリンクデータ送信のための制御情報(下りリンクデータ送信に関する制御情報)と上りリンクデータ送信のための制御情報(上りリンクデータ送信に関する制御情報)を含む。
 下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットは、物理下りリンク共有チャネルのスケジューリングに用いられる。下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットを、下りリンクグラント(DL Grant、下りリンクアサインメント)とも称する。下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットには、物理下りリンク共有チャネルのリソース割り当てに関する情報、物理下りリンク共有チャネルに対するMCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme)に関する情報、HARQプロセス番号、下りリンクデータの再送に関する情報などの下りリンク制御情報が含まれる。下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットは、物理上りリンクチャネル(例えば、物理上りリンク制御チャネル、物理上りリンク共有チャネル)や参照信号(例えば、サウンディング参照信号)に対する送信電力制御(TPC;Transmit Power Control)を含めることができる。
 上りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットは、物理上りリンク共有チャネルの送信に関する制御情報を端末装置に通知するために用いられる。上りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットを、上りリンクグラント(UL Grant、上りリンクアサインメント)とも称する。上りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットは、物理上りリンク共有チャネルのリソース割り当てに関する情報、物理上りリンク共有チャネルのMCSに関する情報、上りリンクデータ(物理上りリンク共有チャネル)の再送に関する情報、物理上りリンクチャネルに対する送信電力制御、復調用参照信号のためのサイクリックシフトに関する情報、下りリンクのチャネル状態情報(CSI:Channel State Information、受信品質情報とも称する。)要求(CSI request)、HARQプロセス番号などの上りリンク制御情報を含むことができる。なお、上りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットに含まれる1又は複数の情報は、下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットに含めることもできる。
 物理下りリンク制御チャネルは、下りリンク制御情報に巡回冗長検査(CRC:Cyclic Redundancy Check)を付加して生成される。物理下りリンク制御チャネルにおいて、CRCは、端末装置の識別子(UE ID)を用いてスクランブルされる。例えば、CRCは、セル無線ネットワーク一時的識別子(C-RNTI:Cell- Radio Network Temporary Identifier)を用いて、スクランブルされる。
 物理下りリンク共有チャネルは、下りリンクデータ(下りリンクトランスポートブロック、DL-SCH)を送信するために用いられる。物理下りリンク共有チャネルは、システムインフォメーションメッセージ(SIB:System Information Block)を送信するために用いられる。SIBは、セル内における複数の端末装置に対して共通(セル固有)に送信することができる。端末装置スペシフィック(ユーザ固有)な情報は、ある端末装置に対して専用のSIBを使用して送信されうる。なお、システムインフォメーションメッセージの一部又は全部は、RRCメッセージに含めることができる。
 物理下りリンク共有チャネルは、RRCメッセージを送信するために用いられる。基地局装置から送信されるRRCメッセージは、セル内における複数の端末装置に対して共通(セル固有)であってもよい。セル内の端末装置に共通な情報は、セル固有のRRCメッセージを使用して送信されうる。基地局装置から送信されるRRCメッセージは、ある端末装置に対して専用のメッセージ(dedicated signalingとも称する)であってもよい。端末装置スペシフィック(ユーザ固有)な情報は、ある端末装置に対して専用のRRCメッセージを使用して送信されうる。
 物理下りリンク共有チャネルは、MAC CEを送信するために用いられる。RRCメッセージおよび/またはMAC CEを、上位層の信号(higher layer signaling)とも称する。物理下りリンク共有チャネルは、基地局装置が各端末装置に情報データを送信するために用いられる。
 物理下りリンク共有チャネルは、巡回冗長検査(CRC:Cyclic Redundancy Check)を付加して生成される。CRCは、端末装置の識別子(UE ID)を用いてスクランブルされる。
 図1の下りリンクでは、下りリンク物理信号として同期信号(Synchronization signal: SS)、下りリンク参照信号(Downlink Reference Signal: DL RS)が用いられる。下りリンク物理信号は、上位層から出力された情報を送信するためには使用されないが、物理層によって使用される。
 同期信号は、端末装置が、下りリンクの周波数領域および時間領域の同期を取得/追跡ために用いられる。下りリンク参照信号は、端末装置が、下りリンク物理チャネルの伝搬路補正を行なうために用いられる。例えば、下りリンク参照信号は、物理報知チャネル、物理下りリンク共有チャネル、物理下りリンク制御チャネルを復調するために用いられる。下りリンク参照信号は、端末装置が、下りリンクのチャネル状態情報を算出(measurement)するために用いることもできる。また、各種チャネルを復調するために用いられる参照信号とmeasurementするために用いられる参照信号は異なってもよい(例えば、各種チャネルを復調するために用いられる参照信号はLTEにおけるDMRS:Demodulation Reference Signalが用いられ、measurementにはCSI-RSが用いられる。各種チャネルを復調するために用いられる参照信号とmeasurementするために用いられる参照信号は同一であってもよい。(例えば、CRS:Cell-specific Reference Signal)。
 下りリンク物理チャネルおよび下りリンク物理信号を総称して、下りリンク信号とも称する。また、上りリンク物理チャネルおよび上りリンク物理信号を総称して、上りリンク信号とも称する。また、下りリンク物理チャネルおよび上りリンク物理チャネルを総称して、物理チャネルとも称する。また、下りリンク物理信号および上りリンク物理信号を総称して、物理信号とも称する。
 BCH、UL-SCHおよびDL-SCHは、トランスポートチャネルである。MAC層で用いられるチャネルを、トランスポートチャネルと称する。MAC層で用いられるトランスポートチャネルの単位を、トランスポートブロック(TB:Transport Block)、または、MAC PDU(Protocol Data Unit)とも称する。トランスポートブロックは、MAC層が物理層に渡す(deliverする)データの単位である。物理層において、トランスポートブロックはコードワードにマップされ、コードワード毎に符号化処理などが行なわれる。
 図1において、基地局装置10及び端末装置20は、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおいて、グラントベースのマルチプルアクセスをサポートする(グラントベースアクセス、スケジュールドアクセスとも呼ばれる)。下りリンクにおいて、基地局装置10は、端末装置20に対して下りリンクグラントで通知した物理リソース(リソース割り当てに関する情報で通知)を用いて、下りリンク物理チャネルを送信する。上りリンクにおいて、端末装置20は、基地局装置10によって上りリンクグラントで指示された物理リソース(リソース割り当てに関する情報で通知)を用いて、上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する。物理リソースは、時間領域(OFDMシンボル)と周波数領域(サブキャリア)で定義されるリソースである。
 基地局装置10及び端末装置20は、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおいて、グラントフリー(グラントレス、コンテンションベースとも呼ばれる)を用いたマルチプルアクセス(グラントフリーアクセスとも呼ばれる)をサポートすることもできる。例えば、上りリンクのグラントフリーアクセスにおいて、端末装置20は、基地局装置10から上りリンクグラントの受信に依らず(上りリンクグラントの受信なしで)、上りリンクデータ(上り物理リンクチャネルなど)を送信する。基地局装置10は、グラントフリーアクセスをサポートすることを示す情報を、報知チャネル/RRCメッセージ/システムインフォメーション(例えば、SIB)を用いて、端末装置20に通知することができる。端末装置20は、グラントフリーアクセスをサポートすることを示すUE Capabilityを、基地局装置10に通知することができる。
 上りリンクグラントフリーアクセスにおいて、端末装置20は、上りリンクデータを送信する物理リソースをランダムに選択するようにしてもよい。例えば、端末装置20は、利用可能な複数の物理リソースの候補がリソースプールとして基地局装置10から通知される。該リソースプールは、報知チャネル/RRCメッセージ/システムインフォメーションで通知される。端末装置20は、前記リソースプールからランダムに物理リソースを選択する。
 上りリンクグラントフリーアクセスにおいて、前記上りリンクマルチアクセスリソースは、署名リソース(Multi Access Signature Resource)と前記物理リソース(Multi Access Physical Resource)で定義される。物理リソースと署名リソースは、各端末装置が送信した上りリンク物理チャネルを特定することに用いられうる。前記署名リソースの候補は、前記リソースプールに含まれる。端末装置20は、前記リソースプールから署名リソースを選択する。署名リソースは、複数のマルチアクセス署名群(マルチアクセス署名プールとも呼ばれる)のうち、少なくとも1つのマルチアクセス署名で構成される。マルチアクセス署名は、各端末装置が送信する上りリンク物理チャネルを区別(同定)する特徴(目印、指標)を示す情報である。マルチアクセス署名は、空間多重パターン、拡散符号パターン(Walsh符号、OCC;Orthogonal Cover Code、データ拡散用のサイクリックシフト、スパース符号など)、インターリーブパターン、復調用参照信号パターン(参照信号系列、サイクリックシフト)、送信電力、等が含まれる。グラントフリーアクセスにおいて、端末装置は、選択した1つ又は複数のマルチアクセス署名を用いて、上りリンクデータを送信する。
 基地局装置10は、サブキャリア間隔f_scsをもつOFDMを用いて、下りリンク信号を端末装置20に送信する。端末装置20は、サブキャリア間隔f_scsをもつDFT-s-OFDMを用いて、上りリンク信号を基地局装置10に送信する。図1の通信システムでは、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおいて、複数のサブキャリア間隔f_scsが定義される。例えば、サブキャリア間隔f_scsは、n_scs×f_scs_oで定義される。f_scs_oはリファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔[Hz]である。n_scsは、2a 、又は2(-a)である(aは自然数)。n_scsは、ab(aは自然数、bは1又は-1)と定義してもよい。基地局装置10は、複数のサブキャリア間隔のうちの何れか用いて、端末装置20に下りリンク信号を送信する。端末装置20は、複数のサブキャリア間隔のうちの何れかを用いて、基地局装置10に下りリンク信号を送信する。
 端末装置20は、サポートするサブキャリア間隔を示す情報を、UE Capabilityに含めて、基地局装置10に通知することができる。基地局装置10は、端末装置20に対して、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおける物理チャネルで用いるサブキャリア間隔を通知する。前記サブキャリア間隔は、報知チャネル/RRCメッセージ/システムインフォメーション/DCIを用いて、通知される。基地局装置10は、下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットに、上りリンクのサブキャリア間隔に関する制御情報を含めることもできる。前記サブキャリア間隔は、前記マルチアクセス(グラントフリーアクセス、スケジュールドアクセス)と関連付けてもよい。例えば、グラントフリーアクセスで用いるサブキャリア間隔は、スケジュールドアクセスで用いるサブキャリア間隔より大きく設定される。サブキャリア間隔は、UE IDと関連付けてもよい。例えば、サブキャリア間隔毎に、割り当てられるUE IDの範囲を設定することができる。この場合、端末装置20は、基地局装置10が自端末装置に割当てたUE IDによって、物理チャネルの送信に用いられるサブキャリア間隔を特定することができる。基地局装置10は、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおける物理チャネル送信に用いるリソース割り当てに関する情報を、DCIによって、サブキャリア間隔毎に通知することができる。
 図2は、本実施形態に係る実施形態に係る通信システムの物理リソースの一例を示す図である。図2は、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHz(n_scs=1)の例である。図3は、本実施形態に係る実施形態に係る通信システムの物理リソースの別例を示す図である。図2は、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHz(n_scs=2)の例である。基地局装置10は、システム帯域毎に、サブキャリア間隔を設定することができる。基地局装置10は、端末装置20に対する上りリンク及び下りリンク物理チャネルのサービス品質QoS(Quality of Service)、TTI;Transmission Time Intervalや用途(eMBB,mMTC、uRLLC)によって、各システム帯域に用いるサブキャリア間隔を設定してもよい。TTIは、スケジューリングの最小時間単位である。eMBB(enhanced Mobile Broadband)は高い周波数利用効率で大容量通信を行うことを用途とする。mMTC(massive Machine Type Communication)は多数端末を収容し、各端末に対して小さいデータを伝送することを用途とする。uRLLC(Ultra-Reliable and Low Latency Communication)は高信頼かつ低遅延で通信することを用途する。
 本実施形態に係る実施形態に係る通信システムは、物理チャネルの送信に用いる周波数バンド毎に、サブキャリア間隔を設定することもできる。該通信システムでは、各周波数バンドに、デフォルトとなるサブキャリア間隔を設定してもよい。例えば、2つの周波数バンドを用いる場合、高い周波数バンドにおけるデフォルトとなるサブキャリア間隔は、低い周波数バンドおけるデフォルトとなるサブキャリア間隔より大きく設定される。基地局装置10及び端末装置20は、周波数バンドに従って、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔を用いて、物理チャネルを送信する。
 本実施形態に係る通信システムでは、物理チャネルをマッピングするため所定のリソース割り当てユニットが定義される。リソース割り当てユニットは、サブキャリア数及びOFDMシンボル数(DFT-S-OFDMを用いる場合、SC-FDMAシンボル数)で定義される。基地局装置10は、上りリンクグラント及び下りリンクグラントにおけるリソース割り当てに関する情報を、リソース割り当てユニット数で通知することができる。図2及び図3では、リソース割り当てユニットは12個のサブキャリアと14個のOFDMシンボルで構成される例である(図2におけるリソース割り当てユニットA、図3におけるリソース割り当てユニットB)。図2及び図3は、サブキャリア間隔に依らず、同一のサブキャリア数でリソース割り当てユニットが定義される例である。なお、リソース割り当てユニットのサブキャリア数は、サブキャリア間隔に依存して、定義されてもよい。例えば、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHz(n_scs=1)の場合、リソース割り当てユニットは12個のサブキャリアから構成され、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHz(n_scs=2)の場合、リソース割り当てユニットは6個のサブキャリアから構成される。
 リソース割り当てユニットを構成するOFDMシンボル数は、サービス品質QoS、TTI;Transmission Time Interval、や用途(eMBB,mMTC、uRLLC)によって、異なる設定を用いることができる。TTIは、スケジューリングの最小時間単位である。例えば、リソース割り当てユニットを構成するOFDMシンボル数は、サブフレーム単位、スロット単位、ミニスロット単位で設定される。図4は、本実施形態に係る通信システムの無線フレーム構成例を示す図である。無線フレーム構成は、時間領域の物理リソースにおける構成を示す。図4は、サブキャリア間隔SCS=15kHzの例である。下りリンク及び上りリンクにおいて、1つの無線フレームは、複数のサブフレームから構成される。図4は、1つの無線フレームが10個のサブフレームから構成される例である。図4は、1つのサブフレームが14つのOFDMシンボルから構成される例である。例えば、サブキャリア間隔15kHzにおける無線フレーム長が10msの場合、サブフレーム長は1msとなる。リソース割り当てユニットがサブフレーム単位で設定される場合、リソース割り当てユニットを構成するOFDMシンボル数は、14個となる。
 1つのスロットは、基地局装置10及び端末装置20が物理チャネル及び物理信号の送信に用いるサブキャリア間隔において生成される複数のOFDMシンボルから構成される。図4は、1つのスロットが7つのOFDMシンボルから構成される例である。図4は、1つのサブフレームが2つのスロットから構成される例である。例えば、サブキャリア間隔15kHzにおけるサブフレーム長が1msの場合、スロット長は0.5msとなる。本実施形態に係る通信システムは、スロットを、基地局装置10及び端末装置20が物理チャネル(例えば、物理データ共有チャネル、物理制御チャネル)をマッピングする最小単位としてもよい。この場合、リソース割り当てユニットを構成するOFDMシンボル数は、スロットを構成数OFDMシンボル数と一致する。
 1つのミニスロットは、基地局装置10及び端末装置20が物理チャネルの送信に用いるサブキャリア間隔において生成される複数のOFDMシンボル(例えば、2つ、4つ)から構成される。ミニスロット長は、スロット長より短い。図4は、1つのミニスロットが2つのOFDMシンボルから構成される例である。基地局装置10は、スロット/ミニスロットを構成するOFDMシンボル数を設定してもよい。基地局装置10は、スロット/ミニスロットを構成するOFDMシンボル数をシグナリングし、端末装置20に通知するようにしてもよい。本実施形態に係る通信システムは、ミニスロットを、端末装置20が物理チャネル(例えば、物理データ共有チャネル、物理制御チャネル)をマッピングする最小単位としてもよい。この場合、リソース割り当てユニットを構成するOFDMシンボル数は、ミニスロットを構成数OFDMシンボル数と一致する。なお、図4では、サブキャリア間隔SCS=15kHzの例で説明したが、他のサブキャリア間隔においても、複数の時間領域の区間(サブフレーム、スロット、ミニスロット)が定義されてもよい。
 本実施形態に係る通信システムでは、リファレンスとなる物理リソース領域を定義することができる。リファレンスとなる物理リソース領域は、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔をもつリソース割り当てユニットと定義することができる。例えば、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHz(n_scs=1)をリファレンスとすると、図2のリソース割り当てユニットがリファレンスとなる物理リソース領域となる(以下では、リファレンスとなる物理リソース領域は、リソースブロックと呼ぶ)。基地局装置10は、上りリンクグラント及び下りリンクグラントにおけるリソース割り当てに関する情報を、リソースブロック数で通知することができる。
 リソースブロックは、周波数帯域幅[Hz]及び時間[msec]を基準に、定義することができる。図2のサブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzをもつリソース割り当てユニット(サブキャリア数12個及びOFDMシンボル数14個)をリファレンスとすると、リソースブロックは、周波数帯域幅180kHzと期間1msecの領域となる。リソースブロックは、このリファレンスの帯域幅[Hz]及び時間[sec]を基準に、他のサブキャリア間隔をもつ物理リソースと対応づけられる。図3において、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzは、リファレンスであるサブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzの2倍である(OFDMシンボル長は、1/2である)。よって、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzの物理リソースにおいて、リソースブロックは、6個のサブキャリアと28個のOFDMシンボルで定義される。これにより、リソースブロックは、サブキャリア間隔によらず、一意に定義することができる。
 基地局装置10及び端末装置20が物理チャネルをマッピングするリソース割り当てユニットは、リソースブロックを用いて表現することができる。例えば、図2において、端末装置20が、2つのリソース割り当てユニットAを用いて上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する場合、上りリンク物理チャネルをマッピングする領域は、2つのリソースブロックと表現できる。図3において、2つのリソース割り当てユニットBを用いて上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する場合、上りリンク物理チャネルをマッピングする周波数領域は、4つのリソースブロックと表現できる。
 リソースブロックは、サブキャリア数及びOFDMシンボル数を基準に、定義することもできる。この場合、基地局装置10は、上りリンクグラント及び下りリンクグラントにおけるリソース割り当てに関する情報をリソースブロック単位で通知することができる。例えば、サブキャリア数12個及びOFDMシンボル数14個からなる物理リソースの範囲をリソースブロックとすると(すなわち、リソースブロックの範囲が、キャリア間隔によらず、サブキャリア数及びOFDMシンボル数によって一意に設定する場合)、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHz、30kHzでは、リソース割り当てユニットがリソースブロックと一致する。この場合、端末装置20が、2つのリソース割り当てユニットAを用いて上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する場合、上りリンク物理チャネルをマッピングする領域は、2つのリソースブロックと表現できる。図3において、2つのリソース割り当てユニットBを用いて上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する場合、上りリンク物理チャネルをマッピングする領域は、2つのリソースブロックと表現できる。これにより、リソースブロックは、サブキャリア間隔に依らず、同一のサブキャリア数及びOFDMシンボル数で定義することができる。
 基地局装置10は、1つのシステム帯域に、複数のサブキャリア間隔を設定することができる。図5は、本実施形態に係る実施形態に係る通信システムの物理リソースの別例を示す図である。図5は、1つのシステム帯域内に、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHz及び30kHzが周波数分割多重(FDM;Frequency Division Multiplexing)される例である。図5では、システム帯域における両端に割当てるサブキャリア間隔が、内側に割当てるサブキャリア間隔より小さい場合である。基地局装置10は、Qosや用途によって、端末装置20に対する上りリンク及び下りリンク物理チャネルをマッピングする領域をスケジュールする。例えば、端末装置20-1がeMBBの用途で上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する場合、基地局装置10は、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzをもつリソース割り当てユニットA(リソース割り当てユニットA-1/リソース割り当てユニットA-2)を端末装置20-1に割当てる。端末装置20-2がURLLCの用途で上りリンク物理チャネルを送信する場合、基地局装置10は、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzをもつリソース割り当てユニットBを端末装置20-2に割当てる。なお、1つのシステム帯域内において、各サブキャリア間隔のサブキャリアを配置する周波数領域は、予め設定しておいてもよい。
 基地局装置10は、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおいて、1つの端末装置20-1に複数のサブキャリア間隔の物理リソースを同時に割当てることができる。例えば、図5において、基地局装置10は、端末装置20-1に対して、OFDMシンボルの重複するリソース割り当てユニットA-1及びリソース割り当てユニットB-1に物理チャネルを割り当てることができる。図5において、基地局装置10は、端末装置20-1に対して、システム帯域内の全リソース割り当てユニットに亘って、同時に(重複するOFDMシンボルに)、物理チャネルを割り当てることもできる。基地局装置10は、前記物理チャネルの送信に用いるリソース割り当てに関する情報を、DCIにおいて、サブキャリア間隔毎に通知することができる。
 基地局装置10は、端末装置20に対して、上りリンク及び下りリンクにおける物理チャネル送信に用いる各サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報を通知することもできる。前記サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報は、報知チャネル/RRCメッセージ/システムインフォメーション/DCIで通知されうる。基地局装置10は、下りリンクデータ送信のためのDCIフォーマットに、上りリンクの前記サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報を含めることもできる。前記サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報は、上りリンクデータを送信するために端末装置20-1に割当てられた物理リソースのトータルの帯域幅のうち、各サブキャリア間隔で送信する帯域幅の割合とすることができる。
 図6は、本実施形態に係る端末装置20の構成を示す概略ブロック図である。端末装置20は、受信アンテナ202、受信部(受信ステップ)204、上位層処理部(上位層処理ステップ)206、制御部(制御ステップ)208、送信部(送信ステップ)210、送信アンテナ212を含んで構成される。受信部204は、無線受信部(無線受信ステップ)2040、デマッピング部(多重分離ステップ)2042、復調部(復調ステップ)2044、及び復号部(復号ステップ)2046を含んで構成される。送信部210は、符号化部(符号化ステップ)2100、変調部(変調ステップ)2102、DFT部(DFTステップ)2104、拡散部(拡散ステップ)2106、マッピング部(マッピングステップ)2108、無線送信部(無線送信ステップ)2110、上りリンク参照信号生成部(上りリンク参照信号生成ステップ)2112及び送信電力制御部2114を含んで構成される。
 受信部204は、受信アンテナ202を介して基地局装置10が送信した下りリンク信号(下りリンク物理チャネル、下りリンク物理信号)を受信し、各下りリンク信号を分離、復調、復号する。受信部204は、下りリンク信号から分離した物理下りリンク制御チャネルを、復調、復号後に制御部208に出力する。受信部204は、下りリンク物理チャネルの復号結果を上位層処理部206に出力する。
 無線受信部2040は、受信アンテナ202を介して受信した下りリンク信号を、ダウンコンバートによりベースバンド信号に変換し、不要な周波数成分を除去し、信号レベルが適切に維持されるように増幅レベルを制御し、受信した信号の同相成分および直交成分に基づいて、直交復調し、直交復調されたアナログ信号をディジタル信号に変換する。無線受信部2040は、変換したディジタル信号からCP(Cyclic Prefix)に相当する部分を除去し、CPを除去した下りリンク信号に対して高速フーリエ変換を行い(OFDM変調に対する復調処理)、周波数領域の信号を抽出する。
 デマッピング部2042は、前記抽出した周波数領域の下りリンク信号に含まれる下りリンク物理チャネル(物理下りリンク制御チャネル、物理下りリンク共有チャネル、物理報知チャネル、等)及び下りリンク参照信号等を、分離抽出する。デマッピング部2042は、下りリンク参照信号を用いたチャネル測定機能(チャネル測定部)を含む。デマッピング部2042は、前記チャネル測定結果を用いた下りリンク信号のチャネル補償機能(チャネル補償部)を含む。デマッピング部は、下りリンク物理チャネルを復調部2044に出力する。
 復調部2044は、各下りリンク物理チャネルの変調シンボルそれぞれに対して、BPSK、QPSK、16QAM、64QAM、256QAM等の予め定められた、または下りリンクグラントで予め通知した変調方式を用いて復調処理を行なう。
 復号部2046は、復調された各下りリンク物理チャネルの符号化ビットを、予め定められた符号化方式の、予め定められた、又は下りリンクグラントで予め通知した符号化率で復号処理を行う。下りリンク物理チャネルの復号結果は、上位層処理部206及び制御部208へ出力される。
 制御部208は、物理下りリンク制御チャネルに含まれるDCIを受信部204から取得する。制御部208は、物理報知チャネル/物理下りリンク共有チャネル等に含まれる報知情報/システムインフォメーション/RRCメッセージ等を受信部204/上位層処理部206から取得する。報知情報/システムインフォメーション/RRCメッセージ等は、下りリンク受信に関する設定情報/上りリンク送信に関する設定情報を含む。制御部208は、DCIに含まれる下りリンクデータ受信に関する制御情報/下りリンク受信に関する設定情報を用いて、受信部204に含まれる各ブロックの制御を行う。制御部208は、DCIに含まれる上りリンクデータ送信に関する制御情報/上りリンクデータ送信に関する設定情報を用いて、送信部210に含まれる各ブロックの制御を行う。下りリンク受信に関する制御情報/下りリンク受信に関する設定情報は、上りリンク及び下りリンクのグラントフリーアクセスに関する設定情報/上りリンク及び下りリンクのサブキャリア間隔に関する情報/各サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報を含むことができる。下りリンク受信に関する制御情報/下りリンク受信に関する設定情報は、上りリンクの送信電力制御に関する情報を含むことができる。上りリンク送信に関する制御情報/上りリンク送信に関する設定情報は、上りリンクのグラントフリーアクセスに関する設定情報/上りリンクのサブキャリア間隔に関する情報/各サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報/上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報を含むことができる。上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報は、端末装置送信電力の算出に用いる各種パラメータ(詳細は後述)を含む。なお、送信部210が物理上りリンク制御チャネルを送信する場合、制御部208は、上りリンク制御情報(UCI:Uplink Control information)を生成し、送信部210に出力する。なお、制御部208の機能の一部は、上位層処理部102に含めることができる。
 上位層処理部206は、媒体アクセス制御(MAC)層、パケットデータ統合プロトコル(PDCP)層、無線リンク制御(RLC)層、無線リソース制御(RRC)層の処理を行う。上位層処理部206は、自端末装置がサポートしている端末装置の機能に関する情報(UE capability)を送信部210に出力する。例えば、上位層処理部206は、前記端末装置の機能に関する情報をRRC層でシグナリングする。
 前記端末装置の機能に関する情報は、その端末装置が所定の機能をサポートするかどうかを示す情報、またはその端末装置が所定の機能に対する導入およびテストの完了を示す情報を含む。所定の機能をサポートするかどうかは、所定の機能に対する導入およびテストを完了しているかどうかを含む。端末装置が所定の機能をサポートする場合、その端末装置はその所定の機能をサポートするかどうかを示す情報(パラメータ)を送信する。端末装置が所定の機能をサポートしない場合、その端末装置はその所定の機能をサポートするかどうかを示す情報(パラメータ)を送信しないようにしてよい。すなわち、その所定の機能をサポートするかどうかは、その所定の機能をサポートするかどうかを示す情報(パラメータ)を送信するかどうかによって通知される。なお、所定の機能をサポートするかどうかを示す情報(パラメータ)は、1または0の1ビットを用いて通知してもよい。
 前記端末装置の機能に関する情報は、サポートしているサブキャリア間隔を示す情報、グラントフリーアクセスをサポートすることを示す情報、サポートしている周波数バンドに関する情報を含む。サポートしているサブキャリア間隔を示す情報は、グラントフリーアクセスをサポートすることを示す情報、サポートしている周波数バンドに関する情報と関連付けることができる。例えば、基地局装置10は、端末装置20が送信した周波数バンドに関する情報により、サブキャリア間隔を特定することができる。
 上位層処理部206は、自端末装置の各種設定情報の管理をする。上位層処理部206は、前記各種設定情報を制御部208/送信部210に入力される。上位層処理部206は、下りリンク物理チャネルから取得した上りリンク送信に関する設定情報/下りリンク受信に関する設定情報を制御部208に入力する。上位層処理部206は、上りリンク送信に関する設定情報/下りリンク受信に関する設定情報を用いて、受信部204/送信部210の各ブロックを制御するための設定パラメータを算出し、制御部208に入力する。上位層処理部206は、基地局装置10に通知する設定情報(UE Capability、BSR;Buffer Status Report、パワーヘッドルームレポートなど)を生成し、送信部210に入力する。
 上位層処理部206は、ユーザの操作等によって生成された上りリンクデータ(例えば、DL-SCH)を、送信部210に出力する。上位層処理部206は、ユーザの操作を介さず(例えば、センサにより取得されたデータ)に生成された上りリンクデータを、送信部210に出力することもできる。前記上りリンクデータには、UE IDを格納するフィールドを有しても良い。上位層処理部206は、前記上りリンクデータにCRCを付加する。前記CRCのパリティビットは、前記上りリンクデータを用いて生成される。前記CRCのパリティビットは、自端末装置に割当てられたUE IDでスクランブル(排他的論理和演算、マスク、暗号化とも呼ぶ)される。
 送信部210は、スケジュールドアクセスにおいて、上りリンクデータが発生した場合、基地局装置10にスケジューリングリクエスト(SR;Scheduling Request)やBSRなどの上りリンクリソースの割り当てを要求するための情報を生成する。送信部210は、DCIに含まれる上りリンクの送信に関する制御情報/上りリンクの送信に関する設定情報に基づいて、物理上りリンク共有チャネル、物理リンク制御チャネルを送信する。送信部210は、グラントフリーアクセスにおいて、上りリンクデータが発生した場合、基地局装置10から送信されたグラントフリーアクセスに関する設定情報に基づいて、上りリンクグラントの受信なしで、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを送信する。送信部210は、制御部208から入力されるサブキャリア間隔に関する情報/上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報に従って、前記物理上りリンク共有チャネルを送信する。
 符号化部2100は、予め定められた/制御部208が設定した符号化方式を用いて、上位層処理部206から入力された上りリンクデータ、UCIなどを符号化する(リピティションを含む)。符号化方式は、畳み込み符号化、ターボ符号化、LDPC(Low Density Parity Check)符号化、Polar符号化、等を適用することができる。前記符号化は、符号化率1/3に加え、低い符号化率1/6や1/12などのマザーコードを用いてもよい。変調部2102は、符号化部2100から入力された符号化ビットをBPSK、QPSK、16QAM、64QAM、256QAM等(π/2シフトBPSK、π/2シフトQPSKも含んでもよい)のDCIで通知された変調方式または、チャネル毎に予め定められた変調方式で変調する。
 拡散部2106は、制御部208から拡散符号系列の設定が入力された場合、その設定に従って、変調部2102から出力される系列に対して拡散符号系列を乗算する。例えば、拡散部2106は、グラントフリーアクセスにおける署名リソースに拡散符号が設定された場合、その設定に基づいて、拡散処理が行われる。署名リソースとしてインターリーブが設定された場合、拡散部2106は、インターリーブ部に置換えることができる。インターリーブ部は、DFT部から出力される系列に対して、制御部208から入力されるインタリーブパターンの設定に従ってインターリーブ処理を行う。その他の署名リソースが適用された場合でも、同様に置換えることができる。なお、拡散処理は、DFT処理後の系列に対して行ってもよい。
 DFT部2104は、拡散処理部2106から出力される拡散後の変調シンボルを並列に並び替えてから離散フーリエ変換(Discrete Fourier Transform: DFT)処理をする。ここで,前記変調シンボルにゼロのシンボル列を付加して、DFTを行うことでIFFT後の時間信号にCPの代わりにゼロ区間を使う信号波形としても良い。また、変調シンボルにGold系列やZadoff-Chu系列などの特定の系列を付加して、DFTを行うことでIFFT後の時間信号にCPの代わりに特定パターンを使う信号波形としても良い。ただし,信号波形をOFDMとする場合は、DFTを適用しない。
 上りリンク参照信号生成部2112は、制御部208から入力される復調用参照信号の設定情報に従って、復調用参照信号を生成する。復調用参照信号の設定情報は、基地局装置10を識別するための物理セル識別子(physical cell identity: PCI、Cell IDなどと称される)、上りリンク参照信号をマッピングするサブキャリア数(帯域幅)、OFDMシンボル数、サイクリックシフト、OCC系列等が含まれる。復調用参照信号の設定情報は、上りリンク送信に関する制御情報/上りリンク送信に関する設定情報から取得される。
 マッピング部2108は、上りリンクデータ送信に関する制御情報に含まれるリソース割り当てに関する情報に従って、上りリンク物理チャネル(DFT部2104の出力信号)、上りリンク参照信号をリソースエレメントにマッピング(時間/周波数/空間多重)する。
 無線送信部2110は、多重された信号を逆高速フーリエ変換(Inverse Fast Fourier
 Transform: IFFT)して、DFT-s-OFDM方式の変調を行い、SC-FDMAシンボルを生成する。無線送信部2110は、サブキャリア間隔の設定に従って、逆高速フーリエ変換を行う。例えば、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzにおいて、IFFTポイント数2048を用いる場合、無線送信部2110は、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzにおいて、IFFTポイント数が1024を用いる。なお、逆高速フーリエ変換によって、複数のサブキャリア間隔のSC-FDMAシンボルが生成されればよく、生成方法に拘泥されない。
 無線送信部2110は、前記SC-FDMAシンボルにCPを付加し、ベースバンドのディジタル信号を生成する。さらに、無線送信部2110は、前記ベースバンドのディジタル信号をアナログ信号に変換し、余分な周波数成分を除去し、アップコンバートにより搬送周波数に変換し、電力増幅し、送信アンテナ212を介して基地局装置10にDFT-S-OFDM信号を送信する。無線送信部2110は、送信電力制御部2112から入力される端末装置送信電力の設定に従って、前記電力増幅を行う。
 送信電力制御部2112は、制御部208から入力される上りリンク送信電力に関する情報に基づいて、各上りリンク物理チャネルに応じて、送信電力制御を行う。送信電力制御部2112は、制御部208から入力される上りリンク送信電力に関する情報に基づいて、各上りリンク物理チャネルに応じた端末装置送信電力を算出する。なお、基地局装置10からRRC/DCIによって通知される上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報は、端末装置送信電力の算出ために基地局装置10から通知される情報を含む。
 例えば、物理下りリンク共有チャネルを送信するための端末装置送信電力P_PUSCH(i)[dBm]は式(1)で決定される。

 iは、端末装置送信電力を構成する各項の値を定義するための時間領域の基準である。以下において、iは、各項の値を算出するための基準となるサブフレーム番号として説明する。P_CMAX[dBm]は、許容される端末装置の最大出力電力である。P_CMAXは、上限P_CMAX_H及び下限P_CMAX_Lの範囲内でセットされる。下限P_CMAX_Lは、MIN{P_EMAX-ΔT_C P_PowerClass-MAX(MPR,c+A-MPR+ΔT_C ,P-MPR)}と定義される。上限P_CMAX_Hは、MIN{P_EMAX P_PowerClass}で定義される。ここで、MIN{A B}は、値A及び値Bのうちいずれか小さい方を選択することを示す。MAX{A B}は、値A及び値Bのうちいずれか大きい方を選択することを示す。
 P_EMAXは、基地局装置10が、端末装置20に対して、上りリンクデータを送信するために用いるキャリア周波数の上りリンク送信電力を制限するために用いられるパラメータである。基地局装置10は、RRCを用いて、P_EMAXを端末装置20に通知する。P_EMAXは、そのキャリア周波数で用いるサブキャリア間隔に応じて、設定してもよい。P_PowerClass[dBm]は、端末装置20が上りリンクデータ送信に用いる周波数バンド毎に設定される最大送信電力である。
 MPRは、P_PowerClassから許容される最大電力削減(Maximum Power Reduction)の値である。MPRは、上りリンクデータに割当てられた送信帯域幅及び上りリンクデータの変調方式に基づいて定められている。端末装置は、上りリンクデータに割当てられた送信帯域幅及び変調方式に従って、MPRを設定する。A-MPRは、上りリンクデータのスペクトラムが、隣接チャネル漏洩電力比(ACLR;Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio)やスペクトラム輻射の要求を充たすために、許容される追加の最大電力削減の値である。基地局装置10は、RRCを用いて、A-MPRを端末装置20に通知する。
 P-MPRは、複数の無線アクセス技術(RAT;Radio Access Technology)を用いて同時に上りリンクデータを送信する場合に、不要輻射等の要求を遵守することを保証するために許容される最大電力削減の値である。P-MPRは端末装置20が設定することができる。MPR/A-MPR/P-MPRは、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔毎に設定してもよい。例えば、MPR/A-MPR/P-MPRは、サブキャリア間隔が大きい場合に、サブキャリア間隔が小さい場合より、大きく設定される。これにより、物理下りリンク共有チャネルをマッピングする物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔が大きい場合(例えば、f_scs=30kHz)、サブキャリア間隔が小さい場合(例えば、f_scs=15kHz)よりP_CMAXの下限値を低く設定できる。よって、サブキャリア間隔が大きくなることによって発生する不要輻射、帯域外輻射、隣接チャネル電力漏洩を低減することができる。
 ΔT_Cは、P_PowerClassにおける許容誤差に余裕をもたせるために設定される補正値である。ΔT_Cは、上りリンクデータの送信帯域幅の両端のスペクトルマスクの設定を充たすために用いられる。本実施形態に係る通信システムでは、ΔT_Cは、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて設定されてもよい。例えば、ΔT_Cは、サブキャリア間隔が大きい場合に、サブキャリア間隔が小さい場合より、大きく設定される。
 M_PUSCH(i)は、サブフレームiにおいて、物理上りリンク共有チャネルの送信のために割当てられたリソースの帯域幅を示す。10Log10(M_PUSCH(i))は、上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされる物理リソースによって定まる補正値である。P_O_PUSCH(j)[dBm]は、基地局装置10における物理上りリンク共有チャネルの目標受信電力レベルである。M_PUSCH(i)及び/またはP_O_PUSCH(j)は、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリア間隔毎に設定することができる。P_O_PUSCH(j)は、P_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)+P_O_UE_PUSCH(j)+P_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)で設定される。P_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)は、セル固有に設定される目標受信電力レベル(目標受信電力値)の要素である。P_O_UE_PUSCH(j)は、端末装置固有に設定される目標受信電力レベルの要素である。基地局装置10は、P_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)、P_O_UE_PUSCH(j)を、RRCによって端末装置20に通知する。P_O_SCS_PUSCH(j)は上りリンクデータが割り当てられるサブキャリア間隔によって設定される目標受信電力レベルの要素である。
 jは上りリンクデータの種類によって定まるパラメータである。j=0は、物理リンク上りリンク共有チャネルがセミパーシステントにスケジューリングされる場合(SPS C-RNTIでスクランブルされている場合)を示す。j=1は、物理リンク上りリンク共有チャネルがダイナミックスケジューリング(例えば、C-RNTIでスクランブルされている場合)を示す。j=2は、ランダムアクセスに関するデータ(例えば、メッセージ3)が送信される場合を示す。物理リンク上り共有チャネルがグラントフリーアクセスで送信される場合、j=1、又はj=2の設定を用いることができる。P_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)、P_O_UE_PUSCH(j)、P_O_SCS_PUSCH(j)は、jの値毎に設定することができる。例えば、j=2の場合、P_O_UE_PUSCH(2)=0である。また、j=0、1の場合、P_O_SCS_PUSCHはサブキャリア間隔によって変化する値とし、j=2の場合、P_O_SCS_PUSCH=0で固定と設定する。
 複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いる場合におけるM_PUSCH(i)及びP_O_PUSCH(j)の設定例を説明する。M_PUSCH(i)が、サブフレームiおいて物理上りリンク共有チャネルの送信のために割当てられるリソース割り当てユニット数である場合の例である。ここで、リソース割り当てユニットは、サブキャリア数で定義される(すなわち、リソース割り当てユニットは、サブキャリア間隔に依らず、同一サブキャリア数である)。この場合、サブキャリア間隔が大きいリソース割り当てユニットほど、P_O_PUSCH(j)が小さく設定される。
 例えば、P_O_PUSCH(j)を構成するP_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)及びP_O_UE_PUSCH(j)が、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔における目標受信電力レベルで設定される。物理上りリンク共有チャネルを割り当てるリソース割り当てユニットのサブキャリア間隔が、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔のN倍の場合、P_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)は、10Log10(1/N)に設定される。すなわち、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを割り当てるリソース割り当てユニットのサブキャリア間隔がN倍になった場合、P_O_PUSCH(j)はN分の1に設定される。図2及び図3において、f_scs=30kHzにおけるP_O_PUSCH(j)は、f_scs=15kHz(リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔)におけるP_O_PUSCH(j)に比して、2分の1に設定される。なお、サブキャリア間隔に基づいて設定されるP_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)の要素は、P_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)または/及びP_O_UE_PUSCH(j)に含めて設定してもよい。なお、P_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)は、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔に依存する値10Log10(1/N)を所定の係数βで調整してもよい(P_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)=β×10Log10(1/N))。例えば、係数βは、P_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)の上限値/下限値を調整するために用いられる。
 M_PUSCH(i)は、サブフレームiおいて物理上りリンク共有チャネルの送信のために割当てられるリソースブロック数で定義することもできる。ここで、リソースブロックは、サブキャリア数及びOFDMシンボル数で一意に設定される(すなわち、リソースブロックは、サブキャリア間隔に依らず、同一サブキャリア数である)。この場合、上記同様に、サブキャリア間隔が大きいリソースブロックほど、P_O_PUSCH(j)が小さく設定される。例えば、P_O_PUSCH(j)を構成するP_O_NOMINAL_PUSCH(j)及びP_O_UE_PUSCH(j)が、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔における目標受信電力レベルで設定される。物理上りリンク共有チャネルを割り当てるリソースブロックのサブキャリア間隔が、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔のN倍の場合、P_O_SCS_PUSCH(i)は、10Log10(1/N)に設定される。
 複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いる場合におけるM_PUSCH(i)及びP_O_PUSCH(j)の別の設定例を説明する。M_PUSCH(i)が、サブフレームiおいて物理上りリンク共有チャネルの送信のために割当てられるリソースブロック数である場合の例である。ここで、リソースブロックは、周波数帯域幅[Hz]で定義される(すなわち、リソースブロックは、サブキャリア間隔によって、異なるサブキャリア数である)。この場合、M_PUSCH(i)は、上りリンク物理チャネルが割り当てられるリソース割り当てユニット数における周波数帯域幅[Hz]とリソースブロックの周波数帯域幅[Hz]の比によって、リソースブロック数が設定される。例えば、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzにおけるリソース割り当てユニットAをリソースブロックと設定した場合を基準に、P_O_PUSCH(j)は、目標受信電力レベルを設定する。リソースブロックの周波数帯域幅[Hz]は、180kHzとなる。物理上りリンク共有チャネルが1つのリソース割り当てユニットAにマッピングされる場合、M_PUSCH(i)=1リソースブロックと設定される。一方、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzの場合、リソースブロックの周波数帯域幅(180[kHz])に6サブキャリアが包含される。物理上りリンク共有チャネルが1つのリソース割り当てユニットBにマッピングされる場合、M_PUSCH(i)=2リソースブロックと設定される。上記2例のように、M_PUSCH(i)及びP_O_PUSCH(j)は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルがマッピングされる物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔に応じて、設定される。これにより、サブキャリア間隔が変更される場合であっても、柔軟に端末装置送信電力を設定することができる。また、サブキャリア間隔が変更によるスペクトラム輻射の調整を柔軟におこなうことができる。
 複数のサブキャリア間隔の物理リソースを同時に割当てられた場合、M_PUSCH(i)及びP_O_PUSCH(j)は、サブキャリア間隔毎に設定することができる。式(1)において、M_PUSCH(i)及びP_O_PUSCH(j)は、サブキャリア間隔毎の項を設けてもよい。P_O_PUSCH(j)は、RRC/DCIを用いて、サブキャリア間隔毎に、通知されてもよい。M_PUSCH(i)は、サブキャリア間隔毎に通知されたリソース割り当てに関する情報を用いて、設定される。サブキャリア間隔毎のM_PUSCH(i)は、サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報を用いて、設定される。
 α(j)×PLは、パスロスを補償するための項である。PLは、送信電力制御部2114において算出されたパスロスの見積りである。PLは、平均電力値(RSRP;Reference Signal Received Power)を用いて算出される。PLを算出する際に用いられるリファレンス信号電力は、RRCを用いて、基地局装置10から通知される。リファレンス信号電力は、下りリンクリファレンス信号EPREを提供するために用いてもよい。リファレンス信号電力は、サブキャリア間隔毎に、設定される。α(j)は、端末装置送信電力P_PUSCHにおけるパスロスの影響を制御するためPLに乗算される係数である。α(j)は、上りリンクデータの種類毎に設定される候補から選択される。例えば、j=0、1の場合、α(j)は{0、0.4、0.5、0.7、0.8、0.9、1}から選択される。j=2の場合、α(j)=1と設定される。α(j)は、基地局装置10によって前記候補のうちから選択される。基地局装置10によって選択されたα(j)は、RRCによって通知される。α(j)の候補は、周波数バンド毎に、設定することもできる。その場合、係数がα(j,f)となり、fは周波数バンドを示すパラメータである。例えば、搬送波周波数が高くなるほどパスロスが大きくなるため、端末装置が大きい電力での送信が必要とされ、消費電力が大きくなる。そこで、搬送波周波数が高くなるほど係数のα(j,f)を小さくし、パスロスを補償する項を小さくする。その結果、高い搬送波周波数を使う場合でも端末装置の消費電力が大きくなることを抑制できる。各周波数バンドは、サブキャリア間隔と関連付けられる。各周波数バンドは、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔が設定される。
 Δ_TF(i)は、上りリンクデータのMCSに応じて受信レベルを補正するオフセット値である。
 f(i)[dB]は、DCIによって、端末装置送信電力P_PUSCHをダイナミックに調整するために用いられる補正値である。サブフレームiにおけるf(i)は、サブフレームi-1において設定されたf(i-1)に対して更新値δ_tpc[dB]を逐次加算することにより設定する(δ_tpcは累積値とも呼ばれる)。例えば、f(i)は、f(i-1)+δ_tpcで決定される。
 サブフレームiにおけるf(i)は、サブフレームiにおける設定に依らず、更新値δ_tpc[dB]によって設定することもできる(δ_tpcは絶対値とも呼ばれる)。例えば、f(i)=δ_tpcとなる。
 更新値δ_tpcは、DCIに含まれる送信電力制御コマンド(Transmission Power Control Command)と対応づけられる。送信電力制御部2114は、送信電力制御コマンドと更新値を関連付けるテーブルを保持することができる。例えば、2ビットの送信電力制御コマンド[00 01 10 11]は各々、更新値δ_tpc=[‐1, 0, 1, 3]を示す。この場合、4つの更新値から構成される更新値候補セットにおいて、基地局装置10によって選択された1つの更新値が、送信電力制御コマンドを用いて通知される。1ビットの送信電力制御コマンド[0 1]の各々は、更新値δ_tpc=[‐1, 1]を示す。この場合、2つの更新値から構成される更新値候補セットにおいて、基地局装置10によって選択された1つの更新値が、送信電力制御コマンドを用いて通知される。このように、本実施形態に係る通信システムでは、更新値候補数の異なる複数の更新値候補セットが設定されている。f(i)は、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔毎に、異なる更新値候補数の更新値候補セットを用いて、設定されてもよい。
 本実施形態に係る通信システムでは、更新値候補数が同一である複数の更新値候補セットが設定されている。例えば、送信電力制御コマンドが2ビットの場合、第1の更新値候補セット[-1, 0, 1, 3]及び第2の更新値候補セット[-4, -1, 1, 4]が設定される。第1の更新値候補セットと第2の更新値候補セットは、増減幅(更新幅、変動幅)において相違する。更新値の送信電力制御部2114は、基地局装置10よって送信された更新候補セット指示情報に従って、第1の更新値候補セット又は第2の更新値候補セットを選択する。更新候補セット指示情報は、RRCを用いて、基地局装置よって送信される。さらに、送信電力制御部2114は、選択した更新値候補セットにおいて、送信電力制御コマンドによって指示される更新値を選択する。例えば、第2の更新値候補セットが指示され、送信電力制御コマンドが「00」の場合、更新値δ_tpc=-4が選択される。ここで、更新値候補セットは、周波数バンドによって設定しても良い。例えば、搬送波周波数が高くなるほど増減幅(更新幅、変動幅)の大きい更新値候補セットを使うとしても良い。また、端末装置は周波数バンドの累積値δ_tpc(f)を持っても良い。この場合、基地局装置は、周波数バンド毎の送信電力制御コマンドを端末装置に通知する。
 送信電力制御コマンドは、サブキャリア間隔毎に更新値と関連付けることができる。送信電力制御部2114は、サブキャリア間隔毎に関連付けられた送信電力制御コマンドと更新値のテーブルを保持することができる。f(i)は、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔毎に、独立して設定することができる。補正値f(i)、更新値δ_tpcは、M_PUSCH(i)及び/またはP_O_PUSCH(j)のサブキャリア間隔を基準として、設定される。累積値を用いた補正値f(i)において、f(i-1)は、同一のサブキャリア間隔を用いて上りリンクデータを送信した1つ前のサブフレームと解釈することもできる。1つのDCIフォーマットにおいて、送信電力制御コマンドのフィールドは、サブキャリア間隔毎に設けることができる。f(i)は、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔毎に、増減幅を変えることができる(異なる増減幅を設定することができる)。f(i)は、上りリンクデータを送信するサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔毎に、異なる更新値候補セットを用いて、設定される。例えば、上りリンクデータを割当てるサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔が大きいほど、増減幅の大きい更新値候補セットを用いて、f(i)が設定される。サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzで上りリンクデータを送信する場合のδ_tpcの増減幅は、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzで送信する場合より大きく設定される。サブキャリア間隔f_scs=15kHzの場合、第1の更新値候補セットから選択された更新値を用いて、f(i)が設定される。一方、サブキャリア間隔f_scs=30kHzの場合、第2の更新値候補セットから選択された更新値を用いて、f(i)が設定される。
 上りリンクデータを送信する各周波数バンドには、リファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔が設定される。高い周波数バンド(例えば、ミリ波バンド)のリファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔は、低い周波数バンド(例えば、マイクロ波バンド)のリファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔より大きく設定される。f(i)は、上りリンクデータを送信する周波数バンドのリファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔毎に、増減幅を変えることができる(異なる増減幅を設定することができる)。f(i)は、上りリンクデータを送信する周波数バンドのリファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔毎に、異なる更新値候補セットを用いて、設定される。例えば、上りリンクデータを割り当てる周波数バンドのリファレンスとなるサブキャリア間隔毎が大きいほど、増減幅の大きい更新値候補セットを用いて、f(i)が設定される。
 累積値を用いた補正値f(i)において、サブフレームi-1において用いられたサブキャリア間隔がサブフレームiにおいて用いられるサブキャリア間隔と異なる場合、補正値f(i)は初期値f(0)=0に設定される(補正値f(i)はリセットされる)。なお、前記初期値f(0)は、0に限定される必要はなく、初期値として予め定められた値であればよい。前記初期値は、サブキャリア間隔毎に異なる値を設定してもよい。また、サブフレームi-1において用いられたサブキャリア間隔がサブフレームiにおいて用いられるサブキャリア間隔と異なる場合、累積値を用いた補正値f(i)から絶対値を用いた補正値f(i)に変更するようにしてもよい。
 以上により、送信電力制御部2114は、サブキャリア間隔や周波数の違いによって生じる端末装置送信電力P_PUSCHの誤差(例えば、増幅器の誤差、パスロスの推定誤差、隣接セルからの干渉によって生じる誤差など)を柔軟に調整することができる。なお、送信電力制御コマンド送信のために専用のDCIフォーマットが定義されてもよい。送信電力制御コマンド送信専用のDCIフォーマットは、サブキャリア間隔と該サブキャリア間隔のための送信電力制御コマンドを含むことができる。サブキャリア間隔と該サブキャリア間隔のための送信電力制御コマンドは1対1で関連づけて(ペアで)、送信されうる。
 図7は、本実施形態における基地局装置10の構成を示す概略ブロック図である。基地局装置10は、上位層処理部(上位層処理ステップ)102、送信部(送信ステップ)104、送信アンテナ106、制御部(制御ステップ)108、受信アンテナ110、受信部(受信ステップ)112を含んで構成される。送信部104は、符号化部(符号化ステップ)1040、変調部(変調ステップ)1042、マッピング部(マッピングステップ)1044、下りリンク制御信号生成部(下りリンク制御信号生成ステップ)1046、下りリンク参照信号生成部(下りリンク参照信号生成ステップ)1048及び無線送信部(無線送信ステップ)1050を含んで構成される。受信部112は、無線受信部(無線受信ステップ)1120、伝搬路推定部(伝搬路推定ステップ)1122、デマッピング部(デマッピングステップ)1124、等化部1126(等化ステップ)、IDFT部1128(IDFTステップ)、逆拡散部1130(逆拡散ステップ)、復調部1132(復調ステップ)及び復号部1134(復号ステップ)を含んで構成される。
 上位層処理部102は、媒体アクセス制御(MAC:Medium Access Control)層、パケットデータ統合プロトコル(PDCP:Packet Data Convergence Protocol)層、無線リンク制御(RLC:Radio Link Control)層、無線リソース制御(RRC:Radio Resource Control)層などの物理層より上位層の処理を行なう。上位層処理部102は、送信部104および受信部112の制御を行なうために必要な情報を生成し、制御部108に出力する。上位層処理部102は、下りリンクデータ(例えば、DL-SCH)、報知情報(例えば、BCH)、ハイブリッド自動再送要求(Hybrid Automatic Request)インジケータ(HARQインジケータ)などを送信部104に出力する。
 上位層処理部102は、端末装置の機能(UE capability)等の端末装置に関する情報を、端末装置20から(受信部112を介して)受信する。端末装置の機能は、サポートするサブキャリア間隔を示す情報、などが含まれる。上位層処理部102は、BSR、パワーヘッドルームレポートなどの上位層の信号を端末装置20から受信する。
 上位層処理部102は、ブロードキャストするシステムインフォメーション(MIB、SIB)を生成、又は上位ノードから取得する。上位層処理部102は、前記ブロードキャストするシステムインフォメーションを送信部104に出力する。なお、SIBの一部は、端末装置固有に送信することができる。
 上位層処理部102は、物理下りリンク共有チャネルにマッピングされる下りリンクデータ(トランスポートブロック)、システムインフォメーション(SIB)、RRCメッセージ、MAC CEなどを生成、又は上位ノードから取得し、送信部104に出力する。上位層処理部102は、これらの上位層の信号に上りリンク送信に関する設定情報/下りリンク送信に関する設定情報、グラントフリーアクセスに関する設定情報、の一部又は全部を含めることができる。上位層処理部102は、これらの設定情報を制御部108/送信部104に出力する。上りリンク送信に関する設定情報/下りリンク送信に関する設定情報は、上りリンク及び下りリンクのサブキャリア間隔に関する情報/各サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報を含めることができる。上りリンク送信に関する設定情報には、上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報を含めることができる。上位層処理部102は、上りリンク及び下りリンクのサブキャリア間隔に関する情報/各サブキャリア間隔の割り当て帯域幅情報/上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報を通知するための専用SIBを生成してもよい。
 上位層処理部102は、物理チャネル(物理下りリンク共有チャネル、物理上りリンク共有チャネルなど)の符号化率、変調方式(あるいはMCS)および送信電力などを決定する。上位層処理部102は、前記符号化率/変調方式/送信電力を送信部104/制御部108/受信部112に出力する。上位層処理部102は、前記符号化率/変調方式/送信電力を上位層の信号に含めることができる。
 制御部108は、上位層処理部102から入力された各種設定情報に基づいて、送信部104および受信部112の制御を行なう。制御部108は、BSR,パワーヘッドルームレポート等に基づいて、上りリンクデータのスケジューリングを行う。制御部108は、端末装置20に送信された上りリンクグラントの内容(各端末装置のための上りリンクデータのリソース割り当て、サブキャリア間隔、MCSなど)に基づいて、受信部112の制御を行う。制御部108は、上位層処理部102から入力された下りリンク送信に関する設定情報及び上りリンク送信に関する設定情報に基づいて、下りリンク制御情報(DCI)を生成し、送信部104に出力する。下りリンク制御情報には、上りリンク及び下りリンクのサブキャリア間隔に関する制御情報/上りリンクの送信電力制御に関する情報を含めることができる。なお、制御部108の機能は、上位層処理部102に含めることができる。
 送信部104は、端末装置20のために、上位層処理部102から入力された報知情報、下りリンク制御情報、下りリンク共有チャネル等を符号化および変調し、物理報知チャネル、物理下りリンク制御チャネル、物理下りリンク共有チャネルを生成する。符号化部1040は、予め定められた/上位層処理部102が決定した符号化方式を用いて、報知情報、下りリンク共有チャネルを符号化する(リピティションを含む)。符号化方式は、畳み込み符号化、ターボ符号化、LDPC(Low Density Parity Check)符号化、Polar符号化、等を適用することができる。変調部1042は、符号化部1040から入力された符号化ビットをBPSK、QPSK、16QAM、64QAM、256QAM等の予め定められた/上位層処理部102が決定した変調方式で変調する。
 下りリンク制御信号生成部1046は、制御部108から入力される下りリンク制御情報(DCI)にCRCを付加する。さらに、下りリンク制御信号生成部1046は、前記下りリンク制御情報に対して符号化、変調を施し、物理下りリンク制御チャネルを生成する。下りリンク参照信号生成部1048は、下りリンク参照信号を生成する。
 マッピング部1044は、変調された各下りリンク物理チャネルの変調シンボル、物理下りリンク制御チャネルと下りリンク参照信号をリソースエレメントにマッピングする。マッピング部1044は、物理下りリンク共有チャネル、物理下りリンク制御チャネルを、各端末装置に割当てられた物理リソースにマッピングする。
 無線送信部1050は、多重された各下りリンク物理チャネルの変調シンボルを逆高速フーリエ変換(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform: IFFT)してOFDMシンボルを生成する。無線送信部1050は、各下りリンク物理チャネルの送信に用いるサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、逆高速フーリエ変換を行う。無線送信部1050は、前記OFDMシンボルにサイクリックプレフィックス(cyclic prefix: CP)を付加してベースバンドのディジタル信号を生成する。さらに、無線送信部1050は、前記ディジタル信号をアナログ信号に変換し、フィルタリングにより余分な周波数成分を除去し、搬送周波数にアップコンバートし、電力増幅し、送信アンテナ106に出力してOFDM信号を送信する。
 無線受信部1120は、受信アンテナ110を介して受信した上りリンクの信号を、ダウンコンバートによりベースバンド信号に変換し、不要な周波数成分を除去し、信号レベルが適切に維持されるように増幅レベルを制御し、受信された信号の同相成分および直交成分に基づいて、直交検波し、直交検波されたアナログ信号をディジタル信号に変換する。無線受信部1120は、変換したディジタル信号からCPに相当する部分を除去する。無線受信部1120は、CPを除去した信号に対して高速フーリエ変換(Fast Fourier Transform: FFT)を行い、周波数領域の信号を抽出する。無線受信部1120は、各上りリンクの信号がマッピングされているサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、高速フーリエ変換を行う。各上りリンクの信号がマッピングされているサブキャリア間隔は、制御部108から通知される。
 伝搬路推定部1122は、復調用参照信号を用いて、上りリンク物理チャネルの信号検出のためのチャネル推定を行う。伝搬路推定部1122は、前記復調用参照信号系列を用いて、基地局装置10と端末装置20の間のチャネル状態(伝搬路状態)を測定する。
 デマッピング部1124は、無線受信部1120から入力される周波数領域の信号から、端末装置毎に上りリンク物理チャネル(物理上りリンク共有チャネル、物理上りリンク制御チャネルなど)及び上りリンク物理信号(同期信号など)を抽出する。デマッピング部1124は、制御部108から入力される上りリンクスケジューリング情報に基づいて、端末装置毎の上りリンク物理チャネルを抽出する。以下、等化部1126、IDFT部1128、逆拡散部1130、復調部1132、復号部1134は、各端末装置の上りリンクデータ毎に処理を行う。
 等化部1126は、伝搬路推定部1122から入力される伝搬路推定結果を用いて、デマッピング部1124から入力される端末装置毎の信号に対して伝搬路補償を行う。例えば、等化部1126は、周波数領域の信号に対してMMSE規範に基づく等化重みを乗算する。
 IDFT部1128は、等化後の各端末装置の周波数領域の信号を時間領域の信号に変換する。なお、IDFT部1128は、端末装置20のDFT部2104で施された処理に対応する。
 逆拡散部1130は、IDFT後の各端末装置の時間領域の信号に対して、拡散符号系列を乗算する(逆拡散処理)。端末装置20において、DFT後の信号に対して拡散処理が行われている場合、IDFT前の信号に対して、逆拡散処理が施される。なお、端末装置20において、インターリーブが施されている場合、デインターリーブ処理が行われる。
 復調部1132には、予め通知されている、又は予め決められている各端末装置の変調方式の情報が制御部108から入力される。復調部1132は、前記変調方式の情報に基づき、逆拡散後の信号に対して復調処理を施し、ビット系列のLLR(Log Likelihood Ratio)を出力する。
 復号部1134には、予め通知されている、又は予め決められている符号化率の情報が制御部108から入力される。復号部1134は、前記復調部1132から出力されたLLRの系列に対して復号処理を行う。
 上位層処理部102は、復号部1134から各端末装置の復号後の上りリンクデータ(硬判定後のビット系列)を取得する。上位層処理部102は、各端末装置の復号後の上りリンクデータに含まれるCRCに対して、各端末に割当てたUE IDを用いて、デスクランブル(排他的論理和演算)を行う。上位層処理部102は、デスクランブルによる誤り検出の結果、上りリンクデータに誤りが無い場合、端末装置の識別を正しく完了し、該端末装置から送信された上りリンクデータを正しく受信できたと判断する。
 以上のように、基地局装置10は、端末装置20の上りリンクデータを複数のサブキャリア間隔を持つ物理リソースを用いて送信する。さらに、基地局装置10は、その物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔毎に、上りリンクの送信電力制御を行う。これにより、サブキャリア間隔が異なることにより発生する帯域外輻射、不要輻射、隣接チャネル電力漏洩を柔軟に調整することができる。
 (第2の実施形態)
 本実施形態は、複数のサブキャリア間隔をもつ物理リソースを用いて上りリンクデータ及び下りリンクデータを伝送する通信システムにおけるパワーヘッドルームの設定の一例である。
 本実施形態に係る通信システムは、図1~図7で説明した基地局装置10及び端末装置20で構成される。以下、第1の実施形態との相違点/追加点を主に説明する。
 端末装置20の上位層処理部206は、基地局装置10から受信した上りリンク送信電力制御に関する情報を用いて、パワーヘッドルーム(PH;Power Headroom)を算出する。例えば、パワーヘッドルームPH(i)[dB]は式(2)で決定される。

 PH(i)を構成するi、P_CMAX(i)、M_PUSCH(i)、P_O_PUSCH(j)、α(j)、PL、Δ_TF(i)及びf(i)は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルがマッピングされる物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、式(1)と同様に設定される。
 端末装置20の上位層処理部206は、パワーヘッドルームの算出結果に基づいて、パワーヘッドルームレポートを生成する。端末装置20の送信部210は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを用いて、パワーヘッドルームレポートを含むMAC CEを基地局装置10へ送信する。端末装置20の送信部210は、パスロス(PL)が所定の閾値より大きくなった場合に、パワーヘッドルームレポートを基地局装置10に送信する。所定の閾値は、基地局装置10が、上位層の信号を用いて、端末装置20に通知する。
 端末装置20の送信部210は、パワーヘッドルームレポートを周期的に基地局装置10に送信する。基地局装置10は、上位層の信号を用いて、パワーヘッドルームレポートの送信周期を端末装置20に通知する。また、基地局装置10は、上位層の信号を用いて、パワーヘッドルームレポートの送信禁止期間を端末装置20に通知することもできる。
 端末装置20の送信部210は、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを送信するために割当てられた物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔が変わった場合に、パワーヘッドルームレポートを基地局装置10に送信する。前記サブキャリア間隔は、RRC/DCIによって、端末装置20に送信される。端末装置20は、前記パワーヘッドルームレポートの送信のためのトリガが重複する場合、いずれかのトリガを優先的に適用するように設定される。例えば、端末装置20は、サブキャリア間隔の変化によってパワーヘッドルームレポートの送信トリガが発生した場合、他のトリガより優先することができる。この場合、優先したトリガに対応するパワーヘッドルームレポートの内容を基地局装置10に送信する。
 基地局装置10の制御部108は、上位層処理部102から入力された端末装置20のBSR,パワーヘッドルームレポート等に基づいて、端末装置20の物理上りリンク共有チャネルのスケジューリング(物理上りリンク共有チャネルを送信のためのリソース割り当て、サブキャリア間隔、上りリンク送信電力制御)を行う。
 以上のように、パワーヘッドルームは、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを送信するために割当てられた物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて算出される。さらに、物理上りリンク共有チャネルを送信するために割当てられた物理リソースのサブキャリア間隔の変更をトリガとして、パワーヘッドルームレポートが送信される。これにより、サブキャリア間隔や周波数の違いによって生じるパワーヘッドルームの変化に応じてパワーヘッドルームレポートが送信される。よって、基地局装置は、サブキャリア間隔や周波数の違いによって生じる誤差を考慮して、上りリンクデータを割り当て可能な物理リソースを効率的に把握することができる。
 本発明の一態様に関わる装置で動作するプログラムは、本発明の一態様に関わる上述した実施形態の機能を実現するように、Central Processing Unit(CPU)等を制御してコンピュータを機能させるプログラムであっても良い。プログラムあるいはプログラムによって取り扱われる情報は、処理時に一時的にRandom Access Memory(RAM)などの揮発性メモリに読み込まれ、あるいはフラッシュメモリなどの不揮発性メモリやHard Disk Drive(HDD)に格納され、必要に応じてCPUによって読み出し、修正・書き込みが行なわれる。
 なお、上述した実施形態における装置の一部、をコンピュータで実現するようにしても良い。その場合、実施形態の機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録しても良い。この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することによって実現しても良い。ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、装置に内蔵されたコンピュータシステムであって、オペレーティングシステムや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含むものとする。また、「コンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、半導体記録媒体、光記録媒体、磁気記録媒体等のいずれであっても良い。
 さらに「コンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含んでも良い。また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであっても良い。
 また、上述した実施形態に用いた装置の各機能ブロック、または諸特徴は、電気回路、すなわち典型的には集積回路あるいは複数の集積回路で実装または実行され得る。本明細書で述べられた機能を実行するように設計された電気回路は、汎用用途プロセッサ、デジタルシグナルプロセッサ(DSP)、特定用途向け集積回路(ASIC)、フィールドプログラマブルゲートアレイ(FPGA)、またはその他のプログラマブル論理デバイス、ディスクリートゲートまたはトランジスタロジック、ディスクリートハードウェア部品、またはこれらを組み合わせたものを含んでよい。汎用用途プロセッサは、マイクロプロセッサであってもよいし、従来型のプロセッサ、コントローラ、マイクロコントローラ、またはステートマシンであっても良い。前述した電気回路は、ディジタル回路で構成されていてもよいし、アナログ回路で構成されていてもよい。また、半導体技術の進歩により現在の集積回路に代替する集積回路化の技術が出現した場合、当該技術による集積回路を用いることも可能である。
 なお、本願発明は上述の実施形態に限定されるものではない。実施形態では、装置の一例を記載したが、本願発明は、これに限定されるものではなく、屋内外に設置される据え置き型、または非可動型の電子機器、たとえば、AV機器、キッチン機器、掃除・洗濯機器、空調機器、オフィス機器、自動販売機、その他生活機器などの端末装置もしくは通信装置に適用出来る。
 以上、この発明の実施形態に関して図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成はこの実施形態に限られるものではなく、この発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計変更等も含まれる。また、本発明の一態様は、請求項に示した範囲で種々の変更が可能であり、異なる実施形態にそれぞれ開示された技術的手段を適宜組み合わせて得られる実施形態についても本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。また、上記各実施形態に記載された要素であり、同様の効果を奏する要素同士を置換した構成も含まれる。
 本発明の一態様は、基地局装置、端末装置および通信方法に用いて好適である。本発明の一態様は、例えば、通信システム、通信機器(例えば、携帯電話装置、基地局装置、無線LAN装置、或いはセンサーデバイス)、集積回路(例えば、通信チップ)、又はプログラム等において、利用することができる。

Claims (11)

  1.  基地局装置と通信する端末装置であって、
     OFDM信号のサブキャリア間隔に関する情報を前記基地局装置から受信する受信部と、
     前記サブキャリア間隔に関する情報に基づいて、OFDM信号を用いて上りリンクデータチャネルを前記基地局装置に送信する送信部と、を備え、
     前記送信部は、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いて前記OFDM信号を生成し、
     前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルをマッピングしたサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力を設定すること、を特徴とする端末装置。
  2.  前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力は、少なくとも目標受信電力値と上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックの数によって定まる第1の補正値に基づいて設定され、
     前記リソースブロックは、複数のサブキャリアと複数のOFDMシンボルから一意に定まる無線リソースの領域であり、
     前記目標受信電力値は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックに含まれるサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて設定される、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
  3.  前記上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックに含まれるサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔が、前記複数のサブキャリア間隔に含まれる第1のサブキャリア間隔に対してN倍の場合、前記目標受信電力値は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルが第1のサブキャリア間隔でサブキャリアが配置されたリソースブロックにマッピングされた場合の1/Nに設定される、請求項2に記載の端末装置。
  4.  前記受信部は、下りリンク制御情報を前記基地局装置から受信し、
     前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力は、少なくとも目標受信電力値と上りリンクデータチャネルがマッピングされるリソースブロックの数によって定まる第1の補正値に基づいて設定され、
     前記リソースブロックは、複数のサブキャリアと複数のOFDMシンボルから一意に定まる無線リソースの領域であり、
     前記下りリンク制御情報は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力制御コマンドを含み、
     前記送信部は、サブキャリア間隔毎に、前記送信電力制御コマンドと前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力に対する第2の補正値とを関連付けるテーブルを有する、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
  5.  前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルを複数の周波数バンドにおけるサブキャリアにマッピングし、
     前記周波数バンド毎は、サブキャリア間隔が設定されており、
     前記第2の補正値は、前記サブキャリア間隔に基づいて電力の増減幅が設定されている、請求項4に記載の端末装置。
  6.  前記送信部は、上りリンクデータチャネルが割当てられるサブキャリア間隔が変更される場合、前記第2の補正値を初期値にする、請求項4に記載の端末装置。
  7.  前記送信部は、前記目標受信電力値の基準となるサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記第2の補正値を設定する、請求項4に記載の端末装置。
  8.  前記送信部は、前記第1の補正値の基準となるサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記第2の補正値を設定する、請求項4に記載の端末装置。
  9.  前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力が最大送信電力を超えない範囲で設定し、
     前記複数のサブキャリア間隔に含まれる最小のサブキャリア間隔を用いて前記上りリンクデータチャネルを送信する場合、前記最大送信電力の下限値は、前記複数のサブキャリア間隔に含まれるその他のサブキャリア間隔により前記上りリンクデータチャネルを送信する場合に対して小さく設定される、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
  10.  前記送信部は、前記上りリンクデータチャネルを送信に用いるサブキャリア間隔を変更する場合、パワーヘッドルームレポートを前記基地局装置に送信する、請求項1に記載の端末装置。
  11.  基地局装置と通信する端末装置の通信方法であって、
     OFDM信号のサブキャリア間隔に関する情報を前記基地局装置から受信する受信ステップと、
     前記サブキャリア間隔に関する情報に基づいて、OFDM信号を用いて上りリンクデータチャネルを前記基地局装置に送信する送信ステップと、を有し、
     前記送信ステップは、複数のサブキャリア間隔を用いて前記OFDM信号を生成し、
     前記送信ステップは、前記上りリンクデータチャネルをマッピングしたサブキャリアのサブキャリア間隔に基づいて、前記上りリンクデータチャネルの送信電力を設定すること、を特徴とする通信方法。
